There is still no any resolution by Idea continuously called to all complaint numbers. But no one is interested to solve it. Every body trying to give up and giving another contact no. like 12345, [protected]. Hope there are someone Senior person who can look in to this.

Thanks for your call but that call was just formality; he just gave me my post paid plan details which i have already. and when i was discussed regarding my complaint and issue; he just told me to "Sir i really dont know about it because I am not from Mumbai region u can call to our customer services contact no. 12345;
So Dear all seniors of Idea Communication can you please tell me what kind of concern has been discussed & addressed it is just like condolence call for me because i was trapped in your representative business trick and you guys dont even want to look in to this.


Otherwise you can track who is responsible person behind this and from which location this no. is activated and i am sure you can find out the solution and the representative who gave false commitment.


Request you please activate plan which was given by your representative i.e. Rs. 199 pm 400 STD/Local calls & 1 GB Internet Data

This is another false commitment by Idea representative; he confirm that you will get plan which you want and for that you need to visit My idea gallery but unfortunately the representative of Idea Gallery Sion he was not aware about anything

Really don't know what is going on here am totally getting down; again again this people are playing with customer and giving false commitment.


Hope this type of false commitment will stop and i will get better service from Idea.

Still there is no any solution ..??????????????? God knows what is going on here; I never seen customer service like this nobody ever look in to this and trying to close.
