[Resolved] Idea Cellular — My Internet service (3G-1GB for 1 Month) is not working | |||
Dear Sir/ Madam, My Internet service (3G-1GB for 1 Month) is not working from 19th December 2014 but problem has not been solved yet. I lodged complaint four times (through Idea Customer Care) also I followed up many times but same has not been solved. They (Idea executives) are saying everyone facing same problem who has same postpaid plan (199 Postpaid Plan). Please note that I will not pay this month bill (December 2014) because you have not given me better service. Kindly revert when will it be solved? Kindly revert as soon as possible.
