I did a data recharge on 18th april for rs.169 with validity of 28 days and data benefit of 512 MB
Today is 28th April.Now my data balnce is nill and my phone balnce is being used for data.
Today I again did a recharge of 1GB.
Why do I need to do a second recharge within a week span?I don't use much data.Only use whats app which doesn't require this much of data.

I want my money back
This is ridiculous.

    Hi this is boopathy from bangalore.On 21st Apr My postpaid porting was successfully registered with idea from airtel.from 21 st to 23 rd i did not get any network and after that i have received new sim card on 23 rd april.As per idea team the offer is unlimited STD and local calls with all over india roaming free and 7GB 4G network free for a month.the plan is Rs.1150.the problem is i was travelled from bangalore to vijayawada on 24th april.when i was reached andhra pradesh the network is available and i can use 2G data network but i cant receive incoming calls and not able to make outgoing calls.still i am in andhra almost 4 days i was not able to reach anyone.i called that sim operator they answered first 2 days and told me will get you back.after 2 days they are not attending my calls even i sent msg also but no response from them.i am Manager of the company this 4 days i have lost lot of business and i feel very bad with this network.kindly help me to get the issue solved and i need compansation from this network as i lost lot of business opportunity.Once i back to karnataka my first duty is to port again from this idea network.Worst Network and support.how they fraud the peoples( what an idea sir ji.)

      I used idea postpaid eight years back and closed the account paying the due. After 8 years i am being sent a legal notice for a payment of Rs771 against account number[protected].

      I called up the numbers provided in the email for breakup of this amount she says i am not from idea, i am calling from court, and cannot disclosed.

      I still have the email with me which i last sent Nov 12 2008 for settling down the bill which was not even 100Rs.

      The idea number was: [protected] -- in case of any queries you may write to your mail ID.

        I was using idea cellular services and closed the connection since 2 years. I was asked to pay a fee of rs. 635 though i paid while closing. Again just to avoid confusion i paid the amount on the number provided by idea customer care executive ([protected]) as my number was appearing in express pay list.

        I sent the receipt of the same to shreya desai (Happdeal. [protected]@gmail.com) but the payment was not updated. Now i got the mail from supportmh to pay the bill rs.635.

        This is harassment from ideacellular. Some strict action has to be taken from govt. To avoid these kind of harassment to other people

          Idea Cellular — 3g and 2g Services not working

          Hi my idea number was [protected]. At first around 11:50pm 27 april when I try to use 3g or 2g net in my phone i countniously get msgs like System under maintenance, please try later. I thought it was some system problem. am not unable to use 3g or 2g services in my number. Even custercare numbers was not working on that number like 191, and all the idea customer care numbers. Pls solve tat

          I have one idea pre paid sim with number[protected] bought from Indore (Madhya Pradesh). Before starting for USA I had gone to Idea Centre at Bhavarkua on Tower Choraha road and culted about use of Idea sim in USA.
          After reaching USA I find that I am able to make call from my idea sim but unable to send any text messages to India. It gives Error 50.

          Can you please help me sort out this problem so that I can send sms to India from USA. I made a call from USA to India about an hour back and call was received by party at Indore and Rs.150/- was the charge deducted from my pre paid connection.
          It shows that sim is working fine. Only problem is in sending sms. Can you please message me the solution either on my mobile at the present number[protected] or send me e mail at kapil.k.[protected]@rediffmail.com

            Hi,
            This is Pandiaraja from madurai.My Idea prepaid number is [protected].On 15th apr 2016 idea offered 1Gb 3g plan at 164..I recharged on that time..But company deactivate my 3G without my confirmation.i complaint at 15th apr 16, 26th apr 16 and 27th apr 16(3 times)..But still not clearing this issue.But they sent fake msg(complaint resolved) at 27th apr 16..Customer care provides irresponsible time commitment(3Times)..This pack only 28days validity..Now, almost 12days over..But, still i cant use my data..I'm highly disappointed with Idea network..And also going to forward this complaint to TRAI

              Hi Team,

              I am using idea postpaid number [protected], I am paying 1000 and above my mobile bill. I visited to customer care center so many times and asked to convert my card to prepaid from postpaid but they are not doing it and they said me that my card will be deactivated for 3 to 4 days while this conversion.
              I am a working person it will be very tough to manage if my card is off for 3 days, and I am really fed up of this all.
              It would be great help i[censored] consider my complaint and prepaid my number as soon as possible.

                  4G SIM was issued to me and it was tried to activate yesterday by me but it was not activated then i contacted customer care (198) they told me to contact local Idea care from where SIM was issued. Today in morning around 10:30 I visited Idea care located at Red Square Market, Hisar (Haryana) but they informed me that as system is not working they could not attend the problem and they suggested that your problem could be solved at another idea care located at Opposite of Bus Stand Hisar (Haryana) then i went to that idea care but they didn't attend the problem and said to visit Idea care from where SIM was issued. Due to which I faced lot of difficulties then i contacted customer care (198) they told me to contact regional Idea person then i contacted authorized Idea person Mr. Ashok (Mob. no : [protected]) he also told me to contact local Idea care from where SIM was issued.

                  As I am Govt. Employee and residing at RGTPP Colony, Khedar, Hisar (Haryana) which is about 25 km away from Hisar Idea care and it is not possible for me to visit Hisar idea care frequently.

                  Now I am not able to access any Idea services at my number it is affecting my services also. Therefore, you are requested to attend this matter urgently and solve it on priority basis so that I can avoid unnecessary harassment in this matter.

                      Without using any service they charged Rs.99 for juz one click

                      They said cant reduce the bill amount.

                      I juz try to close the flash message at that time clicked on the message. immediately am get the activation message for store99 Pack. immediately am reply to stop the package. but they charged for 99 rupees per month.

                        now my bill comes extra 5000 rs

                        how it is possible?
                        299 plan is unlimitted 2g plan.
                        its totaly cheating .
                        if the booster plan already having 100 rs amount then how u wil charge such a big amount.
                        i m just fade up of such a bad service of idea postpaid.
                        i going to complain national consumer helpline.

                              Booster 175/-30D plan activated dated 4-Apr-16 on My idea no. [protected] without my confirmation. I mailed to idea customer for deactivate this service but idea's executive hold me till bill will generate on 15-Apr-16 & advise me to do not use data till date, I do as well as he told, mailed again on 16-apr-16, 18-apr-16 then asked me to process will completed till 23-apr.16 & waive off my charge, but in the night 23-apr.call me & refuse to refund this charge.

                              why advise me to do not use data & waive off charge 175/- on activation day 4-apr-16 . Idea customer executive confuse me every time. If they refused me
                              same day I used my data, So I want to Idea waive off charge & take your data...

                                I was just asked for my pin2 code from the consumer of idea mobile of Rajasthan and instantly he started being rude thats why i told him that don't be rude then he started abusing me and he used very rough language. And he told me that i will tell you whatever i want to say and i called twice to contact their senior executive to do complain against him but another time someone else answered my call and he transferred my call to the executive who had abused me earlier.

I have taken postpaid connection with 299 plan since 6 months, however last month i requested for 100 rs Internet booster pack but executive activated for 250 rs Pack without any information, immediately i have raised the request, none of the customer care executive not responded properly, almost i have called customer care more than 20 times, but no use of it. the total monthly...

                                  Main ne 22/4/16 ko cheque se Rs 2200/- ka payment chk. no. 631593 se idea cellular anand nagar khandwa (mp) ko bhugtan kiya our receipt prapt ki, inke dwara is cheque ko 26/04/16 tak bank me present nahi kiya gaya jis karan mere cell se outgoing ki service band kar di gai,
                                  bar bar contact karne per bhi inke dwara santosh prad jawab nahi diya gaya, mujhe is kara kai important call se vanchit rehna pada...please do action against khandwa office and inform me . our is asuvidha ke liye mujhe hurjana bhi dilwaya jaye verna main apni bat trai, court me lejaounga

                                    I have seen a large number of complaints regarding the prorated data charges and I too am a part of the same fraud done by Idea. Unfortunately I came to Idea through MNP and now I believe I shall be returning back to my original service provider. This is absolutely disgusting that without informing the customer you charge 550 bucks just for changing the data plan. Had I been informed about the same I wouldn't have done it. I am just glad that I did not take any additional pack as I was going to. Do something about this or I am sure I am leaving your service next month onward. My mobile number is #[protected].

                                      i need a ledger and want a waiver as its your company fault
