I had deposited ₹2500 with idea cellular at their hub at judges bungalow road against subject mobile as it was to be used mostly on foreign tours undertaken by my son kshitij arora in connection with his business activities. As i was not satisfied with the services of idea mobile network and despite my complaints the situation didn’t improve. The most shocking and discomforting feature was when my son landed at delhi airport at about 2400 hrs from china, some four months ago and the telephone was disconnected stating the reason as non payment of bill of some negibile amount. I immediately contacted the customer service cell of idea cellular and requested them to restore the connectivity by deducting the bill amount from the security deposit to which they replied that it’s not possible as it’s not in their policy. I however, requested them to restore the connectivity to help my son to make a call to board the next flight to mumbai. I told them that payment would be made in the morning itself being a priority matter. They restored the connectivity but in the morning itself disconnected again. I rushed to the nearest hub of theirs and made the payment with the request to restore the connectivity without any delay as my son’s business was getting affected. They did that after i ran from pillar to post with the begging bowl. Thereupon we immediately went for mnp. Also requested them to refund my security deposit of ₹2500 which they said will take 45 days. It’s more than 4 months now but the deposit is not refunded till date. I made n no of trips to their hub n every time i m told by the persons there that the cheque is about to be released in couple of days. Last month i visited the hub again but to my utter surprise i was told that the record doesn’t show anything as outstanding. I argued with them but the manager mr manish singh was so arrogant and behaved very rudely with me. This fellow manish singh was unceremoniously kicked out from his previous employer airtel.

I pray that not only the security deposit be refunded to me and i may also be compensated suitably for the mental agony n harassment that i suffered because of the high handed ness on the part of company.

Pl address the issue urgently as plenty of time has elapsed and I am loosing patience. Surprisingly, how come u people could not trace out the idea Cellular store as there are not many stores on judges bungalow road, bodakdev area in Ahmedabad. I consider it a sheer waste of precious time as it took nearly 10 days for u just to revert.

    Dear sir my three number port reliance to idea i am very disappointed your service below given my all numbers details to move on your service.

    This is my brother number and mnp in your service and now 2 working days recharge your 498 4g unlimited plan for 70 days but not working properly with calling and surfing as per your terms and conditions. Sometime network stable on 4g, then after at my home h+ speed and my office only e+ speed its a legally fraud.

    2) [protected] :- (Name rohitbhai suva) = above same problem here.
    This is my office staff and mnp in your service and now 2 working days recharge your 498 4g unlimited plan for 70 days but not working properly with calling and surfing as per your terms and conditions. Sometime network stable on 4g, then after at my home h+ speed and my office only e+ speed its a legally fraud.

    3) [protected] :- (Name jayendra amrutlal chavda) = above same problem here.
    This is my brother number and mnp in your service and its also not working properly one month ago recharge with 449 plan for 4g and 3 month validity for internet but still not work it properly and my below number to use in 4g handset then why not work in my brother 3g network phone.

    This is my personal number mnp with your service still working but whenever to enter in my office then issue start with e+ network and when at my home then h+ network why should to get down speed use net with your 498 plans to reffer its very bad service when you dont solved my problem then i will take a legal action for this metter.

For number [protected], as checked in our system our network team has called and got a feedback that issue is resolved. And for the number [protected] we have checked in our system no recharge done for Rs 498. And for the number [protected] your recharge of Rs 446 was done on 24/09/2017 14:33:27 for 84 days, has expired on 16 December, please recharge for the same if face the same issue please call on 12345 or 198.

For the same, SMS to be send from your idea contact number in the format of EBILL < Space> MONTH to 12345. For Eg: EBILL <space> JAN.       Hello, i got new 4g card. The last message sent by me "y" to "59462" is on sunday 10/12/2017 at 12.30 noon. Also to this sms, i recived revert as "thank you for consent. New sim for idea no.[protected] will be activated shortly. Old sim will work till new sim is activated."

      My old sim stopped since late sunday and now i am out of both the sim.

        mnp tele verification number 59059 not working

        I ported my jio phone number to idea recently. Yesterday my jio network got disconnected and i inserted my idea sim. I was advised by idea agent to call 59059 after inserting idea sim. When i tried calling the above mentioned number, it does not connect. Kindly resolve this issue as this is my primary contact number. My phone number is [protected].

        Sir i am a user of idea sim card.. Sir i have recharged my mobile with sms balance of 12rs having 120 sms. Since that was coming to an end i have again recharged it with 12rs. After recharge i had sms balance of 220 but i don't knw why whenever i send any sms to another person it is being cut from main talktime balance. Sir i please request u to resolve this issue

          Several mails gave them whatever is required but idea people dont read the mail & reply irrelevant answer.
          I am harassed i want compensation for the calling & time & energy & peace of mind.

          Several mails but they dont read properly and send irrelevant answer.

              I have received messages that 100% cash back is available for rs357 recharge on idea app and the terms and conditions provided nothing else and after i have made payment in required mode i received a message that you will get rs51 cash back on every recharge above rs 300 for 7 times within a year but this was not mentioned in the previous message and i was unaware of the fact as it was not mentioned in the terms and conditions and the company had made the same for deciving customers and they shall be made liable for such a fraudulent activity and i want to refund the amount as a contact entered by mistake of essential matter is voidable at the option of me else i would have to move legally

                On 06/12/17 i put up an request for migrating postpaid to prepaid in idea gallery, sim card was issued on same day. I was been told my sim card will get activated with in 3 days but still 5 days over there is no service on my sim card. I called to customer care they told me to visit idea gallery, i visited in idea gallery they told me the server is down. All my important calls & messages are missing, what should i do?

                  Last month november, i had changed my idea plan 99monthly charge after talk with care customer.. According to new plan i get 25 rs. Discount on my monthly bill payment.. But now in december in idea bill added 50rs. Others charge in my bill with 25 rs. Discount.. So i request that i do not want postpaid connection and please change my postpaid plan to prepaid plan..

                    Today i visited your idea office which is located at opposite c21 mall, and i spoke with ms. Sarika.

                    I discussed with her regarding my number migration request (Post to pre)

                    She has given me wrong information from your company outlet as authorized person which will not be tolerable

                    She has given me following wrong information which i verified from your customer care as well as trai rules.

                    1. I am not eligible to migrate / port out
                    2. If i will migrate my number from post to pre it will take 7 days and during this period my number will not be in use for 3 days (I/c and o/g will be stoped)

                    Which is totally wrong.

                        I had tried to recharge with full talk time rs. 200/- twice for mob ; [protected], kerala circle.
                        But the top-up has happened only once. Amount of rs. 200/- deduction has taken place twice (I. E. Rs. 400 has been deducted but only rs. 200 top-up has been done.).

                          My mobile no is [protected] and i had received a bill 1172 for the month of nov on 27/11/2017 and i had charged 331rs for using net but ur customer care executive (12345) manga said that i haven't charged anything for net on 29/10/2017 i[censored] want proo[censored] can listen call on that day... Even u don't given me waiver.. And i leaved that

                          And on 03/11/17 i had requested for port out on that time in idea app my out standing is 1172 but one the next day i have seen my outstanding showing 1680rs and chargd 508rs i don't know why u charged that and even customer care also saying they don't know why charged and saying to wait till next billing to know about reason (I deactivated net service on 30/10/2017)

                          I had a great respect towards aditya birla group — but is this way u r serving to customer... And no one is responding to my issue.. All are calling and i explaining problem and they saying i will receive a call shortly how many days i had to wait for resolution.

                            My mobile number got deactivated. I am asking ito reactivate my connection. Customer service guys telling we can't do since it's disconnected on september 12. I used my mobile in september 2 to 8. I got so many messages and i had some calls on these 5 days. On which basis they disconnected my mobile number.                                   On date[protected], at 8.03pm i received 2 message which that says
                                  Your 199 rs was deducted. The company was saying that the money which cutted was true and you has requested for the activing service but i have not activated for the same.
                                  The name of 2 service is vifi &music pack for 100 rs & 99 rs respectively. This problem is not first time but min 10-15 times. Today i recharge of 200 rs at 7.45pm and on 8.3pm, only 1rs was left in my balanceso i request for refund 200rs for the same and i hope that i do not face same problem once again.

                                    Since yesterday we are receiving so many calls from unknown no i.e [protected]. the person who is calling seems belongs to north India. The person who is calling from mob no [protected] is using abusive language and totally alliterated language. We are totally fade-up from this person who is calling and also says to his friend to call on my no. As we are also trying to resolve the issue but he is trying opposite for the same. Also while discussion it seems that the person who is calling is between 15 to 25 age.
                                    Therefore kind request to consumer complaints department to take a quick action against of my above complaint. I shall be highly obliged from your act.
                                    Also please make sure that any citizen should not receive such kind of calls as we are well educated persons from a good family.

                                      Sir my mobile number is [protected] idea company is without my permission activated any service and charged per day rs 5. When i call him they told that you have online activated this service. Even i have not used my phone other then outgoing and incoming calling. Company is cheating to costumer. You are requested to take action against company.in last month bill company charged rs 70 for bollywood music type of any app. Company left no option to us. As mostly person never seen this type of massage. I have today received massage from 54300 your wall of music has been activated amount charged is rs 5 per day. If i ignore this massage this amount per day will be added in my bill. And if including me if service has been activated without permission of thousands of costumer then this is very heavy amount per day. I request to take heavy action against this cheating.
