I am a victim of both identity theft and credit card fraud and report these to issued credit card issuer(IDFC BANK Limited), Lodged complaint in cyber crime police station Hyderabad. Police have traced and arrested the fraudster, they found credit cards with him which are one my name. fraudster convicted the offence, police filed FIR arrested him and send to jail.
I have shared FIR, Remand report with the IDFC Bank but still bank have not removed fraud credit card details from my account due to which my CIBIL got effected. I raised dispute in CIBIL.com but no use. Please help me in this regard.

    HI Sir,
    I have not applied and not availed the IDFC credit card. it is fraud happened by my identity theft . Because of which I have lost my valuable credit score. I have lodged complaint in Hyderabad Cyber crime police and police traced and arrested the seamster. Scamster convicted the offence, police filed FIR and arrested him. I have shared FIR and all the details to IDFC bank still bank is calling and harassing me to repay the amount. Please do needful.
    Many times I have raised dispute with CIBIL.com but they are not removing it from my CIBIL report.

      The EMI and Loan amount in the Loan sanction letter and Welcome letter are different and the lower amount was advertised by the loan agent!

        I paid my loan EMI 1300rs before due date on 1 September 2023 but they are asking me check bounce charges of 472 rs. So please resolve my problem.

          I want NOC now

          I have paid all the 3EMIs of my IDFC FIRST BANK loan on 24 JUNE 2023 and cleared the all EMIs on that day but now they are asking extra charges as check bounce charges and no one can responding for my call. Please resolve it...

          I have not taken any loan from IDFC bank. But still it is showing I have taken 500 rupees loan from IDFC. Can you please help me with that. I can see the loan amount is applied from 06-Jan, 2022.

            I activated my flipkart paylater option on may 2023 and purchased a smartphone and the bill was paid prior to the due date mentioned. My paylater option was still active a few days back till 25th august. But now it's showing my flipkart paylater account is blocked. Without any reason my account has been blocked. I tried reaching out to flipkart customer care helpline but they didn't help me in any way. Flipkart customer services are saying it's the fault of IDFC bank. It's been 3 days I'm seeing the same thing without any update regarding the same. My cibil is getting affected because of this. Please activate my account.

                I have a two wheeler loan with idfc first bank, My business is not running So I am unable to do payment timely, On today I have two pending emis of 7561/- and have done a part payment of3000/-, Your executive Visited my homes 6-7 times and his name is GAJENDER and he is in guidance with loans manager Mr. GAJENDER AND LOANS area head Mr. VINOD, He misbehaved with my mother two times without my absence and Today he abused and shouted outside my house like a hell, He screaming again and again, I assured him that i will pay before 31st, But he doesn’t listen at all, Misbehaves and mentally tortured, Unfortunately IDFC FIRST BANK having a goons not a field executive, Who gives the rights to misbehvaed with client like this, I want proper justice, I want him to be terminated. I want to file a legal complaint in IDFC FIRST BANK and Police station for this MISBEHAVED, ABUSING AND MENTALLY TORTURE, Please let me know Idfc bank do something for this unprofessional behaviour

                  In the name of debit adjustment Rs 900 was deducted by IDFC first bank. their customer support is so painful i had to call them 5 times and they say you can raise a dispute in the app but for these debit adjustment it is not even showing the option of raise dispute since it is not the toll plaza mistake. But they told me to write an email so i did after that they are saying money will be credited after 15 or 45 working days but the sad part is my vehicle is black listed and i am not able to use other fast tag also. why it should take 45 days or 15 days ? I want my vehicle to be removed from black listing. they are saying that i have to recharge for 900 rupees in order to remove the black list. so pathetic.

                    Hi team,
                    I m using idfc first bank fast tag. seriously idfc services are worst. 1st tat time is very long. my problem is that whenever I used this tag for journey after journey my balance went in negative or show debit adjustment for total last recharged that I used in that journey. currently my balance in negative amount of almost 1200rs. this was happened with me 4 time. pls help me resolve this issue. problem is from idfc side bt they suggest change your tag may be it's a tag of truck or big vehicle. in this case idfc change my fast tag from his side but not they charged 100rs from customer to replace the tag.

                            Hi Idfc bank, please know, that my flipkart pay later account has been hacked by scammers, and flipkart is so callous they allowed a completely different phone number which is different to my kyc details to access my pay later account and make flight bookings worth 70000 inr (my entire pay later balance) all in different names. I have filed a complaint at flipkart and at cyber crime helpline and both are investigating, but please block the pay later loan from your end and do not generate bills as I wont pay them due to the scam till it being resolved and i will incur issues to my credit score. Please do the needful. I have all proofs and even the scammers phone number and home addresses if needed i will share all evidences please let me know

                              Inward remittance needs to return

                              I opened a current account in idfc first bank and there were some remittance which needs to be transfer in my current account but bank Did not approve it and nor given the AD CODE I contacted them but they are not responding the if they ate not giving mW the Ad code and transferring the amount then the amount needs to be return in my clients account but they Re not responding...

                              Hello,

                              I don't even have a loan in IDFC . One of the loan agent with the mobile no [protected] has contacted me multiple times and the 1st word used by him is an abusive word.

                              The reason he contacted me is my colleague took loan from IDFC and my number is in his friends reference. How your bank team expecting referrals to clear the loan which was not taken by them or signed by the referred person ?

                              He is threatening me to make the payment for the loan which is not applied or not even part of the loan. I have the complete voice recording and watsapp threatening messages with abusive words. I will file a complaint to consumer court and RBI. I need a serious action to be taken on the person who contacted me and harrased me.
