Loan account no[protected]. I want to cancel the sanctioned loan on my account. The reason is that i am not afford to pay the monthly emi per month. Plz solve this problem and refund my the amount of 2800 above to my account. Basically i have no intention to take this amount of loan. But unfortunately somehow it had been activated on my account. Kindly solve it.

Hi IDFC Customer Support Team - PL Department,

IDFC bank has disbursed my loan without by consent which is very pathetic and against RBI policies. Now, I want to cancel this loan asap.

I have already given the request for cancellation however no updates yet. Also, they are stating that I will have to pay 10, 000 as cancellation charges which is again very disheartening.

I have to run here and there for cancellation and still I have to bear the loss. It's unprofessional and unethical from IDFCs part which is really not expected from a bank like IDFC.

    My mobile number [protected] I purchased 40000 worth vouchers from instacred, but its showing "status:voucher delayed" what kind of nonsense is this that I have not yet received single rupee and my emi has started which is due on 2nd September.why should I pay for the amount which I have not used, worst experience of my life iam totally frustrated, no response no msg no call no email from idfc or instacred. And you think I will repay the amount .until and unless you will not deliver the vouchers I will not pay single emi. Do whatever you want looters.i ll take this matter to court I have every proof.below are the screenshots.

      When i open the instacred page click on amazon shop on amazon esay emi the amount button then limit has come how much u need 5k to 50k And its again and again same option has come how should i use the page and transaction has been shown successfully and i didn’t wanna to use this app please cancelled my insta amazon gift voucher

        I paid on your request on 7th again another bounce what the cheating you people are doing.. Again cheated me.. What is this kind nature are you playing with our weakness..

        See i will go take it seriously as you yourself agreed to waive 1888 now again u raised another bounce now its is 2360.. What is this type of cheating you people are doing after giving the words..

        Again sbi raised 295 2 times tottaly 590 as of capital first late payment fail.. Because of you people we are loosing money and you and sbi are collecting from us..

        Lastly i am saying i[censored] doesnt clear the bounces and return my 800 for last loan bounces and 590 of sbi.. I will close my sbi account and i will not pay last 3 emis..

        I purchased vouchers of rs 40000 but its showing delayed how can I repay you if I have not used any money, if you wanted to make the status delayed why have you started my EMI and loan ...I will never pay you until I receive all the vouchers, do what ever you want

            The IDFC bank is not sure running a scam or something. I have applied to their instacred Vouchers for Amazon easy emi options a week back and they have sent me a repayment plan along with all the information and they are going to deduct my emi from 2nd of September 2019. But there is no word on how I am going to receive my voucher. Their customer service number is not working which is the old number for Capital First. I emailed them and got an automated response that someone will call me or email me. Which was 3 days back and I haven't received anything yet. I'm feeling that now they are running a scam to collect the information from the people and build their database with their personal documents and their all the information about financials and the bank accounts along with personal documents. I am going to sue the company, I will wait for 48 hours...if I don't receive my voucher as promised which date is already gone 72 hours that was in 3 days from my application..               I'm experiencing a pathetic service from instacred, i purchased a voucher for flipkart from instacred my amount got deducted from my idfc first loan account, even the emi has been created but haven't received the voucher yet. I have attached the screenshot for your reference.

              Very lame service not at all satisfied, no proper customer support, no contact point. I'll never purchase anything from instacred again.

              Please look into it and do the needful.

              I have tried to withdraw amounts from different ATM yesterday, every time my amount was deducted from my account but the cash was not been withdrawn, and also the amount not been credited till time, kindly do the needful asap.
              I have submitted dd on 6 july till now i have not received my noc. Their service is very disgusting. After submitting dd they dint send the receipt also after many calls n followup they send now they are not giving the noc.because of this i am facing a loss.my agreement number is 16177748

                      After complete 6 days i'm not reciveing vouchers.

                        I was having a loan from capital first, now known as idfc first bank.
                        The loan got closed on jan 2018, i have mail from them with end date.
                        Everything was smooth until they deducted 1500 in july 2019 in name of ecs. I am shocked why did they had to deduct ecs after 1.5 years of loan being completed.
                        This is not acceptable. If you had any outstanding you should have deducted it before, there was no need for waiting 1 year.
                        When i raised this, they promised me to refund but later asked me to pay 1600 and then only they will refund me 1150. Does it make sense? No, not at all.

                          The bank has issued My MoneyMantra card without my permission
                          I have never applied for the card
                          Yet the card had my name printed on it and it was sent to my address
                          This is fraudulent activity on the part of bank and breach of privacy
                          What if the someone fraudulently uses the card who will pay for the losses

                            Hi,
                            I recently purchased a bed two weeks ago from one of your vendors using instacred.
                            As per the order i was suppose to get the delivery today.
                            I took an off from work for this which is money that i am loosing and there is still no update from royaloakindia.
                            I have tried to contact royaloakindia, via chat and email which is waste of time as no one is bothered to respond.
                            Agents end chats and no information is provided.
                            I have sent an email to all the concern departments and i still have not received and call/sms/email.
                            If the delivery is not going top happen, kindly inform your customers as they have other things to do, other that waiting for 2 weeks for a basic order.
                            Its not rocket science, just bad management.

                                  I have purchased clothes on myntra.com in june 2019 thru insta cred emi of idfc first bank of rs.4182/- for 09 months emi period.in that i return the items of rs.3522/- to myntra.com and they refunded to insta cred emi account and i have received the mail on july 20.2019 from [protected]@flexmoney.in the amount of rs.3522/- has refunded and transfered to the idfc first bank account for further process and i call to idfc first bank customer care...

                                      I'm experiencing a pathetic situation i dont know how react since long i have applied five thousand loan to buy a gift voucher of Flipkart in idfc bank and the amount was deducted from loan card and i have not received voucher details and it is showing as in pending status online send me flipkart voucher immediately.
