We have an account in your Liberty Himayathnagar Branch. We shifted from Union Bank Himayathnagar since you offered us doorstep banking. We have a balance of above Rs.3.5 lacs. However the very first check that we issued on 1st February 2021 for Rs.9000/- was rejected on the grounds that the signatures do not tally. We spoke to the branch and told them that the signatures were exactly the same as the ones they had taken while opening of the account. Please note that the first signatory is Mr.T.Prabhakar Rao aged 76, OSD to the Power Minister, Government of Telangana with service of more than 50 years. The second signatory is the undersigned aged 70 Managing Director of Deccan Coach Builders Pvt.Ltd again with service of more than 50 years. Our signatures do not vary. Even then we told the branch to come and take a new set of signatures. They said the same was not required and earlier there had been a mistake and asked us to issue a new check. The second check to the same party for the same amount was issued on 19th February 2021. The same has again been returned this time with new reasons. Accordingly I wrote a letter to the branch enclosing the returned check and the rejection slip (reproduced below) but your branch person Mr.Chiranjeevi spoke to me even without reading the letter, asking when we issued the previous check. I asked him to go through the letter and then also requested him to issue a bankers check to the said party for Rs.9000/-. I said the same can be issued on the basis of my letter which clearly requests for such a bankers check to be made. He said we have to fill a different form for the same, and he sent the same to me through my person, but he also sent back my letter and refused to accept the same. He also informed my person that by the time he comes back the bank timings will be over so he should come only on Tuesday. I sent him back to the branch to obtain an acknowledgement on the copy of the letter issued by us. Your staff simply refused to accept the letter, refused to sign on the copy of the same and in fact even refused to talk to me on the phone. I asked my man to simply leave the letter on the counter and come off.
In view of the above behaviour of your staff we have lost the confidence that you can provide very amiable service to us and as such would like to kindly close the account.Please arrange to close our account and issue a bankers check for the outstanding balance in favour of our Association itself so that we can deposit the same back into our old account with the Union bank Himayathnagar. Please do the needful at the earliest

Sub: unwarranted return of check the 2nd time

We had issued a check to our lift AMC service provider vide check No 1 on 01.02.2021. It was an account payee check presented to your bank in clearing. The same was returned by you stating that the signatures do not match. I had called up the bank and asked them why this problem has arisen as it was signed by the President and the Treasurer with the same signatures as given to you at the time of opening the account with you. We also requested that in case of any doubt you can come and take the signatures once again. We were assured that it was a mistake and to issue another check.
We issued the second check to them on 19.02.2021 and the same was again returned by you with reasons “Drawer’s signature/authority to operate account not received” and “Alterations require drawer’s authentication”. We are unable to understand why this was done. When we had already telephoned and complained about the earlier returning of the check no such issue was raised.
Our association is run mostly be senior citizens who cannot do any running around the banks. That is why we chose to shift from Union Bank to your bank as you promised to give us doorstep banking. However, we find that once the account was opened no such doorstep facility was provided. In fact, no action was taken against our several complaints that we are unable to operate internet banking and are unable to even pay our electricity bills on line.
We want you now, to issue a pay order in favour of “Autotronic Elevator Service” for Rs.9000/- and also immediately ensure that we get our internet banking facility, failing which we shall be constrained to close our account and go back to the union bank who now promise simple internet banking facility to us.
The returned check as well as the returning slip is also enclosed for your perusal. Please send your personal to take a fresh set of specimen signatures if required and also to operate the internet banking on our computer and show us the same.
Please treat the matter as most important and urgent.

      I dont have any account with IDFC bank I still keep receiving calls and messages from IDFC bank about an account that belongs to paras khanna when I dont need any loans from them neither I am paras khanna. My number is already on DND however I still keep getting calls from IDFC bank. They need to stop sending me messages.

          I had purchased bonds of IDFC Infrastructure TRENCHE 2 in 2011 with folio no IDB0289621 which matured on 21/02/2021.

          On 02/03/2021 I received a message that the Redemption Warrant was despatched to me through Aviral Courier with consignment no [protected]. On tracking the consignment with the Aviral Bulk Handling Logistic Pvt Ltd. I found that the a mail was despatched on 24/02/2021 and was not delivered. When I checked back on 20/03/2021, it says that the document was delivered by signature on 01/03/2021 but I have not received any courier yet.
          The number for call centre for Aviral Bulk Handling Logistic Pvt Ltd is always out of service.

          On 12/03/2021 I got another email from IDFC asking for bank details and they will directly credit amount to my account if courier is not received. I have forwarded all the details to einward.[protected]@kfintech.com and sent multiple follow-up emails but have not heard back anything yet.

          Please look into this matter and kindly credit the amount directly into my account. This has caused a lot of inconvenience to me and my family.

              This is regarding getting unwanted calls from IDFC bank.
              Would like to request you to please stop it before I move forward and take this complaint to the higher authorities. I will make sure this time I raise a complaint on behalf of all the customers and I am sure there might be lakhs of customers suffering from the same.

                My cheque couriered by IDFC is not received from past 20 days. I have called several times to customer care number but they never answered it's worth about 42k and i have no idea where it is. It was sent by Aviral Logistics and they seems to be a fraud company as they don't have any genuine link

                Also now in tracking they show as delivered and signed.

                  I have made a trasaction online to google ads and the transaction was declined on 27th feb 2021. I have complained to bank and they have given me complaint number and informed within 14 days it will come back to your account. After so many days idfc bank not responded and i have made a call to one of their senior manager and he has given email id of the concerned. One of them called and asked details and told me that they will inform soon.

                  Soon after i received a mail which say it will take again 30 days to solve this issue.
                  A new generation nationalised bank is doing like this and i have experienced a lot draw backs from idfc regarding accounts.
                  They don't have proper system and no customer support at all. Idfc bank has no professionalism also.

                    I am having bond of IDFC long term Infra bond, Tranche 2 :
                    Folio no. : IDB0343003, Maturity date : 21st Feb 2021

                    I am following up with yours RTA, KFin Technologies Private Ltd from last one month & following are the developments :
                    As per them they have dispatched demand draft of maturity amount on 24th Feb 21 at my address.
                    They have shared docket no. of courier agency "Aviral Logistics"having docket no [protected] .
                    On tracking this docket no. it was showing "Out for delivery" from 27th Feb to 8th Mar 2021 .
                    Now on tracking it is showing "RTO".

                    Both KFin Technologies & Aviral logistics are not responding on E-mail & also on phone I am not able to contact them .

                    Now IDFC has send a message with link to register my account for electronic transfer 3 days back . I have tried over 20 times to register, but every time it is showing server error.

                    Service level is HORRIBLE .

                    Now this wait of getting maturity amount is becoming longer & frustrating . Request you to look into this & arrange to get demand draft of maturity amount on priority .

                      I hold 4 bonds of value 5000 each purchased on Feb 21, 2011. Now it is matured and I have not received the amount. There is a mail from IDFC that the DD is dispatched to my address, but I have not received it and the courier company is also not reachable to track the status.

                      I have sent several emails and provided necessary details but in vain it's been almost 1 month, few days back I received below email:-

                      "We have dispatched the redemption payment for your above registered folio through AVIRAL LOGISTICS PVT vide their reference number [protected]. The same is expected to be delivered in next 3 - 4 days.

                      In case you have not received the warrant kindly forward us a cancelled cheque and a self attested copy of PAN card by email to einward.[protected]@kfintech.com so that we can remit the funds to your account at the earliest."

                      I have sent necessary detail to transfer the amount electronically but there is no response.

                      Being a IDFC bank account holder this is really annoying and I am really dissatisfied with the service provided on the IDFC FIRST BANK LIMITED - INFRA BOND TRANCHE 2 by IDFC and Kfintech team. Not sure why did they chose to courier through AVIRAL LOGISTICS PVT LTD (Never heard about this company) when there was lot of best courier service available!!!

                      I hope someone responsible will look at this issue at the earliest and resolve the issue at the earliest as it is badly impacting (already) IDFC name.

                        2. Now since the maturity date of bonds is 31 mar 2021, the buyback payable on maturity was rs 11050/- per bond. I would like to encash/liquidate it.

                            Dear sir/madam,

                            I want to complaint against IDFC FIRST BANK for unnecessarily putting cheque in bank and this results deduction of Rs 590 on 2nd of February. I have taken a scooter Honda activa 125 Bs6 in July 2020 through loan from Idfc first bank. Every month they deduct EMI automatically on every 2nd of month. In February i have some work related to money so i have decided to deposit EMI before due date to avoid failure of EMI deposit. I have deposited EMI on 30th of January for February EMI. But they unnecessarily put cheque in bank on 2nd of February and bank made penalty of Rs 590 on 2nd February. For this issue i have contacted the bank then bank said that we can't do anything they have made fault of putting cheque if you already paid the EMI. They don't have to put the cheque or hit the transaction for EMI if you have already paid the EMI for your scooter. Then i had contacted Idfc first bank and from their side one lady official talk to me and after listening my issue she disconnected the call and after that the toll free number can't be reached. The number keeps on busy all the time. I have contacted Honda Agency but they are also unable to solve my issue because they are also not in contact of that IDFC FIRST BANK Agent as they said. I have called many times in bank on their number but they didn't get connected. At last i give up. But as i came to know about this website and consumer rights i have decided to make complaint against IDFC FIRST BANK. Please look into this matter and help me.

                              I'm receiving too many phones call and SMS from Idfc Bank for offering loan I told the caller that don't need any loan from your bank and stop making me calls and SMS in many ways but it doesn't work. So I again request to stop calling for offering loan and SMS Offers. Else I have make judicial case against company and caller. [protected]/[protected]

                                I bought the idfc fastag near bhongir toll plaza on our way to Warangal from hyderabad. It worked fine for 2 days and not getting scanned in any of toll plazas. I paid double toll charge twice.
                                Tried calling customer care multiple times but no response.. Posted on Twitter but no response.. Mail sent to customer care but no response.

                                    I had purchased 4 bonds of Rs.5000 each of IDFC Infrastructure TRENCHE 2, and was allotted a folio no IDB0314920 which was going to be matured on 21/02/2021. On non-receipt of any credit to my bank account I mailed the details to 1) [protected]@karvy.com 2) [protected]@idfcbank.com 3) [protected]@idfc.com. The result was null with delivery to [protected]@karvy.com failed and [protected]@idfc.com blocked my mail. the mail id ig.idfcbank.com though received my mail but did not bother to reply.

                                    On 12/03/2021 I received a message that the Redemption Warrant was despatched to me through Aviral Courier with consignment no [protected]. On tracking the consignment with the Aviral Bulk Handling Logistic Pvt Ltd. I found that the a mail was despatched on 24/02/2021 and delivered on 8/3/2021.

                                    But to my utter dismay, no such mail was delivered to me. The call centre of Aviral Logistic was unable to state to whom the mail was delivered.

                                    Kindly arrange to pay me my hard earned redemption amount as I am a retired person already in crunch of money and expecting your sympathetic attention.

                                        Dear concern,

                                        I am a loyal user of flipkart and thats why I had used Flipkart's Pay Later option for some of my orders.

                                        Everything is smooth untill I got a legal notice from IDFC bank which says that I have some amount pending to them.

                                        Buy the product Rs.2896 from Flipkart paylater on EMI Rs.3024 date05.sept.2020.
                                        Pay all the installment on time (09.sep.20 Rs1008), (05.oct.20 Rs1008)and (05.nov.20 Rs1006).

                                        I've tried contacting the law firm but they do not have a contact number. I had called Flipkart & IDFC bank many times to solve my problem.

                                        After so many attempts, I still not get any kind of solution. "Major problem" is my CIBIL Credit score got affected by this which will affect my upcoming transactions. Credit score deducted -180points last 3months.

                                        I am enclosing all the documents and proofs i have and this will be the my last attempt to Solve this mess, else I will file a complaint against all of you in Consumer Court.

                                        Solve this issue for better customers relations for future.
