Ref: complaint against idea cellular for nonjudicial bill against [protected] postpaid.
I am complaining again and again for unexpected, nonjudicial bill for [protected] as mentioned in above thread, for june - july 2017.
I was calling to idea customer care almost every alternate day to reduce bill. I also visited my idea offices in baner rd again and again to get the status and register complaints.
You took almost 2 months to realize your mistake to reduce bill,
After realizing that you reduced bill, but till date you did put my number on td (Temporary disconnected) according to information provided by your customer executive to me on 11 jully or 11th august, that if number is on td then you dont generate bill for that period. Still you charged bill for whole month.
Harassment:
You harassed me again and again by calling, by sms to pay the bill. The bill which was not judicial or legal.
My idea mobile was registered at different places like banks, institutes, colleges, friends, families etc. I was not able to get notifications, otp's, calls, intimations during td period, in that period i loss my money, as well as mentally harassed lot.
On top of that in next billing cycle july-august 2017 they charged for td period. Again i started complaining for that but idea people ignored it, and they keep generating bills for next billing cycle.
Time waste:
In that period i wasted my valuable, productive time in contacting, thinking about idea due to that my family atmosphere also disturbed.
I will not able to pay the nonjudicial bill provided to me, as well as idea customer care executives had given me wrong information, guided wrongly.
I have already complained for that in my idea and they have registered it.
I am requesting idea to close my postpaid account and take back all the non-judicial bills.

Updated by prashant.pawar88 PFA images showing proof complaint against Idea and how they harassed by mail and sms sometime calls. I will add more sms snaps and as well as my idea complaints in idea retail shops. I can not pay the bill given by Idea, it is totally nonjudicial, If they could make it worth for me then I will think to pay only that I have used.

i suggest no one should opt for idea cellular company for mobile connection. tks
