I purchased fastag for car hr26av2719, from idfc online and paid Rs 200/- on 17th Dec 2020, but Fastag still Not delivered, Did not receive any email/message about delivery. Also customer care people have no idea about the fastag delivery, it is pathetic. I request all o not buy anything from IDFC

        The customer support at idfcfirstbank FASTag is the worst. After long waiting time the person doesn't have the courtesy to explain. And the worst is they drop the call in between conversation.

            Wrong report in my cibil

            I haven't taken any personal loan in IDFC First Bank but my CIBIL report from Transunion shows a personal loan with IDFC First Bank with account no. 29614757and active status.

            I request IDFC to correct the information with CIBIL.
            Also would like to know why such wrong details are being reported to CIBIL which would damage my CIBIL score....

                I bought IDFC fastag via buyfastag.org for 1500 rupees before diwali. The tag arrived but has been blacklisted. I have provided the required documents and also waited for a customer service call for 35minutes. This certainly looks like a online SCAM.                   I have been using fast tag from IDFC bank for some time. now when I tried to login to recharge the account it says my account is expired. I have tried everything like password reset, unlock account etc. but nothing works. I tried calling the helpline too.. that too also doesn't work.. my account ID is 744818.Jitender

                    Hi team,
                    A suspicious loan sanction of Rs. 30k is showing in my credit report. I have not applied for the loan from IDFC bank. The issue date is 21st oct 20 and the repayment date is also 21st oct 20.

                    But still the loan account is showing action. I have neither applied for the loan nor I have a account in IDFC.

                    Kindly do the needful and provide the resolution.

                          Everyday I'm getting more than 7-8 calls from idfc about personal loan, every time i put those number in reject list and every day with new number im getting calls

                          I have talked and said every executive very politely then i dont want any personal loan and please remove my name from your calling list, still they spam me daily,

                          What is this IDFC bank??? Is this how you torture us for taking personal loan?

                          Can you please stop all this calls for my number?

                              I have been trying to recharge my fastag for a couple of months now, but initially, any tool I tried, Paytm, IDFC's site, they kept telling me that I do not have a fastag registered with my phone number.
                              I have spent many hours trying to reach to customer care on phone, and most of the times, after waiting for over 10 minutes, my call is disconnected. I finally got to speak to a customer care rep last week, after trying for weeks. I was informed that my fasttag has been blocked and I will need to go to the Website and upload a copy of my RC. I have been trying to do it for the past one week, but the system just will not accept the image. I have tried different formats. The limit of 50 KB for uploading an image is so low that I had to try multiple tools to reduce the filesize, and finally when I was able to get it under 50 KB, the system throws an error saying the format is invalid. It is a JPG file, and the filesize is well below 50 KB.

                              I have sent multiple emails to email address that the customer care rep asked me to write to get a resolution, but its been over 20 days since my first email and I haven't gotten a single response. I even tried with different browsers, and different images, but it just does not work.

                              I request you to look into this on an urgent basis. I have never seen such apathy and bad customer service from any of the banks that I have dealt with. This is inconsiderate and pure disrespect for customers who put their trust in IDFC.
