On 14 july 19
I bought an 8000 instacred voucher of flipcart...
But still i didnt get any voucher ...
Why
If this is fraud...
I m not getting to pay any of single Emi

Either idfc bank have to give me my vocher or cancel my loan
As early as possible
Coz i have to bought things which is in offer
Please give me my voucher
Otherwise cancel this EMI

How can u raise EMI without giving me loan

    I have purchased a voucher from flipkart through instacred idfc on 10 jul.
    It says the voucher will delivered within 3 business days...till now 'voucher pending' status appearing and i havent got my voucher till now...its 4 days from then.i just want to have my voucher back...

      My card was stolen and after blocking the older one, I have applied for the new card. But much disappointed from the services. I have not yet received my card. Hope that this would be considered and I would get my card ASAP.

          The loan was passed i was received the message from you but still there is no amazon voucher received and it is still pending i request you to send me the voucher as early as possible. S that i can purchase any thing from the amazon. Please look into this matter early. You sent me the full detail of loan as well as emi i attached the screenshots. I am feel totally frustrated because of this inconvenience from the idfc bank in this case of amazon vouchers was purchased by me on 6 july 2019. Please resolve this matter as early as possible or cancel my loan if you can not send me the vouchers. Your business behavioris not well n good with your customers. Please send me the amazon vouchers as early as possible.

            Hi, my loan account no is 13988443. I have paid my emi on 5th july through paytm still money got deducted from my account. You guys took around rs 11500 extra from my account. I tried calling your support but didnt got proper response. I want a immediate resolution or else i will go to consumer forum.

            Its one of the worst experience. I need a proper explanation and resolution for this.

              I have applied for amazon voucher 6 days back and loan was disbursed 3 days before. First EMI date is also decided as 2nd Aug'19 but I did not receive my vouchers yet.

              This is the second time I received this message from Instacred that "due to technical issue the vouchers are not ready yet. We will send you shortly."

              Last time for Flipkart voucher this "shortly" word took 5 additional days(In total 12 days from the date of voucher application). Not sure how many days this time.

                      I checked my credit score on paisabazaar and i have seen my score is decreased by 4 points. Last month my score is 770 now my score 734. I research about the issue so i found there is one emi missed from my side as per your statement, however my icici account showing amount was deduct on same time. Could you please tell me if amount deducted in same time so how is possible my emi shows as missed.

                        I have purchased flipkart gift voucher on 14/06/2019 it is mentioned that the voucher will be received within 3 working days but till now(29/06/2019) the voucher is not received wrote 5 to 6 mails and called the customer care but they are providing false information.Even called customer care multiple times but still not resolved.

                          I applied for the IDFC fast Bank InstaCred Cardless EMI worth 40, 000 for buying a product from 'Flipkart.com'. 4 Vouchers of 10, 000 got delivered to me but didn't got the voucher number and the pin so the vouchers are in pending state and not able to purchase the product. Now I tried to call IDFC Bank Customer Care, they are not willing to help and wrote a mail to them and just got a scripted mail from them. So will I be getting the Voucher Number and pin or How to cancel the vouchers as there is nothing mentioned in the site regards to that. It's a very worst service experience I've ever got. Please help me out

                                    Dear sir/madam,
                                    I take a auto loan from idfc bank for purchased a new bike, i already submitted 2 time emi mandate form, still today i got massage from idfc that my emi mandate has been rejected. Last month i had communicate with the idfc officials (More than 6 mails) also informed my bank to deduction of my emi.
                                    Idfc assured me that fill up the emi mandate this time you no need to fill up it again and thiswill not happen again.
                                    Still again they rejected my emi mandate and said that i need to fill up emi mandate form again.
                                    This is not the only problem, when i visit the idfc branch they said that emi mandate form can be fill in rajendra palace karol bagh new delhi branch only and i am working in mehrauli area which is 30 km far away from their and i need to take leave from office (Office will deduct my one day salary)

                                    You are requested to please intervene in the matter and do the needful.

                                      After complete 6 days i'm not reciveing vouchers.
                                      Loan application was complete.
                                      No response from idfc bank.
                                      Emi deduct date was done 2 august 2019.
                                      Emi tencure was done 12 month.
                                      But i am note recivieing any email any text message any call any parcel on my delivery adress.
                                      Also attach screen shot voucher pending status.
                                      Please solve this issue soon.

                                      Worst bank ever never trust this bank. They are so irresponsible to make sure my money is in my account. Inspite of calling customer service for 3 times. They give [censored] excuses. I recharged for my phone. But Rs.450 got deducted from my account. But I have clarified with Airtel. IDFC lacks safety & assurance of our money. Fraudulent bank ever.

                                      I Have purchased 4 vouchers for 40, 000
                                      and the next minute the Voucher is been successful and I have received the Message as well

                                      It Describes that EMI calculation starts from the date we purchase and cannot cancel the Purchase

                                        I'm experiencing a pathetic service from instacred, i purchased a voucher for amazon from idfc first loan account instacred, even the emi has been created but haven't received the voucher yet. I have attached the screenshot for your reference.

                                        Very lame service not at all satisfied, no proper customer support, no contact point. I'll never purchase anything from instacred again.

                                        Please look into it and do the needful.
