    Hi, We were travailing from Karnataka to Gujrat and on the Karnatka toll plaza we were approached by IDFC bank fast tag representative to buy the CAR fas tag . We bought the fas tag and paid the amount . We are using I20 Active car (KS53ME3157). The fas tag sold to us was for heavy vehicle and that we came to know once we noticed we are getting charged double the amount every time . Then we called the NHAI service and he suggested to call IDFC fas tag care . We called them and they accepted that this was the mistake and suggested us to close the fas tag so that there will not be be any extra deduction . We requested them close by sending the email and asked for three things 1. Refund the complete amount to us whatever we paid using IDFC bank fas tag 2. Need explanation of why they have not validated before starting the fas tag that issued fas tag was for not the vehicle that we use . 3. Apology letter that this will not happen again . The Purchase was done on 10th July'21 Support Service req- SR[protected] But they have not refunded my complete amount just refunded 70 rs which was closing balance and no explanation . I have send more than 30 emails and explained this to IDFC fas tag customer care but they have not taken any notice . I feel harassed so request the forum to please take action on this .       I bought an iPhone 11 in December and paid all my EMI only last EMI is left. Despite saying that I have got payment issues and I will pay in sometime I am getting calls and msgs threating me that agent will come home and make an issue. They made a agent visit last time having death scene at my home my brother passed away. they are doing the same thing again. Please resolve this asap.

        Hi my name is Shivangi Rai. I have bought an iPhone 11 on EMI my last EMI is left and it's getting delayed due to payment issues. I called the recovery agent but kept on receiving threats of home visit and last time they went to my home without my consent. please see that I have a death scene recently at my home and if this is happening than it's wrong. I have paid all my EMI's only one month left but still they are doing the same thing, calling me every hour and threatening me to come home etc.

          Sir pls ignore my complaint, I was truly telling that my emi s pendin, and recovery people who has calling me for pending emis, has talking rudely and asking that people to sleep my wife to night he will pay the emi. Is this is correct way. I have recovered proof. Idfc first bank recovery agency people talking. Sir is the correct way. If IAM an default person you have to talk with me and you have right to take action legally.

              I took a flipkart later emi which was funded by idfc to flipkart, i have paid all my dues on time but my credit score has gone down drastically and the reason on the credit report was idfc loan
              Gone down by 57 points

              I contacted both flipkart and idfc and im not getting a proper response

              Now i have another problem with idfc and amazon Pay later facilty, that too is funded by idfc,
              I purchased a product on 10 sep 2021
              My first due for that emi is only on oct 5 2021
              But I got a notification from idfc that i missed my payment which was due on 15 sep 2021

              Contacted both amazon and idfc no proper response just blaming back n forth

              Now im scared that this issue will again drastically affect my credit score

              Amazon due is only on 5th oct but i received a notification that i missed my emi payment on 15 the September, idfc bank will make my credit score go even down

                Bank Charged Unauthentically ( NACH DR-TP - 472)

                IDFC First bank, take out the money from my Axis bank account (Rupees- 472) without in my knowledge.

                from last 3 months there were no check bounce so why did they charged 472 rupees as NACH DR-TP.

                I Want my full refund ASAP. or else I have forward this complain to RBI, Consumer Forum and my Twitter Handler.

                    Received a message stating your KYC details has been registered with idfc bank. I don't even have any account with idfc bank neither I applied for...not sure how my KYC is getting registered.

                          Flipkart Pay Later Dues

                          I am not able to pay my Flipkart pay later dues that is issued by IDFC first bank limited.

                          Hi I have an existing idfc loan account. Idfc sent me this easy buy card. I was trying to purchase the durables using it via instacred, but insta cred says the mobile number I am trying to login with is not registered with any of thier partner banks. And I have only one mobile number, which is alone registered with idfc. I wonder why they sent a card when I am not registered with them. Why did they sent this Card? To trouble us to not to buy anything or to humiliate us stating you r not registered with us . I want to use the card, my registered number says its is not registered, help me out

                            I bought 2 wheeler from IDFC bank in 2019 and had been making payment until March 2020. Since Lockdown began, my husband lost his job and I was sole care taker of my family. I opted for moratorium got confirmation messages still IDFC bank had submitted the ECS to bank and bouncing charges were levied. I sent emails to look into this matter. No one replied, no one answer calls. Financial condition got worse. Then I started paying the EMI from January 2021, they seized the vehicle in February 2021. I went to Koramangla branch and explained the situation, paid 2 months EMI and paid seizing charges of 3000 at the branch. After that I started paying EMI every month with out a miss. Again on 16th September seizing team stopped me and asked to make the payment. I showed them the proof, they refused to take my word and started ill treating on the road side. I requested them that I have been making payments religiously and bank is aware of the situation. Then they asked me to talk to their Manager Lokesh, who had absolutely no manners to talk to a lady. First they asked me clear 4 emi's. I agreed and called my mom to pledge my gold chain and get the money which was around 14, 444 (3611*4). Then they refused and asked me to make the total outstanding 48000 including bouncing charges, interest rates. I said If I had that money the I wouldnt standing here with you. I stood for almost 2.5 hours in the hot sun, It was really embarrassing. I told them will go to police stating, they refused telling me, if you want to complaint give us the vehicle then do what ever you want, will not come. They were 4 guys and spoke to me so rudely and with out no respect as if i am criminal. Finally they asked me give us the seizing charges and leave, they demanded 5000. I showed my bank account and had only 700 rs. Then they asked me to pay 2700 which is not seizing fee. I asked to ensure that if I take the vehicle somewhere will your team still stop me. He said he cannot ensure that. He asked to borrow money and paid him 2000.

                            Trust me, I was about to cry on the road. Firstly they gave me option to make the payment and leave, which I agreed then they said no, you have to pay the outstanding, then they asked me to pay the seizing charges, shouted at me, yelling on the road. denied to come to police station.

                            My concern is not only me the whole world is facing the problem. So why cant they treat us like human beings? Its me who paid downpayment, paid emi's regularly. when i tried to contact the bank during the hard time, no one was there to help. Now when I had been making payments, I get insulted on the road and tortured me to take my bike if I dont pay them.

                              ₹59 has been deducted from Amazon Pay Later and never reflected back to the account
                              3 times it is transaction failed and ₹59 deducted 3 times on 30th June 2021 2 times and on 9th Sept 2021 1 time amount deduction and on 14th September also ₹59 deducted but it's successful but amount never reflected back to my account.
                              Please refund the amount for Amazon Pay Later Activation and Failed Transactions.

                                Cash back on consumer loan complaint

                                My loan account no is 42455347. I have taken consumer durable loan on 7th April 2021 from IDFC first bank. During my loan disburment, I have taken loan aRs 5000 cash back offer after 3 EMIs. But till now I have not reived the same. I have contacted to their customer care team, but not getting any response....

                                It's been a month now I've been complaining but somehow no one is responding, not even one of you is taking this case seriously. I even have a lot of proofs. They are using different types of miss leads with me. I even have a lot of results. They are using different types of miss leads with me. The number you are sending me in such a way that whoever calls, call him, why should I? Please contact me and please close it and even delete the counter charges that you have deducted.
