idfc fastag - worst service.

Problem 1 :
There was a wrong deduction of toll charge on my fasttag of rs 550 instead of rs 85 on 3rd of september. This was immediately reported to idfc, i have wrote email to their customer care head, regional nodal officer too.

Till date i receive only email stating "we are looking into this issue, give us sometime". There is no resolution provided.

Problem 2 :

personal loan- wrong promise

I applied for personal loan in idfc bank, submitted all the required documents. Loan team informed me by last friday 13-oct-2017 it would be credited but later came to know they have done some mistake in the interest % and it got delayed. Again they promised the changes has been done and would be credited by this saturday 21-oct-2017. Now they inform it would take another two days which is not acceptable.

cheque not cleared after 10 days

I have submitted a cheque over 10 days ago and it has not cleared yet. The bank says it will clear today, everyday but it never gets cleared. The amount is big over 2 lac, so i am worried now.

Customer care doesn't help. I also went to bank several times and that doesn't help either as they also say that it will come back today and it never does. I am going through great losses because of this delay.

My wife got a fraud call on 29th sep, stating as sbi bank and transferred her credit card balance of 60, 000 to paytm fraud account. We have contacted paytm and they have given that rs.55, 000 was sent to idfc bank account number: [protected] with ifsc code:idfb0020101. With the following transaction ids

fastag not working at bankapur toll near dharwad, karnataka

I was surprised to see that fastag was not working at the bankapur toll on 29th sep 2017 and the staff told us that it has not been working for the last six months. I have travelled from bangalore to dharwad and all the other tolls fastag was working and only this toll created this problem and delayed us, while we were in a hurry, ended up making cash payment. I had invested rs.20000 to purchase 4 nos. Idfc long term infrastructure bond[protected] tranche 1 vide application no.18854301. My folio no. Is idd0038423. I checked up my bank accounts and found that the interest of rs.1800/- has been creditted online in the year dec-2013, dec-2014, dec-2015 and dec-2016.

I didn't receive my money back.

I have made a transaction from my debit card at petrol pump on 2 sept and there the machine was showing decline on the screen but i got msg on my phone that 1000 rs has been deducted.

bank is not providing refund on unsuccessful transaction

I have booked 4 flights on 17th june'17 with yatra.com by idfc debit card and amount is 3211rs. Out of four, only one transaction was successful. It means i'm supposed to get three refunds but i got for two. I have informed the same to bank in last week of june, they asked me to wait with stating you'll get your amount.
So one transaction is disputed and i have raised one dispute form also with bank on 16th july'17. But they're not...
