Had done an imps transfer from my idfc account to sbi account on 23/12/2016 of an amount of 5980/- with the transaction reference number[protected]
But same has not credited in my sbi account number [protected].

Pls refund to my savings account or credit to sbi account.

I am sailakshmi costumer of idfc bank . i transferred 17000 amount idfc bank to icici bank date[protected] .but account number wrongly enter i already complaint to idfc bank costumer care but this bank not solve my problem . and submit indemnity bond in icici bank . till date not solved my problem. please solve my problem as early as possible.

    You guys are very very poor services when compare to other banks . i opened my account before 15 days back but still i did not get my bank kit . and already i complained in idfc page of social media but they are not responding and also i spoken to customer care they saying sir your kit not dispached still. what is this service . but other banks provide all the kit and and everything with in 7 days . i suggest please make it fast . at the same time impressed with fastly opening account and net banking but courier services of bank kit are very poor

      ATM withdrawal for some people more than one card and for me only allows to withdraw once from any card, when we stand in line some people who knows the bank manager and the staff of bank can withdraw multiple time and the people who don't know any one from Bank can withdraw only once, which is very unfair, worst experience, bogus bank employees and manager.
      I talk with bank manager, she told me you don't have IDFC account so you can withdraw only once and then I told him to do complain against you then she again told me you don't have IDFC account so you can't complain.
      So I came here to complain, let's see if anyone can take this complain seriously.

      I opened my account on15 Nov still not received my debit card they not giving a proper feedback I visited to branch also than also not dispatched my card yet mentally very upset bcoz of the this please help me in this in a day 4 mails 2 phone I used to do than also they just ignoring my request

        I am subrata Bhattacharjee, very much harassed with the IDFC bank staff at Indore, last 15 days back they collected my all required documents for opening a current account and they committed that within 24 hours your account will be opened and you can start transaction, but in vain!!! every day I am in continuous follow up with the bank staff, Mr. Manish (Bank Manager as stated) and Mr. Gourish(Field Officer as stated) and every day they are saying today it will get done 100% and specially the so called branch manager(Mr. Manish) is not even receiving my phone. After so many follow up with the bogus staff I demanded to return back my document but still they are not returning it back and Mr. Gourish is still saying that (Abhi Ho Jayega, adhe ghante me account number deta hun etc ...etc).

        I am very sure that they are fake people and the bank is in an intention to do some fraudulent activity with those collected document as I believe. Kindly don't come into their trap and don't believe the bank as well.

            I am really harrased and disappointed by the services provided by this bank. Its been 10days they are just unable to open my current account though i submitted each and every document they asked me for account operation.
            On 02/11/2016 the person name mr avinash kumar (Senior officer) & mr mandeep singh (Manager sector-18 noida) came to collect my documents and assured me that your account will get open in 4hours.. Max to max in a day, since that day i am just calling them everyday and everyday the same story "sir kal pakka hoojayega, sabh hoogaya hai" till today i am hearing the same line!, though i asked them that if account cant be open then please lemme know as i will switch to other,

            As i trust their words, i waited soo long and because of their childish behaviour i may get my deal void with my franchise company,
            This bank and employee is a major headache, never ever trust this bank!!

            Wasted 11days just for one current account
            So all can imagine!!

              Idfc and karvy both are not responding regarding non receipt interest of my idfc bond of last 4 years. Wrote so many mails and made lots of calls to customer care but no one is caring. Tired of all this and regretting my decision of investing in idfc.

              Sent all required documents to hyderabad office and even after 45 days they are not in a position of giving any response, each time they have only one answer that it is in the process of revalidation.

              What is going on??? Can please someone help me regarding this

                This is regarding non receipt of 4 years interest.
                I didn't get any outcome of my lodged complain no.1667808 with the call centre on 23/6/16.
                I sent application along documents 3 times by speed post/registered mail as directed by call centre and mail team on 26/2/16, 23/3/16 and 28/7 2016.
                As of now 20, 000(Deposited amt.) plus 1, 600 Rs.(One year interest)has been credited to my a/c.

                  I am writing this mail with lot of pain & anguish, this is in relation with the idfc infrsatructure bond bought in february 2011 my folio number is idb0151714.
                  I surrendered my bond certificates with buyback request to idfc in the month of february 2016, i received my buyback amount rs 20, 000/- but there are 2 dividend cheques which is still not been received from your end.

                  I been calling the customer support from the month of march 2016 on continous basis but there is no solution yet. by now i must have called to idfc & karvy customer care for thousand of time but all the time i hear different stories. by now i have realized that it seems the idfc do not intend to give my money back it’s a mere rs 3200, by now i must have spent more than rs 500 just for making calls to customer care and couple of courier sent to karvy’s hyderabad office.

                  Inspite of all the effort from my end the customer care kept fooling me with diffferent stories. when i followed up after sending courier i was told by the customer care that the courier has not received but according to the pod it was delivered and received by karvy few days back, i was asked to call after few days. i called up again and i was told it will take 15- 20 days more, then again when i called i was told that it will be directly deposited to my bank account given by me. what is true i need to know.

                  It was a foolish decision to buy idfc bond hoping that it would give some returns to me, i think this is the strategy of bank to fool customer and make money. i would like to share my experience with all my social network.

                    Reg : infrastructure development finance company [idfc] idfc limited — non receipt of maturity of bonds

                    I have invested 20000/- (rs. twenty thousand only) in idfc limited – infra bond tranche 2 with application no[protected]account number folio - idb0312830) in february 2011. the same was opted for buy back in year 2016 and the same was confirmed by the investee that the documents have been received for buy back on 28.05.2016 and informed that the amount will be released on 30.06.2016.

                    . however sir, the maturity amount was not released and again informed that as per guidelines the funds will be released in last week of july 2016 through mail (kishore. [protected]@karvy.com, copied harish. [protected]@karvy.com) dated 16.06.2016. however sir, the amount was not still released and the investee is now not responding to the 11 follow up mails. i regret to note that i have not received amount till date and investee are not replying my mail and phones.
                    I called in investee’s office regarding maturity amount and their executives confirmed that it is another team which takes care of the payment / payment date confirmations.

                    They haven't paid any interest for the 29, 400 for the extra period which they were holding this amount.

                      I received the ST on 26.04.2016. & submitted it in the bank on the following day. But till yesterday it was not transferred to my a/c. Today I enquired in the bank for the reason of delay. Bank told me that my a/c no has been wrongly put on DD. 2 digits '51' were missing. Bank has returned it.
                      Now I understand the efficiency of your organisation. In my application I mentioned the a/c no. Moreover there was a cancelled cheque attached to it. How could there be chance of error. I also understand why bank transfer also failed as mentioned by you.
                      Can you please tell me why I will suffer such harrasment as well as Loss of interest for about a month.

                      Failure of the electronic payment is now clear. You have mentioned wrong a/c no as it being observed in recd DD also. Yhe bank rejected the DD for wrong bank a/c no. Two digits were missing.

                      Only upon receiving the original DD back, payment can be credited.

                          I received a refund warrant(Warrant No.1202851) from IDFC Bank Ltd.against the maturity of 4 No.bonds A/C no.[protected] for Rs.28720/- payable on my saving a/c in Rupee Co.Op.Bank Ltd.As the bank is not making any transactions due to their internal problems, they declined to accept the refund warrant

                          I wrote a registered letter on 23 rd Nov 2015, to the Karvey consultant, IDFC bank Ltd.Retail Infra bond, Karvey Selenium Tower, Plot No.31-32, Gochibawali Financial Disdrict, Nanakaramguda, Hydrabad-500032, stating the reasons stated above and requested to deposit the maturity amount to my HDFC bank saving a/c, which is connected to my depository a/c with HDFC Securities.

                          Till to date I could not receive the maturity amount nor get any reply from the
