I have used my easy buy card ([protected]) to make purchase of amazon vouchers from their partner instacred and i was promised that i would receive the voucher within three working days from the date of transaction, the transaction took place on 07/04/2019 and till date i. During the commencement of financial year one can submit form 15h only on 2nd april 2019 or later. But this bank deduct tds for one or two days since form 15h is not submitted as on the payout date. They have put extra ₹8677.00 as insurance charge and loan account become ₹308677. As per website 2% loan processing fee, but they have applied processing fee more than 2%.
I have received money on 23/01/2019 for ₹63733.00, and bank received dd on 18/03/2019 for amount ₹228947. As this balance transfer.
So please help and inform

Took a two wheeler loan from capital first. Emi amount was there for the month from 1 feb in my bank. It was due on 2 feb. Its debited late from account. Bank official asked me to pay last month n this month bounce charge plus this month emi. Last month has been paid on time. Total he asked 800 bounce charge. It has been deducted today 5 feb finally. I have the idfc bank salary account and idfc bank employee was told me that there is no charges for withdrawal money any other atm bank it's free there is no charges... But now 2 months my balance was cut as a charge of other bank withdrawal... And also the salary credited to my account is 13700 and my previous balance is 7000 something so that calculate around 21000 and also previous day's i am not debited any money from the other bank atm...
