Dear Sir My mobile no [protected] . I was Call to Idea Customers care executive on 7th of May, to activate unlimted Internet pack Of Rs.199/-He said that it will activate on 23the of may bill circle.I use the internet unlimted from 23th May.But when i saw my bill on 11th of june it was of Rs.3300/- i disconect at that time .in 23 of June my bill Was of Rs.3976/- without using internet from 11th june.Other Surprising thing is that my bill limit is Just Rs.2000/- how it can be Possible .So Please waive of My charges ASAP.I will not pay the bill of Rs.3976/-beacause it is mistake from Your idea serivices.No response from idea cellular reagrding waive of my charges.
