My Folio No. IDB0382898 (SAI, NAGA SRINIVASAN)

I have sent all the required documents on 17-January-2021 to update my address and the bank account details to the email ID: einward.[protected]@kfintech.com.
After that I requested for an update/status with respect to the requested changes.
But every time I write email to "einward.[protected]@kfintech.com", your representative Swetha Balashetty from Corporate Registry, KFin Technologies Private Limited, replies that:
"last date for updating Bank Mandate is over on 01/Feb/2021 and she will send the Demand Draft to the old registered address. The maturity date for Bonds is 21/02/2021."

More than twice she replied with the same message.
Without looking into the content of the emails, I think she just responds with an automated message.
Please train your executives to articulate their replies only after understanding the email content/queries sent by the customers.

I have already sent all my relevant self attested documents for Address Change such as my ADHAAR Card, latest Electricity Bill & PAN card copy to your same email address "einward.[protected]@kfintech.com" on 17-Jan-2021 itself. So, please provide me an update with regards to the same ASAP

Please update the latest address to avoid loss and further delay of my Demand Draft. There is still time for maturity date.

I'm not sure why she is planning to send a Demand draft, when I already submitted a Cancelled Bank Cheque in the email(email ID: sai.[protected]@yahoo.co.uk) sent on Jan-17-2021 itself?

The submitted the following attachments in the email:
1. Filled in and signed Format-II-Change-of-Address-signed.pdf
2. Filled in and signed Format-I-Bank-Mandate-change-signed.pdf
3. A XXXXX Bank cancelled Cheque leaf
4. A self attested Aadhar is attached
5. A self attested PAN card
6. Letter of allotment

This is the 8th time she is responding with the following message after 17-Jan-2021. Is that a REAL PERSON, or some COMPUTER BOT sending those automated responses?

No one either called or provided any update either from the IDFC first bank side or the Kfintech side till date.
It is a bot. Same message has been given to me even though I have shared the cheque, aadhar, pan and other details required to make changes to the wrong address recorded and to add bank details.
They are cheating people

    This is with reference to the Redemption of Folio / DP Id & Client Id No: IDB0210061. ( Ms. Mukti Prasad - Before marriage -- Mukti Trivedi )

    I have written several times in last few days ( sent emails on the dates --- 13th January, 3rd February, 5th February, 6th February, 9th February ) that my registered address and name after marriage has changed.

    But every time I write email to "einward.[protected]@kfintech.com", your representative Ms. Swetha Balashetty from Corporate Registry,
    KFin Technologies Private Limited, replies that last date for updating Bank Mandate is over on 01/Feb/2021 and she will send the Demand Draft to the old registered address. The maturity date for Bonds is 21/02/2021.

    I received such emails from her three times on 5th February, 6th February and 9th February . In all three emails, she replied with the same message.

    In my email dated 13th Jan, 2021, I have already shared my Bank information by sharing the scanned copy of the cancelled cheque and also the first page of the cheque book which also mentioned my current address .
    WHY DO YOU WANT TO SEND THE DD TO WRONG ADDRESS?
    I have relocated from that old address.

    I have also shared the copy of the ADHAAR card as well as copy of the PAN Card via email "einward.[protected]@kfintech.com "

    Please update the latest address, My Name and Bank Details to avoid loss and further delay of my Demand Draft.

    I request you to kindly do the needful as early as possible and confirm the same to me .

      I've ordered fastag from IDFC bank. The fastag is said to be delivered on or before 11.02.2021. I haven’t received it yet. I tried many times to contact their helpline number. But, it was busy often. Kindly rectify the issue as soon as possible.

        Updating of Bank A/c number may not be possible but why can't you update the current address.

          It's been high time I receive daily 4 calls from IDFC bank to take personal loans, I have dnd activated but still they irritate me daily. I will file police complaint now. Please stop this I will contact your department if I need any loan. Don't waste my time and energy as well yours

              In this Bank only the system works with diligence to produce ticket number which will be never attended by anyone and unilaterallyt closed forever without any resolution to the Client. I have savings account with this Bank jointly with my Husband Customer ID [protected]. An IPO for Indigo was subscribed and UPI was used to Hold Funds. The first trial to hold funds through UPI App failed and I authorised to hold funds in another Bank ICICI toi hold Funds. After the closure of IPO and no allotment my fund was released in ICICI bank. But surprisingly I noted there is Hold in IDFCFirst Bank and raised a dispute with them. I found the Service from this bank is extremely poor since you will get only ticket numbers to whomever you write including the CEO mail. Talking to customer care will make you give identity proof like name, mothers name etc. But you service request will remain unresolved. Normally for every call 24 or 48 working Hours will be given but who is there to work for such unique Issues never heard in the History of IPO in the world. I.e Two Hold for one IPO not known to any system like NPCI.

                    I am dastageer i took a personal loan from idfc first bank
                    Agreement number 32976361 clicking on the website and the interest rate was 12% and the amout sanctioned was 151, 647 inr and i was given loan 22/07/2020 but the emi was Rs 6677, for which we had no idea on how much interest rate they had levelled on us. and also they charge bounce charges without withdrawing the emi from my bank with it was having sufficient funds through many months but they called us sent their executive to collect the payment. later on same continued for the reason as there is technical issue in ecs as the customer representative stated and use to collect upi payments every month until six months we suspect something wrong and ask the customer care executive about our loan emi and remaining months n payment we were shocked to hear that our loan interest in 32.85 as to what reason they have charged this interest rate we still dont understand and we went to idfc loan department on 01/02/21 and they said they have given loan for Two wheeler, this is wrong selling and also they have no responsible handling of customers and many were having similar issue and they sent us back by stating they have server issue n they said interest rates are charged depending on the customer. i am really disappointed to know the criteria on which they charge such a hefty rate of interest is beyond my understanding. i hope you help me out with closing my loan by settle with proper justice or reducing the interest rate to what was shown on their website.

                        My Name is Karthik and I have applied a loan from nationalized bank but they had rejected due cibil issue so i went to check the cibil there I came to know that the loan was active behalf of IDFC bank and i had contacted and asked them i have not availed any loan from your bank then why its showing active in cibil they said its been added by Flipcart so kindly contact them for further and i have contacted them to and flipcart people they are stating there is no account in my name i have both IDFC and Flipcart they even not bother of my issue.

Confirmation of that is provided in the last step of the sign-up journey, where Flipkart’s association with IDFC FIRST Bank is listed in the form of ‘Powered by IDFC FIRST Bank’. You can de-activate the Flipkart ‘Buy Now Pay Later’ account and the shopping line associated with it by visiting the Flipkart website or the app. To proceed with this, you are requested to kindly settle your balance by clicking on ‘Pay Now’ on the Flipkart Pay Later dashboard, and use any of the payment options available. The Pay Later account needs to have a zero outstanding balance, both billed and unbilled.                         I had applied on 2019 December month but application was rejected so how will I be liable to clear or make payment i[censored] have not given any credit so kindly provide the statement of account status or evidence that I particular monetary aspect has been provided by you people because of this issue my cibil has been ruined just clear this for god sake of I will go for legal and then you will liable to pay compensation for the false updating on my cibil.

                          Hello, I have availed a loan from IDFC Bank and have been paying EMIs regularly. However everyday the IDFC customer care personnel and Mr. Dulu Sarma and Ms. Pinky, IDFC Loan Collector calls me from their personal numbers and hurl abuses calling me cheap and that I should be shameful for not paying my EMI. An important thing to be noted is that I have never defaulted to pay the EMI however since call me every day and mentally harass me from their personal number. I want to file a mental harassment case against IDFC Bank and Mr. Dulu Sarma and Ms. Pinky from the Guwahati Loan Collection Branch. They have no right to misbehave with a customer like that. I am also going to the press for this.

                            My fast tag is showing blacklist though I have sufficient balance. After calling on tollfree they told me to send car pictures and RC on their [protected]@idfcfirstbank.com email. I sent the mail 4 times in the last 1 month with all docs but never got any reply from their side and my Fast tag is still not active. I have very frustrated with the service.

                            Hi, After writing here I tried their online portal, and after lots of R&D I found the way to unlock/activate user account via OTP, and that works for me, my account activated and as I can see the status it showing active, But have to check by going on toll plaza if they able to scan the tag now.

                                  Toll people are telling me that my fastag is not activated and updated. I am trying to call customer care but no-one is picking up my call. The service is very poor. All this process is really tedious and cumbersome. I am facing a lot of difficulties.

                                  The one thing I have observed is that my vrn is still chassis number although I already have my virtual rc with the actual vehicle number. I have also submitted a service request and attached the QR of virtual RC to update RC details on IDFCBANK Fastag portal, but there has been no response from them.

                                  I got a call from their customer care number, to clear my problem. The number was +91 22-49850351 Although I had my FASTAG replaced at the dealership from where I had bought my car. And my car dealership solved the problem before IDFC customer care contacted me. Still sharing the customer care number, for others who might need it. But I must say I am happy that the customer care contacted me. The person on call gave me assurance that for further queries I can contact him. Let’s see, hope my new fastag works.

                                    I have done a transaction of 8600 on 30th Nov to IDFC loan by using there own app, it was a upi transaction, but the amount dint reflect there even after a month, multiple request been raised meanwhile but nothing had happened, later on 26DEC 2020 i have asked them to roll back that amount into my account immediately, so they created a empowerment request according to them this should be resolved in 48 hours, i waited for 3-4 days more, but no progress, later i called there customer care they are just wasting my time and said me to wait for another 15 days this is there turn around time, even 15 days passed called them multiple times asked to speak to there seniors but they were not coming over call, finally as usual nothing had happened yet, amount stucked 2months back, request created 1 month back but nothing nothing had happed, waste bank, this is my humble request for all never ever consider this bank for account opening, now after this i think i know more of there employees then there manager hahhaha, may be this how there holding individuals amount and making interest on it. this to the owners or ceo you guys have to hire good developer for the better development of you applications.
