I had purchased IDFC infra binds tranche 2 and same have matured in Feb'20121.
Please help in redeeming my four infra bonds ([protected] to [protected], folio no: IDB 0407145, certified no: 407145).
I have submitted my undertaking for change of address & bank details through Debasmita Nayak, BM of JH branch of IDFC bank in Hyderabad and have sent an email to [protected]@idfcfirstbank.com with all my details.
I do not have demat account. hence please send the DD for redeemed amount to my address given below.

    I had purchased 4 bonds of Rs.5000 each of IDFC Infrastructure TRENCHE 2, and was allotted a folio no IDB0314920 which was going to be matured on 21/02/2021. On non-receipt of any credit to my bank account I mailed the details to 1) [protected]@karvy.com 2) [protected]@idfcbank.com 3) [protected]@idfc.com. The result was null with delivery to [protected]@karvy.com failed and [protected]@idfc.com blocked my mail. the mail id ig.idfcbank.com though received my mail but did not bother to reply.

    On 12/03/2021 I received a message that the Redemption Warrant was despatched to me through Aviral Courier with consignment no [protected]. On tracking the consignment with the Aviral Bulk Handling Logistic Pvt Ltd. I found that the a mail was despatched on 24/02/2021 and delivered on 8/3/2021.

    But to my utter dismay, no such mail was delivered to me. The call centre of Aviral Logistic was unable to state to whom the mail was delivered.

    Kindly arrange to pay me my hard earned redemption amount as I am a retired person already in crunch of money and expecting your sympathetic attention.

      My cheque couriered by IDFC is not received from past 20 days. I have called several times to customer care number but they never answered it's worth about 20k and i have no idea where it is. It was sent by Aviral Logistics and they seems to be a fraud company as they don't have any genuine link.

        Hi,
        Dear concern,

        I am a loyal user of flipkart and thats why I had used Flipkart's Pay Later option for some of my orders.

        Everything is smooth untill I got a legal notice from IDFC bank which says that I have some amount pending to them.

        But, my payment is all cleared within the deadlines and I don't know what this legal notice for.

        Buy the product Rs.2896 from Flipkart paylater on EMI Rs.3024 date05.sept.2020.
        Pay all the installment on time (09.sep.20 Rs1008), (05.oct.20 Rs1008)and (05.nov.20 Rs1006).

        I've tried contacting the law firm but they do not have a contact number. I had called Flipkart & IDFC bank many times to solve my problem.

        After so many attempts, I still not get any kind of solution. "Major problem" is my CIBIL Credit score got affected by this which will affect my upcoming transactions. Credit score deducted -180points last 3months.

        I am enclosing all the documents and proofs i have and this will be the my last attempt to Solve this mess, else I will file a complaint against all of you in Consumer Court.

        Solve this issue for better customers relations for future.

            I have idfc long term infrastructure bonds tranche 2 application no 18460677 FOLIO no IDBO 254930 which was matured on 21 st february 2021 I supposed to receive draft may be within 7 to 8 days but untill today I do not receive
            They says they send courier by AVIRAL logistic and give me tracking no but I am still waiting and AVIRAL website contact no are fake and they are not showing correct information in tracking also
            Almost 15 days pass so I want to launch

                  Dear Sir,
                  I am using fast tag of IDFC FIRST BANK having user ID 419811.JAIMIN. I am not able to login in my account as it is continuously showing this message "Sign-in failed:user account is locked".

                  I have tried to activate user id but it is showing that user ID is already activated. Also i have tried to reset password and login again which is also not working.

                  Also I have Paid Rs. 70000 3 days earlier i.e on 09/03/2021 which is debited from my account & not credited to IDFC fastag account also not credited in my bank account.

                  I am Continuously calling helpline no. from last 3 days but line are always busy and no one is picking any call.

                  Please help me in this regard as soon as possible.

                                IDFC Long term Infra Bonds taken in 2011 were due for redemption in Feb-2021. I had taken Infra Bonds when I was posted at Mumbai.
                                As I am now at Hyderabad, I requested IDFC to send the Bonds redemption amount to my Bank Account or to my Hyderabad address. I sent this request on 5th Feb-2021. However, on the same date, HDFC replied stating that they can not update new Bank or Address in their records as the request was received after the cut-off date of 1st Feb.
                                I have not received any communication from IDFC about the cut off date for changes. I had sent my request for updating my details more than two weeks before the due date of maturity/redemption. Yet IDFC refused and sent a cheque to my old address at Mumbai and informed me courier details. When I checked the courier status online, I found status as "RTO Reason SHIFTED". I think, the cheque has been returned to IDFC. I have written to IDFC at [protected]@idfcfirstbank.com, to help in getting the bond maturity amount. But there is no response yet. Please help.

                                IDFC responded and advised me to submit Bank A/c details through their website which I did and received the maturity amount of my bonds within 2 days. Great...Thanks.
                                IDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                I called IDFC Registrar KFin Technologies Pvt Ltd (Corporate Registry) and they asked me to submit my PAN and Bank A/c details through their web site "ris.kfintech.com" ( Quick Links and Bank Mandate tab). I submitted the details and attached the PAN and Cancelled cheque. I also received emails from IDFC Customer Service Head advising me to submit details through their website.

                                Bonds maturity amount credited to my Bank A/c in two days. The system is online and very simple. IDFC Bonds Tranche2 holders can check this. Also, bondholders can contact Kfintech (Registrar of IDFC) for help/guidance. They are very helpful.
                                Kfintech (Registrar of IDFC) and IDFC Customer Dept Head guided me to submit Bank A/c details along with PAN on their website (ris.kfintech.com) . I submitted and attached PAN and Cancelled cheque. I did as advised and received the Bonds maturity amount into Bank A/c in two days. Great.
                                IDFC has created a simple and efficient online system.

                                    I am lone number is 39753545 i gave my approval to idfc first bank pl on (ROI) 13% P.Y. as the bank sales executive confirm to me and he confirm me that in evening i need to give my document with executive and he will show you your all lone details and emi information but he didn't give any information to me and he told that amountwill not be dispatch without verification and he again call in night time for otp at that time again i asked to him for me lone details he told me after otp verification call will receive and he will confirm me all and he gave me surety that my (ROI) will be on
                                    13% only. now i am facing lot's off problems mentally & physically harassment i call lot's off time to customer care they confirm me it will take one month please wait alsoi visited bank branch and i summited my written complain no solution from both side .

                                      It Has Matured on 21 Feb 2021 but no amount is credited in my account till date.
                                      I emailed 6 times on ur id but no response from your side. I called up customer care but again no response .This is a harassment of customers whoes dues are not paid timely.

                                        (This is Sujatha Reakwar, I am taking loan(agreement no:[protected] from IDFC bank. I and family facing crisis of pandemic, every time ask I need times to pay EMI, no one help me. Two months before I received a call from IDFC bank regards loan restructuring option, she told that if you take restructuring then you will get six month times for loan emi, after six months you will continue the loan emi but she misguided me. Still I was trying to pay the loan emi but today I received a call from IDFC bank and she said that my vehicle going to cease now if I not ready pay 4 months pending Loan amount. Please check the loan emi statement attachment and the lady mobile number. It's very difficult to me every time I arrange a amount. I get depressed because of this calls. Please do the needful help) This is previous complaint

                                        I have a financial situation is not good but I am trying to paying the two wheeler emi. So many times I told check ur data then call me but without checking data they are continuously calling me and harassing me. I am very tension about financial problems and this people are start depressing me
