I was surprised to see that fastag was not working at the bankapur toll on 29th sep 2017 and the staff told us that it has not been working for the last six months. I have travelled from bangalore to dharwad and all the other tolls fastag was working and only this toll created this problem and delayed us, while we were in a hurry, ended up making cash payment. This is not acceptable. The customer care call also didn't get through at that time.

I request you to kindly ensure that all fasttag tolls in your list under nhai are in proper working conditions, else it will not serve the purpose it was meant for.


Moreover the staff at the fastag lanes are very slow and lethargic and take lot of time in checking, inspecting and opening the barricade to enter the fast tag lane. Expect this also to be fixed.

More people would opt for fastag service if the reviews are good. So, please ensure that these hitches are fixed for the smooth flow of such a wonderful scheme.

    Dear sir,
    I had invested rs.20000 to purchase 4 nos. Idfc long term infrastructure bond[protected] tranche 1 vide application no.18854301. My folio no. Is idd0038423. I checked up my bank accounts and found that the interest of rs.1800/- has been creditted online in the year dec-2013, dec-2014, dec-2015 and dec-2016.
    I have not found any credit of interesrt amount of rs.1800/- in the year dec - 2012.
    While speaking to customer care for the same, i was informed that physical warrant for interest amount was sent to me in dec-2012, which i have not received as per records available with me.
    I have been strongly following up the matter with idfc since february -2017. I had submitted all docs like indemnity bond, bank account details etc. As asked by idfc for issuing duplicate payment warrant, but so far nothing has been done in last 6 months.
    Pls. Look into the matter and arrange for payment of rs.1800/-+rs.1620 (Interest charges for last 5 years @18%) at the earliest.

      An account holder with account no. [protected] of idfc bank, barakhamba road branch, new delhi has done fraud with me in the name of payment of annual premium (Rs 50, 000) of max life insurance policy. I have lodged a complain against this fraud in police station n has also informed the bank but the idfc bank is not taking appropriate against this fraud. Kindly take necessary action against bank and help me to get my money back.

        Opened current account with idfc residency road bangalore branch 1year ago i applied for edc after 20days i received but since 1st problem in transactions so i made complaint after 15 to 20days engineer came he told bank server problem is there ok after i requested through email to surrender the edc after 3month they came and taken back edc after i got letter from idfc that your out standing is 872 i called cc they told we are rectifying problem and we will reverse the amount after 2 month again some gentleman came for collection that time amount was 1870 and again i got call today now they are telling it is 1970 so i told them to send me all details but they are not ready to give all detailes what they charged and why they charged with no fault of mine.

            Actually 1000 rs has been deducted from my account idfc on 2 sept 2017.
            I have made a transaction from my debit card at petrol pump on 2 sept and there the machine was showing decline on the screen but i got msg on my phone that 1000 rs has been deducted.
            The petrol pump guy said this transaction has been decline and he showed me also but i got msg of deduction. He said in 48 hours it will be returned back but i am still waiting, i haven't got it back.

            Please tell me what to do.

              I have opened my online account on 22nd august 2017 with the help of your customer over the phone and i did it successfully. And after that i received a message the "thank you choosing idfc bank soon you will receive your welcome kit".

              But till now i have not receive any call from bank nor i received any call for confirmation.

              If this things happen on very first day of opening the account god knows what will happen in future if i make any relation with bank (Idfc).

              Please check it from your end or cancelled my accountancy.

                I have booked 4 flights on 17th june'17 with yatra.com by idfc debit card and amount is 3211rs. Out of four, only one transaction was successful. It means i'm supposed to get three refunds but i got for two. I have informed the same to bank in last week of june, they asked me to wait with stating you'll get your amount.
                So one transaction is disputed and i have raised one dispute form also with bank on 16th july'17. But they're not providing any solution. I have checked with yatra.com, they're saying they've returned the amount and they gave full details with arn no. Which i have shared with idfc bank in july itself.
                Bank is not returning the money and now they're saying it'll take time upto 11th sep'17. How is this possible bank is not able to fetch where the amount exactly is..? They're playing with customers. And there are so many customers who are facing same problem with this bank.
                Can you please take action on immediate basis..?

                        I am writing these just to inform the public, about how IDFC and his back end team cheating to the people,
                        Recently i took loan from IDFC bank, the loan agreed to provide with interest rate of 11.25% and 3.500 rs as loan processing fees,
                        but in agreement they mentioned 12 % interest rate and loan processing fees as 1%, so it big loss to me, and it cheating business from the bank .

                        After communication they agreed to waiver the process fees, only agree for 3500 Rs as processing fees. after accepting loan and taking loan amount their is no reply. even i asked so many time about this,

                                Regarding your mail but i have mailed in december 2016 for surrender of edc and the same i am not using this service because of rental problem when i applied that time your representative told there is no rental for edc after you charged but i have not used so why i have to pay and in agreement you have not mentioned that if i am not using this service then also i have to pay rental. I have requested for surrender of edc in december 2016 but no response from your side i have all mail with me and all telephone talk recording with your representative fron mumbai office swati and pranali she asured about solution of this problem from december 2016.                                   Idfc fast tag, issued for smooth travel on toll plaza, i have a very bitter experience. The very basic accounting software to calculate the toll is working incorrectly. The call center executive are highly untrained and provide very unsatisfactory answers to complaint filed.

                                  I am using car no pb 10 ee (Tata safari) with fast tag id 65458. Anurag, registered mobile no [protected]. My complaints are as follows :

                                  1. The fast tag toll debit process is completely wrong it debits amount incorrectly within 24 hours also. My account has been debited twice on 16 may and 22 may despite being within 24 hours of toll paid at badarpur toll plaaze, faridabad.

                                  2. The customer care department on lodging of complaint said the toll plaza at badarpur, faridabad works on a 12 am cutoff time, which is factually incorrect, i have been using this toll since last years and it works on hours basis since first pass throgh the toll gate is made.

                                  3. I request idfc to make a through audit of toll statement and check their toll software for malfunctions and get back with a satisfactory reply in writing, other wise i will have to file a a suit in consumer forum and take up the matter with ministry of road transport.

                                  Hoping for a fast resolution and credit back of wrong toll debits from my account.

                                  The IDFC bank seems to be adapting to unfair trade practices. They are collecting money without any logical support. Their consumer grievance system is also inefficient as they do not respond to the issues. The bank only says having spoken and close the complaint. I request the author of the complaint to indicate whether the complaint has been resolved or not as I do not find any update on the same.

                                    I had deposited my IDFC infrastructure bond certificate (Tranche 1) Folio no IDD0291221 at your Naman Chambers Office on 6 Apr 2017. I was told that the same would be credited into my registered bank account within 30-40 days, however the same has not been credited till date.

                                    I had rang up your customer care no [protected] on 23 May 17 and I was told it would get credited on Jun 17. However again no time was mentioned.

                                    This situation is utterly unsatisfactory . Request ask the concerned department to do the needful at the earliest.

                                      This is in relation with the investment done in IDFC – Infrabond,
                                      Folio – IDE 0001645.
                                      I have sent all the relevant papers to redeem the money. Also the relevant papers were sent thru’ post (EC[protected]IN) and were verified and confirmed to be correct from the user dept (mail dtd- 21.02.2017). But since last 2 months they are not settling my payments.
                                      Each time I am making a call in the customer care and getting un-necessary questioned about the bond, the documents and the mails (App No:[protected]. Then they are giving 15 days time to settle the matter, but not getting so for the last 3 times.

                                        This is Srinivas Maddukuri IBC of east godavari. Recently changed or upgraded to new version. When we are doing transaction the application was very slow and no of times its shows server down. And one more thing that if any transaction failed the customer is discussig and debate with us. Suppose in Andhrapradesh we are having more andhra banks so our customers are from andhra bank. so the customer is facing difficulty in our bank next time he won't come. some ibc's are facing so many difficulties to do transactions. from last 4 days our IDFC server is very bad. Please solve this problem as early as possible to make grand success to this type of banking in rural and urban areas.
