My IDFC InfraBond folio no is IDB0361244 with maturity date 21 Feb, 2021.
As per the mail received from IDFC Bank, I have already sent address update and bank account update details in mail on 15 January 2021.
Also, I had received mail for the bank account update from your side on 23 January, 2021 .
But I have not received amount yet in my account, I have tried to communicate many times on phone, mail, but I am not receiving any satisfactory response.
Please look into the matter ASAP.
