I had opened a saving account in idfc bank through online mode. During a camp organized by idfc bank I was told that officials will visit your home for verification of documents. Since that day neither any message was received by me or no bank official visited me. My email was bombarded with unnecessary loan related emails from bank but none mentioning urgent Kyc updation required. I had a term deposit, recurring deposit from that account....

I have withdrawn money 4000 rs from sbi bank atm (From colaba area, opp. To sc bank as i don't have sbi bank account how will i check?) my money got debited but i did not received the cash. Please check with the bank n credit my money as soon as possible.

amount deducted but cash did not came from atm

stop receiving message of otp

My request is to stop receiving otp massage. I was left the job last 4 mth. After that they also using my login. That's why i received otp massages.
Daily i received 7 to 8 massages of otp. I am really fed up of this massages which is received.

I request you to please take action of this complaint.

I was already complaint against this issue but customer care also can't resolve such problem....

amount debit on my account

I have done the one transaction 10000 amount on indusind bank ATM address : near metro hospital ATM . after the transaction i left the ATM with click cancel button and i have going to out call but sudden i have received 3 massage 2 massage with wrong pin & one massage 10000 amount (timing 7:37)debited on my account and correct balance on 43373.61 amount on my account .

The transaction was unsuccessful as there was error in the machine, have contacted the bank... They have raised the issue and given assurance that the money is safe and would be reverted back in 48 hours to 5 days... But have not got a refund of the same.. The waiting period has gone to 7 days... But as we are to make a overseas travel i wish to make a refund application...

Informed bank people that i don't need debit card and cheque book during verification. But bank employee even after informing they issued cheque book and debit card. But i refused to accept since i personally called bank employee and informed as i don't want. Even i filled the same in application form during verification.

selecting premises of bank branches

Dear all,
This should be an eye opener for you people as you are on an expansion mode. Recently we came across one case in selecting a branch for your bank in wakad, pune.
The location is pathetic,
The location chosen has been rejected by many mncs

This is a genuine case of sheer negligence, * milibhagat without which nobody in this industry would do that.
It is a waste of bank money. I am sure...

idfc fastag recharge issue

I have raised complaint regarding a recharge failure. I tried to recharge my fastag for 945 and the transaction got struck in payment gatway. Money got deducted from my icici bank but recharge not happened to idfc fastag. I have raised complaints idfc_pb_1530 and idfc_as_1342. This happened a month ago. Still idfc is not behaving responsible in spite of fill-ups. Please take the necessary action....

personal loan issue
