Flipkart blocked my account 2 years back and i tried contacting flipkart to unblock my account for which i didn't receive proper response from them.
I didn't had any pending payments in flipkart pay later so i thought the pay later option and loan account from IDFC bank might have closed. But IDFC First bank are charging me interest from 2 years and now the loan amount is around Rs.13500 which is also reflecting in my Cibil Report and also they have also wrote "written off". My credit score has been reduced from 760 points to 600 points from which i'm not able to take any loans from any of the banks.

IDFC First Bank has not sent me a single mail or message about the loan amount, directly they have updated pending loan amount in the Cibil Report.

Now IDFC First Bank is saying we are unable to close your loan account. You need to contact Flipkart itself to close the loan account.
How can the loan issued bank can't close the loan account?

    I am on maternity leave from last 6 months. So i didn't received salary from past 6 months. Even though i am paying emi Rs. 20000 regularly on loan id 33844545. After delivery i went my husband's home. We locked our rented house in Hyderabad and went AP. Now the problem is ... i missed one month emi. From 5th onwards Idfc employees are calling me daily like hell. They tortured me to pay at any cost. I explained each and every thing i said above to the manager and others. But that said that they have target.. And the bloody manager threating me that he will increase my intrest rate my 3%. I should pay at any cost. They call from many numbers 30 to 40 times a day. As i have to manage a new born baby and my health also not well... I am unable to pick the calls. But i answered some times and conveyed the status every time. Due to financial problem i am unable to arrange this one month emi. Even though i was not there in my house They went to my house in village and created drama before our house every one watching... . They did this for missing only one month emi.. I already told them that i will pay 2 emi at a time.. But they haven't listened. They shouted on our parents and siblings like anything. The main person is Hyderabad collection manager SRUKANTH PRASAD(SHAMSHU M) [protected]. I dont know wether it is real name or not. He is Very rude and he threating his executive to sit at our home and collect the payment. I dont know wether IDFC terms are like this or that manager was like this. My last one year emi are very clear. For one emi they should not be dealing like this.. That too to a women in maternity leave. I am going to take this issue further. I took loan form others banks previously like hdfc axis. No one ill treated like IDFC. i don't recommend loan from IDFC bank

        Harassment calls for loan

        Hi,

        I don't know how you got my contact details, but calling me every now and then for days, to take personal loan is harassment. I have rejected everytime that I don't want it, still it has not stopped. I told one executive that I don't need a loan, he asked me 'May I know why you are rejecting such a good offer?' Stupidity at its peak!

        Kindly remove my details from your database. This harassment has spoilt...

        I was late for paying my emi this month. The agent contacted me i told them i will pay my emi in next 2 days they made me feel like i have no right to live or to buy something. I also told them they can charge me whatever interest they want but they spoke ruthlessly. If something happens to me i will solely blame this agent. I have call recording with me. I will soon file a complaint against that agent and bank in police station.

          IDFC FIRST BANK FRAUD OR TECHNICAL GLITCH

          This is either pure fraud or a technical glitch from IDFC First Bank but be it any of that and the victim here is the customer RaviKiran Halappa Naik who has 3 EMIs with IDFC Bank First through TRIP MONEY
          listed on MAKEMYTRIP. Now please go through the whole explanation for what happened…
          MY EMI DETAILS: -
          Loan No. Total EMI Amount EMI Tenure Period
          45488113 6823 1202 6months 02Aug21 to 02Jan22
          49827145 5865 2004 3months 02Oct21 to 02Dec21
          49827506 14360 2516 6months 02Oct21 to 02Mar22

          Above All the 3 EMIs have been paid or AUTO DEBITED as one(1) combined EMI of value Rs.5722 as you can see in the attached 05Oct2021’s bank statement of the above customer RaviKiran Halappa Naik.


          But before that On 02Oct2021 the three EMIs were supposed to be AUTO DEBITED as three separate individual EMIs but the AUTO DEBIT happened of Rs.5722 which is a combined value of all the 3 EMIs and was never informed to the customer that the EMIs will be debited as one combined EMI that means 3 EMIs combined into 1 EMI.
          Now what happened as you are able to see in the attached 02Oct2021’s bank statement of the
          above customer RaviKiran Halappa Naik.

          The Combined Value of all the EMIs is Rs.5722 but EMIs were supposed to be AUTO DEBITED as one separate individual EMI since your IDFC Executives say the same so due to this I got fined Rs.295 on 02Oct2021 and even though value of all the three EMIs were combined as one EMI of value Rs.5722, I have been charged Rs.472 as NACH BOUNCE CHARGE for 3 times (472*3=Rs1416) on 12Oct2021 as you can see in the attached 12Oct2021’s bank statement of the above customer RaviKiran Halappa Naik.

          Now Let Us Do Some Math’s: -
          Rs.5722(3EMIsCombinedIn1EMI) – Rs4923.36(Available Amount) = Rs.798.64 Less Amount.
          However EMIs were supposed to be AUTO DEBITTED as one separate individual EMI.
          So combining the value of any 2 EMIs considering only Rs.4923.36 is available comes to be: -
          1st Situation:- Rs.1202+Rs.2004= Rs.3206
          2nd Situation:- Rs.2004+Rs2516= Rs4520
          3rd Situation:- Rs2516+1202=Rs.3718
          So according to the Permutation and Combination had the EMIs were AUTO DEBITED as 1 separate individual EMI the
          2 EMIs would have been paid. Hence only 1 NACH BOUNCE of Rs. 472 is eligible and I request you to
          refund Rs.944 (Rs472*2) + Rs.295 = Rs1239. As soon as possible and call me for why such miscommunication exists in the organization among the executives itself and between executives and the customers.
          Hoping for the favorable action at the earliest please.

              Not proper Customer services, they just give services to there relative and friends only, as i go to my near by branch the employee was solving friend problem aa i had come first then too infront of me that employee was solving her friend problem not mine, then i make appeal on it she was saying her problem is little bit wait for while let me complete her then i will solve your... is this the way to services customer and i must say to all customers for this bank pls dont open account in this bank either your friend or family is not working bcz they will solve problem only for friends and family not rather customer

                  I was issued 5000 as credit by idfc bank in flipkart pay later.
                  i ordered a product of approximately 3000 from that credit and later on i requested to return that item but in response they blocked my account.
                  how can i pay for loan which i did not used.
                  now my credit score is keep decresing as it been 2 month since my request is not resolved.
                  its very disturbing that bank lay that loan amount on customer in the place of company (flipkart) as this mistake was of flipkart

I have answered, rejected and blocked many numbers but am still receiving multiple calls and testing my patience everyday.

                      Dear Sir,
                      Your person constantly approached us to pay the EMI, we tried to deposit said EMI amount online but showed the account is closed.
                      After frequent call from your phone no [protected], we paid via phonepe
                      for the amount of Rs 8950. The details are attached for your kind reference.

                      But now another lady is approaching us from [protected] for the payment and saying that the paid amount is not concern for her and saying that the number is not for IDFC.

                      Kindly look into this matter and guide us

                            IDFC has provided Rs.1, 500 as my paylater monthly credit, after few months later when i checked my Cibil score, i was shocked to fine that IDFC had late payments( Rs.508 for Dec'2020) and i lost 100+ points from my cibil score due to this false reporting. Me and flipkart have my payment history which shows all the payments were on time. I have noticed a foul play here and would like to take this as high as possible, if we just think about the masses of the people involved in flipkart paylater, we can guess what big a scam this is. I would like to have a resolution on this as soon as possible.

                            Can anyone please tell me how to approach RBI or other institutions governing malpractices in Banking sector in india?

                              Hi,
                              I've had taken an electronic device on loan and this month I was supposed to get EMI. I'd maintained my balance on the 1st oct so that the emi is cut on the 2nd. Though it didn't. After 2/3 days I called up the customer care to ask what the problem was and they said me that my EMI was bounced and the second date would be 5th oct for EMI with charge of rs. 400-500 something between as bounce charge. Why am I supposed to pay the charges if I made sure that the balance is maintained a day prior. Ok I forgot it. The second turn was on 5th and still it didn't cut and the status again showed up as bounced. Is this funny? I'm already going through alot of depression in my house and this thing is stressing me more? Apart from that I made many calls to ask what the problem is and I started receiving many calls from hell lot of numbers stating that they are calling from IDFC COLLECTION TEAM! They started bombarding me for the bounced loan. One gives me a solution, one answers my question and few minutes later the second person calls me and asks me about the same.

                              An person said me after alot of argument and discussion about my emi and balance maintained after I explained her whole thing .. she gave me a good solution that I maintain the balance 2days prior for safer side and this time no charges will be taken as an exception. Ok agreed to her and I was satisfied by the solution. But 1hour later again I got one call and the person says the half amount of the charges will be taken. Like seriously? This is the worst experience ever I could tell you.
                              Yesterday, I received one more call when I was traveling and in stress I was saved from an accident just because of my friend. If the person was not present there with me than literally anything could have happened with me. I continuosly said the person that I've already spoken to many staff of the bank about it now what's up more? And I'm traveling so cannot speak with you at the moment. The person still didn't mind whatever I said and asked me to do the payment continuosly. He still kept ignoring whatever I said him so I had to abort the call. Later, the same person (a guy) texted me on whatsapp. His name is prince. I asked him that if they guys are allowed to text personally to the customers so he said that yes if customers don't answer the call. I mean I'm pretty sure they're not allowed to do so.

                              Today again from morning 7am I'm getting calls and trust me I've received 7+ calls till now ie. 3pm. So irritating. I'm sick and have to consult a doctor I could show my medical certificates if needed.
                              The last call I picked up somewhere around 2:30pm and I was in full intention to screw this person... I said him that I'm fed up of your calls and I've already spoken to the team. He literally started scolding me and giving back answers. I said which bank is opened on sunday how could you call me up. He says we have full authority and RBI has given us this rights. I mean how do these guys have rights to personally text me on WhatsApp and call and threaten me. Is this rule by RBI? Really.
                              I've one of my relatives working in RBI. and he doesn't seem to inform me something like this and agree to it.

                              Please take actions against this and revert me about this. A kind request. I'll provide you the numbers of the people who contacted me:

                              ‪+[protected]‬ (the one who gave me RBI rule jazz and threaten me by scolding on call)

                              Please confirm if these numbers are verified by the bank and are genuine. I'm looking for quick and genuine revert on this case.

                                Idfc first bank customer care representatives are repeatedly calling me on both of my numbers repititive from different locations and from different numbers since at least few months now .

                                Even on weekend they are disturbing with 4-5 calls on those days as well . During weekdays as well while working they make calls even though I made it abundantly clear that I donot wish to receive these calls which border on Harrasement . I’m now currently very worried, depressed as I get my office calls as well via landline numbers and have to support different teams on mobile .

                                They call me from their mumbai office, hyderabad office, bangalore office . And each of these offices seems to have multiple landline numbers and each time I answer its a different representative or ivrs call . Please take this complaint and acknowlede it . I see there must be several other consumers who must be feeling the same pain . The IDFC bank cannot take this matter lightly and they cant keep the charade of Harassing people in the name unwanted customer service for which we are not intersted in .

                                  I am using fast tag of IDFC FIRST BANK for my vehicle KL 04 AQ 9888. My fast tag account user got expired, Now I want to update the account with my RC book, Since it was issued at the time of booking vehicle and is not linked to vehicle number, only the Chassis number is linked, but message appears as user got expired . My ID is 2871873.

                                    My name is Ravikumar I am from Miryalaguda, Telangana my cibil score was too low I don’t know how it’s happened once I checked my cibil report there is showing I take consumer loan in idfc first bank in Hyderabad, Vanasthalipuram but I didn’t take that loan there is used my PAN number BAOPN2543Q. I lost 2 jobs depending on my cibil score because of this fraud. Please resolve this problem
