Dear team,
With reference to the above subject, my both loans is due on[protected], but unfortunately the payment is not maintained on that date due to server issues on my hdfc bank account and the transfers we have made to that bank end up in failure.
So, after that i planned to make the payments on online, but next day itself again the emi hits my account second time and bounced without sufficient fund. I have informed the customer care people too who make me continuous phone calls that i will issue the cheques for both loan accounts.
But i was shocked when i checked my hdfc account, the fund has been blocked and taken for the cheque bounce charges not only for 2 times. When i get into deep and checked my accounts, the emi was hit my account for 6 times within every 4 days gap from[protected] to till[protected].
Please find attached herewith my bank statement dated from[protected] to[protected] for your ready reference.
This idfc bank activity has spoiled my statement and the cheque bouncing charges alone come around rs.7, 080/- which was deducted in my account balance.
Definitely this will make the customers very irritating and spoil the bank reputation as well.
Kindly arrange to refund my amount rs.7, 080/- immediately to avoid further legal actions and also i request the bank to stop doing this kind of irritating work.
Please do the needful at the earliest.
