I am really facing a bad experiance with instacred idfc. More than 4 days i had bought voucher of 25000 from amazon and 30000 from flipkart. But still now vouchers are pending. But in idfc first a/c loan no. has been generated dates are given for emi deduction. While i was buying vouchers it was said that voucher will be given within 3 business days. I purchased a voucher for flipkart from instacred my amount got deducted from my idfc first loan account, even the emi has been created but haven't received the voucher yet.I have attached the screenshot for your reference

      I was purchase a two Flipkart vouchers from insta credit idfc bank application.
      After complete 6 days i'm not reciveing vouchers.
      Loan application was complete.
      No response from idfc bank.

      Emi tencure was done 12 month.
      But i am note recivieing any email any text message any call any parcel on my delivery adress.
      Please solve this issue soon.

        I was having a loan from capital first, now known as idfc first bank.
        The loan got closed on jan 2018, i have mail from them with end date.
        Everything was smooth until they deducted 1500 in july 2019 in name of ecs. I am shocked why did they had to deduct ecs after 1.5 years of loan being completed.
        This is not acceptable. If you had any outstanding you should have deducted it before, there was no need for waiting 1 year.
        When i raised this, they promised me to refund but later asked me to pay 1600 and then only they will refund me 1150. Does it make sense? No, not at all.

          The bank has issued My MoneyMantra card without my permission
          I have never applied for the card
          Yet the card had my name printed on it and it was sent to my address
          This is fraudulent activity on the part of bank and breach of privacy
          What if the someone fraudulently uses the card who will pay for the losses

            Hi,
            I recently purchased a bed two weeks ago from one of your vendors using instacred.
            As per the order i was suppose to get the delivery today.
            I took an off from work for this which is money that i am loosing and there is still no update from royaloakindia.
            I have tried to contact royaloakindia, via chat and email which is waste of time as no one is bothered to respond.
            Agents end chats and no information is provided.
            I have sent an email to all the concern departments and i still have not received and call/sms/email.
            If the delivery is not going top happen, kindly inform your customers as they have other things to do, other that waiting for 2 weeks for a basic order.
            Its not rocket science, just bad management.

                          I have applied for the Amazon Voucher Code of worth 50000/- from IDFC First Bank-instacred portal on 10th July'19. But till date i haven't received my vouchers.                             receiving fake messages from idfc bank

                            I am not getting point that if i don't have any account with IDFC bank then how can i receive text messages stating that there is a loan account number with overdue of Rs 400. Daily basis i am receiving 6 to 10 times what kind of Scam you guys are doing. Please note it in a serious way or else it will be a big trouble for IDFC bank, i am gonna sue IDFC bank....

                            It's been more 4 days and still no word from instacred & i'm still waiting to receive the amazon vouchers. Kindly give me a proper reply as to i'm being kept in the dark. This is becoming really frustrating...
                            From 4 days the loan application is in process where as the website assures that within "three days" we receive the vouchers.
                            My faith in idfc has started declining.
                            It's my humble request to you please solve this matter asap.

                              The loan was passed i was received the message from you but still there is no amazon voucher received and it is still pending i request you to send me the voucher as early as possible. S that i can purchase any thing from the amazon. Please look into this matter early. You sent me the full detail of loan as well as emi i attached the screenshots. I am feel totally frustrated because of this inconvenience from the idfc bank in this case of amazon vouchers was purchased by me on 18 july 2019. Please resolve this matter as early as possible or cancel my loan if you can not send me the vouchers. Your business behavioris not well n good with your customers. Please send me the amazon vouchers as early as possible

                              My bank account in bank of baroda bt i was debiting Rs- 5000 from IDFC micro atm bt at that time transetion was showing failed then after 2 or 3 hour balance detected from my account no.[protected] on 30 june TID -00APCN1761 and ref no. Is[protected] then i complaint then bt they are saying no. Transection here .

                                Hello i purchased a i idfc bank instacred voucher but it's still showing pending, account is showing debited and even got a message that emi is going to start soon. Please look into it. This is not good that you debit the customers account and also you start the emi but don't give the voucher. There is no helpline for this or any email address. This is not good service.

                                  I have applied for a amazon voucher and i didn't get it till now i contacted to idfc first they say wait! And insta cred people say it's on hold what is this? It's been 15 days.. They will never reply properly they always say wait they said that it will be delivered in 3 working day for how long should i wait...?? You people ruined my plan. Why are they playing with people with fake assurances and they will never resolve a problem they just pass the time and whenever we call they over and over say the same thing!

                                    I'm experiencing a pathetic service from instacred, i purchased a voucher for flipkart from instacred. my loan emi date also received the details but still am not received the voucher code. my idfc first loan account, even the emi has been created but haven't received the voucher yet.                                     I have purchased Amazon instacred voucher of Rs. 20000/- but they are showing voucher status pending so far even it has been already 4 days. It's a very pathetic service which they are providing us. they don't have any customer support where I can express my grievance. I am attaching pics as proof.even they have sent a message for EMI deduction.
