Dear sir my three number port reliance to idea i am very disappointed your service below given my all numbers details to move on your service.
1) [protected] :- (Name mahendra amrutlal chavda)
This is my brother number and mnp in your service and now 2 working days recharge your 498 4g unlimited plan for 70 days but not working properly with calling and surfing as per your terms and conditions. Sometime network stable on 4g, then after at my home h+ speed and my office only e+ speed its a legally fraud.
2) [protected] :- (Name rohitbhai suva) = above same problem here.
This is my office staff and mnp in your service and now 2 working days recharge your 498 4g unlimited plan for 70 days but not working properly with calling and surfing as per your terms and conditions. Sometime network stable on 4g, then after at my home h+ speed and my office only e+ speed its a legally fraud.
3) [protected] :- (Name jayendra amrutlal chavda) = above same problem here.
This is my brother number and mnp in your service and its also not working properly one month ago recharge with 449 plan for 4g and 3 month validity for internet but still not work it properly and my below number to use in 4g handset then why not work in my brother 3g network phone.
4) [protected] :- (Name mitesh amrutlal chavda)
This is my personal number mnp with your service still working but whenever to enter in my office then issue start with e+ network and when at my home then h+ network why should to get down speed use net with your 498 plans to reffer its very bad service when you dont solved my problem then i will take a legal action for this metter.

As checked in our system your concern for data speed issue holding number [protected], we request you to keep your network mode in WCDMA mode and also clear cache and cookies as well as try use the SIM in other handset, if still face the same issue we request you to visit nearest Idea along with your valid original proof and get a SIM exchange done. For number [protected], as checked in our system our network team has called and got a feedback that issue is resolved. And for the number [protected] we have checked in our system no recharge done for Rs 498. And for the number [protected] your recharge of Rs 446 was done on 24/09/2017 14:33:27 for 84 days, has expired on 16 December, please recharge for the same if face the same issue please call on 12345 or 198.
