[Resolved] Idea Cellular — flash sms and voicemail from 58595

I'm receiving flash messages and voicemail from idea (58595). These messages come everyday, 3 times a day. Have called idea call centre many times but no resolution. Even sent them a mail, but the response each time is the same.. To deactivate voicemail. I do not have an active voicemail and this resolution provided is not helping. The spam messages continue to come. Even after replying on mail no new resolution is given. Idea call centre employees are either unaware of how to stop messages coming from idea itself or are uninterested. The service is very bad, no one cares to resolve an issue..in this case the issue arriving from the company itself. Please help resolve. As these spam messages are highly annoying.. 3 times a day every day is too much! Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

And for your voice mail issue we request you to dial *131# to listen voice mail and its free. It comes at around 7am and then at 9.30pm and 10pm. Screenshots attached for your reference.
