Idea Cellular — Vas services activation without any information (Idea video store or glam box)

I would like to bring your kind notice that, Idea cellular has activated VAS services every month without any prior notice. Though I have not made any request for VAS services (Idea Video Store or Glam BOX) in November/December month, But it was billed in both month invoices. Please find the details given below. I have made immediate complaint to Idea customer care 12345. Idea executive assured me of deactivation of services. But later my complaint was closed without proper information.
