My car has fasatq and has credit rs 500 appi need to recharge. I have been attempting this for over a month the account gets locked or already locked. The password is so difficult to obtain and mention. Worse than a bank transaction.
Call centre not helpful
Immediately i have to recharge. We are senior citizens. Recharging should be made simple...

I fell too much harassment from idfc bank for personal loan offring and mainly they call between 1 to 4 pm. If i didnt received call than they continuously calling again and again in every 1 hour. I already have opt for dnd still they call me from [protected]. I am not interested in any personal loan and even i have told local office also to dont call me for this than too they continuously harnessing me for marketing calls and offers....

I have taken 3 lakh personal loan from idfc bank with 11.5 % interest. Now i wanted to foreclosure the loan account as i have money available to pay the outstanding amount. I have idfc consumer emi card and i have taken loan in idfc for ac and i paid intime all emis.. But they blocked my emi card without any mistake from myside..

I am not getting point that if i don't have any account with IDFC bank then how can i receive text messages stating that there is a loan account number with overdue of Rs 400. Daily basis i am receiving 6 to 10 times what kind of Scam you guys are doing. Please note it in a serious way or else it will be a big trouble for IDFC bank, i am gonna sue IDFC bank....

Loan acct 9212761, emi start 5 feb 2017 and closed 5 sep 2017, through ecs. Contacted bank and they have asked a copy of memo under which they have returned cheque/reply. Virudhunagar idfc grama vidiyal approved my mom microfinance loan amount 30000. And i came from tirupur for loan nominee sign purpose... Branch manager and accountant karuppasamy ask some money for loan approval. And me said no pay for money that loan... Accountant karuppasamy speak badwords and cancel the loan... Plz take action for irresponsible personssss...

EMI installment dated on 3rd of May, I paid on 3rd may itself but they deducted bounce charges today.Do rectify this and refund.

I have miss guided by the IDFC bank professional by assuring the personal loan at lowest interest rate of 10.49% in Aug. 2024. I trusted them and neglected the other bank offer @11.25%.

Initially got a loan sanction of 8, 49, 122 with interest rate @12.50%. with account number[protected]

At the same time, I have checked with the IDFC bank professional regarding higher rate of interest rate, they told it is soft released document; it will be changed before 1st EMI.
I have followed up with many times and their response after 3 Emi you will get, and finally they told 9 EMI is blocked so will get revised interest rate in April.

I believed on their words and now 10 Emi is finished but bank is asking written proof for these changes, but I have only the details of communication with their professional which clearly told by them document will get before first Emi and other bank offer of lower interest rate before to this loan offer and they are not accepting these.

still, I believe will get justice for this issue. and will convert the interest rate to lower interest rate as communicated 10.49%.

They had sold me HDFC Life Insurance, annual premium being Rs. 2, 09, 000.

They advised me to reinvest the monthly payouts of Rs. 6, 000 in Mutual Funds through SIP’s. I am receiving the payouts from HDFC allright, but IDFC First Bank have not been able to invest my funds in SIP’s. It’s three months now, I really don’t know what they are doing.

It makes me think that the BM and his deputies do not know their job and I am the loser. They say KYC is not done, but I provided them with my PAN Card, AADHAR Card, Photo and what not! But Alas! For the last 3 (THREE) months, they have not been able find out where the problem is or what the problem is! Only when they identify the problem can it be remedied! The Branch is full of inefficient and incompetent staff. And I am a sufferer!

There are utility charges of 1999 dated 24 nov 2024 on credit card, kind request to waive of charges, was. done the transaction by mistake without knowing that this transaction attract utility, please waive of these charges as u can see I am a Promot payer of outstanding bills. Will see next time it won't happen.
