I have complain on 22/04/2017, but till date no reply or received payment.

Re : complain for non-receipt of long term infrastructure bond trainche 2 – 2011-12, folio no. Ide0293283
Dear sirs,

I have already several mailed to you and karvy computer share pvt ltd since 05/04/2017 about payment of rs.30, 360/-. As per you letter serial no.344841 dated 15/12/2016 i have already send bond certificate duly discharge, a copy of pan card, cancelled cheque to your registrar karvy computer share pvt. Ltd on 27/01/2017 in the self address envelope.

In spite of my 5th reminder through mail karvy given same reply that without bond the same will not be paid.

Even, i have told that if the same is lost by post or in your office what will be the procedure to get the money. But they are not given any reply.

Enclosed the letter send by you & copies of my email & reply by karvy since 05/04/2017 for your perusal.

Under this circumstances please arrange to pay the amount at the earliest.

If any think to be done on my behalf please tell me.

        I have opened the online fd. After few days have received the call from one the executive to meet in my residencial address to do in person verification. As i am working have requested to visit my office in working days or visit on sunday. The executive noted my office address and fixed appointment. But no one visited on the said timings. Again one more executive called and i have explained the above. He had fixed one more day for verification. But no body visited on the said timings.

        Have called call center and explained the story. The phone banking staff ms. Pooja took my request and agreed to arrange in person verification.in that conversation i expressed my willingness to open savings account in the bank. For which she confirmed that the concerned department will call me to attend my request.

        On the next day one more executive called with out knowing all the above request and fixing the appointment to visit my house. Again i have called customer care expressed my experience. The person who attended my call expressed his inefficiency to resolve my issue. I got irritated and got the information how to close my fd.

        Basis information received i have written mail to close my fd on 16th mar 2017. After completing formalities one executive ms. Zoya confirmed that the credit will happen with in 2 working days. On 17th again i was told to provide one more proof. After receiving the proof asked again they have committed to give the credit with in 2 days. Today also they are not able to credit the amount.

        Other banks are giving instant credit. I am not able to understand why they are taking so much time. There is no co-ordination between the staffs. Have interacted with 10 staffs. Whatever they are speaking and committing to the customers are not being communicated to each other to handle customer. No proper system. Staffs are not bother about customers are leaving the bank. No proper network. This is the reflection of poor management and in capable leadership.

        I am regreting that i have wasted my valuable time with this irresponsible banler

        I was on my way on 4/14/2017 around 4:20 am while using the fast tag lane, it was not working according to the attendend Sudhir and he asked me to use other general lane by making the payment. At first I refused to use any other lane but the person was very adamant and rude. I had to make the payment and use the other lane as I had no choice.

          I applied for the personal loan and they said that i qualify for the same. I gave documents on 20.02.2017 however there is no response from the executive, manager nor the email id [protected]@idfcbank.Com.

          The fund was urgently needed however they seem to simply pay no heed to it.

          Worst service ever.

          Please cancel the application process

          Further to compliant above at last my FD got closed and credited. Still every day i am getting calls from IDFC executives to do in person verification . This is the level of their system .

            I am Dhananjay Singh, very much harassed with the IDFC bank staff at Delhi, last 15 days back they collected my all required documents for opening a current account and they committed that within 24 hours your account will be opened and you can start transaction, but in vain!!! every day I am in continuous follow up with the bank staff, Mr. Mukesh Singh(marketing Manager as stated) and Mr. Siddharth berry (senior sales manager/Officer as stated) and every day they are saying today it will get done 100% and specially the so called senior manager(Mr. Siddharth berry) is not even replying the correct reason. After so many follow up with the bogus...team junior Mr. Mukesh Singh(mukesh.[protected]@idfcbank.com) returned all my documents,
            I will also complain to National Consumer complaint forum and Department of Consumer Affairs,
            Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution
            Government of India,
            will also complain to senior officials of IDFC Bank.

              I have invested 20000/- (rs. twenty thousand only) in idfc limited – IDFC Long Term Infrastructure Bonds[protected] Tranche 1 with application no[protected]Beneficiary Account No. - IDD0285888) on December 2011. The same was opted for buy back in this year Dec-2016.

              I have send all the documents along with the letter mentioning that Karvy is holding the Physical copy of the Bond Certificate(Certificate returned to Karvy Team because I had shifted from the location) for Buyback on 26-NOV-2016 by India Post registered Post (RK[protected]IN).

              Still I haven't received any acknowledgment from the Karvy Team on the receipt of the documents.

              I have faced same kind of delay with my previous Bond buy back Process where the maturity date was February 22, 2016 and they had paid the Buy Back amount on - July 18, 2016. (5 months they hold my money and given back the maturity amount without any Interest).

              I don't want to repeat the same (5 months refund processing time) this year too with lots of follow up mails and calls (kishore.[protected]@karvy.com, harish. [protected]@karvy.com)

              Sir, I humbly request you to make process maturity amount of my bonds and remit the amount of maturity to my Bank Account.

              I have send the Indemnity Bond and other required documents to Karvy address by speed post on - 17-MAR-2017 and also confirmed with India Post that the Speed Post - Consignment Number - EK[protected]IN has been delivered to the Karvy Address.

              Please acknowledge the same and proceed with the Re-issue of Bond Certificate cum Redemption ASAP !!

                I have applied for FastTag in electronic city Toll Way in bangalore on January 31st 2017. i was asked to pay the joining fees of 500 + 200 as extra amount for the fast tag amount. I did a Online Transfer from my HDFC account through IMPS Ref #[protected], RRN #[protected] to the beneficiary Account #[protected]. which was confirmed by the bank employee. But when i contacted them. they said the amount transferred from my account to the IDFC bank is not reflecting. also now the response is very bad and say they cannot process the request. But with all this happening the IDFC bank has created account(61379) on my name to do Fast TAG transaction which means they have received the amount and created the account. Kindy investigate and take appropriate actions.

                Whenever i try making transactions from AliExpress it says bank declined your payment, Contact your card issuer

                Last i made the same complaint 4 months back but i didnot get any response

                Why for this site this card is not accepted

                Can you please check why?

                  I have called your customer care representative and got confirmed that the investment folio numbered IDD0285888 also returned to Karvy. How could you ask me now to send that certificate to you which you are already holding it. ??

                  I can send you the soft copy which I have received on my email address.
                  I have also clearly mentioned in a request that the certificate holding by Karvy based on the talk whith your customer care Person - [email protected] .

                  Please do not try to make new problems and make this payment delayed.

                  Kindly give me a call if you are still not in agreement with whatever we have discussed here.

                  Please tell me, what is the point of sending me a duplicate now and then sending it back to you for buy back ??
                  I have already signed and send you the Request for Buy back with all the details and also the Soft copy print of the certificate. Is this is not sufficient ?

                  Last time you kept my money for 5 months and given back without any interest. I don't want to repeat it this time too. If you try to do so, i will raise another complaint for getting the Interest for the Holding period too.

                  We would like to inform that we have confirmed you the information after fetching the complete records and we have received back the certificate as undelivered pertains to IDB0312830, not pertains to IDD0285888. Since for the same you need to follow the duplicate bond certificate procedure. Until and unless we receives either bond certificate or Indemnity Bond we are unable to process the same for Buyback process.

                  I have received the confirmation from the Customer care (Number mentioned in IDFC Bank Site) that I will be receiving the Payment by February.

                  March 2017 I have followed up with einward.ris@karvy for the Payment.

                  March 2017 I have got the confirmation that Payement will not be processed as Karvy is not holding my Original Bond certificate, So I need to re-sent the same documents along with the Indemnity certificate executed on 100/- stamp paper.

                  16-MAR-2017 - I have re-sent the following documents by India Post Speed Post - Consignment Number - EK312329429IN.

                  a. Letter of Re-issue of Bond cum Redemption
                  b. Bond Certificate soft copy print
                  c. Self attested pan card copy
                  d. self attested address proof copy
                  e. Bond application acknowledgment for the application #53908768
                  f. Cancelled Check Leaf.

                  21-MAR-2017 Documents received and confirmed from Karvy/IDFC Team.

                  Now you need another 1 month to process the redemption ???
                  You can see here that how Karvy Team is irresponsible to it's customers. They are the reason for creating this much delay in processing the bond maturity amount.

                  This is the second Issue happened for me. Keeping the customers maturity amount for 4-5 months unnecessary and giving it back without a 1 paisa as Interest.

                  IDFC should not do encourage this as you are getting into the new generation banking world !!

                  I NEED MY MONEY BY MARCH END ITSELF .. NOT APRIL END !!

                  Hello Team, The delay happened because of Karvy Team as they did not inform initially that i need to sent the Indemnity bond as Karvy was not holding my original bond certificate. I have send all the documents on December month and got confirmation from your GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM that I will be receiving the payment by February. Further I have followed up with your Team and came to know that I need to send another set of documents .. And now you are saying that you will process the request by batch only and not as Single Payment. Seriously this is called purposeful cheating !! I'M WONDERING HOW THIS COMPANY IS SURVIVING !!                     My ac. No is [protected]. My ac branch is vijayawada city. Yesterday (02.01.2017) (20:02 min). That i have transfer my money anthor ac. But money is debited in my ac, but not transfer to anther ac. And i have call to customer care no today morning (03.02.2017) his told refund u r money within 24 hours. I have checked after 24 hours but not credited in my ac. Again i have call to customer care ([protected]) his name vishal he told within 72 hours will take time. No one has correctly communication in correctly. Very badly situvation and i am very un happy this is not correct service.

                      Hi My name is vipin andrews facing a problem regarding IMPS dispute from 13th Dec 2016 but no one is ready to help me out as 17 days already passes. idfc bank not ready to get it resolve soon and denieng me everday i m mentally harressed by the bank now. its a amount of 10000 rs and i have done all things but idfc bank not listening to me and saying to contact me in icici bank we will not help u out for same... if this issue not resolved soon i will file a case against idfc bank of mental harrasement and dispute issue ...help me out as idfc not ready to do any thing and not giving any time to reslove this issue..i have to call them daily they only say that w cnt do anythng we are waiting fr icici bank revert call me my no-[protected].

                        I need to highlight few thing which is happening to the customer.

                        I got a call from IDFC bank for the personal loan. So I have submitted all my documents on 15th December 2016. I have also given them all the details which they require and asked them whether am I eligible to get this loan. That person informed me that I am eligible. Hence I continued and gave all the details which they required for their process.

                        This is 13th day I was following up for this personal loan. Nobody was taking the call even if I call them continuously for 10 to 15 times, not the manager and the executive. Very rarely if they take the call they were saying that it will be sanctioned, software issue, meeting etc. But still I don’t know why it is not sanctioned. I were paying interest outside wisely because of you people delay.

                        If I am sending the mail to this id ('[protected]@idfcbank.com'; '[protected]@IDFCBANK.COM') also no one was responding from the bank side

                        Totally disappointed with their response and the time these people have wasted on my loan. If I would have gone to other banks then my process would have done fastly in 4 days.

                        I don’t want any loan from your bank.

                        Please stop my personal loan process.

                        I have open a account in 28/11/2016. So for I have taken a 3 DD' S. For taking that 3 dd' s 15 I have come to branch 10 to 15 times. For 5 to 10 mints service why I have wait this much time. And for today 1 DD I am waiting for 2 hours.

                            You guys are very very poor services when compare to other banks . i opened my account before 15 days back but still i did not get my bank kit . and already i complained in idfc page of social media but they are not responding and also i spoken to customer care they saying sir your kit not dispached still. what is this service . but other banks provide all the kit and and everything with in 7 days . i suggest please make it fast . at the same time impressed with fastly opening account and net banking but courier services of bank kit are very poor

                              ATM withdrawal for some people more than one card and for me only allows to withdraw once from any card, when we stand in line some people who knows the bank manager and the staff of bank can withdraw multiple time and the people who don't know any one from Bank can withdraw only once, which is very unfair, worst experience, bogus bank employees and manager.
                              I talk with bank manager, she told me you don't have IDFC account so you can withdraw only once and then I told him to do complain against you then she again told me you don't have IDFC account so you can't complain.
                              So I came here to complain, let's see if anyone can take this complain seriously.

                                I am subrata Bhattacharjee, very much harassed with the IDFC bank staff at Indore, last 15 days back they collected my all required documents for opening a current account and they committed that within 24 hours your account will be opened and you can start transaction, but in vain!!! every day I am in continuous follow up with the bank staff, Mr. Manish (Bank Manager as stated) and Mr. Gourish(Field Officer as stated) and every day they are saying today it will get done 100% and specially the so called branch manager(Mr. Manish) is not even receiving my phone. After so many follow up with the bogus staff I demanded to return back my document but still they are not returning it back and Mr. Gourish is still saying that (Abhi Ho Jayega, adhe ghante me account number deta hun etc ...etc).

                                I am very sure that they are fake people and the bank is in an intention to do some fraudulent activity with those collected document as I believe. Kindly don't come into their trap and don't believe the bank as well.

                                    I am really harrased and disappointed by the services provided by this bank. Its been 10days they are just unable to open my current account though i submitted each and every document they asked me for account operation.
                                    On 02/11/2016 the person name mr avinash kumar (Senior officer) & mr mandeep singh (Manager sector-18 noida) came to collect my documents and assured me that your account will get open in 4hours.. Max to max in a day, since that day i am just calling them everyday and everyday the same story "sir kal pakka hoojayega, sabh hoogaya hai" till today i am hearing the same line!, though i asked them that if account cant be open then please lemme know as i will switch to other,

                                    As i trust their words, i waited soo long and because of their childish behaviour i may get my deal void with my franchise company,
                                    This bank and employee is a major headache, never ever trust this bank!!

                                    Wasted 11days just for one current account
                                    So all can imagine!!

                                      Idfc and karvy both are not responding regarding non receipt interest of my idfc bond of last 4 years. Wrote so many mails and made lots of calls to customer care but no one is caring. Tired of all this and regretting my decision of investing in idfc.

                                      Sent all required documents to hyderabad office and even after 45 days they are not in a position of giving any response, each time they have only one answer that it is in the process of revalidation.

                                      What is going on??? Can please someone help me regarding this
