I bought an ac from bajaj electronics through idfc bank. They said you will get a cashback of 10% after your 4th emi while buying. But when i contact them they are saying to contact customercare[protected] but no response from customercare numner.They are just fooling the customers.

      I'm getting everyday 3-4 times calls from idfc from diffrent different number for loan offer. Every time I ask them to stop this bit still it continues.

      How to stop this calls?

        I haven't taken any personal loan in IDFC First Bank but my CIBIL report from Experian shows a personal loan with IDFC First Bank with account no. 25606424 and active status.

        I request IDFC to correct the information with CIBIL.
        Also would like to know why such wrong details are being reported to CIBIL which would damage my CIBIL score.

          My loan account number for IDFC is 30098366.

          I have been charged Ecs charges of more than INR 13000 which was on my HDFC bank account.
          I have been charged because of non-payment of the loan but to avail moratorium, there was an email which was sent to a bank.
          Also informed to the recovery agent.

              I bought a dishwasher from bajaj electronics through IDFC first bank in nov-2019. They said you will get a cashback of 10% after your 4th EMI while buying, I have not received cashback yet, I contacted Mr.satayanarayana, mobile:[protected] loan manager and bank representative Mr seshu mobile:[protected] several times but not resolved my problem.

              1st-month IDFC deducted loan amount and applied cheque bounce, 4th month they return the money. you can check in the attached statement.

              whenever I contact they asked for Invoice, bank statement, loan statement. 4 times given

                I purchased a fastag in December 2019. Now when I try to recharge it it’s showing user account has expired. Second my registration no. Is HR 26EF 9491. Yesterday I travelled in NH 24 when I went fastag worked and when I returned it showed black list and I was charged penalty as well though there was a balance in my fastag. Kindly help me and refund my money as well.

                  I am really very much annoyed by the calls from the IDFC regarding offering loans i am getting nearly 5 to 6 calls daily. I am really not interested in getting calls from your side please remove my contact number from your data and stop sending SMS and making call to my number -[protected].

                    My account when we I try to login into fasttag shows to be expired. My username is 231875.Sukhvinder. I have sufficient balance in my fasttag account as I did check but I'm not able to pay via fasttag on any toll. Please resolve this issue

                      I have taken two home loans from IDFC Bank 18565633 & 20880017. Now due to Covid loss in business I have sold my property and request IDFC for full and final payment. IDFC banks staff provide me the foreclosure with foreclosure charges.
                      I am shocked to see that according to R.B.I guide line no bank can charge foreclosure charges on home loan. When I complaint to IDFC Nodal officer I am surprised to hear that they are telling proprietorship firm to entity and saying that they are unable to waive foreclosure charges. My Loan is disbursed in individual Names i.e me and my wife. and moreover it was take over from the Axis Bank with commitment by IDFC sales officer with no part and foreclosure charges.
                      Request you to kindly waive my foreclosure charges.

                        Every single day i am getting atleast 8-10 calls on my mobile from IDFC Bank, i do not have an account with the bank i do not wish to open an account with the bank anytime in the near or distant future. They are calling me day in day out even though i have a DND number,

                        I get daily atleast 5 calls with computer voice and 3-4 calls with human trying to sell personal loan
                        I spoke to airtel customer service they told me DND service 1909 is only for airtel promotional calls. This is extremely annoying

                        Please make them stop this is injustice. I have reached the edge of my patience now

                          I visited sec14 gurgaon branch on 23rd oct at 4:24 pm but guard restrict me to enter he said time katam ho gya even I told him still 6 minutes remaining, after so many argue he go for asking staff then I enter in branch but the lady kusum sharma who was sitting and gossips with cologues she said humne hi guard ko bola h.
                          Non supportive branch, and they don't know how to speak with customers, even I noticee I customer came also 4:40pm, guard again refuse to enter this person also. If you guys are not want to work before or after time both the condition then what is the use of branch. Customer level increase or decrease properly depends upon staff behaviour but kusum have very bad behaviour.

                            I have availed two home loan from IDFC bank.in Nov 18 and March 19.
                            Due to lock down I was in loss and wanted to foreclose the home loan. I request to IDFC Bank for foreclosure amount and I paid full and final payment of my loan no 20880017 on 13 Oct 20.
                            After closer my friend told me that Bank can not charged foreclosure charges according to RBI guidelines.

                            I was shocked and request to IDFC Bank to adjust my close loan wrong foreclose charges in other live account and tell me full and final amount for my loan no 18565633 without foreclosure charges .

                            I am also requesting customer care that kindly provide me the full & final amount before 25 th October to avoid my Nov 20 emi due.

                            After reminders no reply from IDFC team.

                            As I am not too much educated person .Kindly help me avoid these foreclosure charges.

                              I had opened my account on 27th aug 2020, and there was offer saying 3000 rupees coupon will be given. I was given 1 month time to fulfill the requirements to earn 3000 cash voucher. I some how struggled to meet all the requirements by time and to earn 3000 cash voucher i spent almost 49000 in a month. There was a clause saying that if i spend 20000 i will earn 1000 voucher. So i checked with customer care many time and had followed the instructions and i waited for getting the vouchers gor more than a month as they want their customers to follow the timeline but they are not bound to follow any timeline and there is nobody to punish them.so after crissing a month period i again asked customer care where i was told that i will not be given the voucher as i dont fulfil the criteria of spending 20000 whereas i spebt about 25000 from my account. I was illtreated and the customer care agent named Ansari spoke to me rudely. And i was told that i have done wrong whereas i did as i was instructed by customer care. I asked him to listen to the recorded calls but he refused. I am not wrong and i wont bluff about 2200 rupees only when in the name of 20000 i had spent 25000 as per the knowledge given to me. I am very upset with the ill treatment and the bluff done to me. I want justice.

                                LOan payment issue

                                With respect to the trailing mail i have made a payment of 41983 INR in favour of closing my personal loan on 09.10.2020 through NEFT.
                                Till date I haven't received mail confirmation/SMS about the amount credited to the given account.
                                As per customer care assistant, the transaction has not reflected in the account statement till date.

                                Who is responsible for the said issue? Why this...
