[Resolved] Idea Cellular — over charges / billing harassments in postpaid idea account. | |||
Dear sir, Sub: account no.[protected] It has been more than 6 months since we have shifted to idea from vodafone and since then we are getting wrong bill on every month on some or the other number. Every month we have to give request and then you waive off the amount. When you say that in the 349 plan there is 1gb data p/ day + unlimited data similar to what jio is offering, then why are you making un-necessary data charges over and above this? Why should you charge us then extra when you commit about the plan. In this country where we have jio who takes 399+99 for 84 days and offers 1gb high speed + unlimited data, why should one stick with you and wait for you to harass us with this huge bills. Is this what we expect from esteemeed brands of birla group. Now you have debarred our outgoing calls, may i ask why? When we are paying the amount to you every month then why have you done so. We have given our entire office/ business numbers to you, have we done some mistake? You charge us wrong and then you disconnect our numbers? Are you going to pay the loss of business to us? Dear Idea, you have activate bluelima service without my any permission. You haven't inform me anything about this service and deduct money for this. This is very wrong with Customer. Please refund my money.
