SUB: Non Receipt of dividend for December 2015,

With reference to the above and our various mails exchanged in this regard, we have to state as below:
1. The story starts from December 2015 wherein you had sent us a letter dated[protected] informing us about noting of our bank account which was wrong. We had immediately, on receipt of the letter, informed you about the incorrectness of our bank account details on[protected],
2. Communication continued with single version from our end of incorrect bank details for dividend of Dec’15 and from your end you continued to state that the dividend has been credited to a bank account in State Bank of India which has never been my account and I have been continuously communicating the same again and again,
3. Subsequently, without any intimation to us, you seemed to have corrected our bank details after we sent you the required documents and I did receive my dividend for Dec 2016 in my account with Bank of Baroda. That means now you have my correct bank details,
4. I had then sent you number of reminders for transferring my dividend of Rs. 1800/- to my correct bank account with Bank of Baroda, but all in vain. No response from your end in this regard,
5. We are in receipt of another mail from you dated[protected]Ref: nad/STAT/IDFD/126995/8294351) which says that an amount of Rs. 1800/- has been transferred to our account. BUT NO SUCH AMOUNT HAS BEEN CREDITED TO OUR ACCOUNT. Seems you have again either made a mistake in our account. you have also not mentioned in which account and on what date the transfer has been made,
6. In spite of all such reminders, communications you do not seem to be serious in paying our dues and misguiding by replying ambiguously,
7. From our records we find that one dividend of Dec 2015 has not been received by us. prior and subsequent dividend have been received which shows that you do have our correct account details but have not taken any pain to rectify your mistake of transferring amount to a wrong account, an account not belonging to us,
Considering all the above facts, it is now necessary for us to reconcile your records with that of ours. Kindly send us details of dividend paid to us since beginning and also to which account and on what date such amount was transferred. We are still of the opinion that if you give a serious attention to our complaint, you will find the wrong at your end and then we expect you to kindly transfer us our dues along with interest for the delayed period with proper intimation to us. Failing any prompt and corrective action shall force us to take the matter to appropriate authority for getting justice which please note.

On 14 July 18 I withdraw amt 10000 at dwarka more hdfc bank atm money deduct but not received.
I have much time complaint on customer care but they are not taking as serious.
