    Dear Sir,
    SUB: Non Receipt of dividend for December 2015,
    REF: Folio No.: IDD0036315
    With reference to the above and our various mails exchanged in this regard, we have to state as below:
    1. The story starts from December 2015 wherein you had sent us a letter dated[protected] informing us about noting of our bank account which was wrong. We had immediately, on receipt of the letter, informed you about the incorrectness of our bank account details on[protected],
    2. Communication continued with single version from our end of incorrect bank details for dividend of Dec’15 and from your end you continued to state that the dividend has been credited to a bank account in State Bank of India which has never been my account and I have been continuously communicating the same again and again,
    3. Subsequently, without any intimation to us, you seemed to have corrected our bank details after we sent you the required documents and I did receive my dividend for Dec 2016 in my account with Bank of Baroda. That means now you have my correct bank details,
    4. I had then sent you number of reminders for transferring my dividend of Rs. 1800/- to my correct bank account with Bank of Baroda, but all in vain. No response from your end in this regard,
    5. We are in receipt of another mail from you dated[protected]Ref: nad/STAT/IDFD/126995/8294351) which says that an amount of Rs. 1800/- has been transferred to our account. BUT NO SUCH AMOUNT HAS BEEN CREDITED TO OUR ACCOUNT. Seems you have again either made a mistake in our account. you have also not mentioned in which account and on what date the transfer has been made,
    6. In spite of all such reminders, communications you do not seem to be serious in paying our dues and misguiding by replying ambiguously,
    7. From our records we find that one dividend of Dec 2015 has not been received by us. prior and subsequent dividend have been received which shows that you do have our correct account details but have not taken any pain to rectify your mistake of transferring amount to a wrong account, an account not belonging to us,
    Considering all the above facts, it is now necessary for us to reconcile your records with that of ours. Kindly send us details of dividend paid to us since beginning and also to which account and on what date such amount was transferred. We are still of the opinion that if you give a serious attention to our complaint, you will find the wrong at your end and then we expect you to kindly transfer us our dues along with interest for the delayed period with proper intimation to us. Failing any prompt and corrective action shall force us to take the matter to appropriate authority for getting justice which please note.

    I have share the deatils on updated my account has debit on 10 amount 13 april 2018 but same is not refund
    I load Rs.1000 every time I recharge the account for Fastag. It's the second time my account expired. As well I am trying to contact the toll-free contact nobody picks up the call & no instruction also given.

    Pls resolve at the earliest, today I was not able to use it said my account is invalid.

      The transaction was unsuccessful as there was error in the machine, have contacted the bank... They have raised the issue and given assurance that the money is safe and would be reverted back in 48 hours to 5 days... But have not got a refund of the same.. The waiting period has gone to 7 days... But as we are to make a overseas travel i wish to make a refund application

        Informed bank people that i don't need debit card and cheque book during verification. But bank employee even after informing they issued cheque book and debit card. But i refused to accept since i personally called bank employee and informed as i don't want. Even i filled the same in application form during verification.
        But money has been deducted from my account for these process.
        When it is intimated in advance as there is no requirement, why bank people sent these and deducted money from my account.
        Since this is fraud action taken by bank to get money, could you please revert back the amount which is deducted for these process.

          Airtel /airtel money wallet/bank

          I am debashis pattanaik. My concern is that i had a transaction on (5thapr2018) in airtel money (Airtel app). So my concern is simple, i did try to add rs.448.00 in to my airtel wallet through my idfc debit card. After transaction failed why my rs 448.00 deducted from my bank account, please idfc answer me. Why you doing this type of bad things with us. I am very unsatisfied with your service.
          .
          When i contacted to airtel money customer care they said me please wait for 5 working days. And said contact to idfc bank. But when i contact to idfc they told many things, some time idfc bank diverted to airtel wallet sometime, airtel wallet dirverted to idfc bank.
          Im fool now. What i do.
          After long time idfc bank told me to wait for 16 working days, and also told me to submit dispute form im also submitted.
          Please take a immidiate action to idfc bank.

          -please refund my amount (Rs.448.00) fast.

              Dear all,
              This should be an eye opener for you people as you are on an expansion mode. Recently we came across one case in selecting a branch for your bank in wakad, pune.
              The location is pathetic,
              The location chosen has been rejected by many mncs

              This is a genuine case of sheer negligence, * milibhagat without which nobody in this industry would do that.
              It is a waste of bank money. I am sure the persons working are not working in the interest of the bank and are working for themselves, they change their jobs and leave their previous employers in loss.
              I am sure they must have done the same in other locations,

              Please review the above, find out the truth.

                  The recharge from my PayTm wallet into IDFC Fasttag account for Rs.200 failed on 27th Dec 2017 and I raised a complaint (IDFC_SM_936) which still is not resolved and no one has any clue when it will be resolved. The money is still not credited either into my PayTm account or into my IDFC Fastag account. Everytime I reach out to the toll free number, the only update I get is, the back-end team is working on it and we cant tell you when will it be resolved. It is already a month now since this transaction is failed and there seems to be no clue as to what is happening...

                    I have raised complaint regarding a recharge failure. I tried to recharge my fastag for 945 and the transaction got struck in payment gatway. Money got deducted from my icici bank but recharge not happened to idfc fastag. I have raised complaints idfc_pb_1530 and idfc_as_1342. This happened a month ago. Still idfc is not behaving responsible in spite of fill-ups. Please take the necessary action.

                            In the toll 115002 they have charged me 4 times instead of 2 times.

                            Kindly arrange to refund the excess amount immediately.

                            This has become a big headache now, so many mistakes happening & we need to make so many follow ups to get back our money.

                            A proper system need to be put in place to avoid these mistakes & strict action should be taken against these toll centres.

                            This is a serious mental harassment for the commuters.

                            In this toll one way is Rs. 40 & multiple entry is Rs. 60. Hence for return journey they should deduct only Rs. 20 as I mentioned above.

                            But they deducted Rs. 40 for the return journey also & Instead of crediting Rs. 280 they credited back only Rs. 260.

                            Kindly arrange to credit back the difference Rs. 20 immediately.

                            1. On 2nd of September 2017, I crossed Attibelle toll & gate didn't open.
                            o The person in the toll asked me to pay which I did & took the receipt (please find attached the same for your reference).
                            o But later on I received a message that Rs. 25 is debited from my account - refer statement.

                              Dear sir/ma'am,

                              Need your help to resolve the issue. I have complained many times. No problem is resolving complaint number closed. I had transferred money on the exact account. Your team is saying that you transferred money to the wrong account. If the money has been lost, why money was transferred with the ifsc code and name. If ifsc code is not matched, how can money be transferred from branch location? I will request you please return my balance, please.

                                Problem 1 :
                                There was a wrong deduction of toll charge on my fasttag of rs 550 instead of rs 85 on 3rd of september. This was immediately reported to idfc, i have wrote email to their customer care head, regional nodal officer too.

                                Till date i receive only email stating "we are looking into this issue, give us sometime". There is no resolution provided.

                                Problem 2 :
                                I did try to recharge my idfc fasttag account on sep 15 2017 for rs 800. An amount of 800+service charge for upi was debited from my bank account but the transaction failed. My idfc account is not loaded with the amount. I have reached out to the idfc customer care immediately and since then i'm following up with them and till date there is no solution provided. I have wrote email to their customer care head, regional nodal officer too.

                                I just get email stating "we are looking into this issue, give us sometime".

                                Problem 3 :
                                There is also a 7.5% cashback for transactions done with fastag which is also not credited since i joined idfc fastag in august. I have reported this issue as well to their, customer care center, customer care head, regional nodal officer too.

                                For all the listed above problems i'm following up every week, since my purchase of the tag i didn't have any pleasant experience with them. Which started with a problematic login credentials.

                                  I applied for personal loan in idfc bank, submitted all the required documents. Loan team informed me by last friday 13-oct-2017 it would be credited but later came to know they have done some mistake in the interest % and it got delayed. Again they promised the changes has been done and would be credited by this saturday 21-oct-2017. Now they inform it would take another two days which is not acceptable.

                                    I have submitted a cheque over 10 days ago and it has not cleared yet. The bank says it will clear today, everyday but it never gets cleared. The amount is big over 2 lac, so i am worried now.

                                    Customer care doesn't help. I also went to bank several times and that doesn't help either as they also say that it will come back today and it never does. I am going through great losses because of this delay.

                                    Please help me get my cheque cleared.
