Dear all, I cansal my mobile no [protected] on 16/11/2019 i revived sms from idea say your card is cansal and deactivate on 18/11/2019 and also my card is deactivate on 18/11/2019 and today i revived bill of 422.96 rs. My detail given below. Account no[protected] Today i call to customer care and discuss issue to mr. Alkesh gharavada excutive of idea customer care and he say your card is still active not cansal till date. I request you i have cansal request c[protected] and stillmy card is active status. I have received a msg from jk branch that they deducted rs 10 from my account balance. This is 4 th times that I m facing this prblm. 40 rs deducted from my account balance.
