    My fastag account has been debited by Rs. 80 today at Choryasi toll plaza, Gujarat. But my Vehicle is with me in Udaipur and the fastag is also attached to the vehicle. Kindly reimburse the amount debited and check if any duplicate fastag has been issued by your bank. Kindly do the needful urgently as it is a serious matter.

      This is Pratima Behera Email [protected]@gmail.com . Here my complaint is that Rs 99 ECS Return from my bank account on 27 May, 2023 on the name of TPCapfrst IDFC FIRST without any reason. I don't have any active loans with IDFC Bank.

        Dear capital first/idfc first,

        I am writing to formally notify you that I had an account in the capital first loan which was terminated after full payment of the loan.

        The loan ac no was 62828918 which i have cleared without any misses on Sep 2022. Now my complaint is that why rs. 99 was deducted from my bank account ICICI one.

        I shall be highly obliged if you take the necessary action to solve this problem and revert my money in my account.

        IDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Is someone even gonna respond to it or do i take this to court ? 99 rupees might not be that big of an amount to you guys but its "hard earned" money to us. You better respond to this, i'm literally on the verge of losing my cool.
        Its almost more than 3 months, what in the world are you guys even resolving ?

          I dont want your emi card. Please cancel / deactivate my emi card immediately and also refund my yearly charges 99 Rs. deducted by you. I remind this matter again and again timely but no relief given to me.
          Please stop sending the messages send by your bank any time and resolve my problem early.

                  I have completed by KYC for credit card application, but application status is not showing on idfc site, I have not received any email or message or call regarding my application status.
                  While submitting credit card aplication, i have booked fd for 2000, but now i have no idea if i am going to receive that money or not

                        Hi i have IDFC credit card ending with 9786, i have utlize the card last month total 2, 00, 000 lakhs rupees for my personal use, after statement generate, i received calls from IDFC customer service for EMI convert for entire amount i denied the request, around 4 to 5 times i denied to convert the EMI, for repeat the call for EMI convert the last call i accept it, before bill due date i have request to cancel my EMI conversion, the bank is charge around 10, 300 ++ after I raise the complaint to customer service, they are given 1500, relaxation from 10, 300, there is no initiative or no idea about EMI concept at my end, only one time during office hours i received the i said ok to convert, that is my mistake due to this i have to pay 8, 778 to the bank, i am surprised about the terms and conditions of the RBI rules

                          Rs 115 deducted from my IDFC fastag balance for Khed Shivapur Toll Plaza on 27.04.203 @! 06.21 ( Txn Id :[protected]. My vehicle is not travelled from this plaza on 27.04.2023. My car (MH14HD2977) was standing in front of my house on that day at Chikhali, Pune. I don't understand how they deduct amount from anybody account ?
                          I need refund of my money.

                            I never aplied for IDFC credit card. I got several calls saying my application was approved. I asked IDFC to show me evidence of said application and no one was able to produce it for me. After several calls, one "supervisor" said she would investigate and call me back, She never did. i Still keep getting calls about my "application being on hold as it is pending verification". I need a resolution as no one seems to be talking clearly to me.

                            IDFC agents are great and hanging up the call, mid conversation.

I hope my email gets to Mr Vaidyanathan or a person who is at a higher authority and realise the malpractice ways used by the bank and clear violation of human rights because of pathetic services.                               Your representatives are using illegal and abusive language for recovery of EMI. This is causing harrasement and un necessary nuisance. Whereby we as a esteemed client of yours are making payments by ourselves everymonth though it's getting delayed by few days for last few months because of financial disruption. This time too we are committed to pay it before the month end and even told your representative that it would be paid by 25th. April.
                              The no. From which we are recieving call is[protected] and the guy is making what's app call and threatening us on this. He has told to harrase via social media.
                              We are registering a complaint on it to the police also with a the copy of this mail.
                              I being the complainant seek your immediate action on this.
                              Further any replications against such activity will be the sole responsibility of bank.
