[Resolved] Idea Cellular — prorated overage charges charged by idea cellular | |||
I requested to idea cellular to port my mobile number to vodafone. They ported me with vodafone on dt. 10.05.2018 on 11:59. My connection with idea cellular got disconnected and my bill generated on 23.05.2018 and the bill is showing prorated overage charges of rupees 402. That was activated on 11.05.2018 on 12.06 am i am saying that when i was disconnected with idea cellular on 10.05.2018 at 11:59pm then how they activate prorated overage charges on 11.05.2018 at 12:06 am Was this information helpful? | |||

If in case your e-mail id is not registered with us we request you to first register your e-mail id by following these steps i.e. send EMAILID<space>e-mail address to 12345.
