In the above fastag account on my above vehicle, on the sale of my said vehicle, a sum of Rs.839.50 remained to be utilised by me in the fastag account.
Under email dated 10.08.2021 (03:02 p.m.), the bank confirmed that after debit transactions, a sum of Rs.839.50 which was balance in my account but on closure, showed zero balance.
Despite my emails since then that how can the tag account balance be zero when the account closed shows Rs.839.50 and requesting for confirmation of the credit to my account, the IDFC first bank but for recording since 13.08.2021 that further investigations are going on and that my request for confirmation is under process with concerned team, till date, the bank has failed to confirm the credit to my account of Rs.839.50.
A simple confirmation of my credit balance is being, for reasons best known to the bank, delayed.
I would like to utilise the credit on my new vehicle, delivery whereof I am expecting on 05.09.2021.
IDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
