Very pathetic officials of hdfc.
The official named shradha from legal department harrassed and used offensive tone while talking on call.idfc did not debited my emi inspite of maintaining sufficient bal Jin my account, the service was delayed by them, and this people start harrassing me on non payment, the link which they shared was not working for payment, don't know how to deal with this mental harrasment.

    I bought 2 wheeler from IDFC bank in 2019 and had been making payment until March 2020. Since Lockdown began, my husband lost his job and I was sole care taker of my family. I opted for moratorium got confirmation messages still IDFC bank had submitted the ECS to bank and bouncing charges were levied. I sent emails to look into this matter. No one replied, no one answer calls. Financial condition got worse. Then I started paying the EMI from January 2021, they seized the vehicle in February 2021. I went to Koramangla branch and explained the situation, paid 2 months EMI and paid seizing charges of 3000 at the branch. After that I started paying EMI every month with out a miss. Again on 16th September seizing team stopped me and asked to make the payment. I showed them the proof, they refused to take my word and started ill treating on the road side. I requested them that I have been making payments religiously and bank is aware of the situation. Then they asked me to talk to their Manager Lokesh, who had absolutely no manners to talk to a lady. First they asked me clear 4 emi's. I agreed and called my mom to pledge my gold chain and get the money which was around 14, 444 (3611*4). Then they refused and asked me to make the total outstanding 48000 including bouncing charges, interest rates. I said If I had that money the I wouldnt standing here with you. I stood for almost 2.5 hours in the hot sun, It was really embarrassing. I told them will go to police stating, they refused telling me, if you want to complaint give us the vehicle then do what ever you want, will not come. They were 4 guys and spoke to me so rudely and with out no respect as if i am criminal. Finally they asked me give us the seizing charges and leave, they demanded 5000. I showed my bank account and had only 700 rs. Then they asked me to pay 2700 which is not seizing fee. I asked to ensure that if I take the vehicle somewhere will your team still stop me. He said he cannot ensure that. He asked to borrow money and paid him 2000.

    Trust me, I was about to cry on the road. Firstly they gave me option to make the payment and leave, which I agreed then they said no, you have to pay the outstanding, then they asked me to pay the seizing charges, shouted at me, yelling on the road. denied to come to police station.

    My concern is not only me the whole world is facing the problem. So why cant they treat us like human beings? Its me who paid downpayment, paid emi's regularly. when i tried to contact the bank during the hard time, no one was there to help. Now when I had been making payments, I get insulted on the road and tortured me to take my bike if I dont pay them.

      ₹59 has been deducted from Amazon Pay Later and never reflected back to the account
      3 times it is transaction failed and ₹59 deducted 3 times on 30th June 2021 2 times and on 9th Sept 2021 1 time amount deduction and on 14th September also ₹59 deducted but it's successful but amount never reflected back to my account.
      Please refund the amount for Amazon Pay Later Activation and Failed Transactions.

        My loan account no is 42455347. I have taken consumer durable loan on 7th April 2021 from IDFC first bank. During my loan disburment, I have taken loan aRs 5000 cash back offer after 3 EMIs. But till now I have not reived the same. I have contacted to their customer care team, but not getting any response.

          It's been a month now I've been complaining but somehow no one is responding, not even one of you is taking this case seriously. I even have a lot of proofs. They are using different types of miss leads with me. I even have a lot of results. They are using different types of miss leads with me. The number you are sending me in such a way that whoever calls, call him, why should I? Please contact me and please close it and even delete the counter charges that you have deducted. Please resolve the issue.

                Refund money 5073 Pls check Amazon told me contact idfc first bank lending partner.why i contact idfc first bank.i relationship only Amazon not idfc bank.that is your company responsibility.                 Illegal auto debit.
                Already paid manually total bill 5073. Bill generated Amazon pay later 5073 on August months. I pay manually Amazon apps through upi 5073.bank reference id UPIAR/[protected]/DR/AMAZONPA/UTIB/[protected]@apl/ Pay through amazon app to idfc first bank via Amazon apps. and amount 5073 auto debit with linked account on[protected] total bill august which I received mail. Then I paid full amount 5073.but 5073 amount updated Amazon pay later section show.5073 not updated and not be return. Afterthat IDFC first bank auto debit to my SBI account.my SBI account debit 5073 on 5 august. I request you pls refund 5073. I attached proof

                  I’m a flipkart pay later user and i availed the facility. And repaid all dues on or before the due date. I didn’t failed a single penny. But in my latest credit report, it showing 192 as balance.The idfc bank failed to update my credit report. The same issue faced in the last month also.

                    I Sri Dipankar Ghosh, LAP Ac. No. 19109954 have taken a Loan to the tune of RS. 17, 50, 000/= (seventeen lac and fifty thousand) only, sanction date 27.12.2018 and RS. 16, 17, 104/=(sixteen lac seventeen thousand one hundred four) only, was disbursed on 31.12.2018 after deducting a huge amount as various insurances and other charges. But the branch didn't deliver me any documents regarding the insurance policy and SOA after repeated requests from the beginning.
                    I have made regular payments of EMI till Mar'2020, but after that my business has completely collapsed due to lockdown. The bank declared my loan ac. as NPA by demand notice Us 13(2) of sarfaesi act 2002 by Authorised Officer dated 20.04.2021, posted on 01.06.2021, received on 09.06.2021 I have raised specific objection against the amount demanded in the notice U/S 13(2) as it is unjustified so again I have asked for SOA which I did earlier also but I didn't get any response from Br. Head, Legal Manager and Authorised Officer also .
                    So please look into the matter and need to be redressed soon.

                      I have taken consumer loan to which i am paying installments since 10 month without any delay and without skipping even for a month. 11th month i had delayed (due to personal reasons) and i started receiving calls from IDFC cust care from the 2nd day of the delay. They called everyday about 5 times in a day though i informed them ill clear it on certain date. On fifteenth day of delay people started visiting my house and they started harassing. They went to my house and started telling that i have 3 months pending (infact it is for the next 3 months for which i have time). They behaved like rowdies and started threatening.

                      I personally advice everyone not to take any kind of loans from IDFC. They dont care about their customers. They can go to any limit i[censored] r defaulting for just one month.

                        Multiple online transfer performed from my IDFC account were not deposited to beneficiary account, but amount got deducted from IDFC account. All the documents were summited to bank representative, an official complaint also logged ticket # SR [protected], but no resolution yet, its more than 2 weeks now. Should i log complaint with cyber crime

                              In the above fastag account on my above vehicle, on the sale of my said vehicle, a sum of Rs.839.50 remained to be utilised by me in the fastag account.

                              Under email dated 10.08.2021 (03:02 p.m.), the bank confirmed that after debit transactions, a sum of Rs.839.50 which was balance in my account but on closure, showed zero balance.

                              Despite my emails since then that how can the tag account balance be zero when the account closed shows Rs.839.50 and requesting for confirmation of the credit to my account, the IDFC first bank but for recording since 13.08.2021 that further investigations are going on and that my request for confirmation is under process with concerned team, till date, the bank has failed to confirm the credit to my account of Rs.839.50.

                              A simple confirmation of my credit balance is being, for reasons best known to the bank, delayed.

                              I would like to utilise the credit on my new vehicle, delivery whereof I am expecting on 05.09.2021.

                                IDFC has provided Rs.7, 000 as my paylater monthly credit, after few years later when i checked my Cibil score, i was shocked to fine that IDFC had two late payments( Rs.589 for may and Rs.470 for July) and i lost 100+ points from my cibil score due to this false reporting. Me and flipkart have my payment history which shows all the payments were on time. I have noticed a foul play here and would like to take this as high as possible, if we just think about the masses of the people involved in flipkart paylater, we can guess what big a scam this is. I would like to have a resolution on this as soon as possible.

                                Can anyone please tell me how to approach RBI or other institutions governing malpractices in Banking sector in india?

                                    My clients infra bonds had matured in may. Home was shifted and no intimation from IDFC bank. A DD was sent to client, but Bank details were changed. Account in corporation bank was closed and a new one was opened in Kotak Mahindra Bank. So the DD and all documents were sent to k.fin technology, Hyderabad. Received mail also that payment will be made in 8-10 days. Bank details are updated on 13/07/2021 in your system. But now received reply that DD is sent on old address.
                                    Main problem is that nobody reads full mail. Half hearted work is done. Very much fed-up.

                                      I sent money to the IDFC bank account customer for reputed company training fee of 10, 300/-
                                      I shared money to the following bank account

                                      Due to some issues, they refunded my money back. But i didn't get any money to my account. I shared the paid and refund receipts here.
