The idfc had redeemed the infra bonds (4 x5000) ine 092t08cn3 idfc bank ltd and debited my demat a/c with investmentor securities ltd, ahmadabad. Dp id in301233 and cl 10149842. Such a long period has been lapsed, but company has not replied and settled my claim. Please look in to the matter and release the due payment along with interest. My bank details are

Idfc fast tag, issued for smooth travel on toll plaza, i have a very bitter experience. The very basic accounting software to calculate the toll is working incorrectly. The call center executive are highly untrained and provide very unsatisfactory answers to complaint filed.

I had deposited my IDFC infrastructure bond certificate (Tranche 1) Folio no IDD0291221 at your Naman Chambers Office on 6 Apr 2017. I was told that the same would be credited into my registered bank account within 30-40 days, however the same has not been credited till date.

I had rang up your customer care no [protected] on 23 May 17 and I was told it would get credited on Jun 17. However again no time was mentioned.br...

This is in relation with the investment done in IDFC – Infrabond,
Folio – IDE 0001645.
I have sent all the relevant papers to redeem the money. Also the relevant papers were sent thru’ post (EC[protected]IN) and were verified and confirmed to be correct from the user dept (mail dtd- 21.02.2017). But since last 2 months they are not settling my payments.

And one more thing that if any transaction failed the customer is discussig and debate with us. Suppose in Andhrapradesh we are having more andhra banks so our customers are from andhra bank. so the customer is facing difficulty...

I have opened the online fd. After few days have received the call from one the executive to meet in my residencial address to do in person verification. As i am working have requested to visit my office in working days or visit on sunday. The executive noted my office address and fixed appointment. But no one visited on the said timings. Again one more executive called and i have explained the above. He had fixed one more day for verification....

I applied for the personal loan and they said that i qualify for the same. I gave documents on 20.02.2017 however there is no response from the executive, manager nor the email id [protected]@idfcbank.Com.

The fund was urgently needed however they seem to simply pay no heed to it.

Worst service ever.

I got a call from IDFC bank for the personal loan. So I have submitted all my documents on 15th December 2016. I have also given them all the details which they require and asked them whether am I eligible to get this loan. That person informed me that I am eligible. Hence I continued and gave all the details which they required...
