I have used my easy buy card to make purchase of flipkart vouchers from their partner instacred and i was promised that i would receive the voucher within three working days from the date of transaction, the transaction took place on 26/06/2019 and till date 30/06/2019 i have'nt received my vouchers of rs 50, 000. Money got deducted from my easybuy buy card. And i have not got any vouchers mail or message.

I purchased a voucher for flipkart from instacred my amount got deducted from my idfc first loan account, even the emi has been created but haven't received the voucher yet. I have attached the screenshot for your reference.

    I have used my easy buy card to make purchase of flipkart vouchers from their partner instacred and i was promised that i would receive the voucher within three working days from the date of transaction, the transaction took place on 22/06/2019 and till date 26/06/2019 i have'nt received my vouchers of rs15, 500.00. Capital first cum idfc bank customer care are also useless they just provide me an useless email id of instacred to mail on ([protected]@flexmoney.in) but these email id is useless i have sent more than 5 emails and hardly they reply and whenever they do they just say the transaction is still on hold and shall be processed shortly its been over 5 days still there is no resolution and to my surprise i saw today even my loan account has been created at capital first portal but still i have'nt received the vouchers. I need my vouchers right now as i am in need of them and even the deadline of 3days was crossed 5 days ago so either issue me the vouchers right now or cancel my loan account and let me use my easy buy card normally. Otherwise i will go to consumer court. My loan no is 23358744. I have attached the screenshot for your reference. Thanks®ards radha

      Now am trying to use other 2 cards it shows error stating adding someone else used contacted amazon team they informed me to find out gift card ids then they will immediately respond with who used and form which is they give us total information. Amazon team amazing response.

      But idfc or capital first or flexmoney or instacred no responses

      I need gift card ids to sort out solution. Please share gift card ids.

        With the advent of private banking in india i came across your bank and thereby as a long standing customer of your bank without any bad occurrences or default in the past without your bank. I along with my father i. E considering the same during the month of august 2018 i, ms. Bhuvana took 2 loans for 2 laptop in my name vide loan account number 16224718, 16224585 and another two loan in the name of mr. Venkat for 2 a-c vide loan account number 15888103, 15888337 from your bank capital first, wherein the first 3 accounts carries emi for 9 months and the last one carries 8 months. With respect to the first two loan accounts i. E., 16224718, 16224585, the first loan emi started during the month of august 2018 and ended during the month of march 2019, whereas the 2nd loan ended on 20.03.2019. It is pertinent to state that we have been very prompt in making the emi payment without any default. Upon completing the first two loan account payments, i have also obtained noc regarding the same

        With regard to the remaining two loan accounts i. E, 15888103, 15888337 the last emi is on 02.04.2019 wherein during the month of november 2019 since the account holder’s bank server was down there was a problem in ecs transaction. Hence we contacted your customer care wherein they guided me to make payment through online and also advised me to pay through online before emi date to avoid late fee so i have made a payment before the due date through online for the month of november and december for the aforesaid two accounts but bounce charges was added for both account without any reasons assigned. Without knowing its heads and tails when we tried to contacted your customer care team they said once loan is closed we can contact branch office for obtaining noc and that time they will wave off the so called bounce charges. Hence pertinent to the promise made from your personnel i made my final payment on feb 28 2019 and contacted your customer care and asked for pre closure due to the unreasonable unrealistic and irrational amount of bounce charges put forth by you for no reason at all but that concerned personnel informed if we close before the last emi we have to pay 5% principal amount for pre closure and requested us to just pay rs.8890, the emi amount and no need to pay bounce charges wherein he had made a blunt promise that it will resolved once the emi closes. But it is seen to be unattended till now so we contacted your customer service centre one named mr. Kunal informed that the procedure is changed for march 1st and rigidly told that they cannot give any waive off.

        When we informed him about the previous promise made by their personnel, he in a raucous manner informed that us that they don't have records that they made us such promise and when we asked him to connect the call to higher authority, he said he is the higher official and he intimidated us to pay the bounce charges along with emi payment and gave assurance to reimburse the bounce charges. It is to be highlighted that we have to merely pay the last emi amounting to rs.4445 but it was being informed by your personnel to pay rs.9237. When this was being explained to your personnel, the aforesaid person mr. Kunal without hearing our queries and without taking any effort to resolve the same, spoke unparliamentarily making some unrelenting statements

        On 25.03.2019 due to these certain discrepancies on your side, i sent a detailed mail addressed to yourself and on your social connect, wherein upon an immediate action and mail was being sent to us as stated as follows :

        "we would like to inform that as a service gesture we have waived off rs.1, 592.00 towards the ecs bounce charges for your loan account 15888103. We have attached the statement of account for your reference.

        Further, we state that your loan account 15888103 has been closed in our records. We have enclosed herewith the no due certificate (Ndc) for your reference.

        We wish to inform that the current overdue charges amounts to rs.3, 200.00 as on date for your loan account 15888337. We have attached the statement of account for your reference.
        We would request you to make the payment of rs.1, 200.00 by choosing any of the below alternatives and purely as a one-time service gesture we would arrange for the waiver of rs.2, 000.00 towards overdue charges as on date to regularise your loan account"
        Considering the same i paid the aforementioned amount rs. _ on _ vide online payment.

        But to my shock and surprise it was informed by you that the emi of our loan account for the month of april 2019 had bounced due to insufficient funds in your bank account substantially the request to waive the bounce charges was being deniesd.
        The overdue amount on your loan account is rs.7, 384.00

        Without knowing the heads and tails of this issue i called up and enquired wherein your employees found lethargic in explaining why there was a bounce and was more concerned in making us pay the penalty amount.

        I request yourself to look into the issue and clear this out failing which i shall seek the assistance of consumer redressal forum at chennai in resolving the disputes wherein you shall be made liable of cost and consequences

          Very lame service not at all satisfied, no proper customer support, no contact point. I'll never purchase anything from instacred again.

          Please look into it and do the needful.

                  I have been following with the bank for pmay subsidy for 5 months now and still the issue is not resolved and I contacted the Nodal officer mr Rajeswaran who conveniently has ignored my mail even though it’s been a week since I mailed him.

                  Could I know what should be done to get revert/confirmation for my pmay subsidy . I have called customer care several times and they take a request and promise that there will be a revert form the bank but nothing turns up

                  The complaint number is #9606794 for home loan pmay subsidy

                      Hi,

                      I have taken the personal loan of 20L from IDFC bank. They have sent an email that money has disbursed on 1-feb-2019, but they gave me the DD only after 15 days. I raised a complaint to customer care several times and sent email also. Initially they acknowledged that they will take care and arrange the call from manager. last 1 month they are not responding to email, and their customer care number is not connecting. Today luckily i got connected to the customer service and the representative saying I'm luck that I'm paying only for 15 days of additional interest but there are customers who are paying interest for a months also.

                      More than paying the additional interest I'm really frustrated with this response from the bank. This is the worst ever bank i have interacter so far in my life. I request if any one from IDFC bank officer came to read this complaint would take necessary action against both the rep and the refund of overcharge.

                          I purchased amazon vouchers for 30, 000 from idfc first through instacred on 10th may and it was to be delivered in 3 business day. It’s 10 days now and haven’t received the vouchers. Customer support at idfc first asks me to write an email to [protected]@flexmoney.in from which i got a scripted replies every time string the transaction is on hold with no reason for it even after asking for one. I am calling and writing to them every but they never help.

                            I have taken loan from idfc first bank. The bank people has not given dd amounting to rs 133000 it's been more than 2 months i didn't receive dd and i'm paying interest for this amount. And i have paid first emi also. The manager name shanu shekhar[protected] and he is not recieving call nor replying to my mail. My email i'd is akshay. M. [protected]@gmail.com. And contact number is [protected].

                            Please provide me the dd/ cheque immediately

                            Even i have written mail regional nodal officer but there is sno response.

                              I'm experiencing a pathetic service from instacred, i purchased a voucher for flipkart from instacred my amount got deducted from my idfc first loan account, even the emi has been created but haven't received the voucher yet. I have attached the screenshot for your reference.

                              Very lame service not at all satisfied, no proper customer support, no contact point. I'll never purchase anything from instacred again.

                              Please look into it and do the needful.

                              Guys I got full support from idfc instead
                              I applied for a instacred Flipkart Voucher for Rs 6460/- on 08/07/2019 and finally I got a the voucher code on 15/07/2019 so it's not a fake the loan is possible
                              So I personally suggest to all that wait for the code
                              And face any problem contact to customer care no [protected] and write your complain on [protected]@flexmoney.in

                                I had taken a car loan from Capital First Ltd and I had closed his entire loan together two months ago but I have not been given NOC by the bank yet and I have taken a loan from another place. His loan is also to be levied on his NOC, but the job is not being done if you do not give him NOC. And again my car is also caught by the police force. I request you that my NOC should be given within five days or else I will have to take the support of the law and you have to take action against the people.

                                  I have 2 consumer loan no 17515992 & 17391682 from idfc first bank. I have paid all my emi on time and i have not defaulted or delayed any emi till date but my bank has not updating my cibil report from last seven months. Due to that my score has been affected and i have been shown as i have defaulted the emi. As per rbi they have to update my cibil report 45 days from the date of emi. From november 2018 they have not updated my cibil report, i have been complaining from last 3 months. My request to you is please see my cibil report is updated till today.

                                    I am chasing bank officer from last 3 moths to provide pmay benefits. But, bankers are not responding.

                                    Very poor service customer care. I write approx 20+ mail, but they are not responding mail.

                                    Initially, i chased with rm, he wasted my time more than 1.5 month, i chased with customer care, response was very slow, then chased with chief but no proper support from them.
                                    No one in this bank want to work for customer. Govt bank service is better than this bank

                                      Customer call centre people are worst they wont even know what is it.. And i recive calls more than 10 times a day.. N they demand...

                                      Dear team,

                                      With reference to the above subject, my both loans is due on[protected], but unfortunately the payment is not maintained on that date due to server issues on my hdfc bank account and the transfers we have made to that bank end up in failure.

                                      So, after that i planned to make the payments on online, but next day itself again the emi hits my account second time and bounced without sufficient fund. I have informed the customer care people too who make me continuous phone calls that i will issue the cheques for both loan accounts.

                                      But i was shocked when i checked my hdfc account, the fund has been blocked and taken for the cheque bounce charges not only for 2 times. When i get into deep and checked my accounts, the emi was hit my account for 6 times within every 4 days gap from[protected] to till[protected].

                                      Please find attached herewith my bank statement dated from[protected] to[protected] for your ready reference.

                                      This idfc bank activity has spoiled my statement and the cheque bouncing charges alone come around rs.7, 080/- which was deducted in my account balance.

                                      Definitely this will make the customers very irritating and spoil the bank reputation as well.

                                      Kindly arrange to refund my amount rs.7, 080/- immediately to avoid further legal actions and also i request the bank to stop doing this kind of irritating work.

                                      Please do the needful at the earliest.
