Hi Idfc bank, please know, that my flipkart pay later account has been hacked by scammers, and flipkart is so callous they allowed a completely different phone number which is different to my kyc details to access my pay later account and make flight bookings worth 70000 inr (my entire pay later balance) all in different names. I have filed a complaint at flipkart and at cyber crime helpline and both are investigating, but please block the pay later loan from your end and do not generate bills as I wont pay them due to the scam till it being resolved and i will incur issues to my credit score. Please do the needful. I have all proofs and even the scammers phone number and home addresses if needed i will share all evidences please let me know

I opened a current account in idfc first bank and there were some remittance which needs to be transfer in my current account but bank Did not approve it and nor given the AD CODE I contacted them but they are not responding the if they ate not giving mW the Ad code and transferring the amount then the amount needs to be return in my clients account but they Re not responding...

I don't even have a loan in IDFC . One of the loan agent with the mobile no [protected] has contacted me multiple times and the 1st word used by him is an abusive word.

The reason he contacted me is my colleague took loan from IDFC and my number is in his friends reference. How your bank team expecting referrals to clear the loan which was not taken by them or signed by the referred person ?

He is threatening me to make the payment for the loan which is not applied or not even part of the loan. I have the complete voice recording and watsapp threatening messages with abusive words. I will file a complaint to consumer court and RBI. I need a serious action to be taken on the person who contacted me and harrased me.

Dear Sir/Ma'am, I am trouble customer of IDFC First Finance. There are lots of corruption in Goalpara District of IDFC Finance. They are lots of corrupting money from the customer. If customer goin to purchase a two wheeler vehicle then they taken down payment but 40% sharing each other with Team Leader, Dealer Sales Executive. And Reaming 60% deposit as Down payment. There lots of corruption in Goalpara District. And another Dealer name is Bimal Honda at Dudhnoi Goalpara there are the same doing corruption. The Team Leader Name is Rajiv Kalita, Contact number - [protected]. And Sales Executive (Financer) Suraj Rabha his Contact No- [protected]. Both are IDFC company employee but both working as a Broker. They are harrassing to Customer and corruption.

We are requested to look this matter and take action urgently

Dear Sir/ Ma'am, I'm a Trouble Customer of your IDFC Capital Finance. There are lots of corruption in Goalpara District. There lots of harrassment to the customer in IDFC finance. If customer paid the down Payment for Two Wheeler Loan then they Deposit Down Payment 60% from Down Payment and 40% they distribute each other with Dealer, Finance Executive and Finance Team Leader. According to Dudhnoi, Goalpara Dealer name as Bimal Honda. They lots of corruption with TL . The TL name is Rajib Kalita Contact No- [protected]. He is working as Team Leader but he is working as Broker. One the Reputed person Sales officer name as Suraj Rabha Contact No- [protected]. He is also lots of corruption in Goalpara District. Please look at this matter urgently otherwise I will complaint in Reserve Bank of India...

Dear Sir,
It is intimated that I am getting daily spam mails from AIDFC Bank through [protected]@connectinboxx.com under different heads ie regarding their credit cards etc. These mails number 10-15 per day sometimes two to three in a span of a few minutes. I fail to understand how a Company of this stature can use tricks and violates the privacy of citizens. It is even more shameful because there is no action has been taken by this company despite numerous emails on mail address available ie [protected]@idfcfirstank.com Request take up case with this cheap spammer whose bosses refuse to listen to the voice of the people .

My name is Amal Mohan.Before few months i use Flipkart emi option for purchasing products from Flipkart and I pay the complete amount and interest as emi.but now I checked the CIBIL report it showing 138 rs balance to pay and it showing loan status is active and I tried with Flipkart services they are telling there is no amount is pending with my account, so they closed my loan account.Customer care executive is saying that please contact with idfc bank and inform them.Already i send the entire details to idfc bank customer service, but Idfc bank team is saying that please collect noc from Flipkart services.Now the problem is this 138 rs affecting my cibil score.I am expecting a solution for this issue.

I'm shivaprasad m. My loan account number 4880496. Bank people force fully give loan to me, he told 12% interest, i took loan but after peing 4 months of emi my loan interest is 30%. I request to bank please close my loan i will pay full amount but bank refused to close my account, then i stopped to pay emi, now he ready to close my account and he given to me a precloser later (attached ) and I'm paid the amount what mensioned in the precloser later, and i get NO DUE CERTIFICATE also, but in CIBIL still showing account active.

Greeting for the day,

I am an ex employee who lost job in laid off in November, since from there onwards I has faced 146 interview neither got selected or received any job. It is hard to survive livelihood yet IDFC back customer service is calling me again and again and forced me and my relatives for one time settlement on 20th of June with payment date as 30th of June, as I am unable to collect fund for closure and is in interview at Dashninja technology has informed the same to executive but they are calling end number of time treating me that this will be done till i pay the settlement money.

I request you to ask them a couple of months i.e till november time so that I can get hired somewhere and start paying the debt which i had from the bank and please ask them not to bounce and cheque as it is effecting my scorecard.

I have not taken any loan from flip kart consumer loan but 2 loans are reflected in to my IDFC account. I have got clearance from flip kart that no loan is taken . but EMI is deducted from my IDFC bank account. Please help me in resolving this issue

They continuously make harrasment calls and give threats to the family members and also calls and defame you by calling your contact list .
They do not value customers ..they are only vasooli agents. Even if you are not defaulter still they will harrass you like anything just to complete their daily targets

Abused a female in SMS for recovering the EMI

After surrendering the bike they sent the notice. But manager vignesh
[protected] to inform before surrendering the bike. But he not informed me
I don't have job to pay the monthly Emi 2021. How can I pay 7390. Idfc bank and manage Vignesh cheated me. He is responsible for my loss. I will do suicide my self. They are creating problem to me.
After surrendering the bike they sent the notice. But the manager.not informed me before surrendering the bike. He not informed manager not informed me that I need to pay the loss of pay for bike before surrendering the bike. I am not given any written statement to pay the amount after surrendering the bike. Manager not informed me before surrendering the bike. After surrendering the bike your bank asking to pay the amount 7390. I don't have job. I sent the request letter to surrender the bike and I have mentioned that I don't have job and I am not able to pay the monthly Emi amount, and I am surrendering my bike.
Manager told me to surrender the bike in your yuard. I surrender my bike in yuard. At the time of surrendering the bike, manager didn't told me about to pay the extra amount loss of sale. Manager cheated me

I'm receiving many calls (more than 5 calls) from number starting with +91226887#### daily. Fed up with these irritating calls. They are asking to take personal loans. I have answered many calls and told I don't need and to stop calling me, but no use. Also complained through mail to IDFC Bank but no response from their side and their customer support is impossible to reach. Their DND service doesn't send OTP for availing DND service. Kindly help in resolving the issue.

I was visit the Head branch in Amritsar of IDFC bank for updated my New mobile number in my loan account after 3 visit still they will not able to update my mobile number every time they told me I raise a request again this time they will happend so pls update my new number in my account .pls resolve it within 1-2 days it very urgent for me
