My fast tag is showing blacklist though I have sufficient balance. After calling on tollfree they told me to send car pictures and RC on their [protected]@idfcfirstbank.com email. I sent the mail 4 times in the last 1 month with all docs but never got any reply from their side and my Fast tag is still not active. I have very frustrated with the service.

Complaint marked as Resolved Hi, After writing here I tried their online portal, and after lots of R&D I found the way to unlock/activate user account via OTP, and that works for me, my account activated and as I can see the status it showing active, But have to check by going on toll plaza if they able to scan the tag now.
IDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
They are cheating people
