          My bank account details are not updated in IDFC records and I am holding physical copy of the bond, please let us know if you have issued Warrants/Demand Drafts in my name and sent the same by registered/speed post.

              I had Flipkart pay later account long ago and same deactivated.So linked IDFC BANK CREDIT ACCOUNT closed on 10/12/2020. Credit account 28098958 again active by kyc misuse of IDFC Bank .they again active credit account with kyc.

                        Hello Sir,
                        Hope, you are doing great.

                        I am writing this email to complaint about IDFC bank.
                        They are regularly calling me 10 times a day.
                        They call me to offer personal loan as I am really fed up of their behavior.

                        I am Fed up with these irritating calls. They are asking to take personal loans. I have answered many calls and told i don't need and to stop calling me but no use.Now regretting taking a loan from IDFC. Kindly help in resolving the issue. Also where should i complain about this (like to cyber cell or consumer board).

                        Please help me to get rid of this spam calls.

                              On 16th February 2021, i had purchased idfc fastag from the idfc bank website and paid rs. 100 for balance in it via online through acko services, payment proof has been attached. i had even received the sms of login, i had even logged in to the account can find some details but cannot of tag or vehicle. i have not received any other mail. i imp'ly didnt receive the fastag, even after a week. please look into the matter. if not give my money back.

                                Hi, I have applied Fastag updating all address details for 2 of my cars. I received login details however my Fastag is not delivered and not able to find status as well. Tried toll free number not able to connect at all. Twice got connected and hearing music with no one attending to it. Completely unprofessional as I am paying money for tolls.

                                    I purchased the car which has idfc fastag, with low balance i approached my bank to issue the new fastag but its blocked from old bank and shows as blacklisted i tried recharging it but no responde.

                                    Mailed them no revert
                                    Called but always shows as busy.

                                    No respinse yet and we are getting now so inconvience.

                                    Please help us and get the problem resolved.

                                      Dear IDFC First Bank / RTA "KFin" Team,

                                      This is with reference to the Redemption of Folio / DP Id & Client Id No: IDB0290450(Abhishek Chowdhury) - Bank Account Update, still

                                      pending after continuous and rigorous follow-ups.

                                      I have written & called several times in last few days, sent required documents by 29th January itself before the cutoff date of 1st

                                      Feb 2021 and confirmed they had been received by calling the IDFC First Bank Toll FREE NO (on 30th Jan 2021). With the RTA KFIN TOLL

                                      FREE number we are never able to reach a real customer representative. Again followed up on 11th February when did not receive any

                                      confirmation for my Bank Account Update.

                                      In my email dated 29th Jan, 2021, I had already shared my required documents. Documents shared were as below:
                                      1) BANK ACCOUNT UPDATE - Request Letter
                                      2) Cancelled Cheque - Front
                                      3) Cancelled Cheque - Back with Beneficiary Folio Number.

                                      When requesting for Bank Account Update confirmation from "einward.[protected]@kfintech.com", your representative Ms. Swetha Balashetty from

                                      Corporate Registry, KFin Technologies Private Limited, replies that last date for updating Bank Mandate is over on 01/Feb/2021 and

                                      she will send the Demand Draft to the old registered address. The maturity date for Bonds is 21/02/2021.

                                      I received such emails from her 2 times on 12th February. For both emails, she replied with the same monotonous message which is

                                      highly unprofessional and seems system generated. And this delay actually highlights the disregard for the customer. Please update

                                      the Bank Account Details to avoid loss and further delay of my matured amount. Its been 10 years and its highly critical for me to

                                      receive maturity amount.

                                      Request your valuable support to remit the proceeds of these "LTIBs" in my Standard Chartered Bank - Savings Account.

                                        I have written several times in last few days that my registered address and bank details have changed.
                                        But every time I write email to "einward.[protected]@kfintech.com", your representative Swetha Balashetty from Corporate Registry, KFin Technologies Private Limited, replies that last date for updating Bank Mandate is over on 01/Feb/2021 and states that she will send the Demand Draft to the old registered address.
                                        The maturity date for Bonds is 21/02/2021.

                                        She replied with the same message more than thrice.

                                        Updating of Bank A/c number may not be possible but why can't you update the current address. WHY DO YOU WANT TO SEND THE DD TO WRONG ADDRESS? I have relocated from that old address.

                                        My latest address is in Hyderabad. I have already sent all my relevant self attested documents for Address Change such as my PASSPORT Copy, and PAN card copy to your email address "einward.[protected]@kfintech.com "

                                        Please update the latest address to avoid loss and further delay of my Demand Draft. There is still time for maturity date.
