I'm mohinder pal my a/c [protected] branch is barakhamba idfc by mistake transfer my money to another idfc account nd his a/c [protected] transfer amount 3550/- same bank same branch,? Complaint many tym but not solve my problem still bank said i'm working on it more then 1 month plz refund my money urgently i'm very much irritated, idfc bank not helping me they didn't do anything.

    Hi have applied for personal loan in idfc bank
    Through representative [protected]/[protected]named puja
    She told me they will give me loan at 11.49 % interest rate
    I submitted all documents required for personal loan
    She promised to finish all process in 4 days
    But after 3 days when she didn't reply
    I called her 7 8 time but she didn't received my call so i message her but she didn't reply so
    After irritation i messaged her that if she didn't login my file so please don't login
    So only after this message she replied as ok

    So it is very careless behaviour towards constomer

I am also using monthly card at dahar toll but fast tag has deducted amount of rupees 90 several times when i had passed through dahar toll. Please check the record and refund the amount.         no support on buying from instacred

        I have used my easy buy card ([protected]) to make purchase of amazon vouchers from their partner instacred and i was promised that i would receive the voucher within three working days from the date of transaction, the transaction took place on 07/04/2019 and till date i. E. 18/04/2019 i have'nt received my vouchers of rs14, 000.00. Capital first cum idfc bank customer care are also useless they just provide me an useless email id of instacred...

        My complaint is on tds deducted by idfc bank ltd. I have savings account with them with customer id [protected]. During the commencement of financial year one can submit form 15h only on 2nd april 2019 or later. But this bank deduct tds for one or two days since form 15h is not submitted as on the payout date. They decline to refund the tds eventhough form 15h is submitted on the latest working day of the bank after financial closure on first april. All other banks refund the tds deducted but this bank appears to have incompetent personnel not knowing how to refund tds after deduction. It is a proven fact that tds deducted is deposited with tax authority on the 7th of the following month but still this bank decline to refund tds.

        After the merger with capital first, the services have deteriorated. Mails are not responded and mostly bounce. Managed by a poor team of professional after merger.

        Any mails to the bank on the refund will never be responded except stating why they deducted tds which even an illiterate will know in this country.

          The loan approved ₹300000
          They have put extra ₹8677.00 as insurance charge and loan account become ₹308677. As per website 2% loan processing fee, but they have applied processing fee more than 2%.
          I have received money on 23/01/2019 for ₹63733.00, and bank received dd on 18/03/2019 for amount ₹228947. As this balance transfer.
          So please help and inform
          If loan approved for ₹308677. What 2% processing fee amount??
          How much check bank should received?
          I never received reply on email as i have send many email??
          I received called from recovery department and they inform i have business loan?? Why i am going to pay emi when i never received money in month of january? But this was personal loan for 308677.
          The loan application completed from loan adda this guy abusing me and forcing me to pay emi, other wise they will come to my house,

On first call dated 28/01/2019 and today as well 11/03/2019 he was shouting on me.

          How much amount should check need to recieved by bank???
          If am not recieved full amount why i am getting charge full amount internet rate??

            My loan account number 20552908
            Used car loan from IDFC bank
            According to the loan staff i was approved for 6 lakh rupees on behalf of my insurance and i told them i don't want to closed my old car loan and i want the whole amount in my savings account but i received only 248244 Rs only. On February 27th i received a welcome text from IDFC bank about loan account number and emi date after that i called chandani person from loan department who called me for the loan process and everything because in the beginning i was told by her and her colleague barkha that my emi date is going to be 10th of every month as i requested them and they told no to worry we will do according to your request only but i was shocked after getting the text of emi date which is 2nd of every month. Same day i called them and told them about the issue Barkha from IDFC told me not to worry she will changed the EMI date and best part is i didn't receive the on that day. It took 13 days to disburse the amount. For 13 they kept giving different excuse about the amount which im going to receive after getting frustrated from them i called the customer care of IDFC but they asked me send mail at customer.[protected]@capitalfirst.com and my bank statement. I did that also but no solution and after that i send mail to head.[protected]@idfcbank.com about the problem which im facing again no solution.. The i got the call from Nodal officer Mr Tarun Sharma he asked me to give all the details about my problem which im facing and send him mail at nodal.[protected]@idfcfirstbank.com i did that so got some information about my loan that im getting as i can see in that email that im only going to receive 248244 rs only and 60756 rs is transferred to Some name By Ms car Ms private limited. I don't even know about this why that is transferred to some unknown company or person. I have send call recording to Mr Tarun Sharma which i was talking to chandani and Brakha exuctive of IDFC bank. Please let me know how tale legal action against bank and the people.

              Recently, I have transferred amount from my another bank account which yet not credited in my account. I have contacted the respective branch manager and idfc customer care regarding this issue but I didn't receive any proper response from them.                 My name is Jagdish chand Sharma I applied for loan against property my loan account number 20308178 in rajender palace delhi office. My son is coapplicant in my loan and he his working in shipping company but he left his job and going abroad for higher education that's why I am not able to paid emi. These reason I already inform to office on 26 Feb 2019 rajender palace but they are not considering my case only they passes time also I gave written application for Closere of my loan in customer care office of rajinder place but after that there is no response from there as well I also complained in customer care on call my request number is 28160103. So please consider my case as soon as possible close my loan account because I already inform all the way so I am not responsible for paying any charge because they closer process is delayed by that side.i submitted my original property paper please return it back.
                Please help me out no one is listening me and I am not liable for paying any charges.

                  I would like to bring it to your notice that i got a call from idfc bank loan department of ms meenakshi that we are offering you a re-finance loan of 200% on your vehicle that would be 8 lakhs on the interest 8160 per lakh per year.
                  So, according to my requirement i said ok for it and then they asked me for few documents which i gave and then the verification process started and at that time i was told that you will be getting loan of rs 8 lakh and your emi would be 18032 per month for 60 months and you would be charge for the processing fees of rs 2000 and rs 2500 would be the hp charges and in the last week of february the team told me that my loan has been approved of rs 8 lakh and one of the executive came to me to sign the kit which was totally blank and asked for the 8 cheque’s of my bank account in the favour of idfc which i handed over him at that time also i asked that why interest and loan amount is not mentioned in the kit then he made a call to ms meenakshi who was processing for my case she told me sir everything would be same which we told you on call amount would be 8 lakh and interest would be same please you just sign the kit and bank people will fill all the things in the bank according to them so that no mistake would be done.
                  On 28 th february evening when i was coordinating with bank officials what happened of my case then they told me we will revert you soon you loan is under process and on 1st of march at 13:43 pm i got a message
                  “a warm welcome to idfc first bank! Your loan a/c no is 20593241 & an emi of rs 18273 will be debited on 2 of every month from[protected] to[protected].
                  The i was shocked that bank people were saying your loan is under process so why i got this message then i called to confirm then ms meenakshi told me sir your loan has been approved and it will be disbursed in your account then i asked why i got the message of emi of 18273 because you told me emi would be 18032 then she won’t be able give a satisfactory answer then i called on a number from which i got a call on 28th february there was someone mr gaurav ([protected]) then i asked him boss you tell me clearly what all is going on one side i was been telling that your loan is under process and on another hand i got a message that your emi amount and date then he told me sir your loan of rs 7, 59, 674 has been approved and it will be disbursed then i told everything which ms meenakshi told me then the things he told was all different then he only told me sir your charges of rs 8000 will be deducting from your loan amount as an processing fees -3050, car valuation charges -1100, stamp duty -400, suraksha admin fees -1450, hp charges -2000
                  I asked why the amount is 7, 59, 674 then he told me you will be getting the total amount of 7, 50, 000 only the remaining amount of 9674 is loan suraksha amount which you need to pay then i asked him the thing you telling is different from the things committed by ms meenakshi then at the same time after disconnecting his call i got a call from ms meenakshi and she was saying sir your loan has been approved of 7.5 lakh only and a little bit is of increase in the emi so sir please manage and now your loan is already approved and tomorrow you will get money in your account too even though i objected for the so many charges that has not been told to me but then also i said ok because already my cheque’s were gone and loan has been started.
                  And now again tomorrow a new thing came she told me that sir one of your running loan from which pending amount is somewhere around 1, 70, 000 which will be settled from your this loan amount then only you will be getting balance amount then i asked this also has not been told earlier then also i said ok.
                  And after that i was continuously calling but no one is receiving any call on any number so finally again on monday 11th march i called mr gaurav and told about the whole incidence then he also shouted on his staff in which three people were dealing with me ms meenakshi, ms babli & ms barkha then they told me sir today we are sending person to close your running loan and pay your pending amount tomorrow positively you will get amount disburse in your account and today 12th march full day has also been passed and i didn’t get any information and nor even any amount in my account.
                  So i want to ask now who will be responsible for the interest amount which i have to pay on rs 7, 50, 000 of loan which still i haven’t received even half month is about to complete and i have to pay emi from 2nd of april.
                  Who will be responsible for all the charges which has been added which i was not informed earlier.
                  How many more days bank will take to disburse the amount?
                  And interest should be charged from the day customer get money in the account not like this.
                  A strict action has to be taken against
                  Ms meenakshi ([protected])
                  Ms barkha & ms babli ([protected], [protected], [protected])

                  And please if possible kindly return my cheque’s and i don’t need any loan on this type of fake commitments and communication
                  Till now my running loan has not been even closed and even i haven’t got any payment.

                  Note:after this mail if strict action will not be taken in 24 hours then i will file a legal complaint against the staff and the bank.

                      This account was given to me by wipro during my contract assignment, it was 1 1/2 month contract... This was a salary account.

                      I withdrawal amount form ATM at alriga metro station Dubai but amount deducted but not recieved .the amount deducted. In ATM is 3970.23 and amount deducted in metro recharge is 595.54 .Totally 4565.77 .please check it and refund my amount.

                        scam emi

                        Took a two wheeler loan from capital first. Emi amount was there for the month from 1 feb in my bank. It was due on 2 feb. Its debited late from account. Bank official asked me to pay last month n this month bounce charge plus this month emi. Last month has been paid on time. Total he asked 800 bounce charge. It has been deducted today 5 feb finally. But i received a call from capital first employee m. [protected] to pay that moment via sms...

                        I was trying to take money out of my account which dint went by and amount got deducted on wed 26th dec.(Acc no-[protected])
                        The amount of 10000
                        2858095 is my reference no of complaint for which I was told TAT is of 7 days.
                        I don't see any sign of money.
                        And whenever I call u guys have the same answer sir don't worry we will take care.i mean what the hell is the problem in returning my money to my own account.Its The worst service with any bank till now.Everyone is putting you in a loop whenever u call and at the end comes the same answer.

                        Is this the service you provide to your customers.whenver we call the agent says sir I have escalated the issue.your account is safe.your money is safe.
                        If I had to keep my money safe I'd open FD account.
                        No answers are given correctly and directly.they are always trying to sugar-coat every possible thing, even their own faults.
                        Because of this I have already ruined my new year celebration.and moreover I don't think you guys will do something extra for me...which I don't want
                        Just reverse my amount back that's it.
                        And stop fooling your existing customers in order to cater newer customers.
                        It's already been a hide and seek game for me with your reps from last 3 days.
                        I want the resolution as early as possible..I have had enough.
                        Give me mybmoney back so that I can shut off my account along with three other people's account back my home.And I would not carry a good name for the company furter.
                        Worst service and customer troubling Bank this is.
                        Even I work at AMEX we take care of customers and help the customers unlike you guys who just want to tell the lies to the customers and disconnect as early as possible so as to meet their Idiotic Tragets and AHT and all.
                        Learn from other Banks please.

                          I have been transacted with 1700/- on 4th Jan 2019 but the amount was reverted. But the reverted amount is not reflecting in my account. Its been more than 10 working days.

                            I have swiped my debit card [salary account] in medical store worth rs.155 twice and deducted from my account but it was not received with error. I have launched complaint [dear customer, we acknowledge your request. Please use service request number 2896690 for further communication with the bank to track progress.]
                            My colleagues received refund, i did not receive yet. I want refund immediately.

                              micro finance grama vidiyal loan

                              Virudhunagar idfc grama vidiyal approved my mom microfinance loan amount 30000. And i came from tirupur for loan nominee sign purpose... Branch manager and accountant karuppasamy ask some money for loan approval. And me said no pay for money that loan... Accountant karuppasamy speak badwords and cancel the loan... Plz take action for irresponsible personssss...

                              I have the idfc bank salary account and idfc bank employee was told me that there is no charges for withdrawal money any other atm bank it's free there is no charges... But now 2 months my balance was cut as a charge of other bank withdrawal... And also the salary credited to my account is 13700 and my previous balance is 7000 something so that calculate around 21000 and also previous day's i am not debited any money from the other bank atm then too the idfc bank taking charges... What's this pls revert me asap my mobile number-[protected]
