      I checked my credit score on paisabazaar and i have seen my score is decreased by 4 points. Last month my score is 770 now my score 734. I research about the issue so i found there is one emi missed from my side as per your statement, however my icici account showing amount was deduct on same time. Could you please tell me if amount deducted in same time so how is possible my emi shows as missed.

      Before 3 months 10030/- rupees has been deducted automatically after a month 5015/- rupees has been deducted after that 2500 has been deducted two times
      bank executive are irresponsible and not a single person are ready to help phones calls are not received by bank and executive kindly please help us

        I have purchased vouchers from instacred emi worth rs 50000 on july 1st.
        It was said that the vouchers will be delivered in 3 business days but today it's been 7 days and yet i haven't received any vouchers
        And also the emi tenure is planned which will deduct the emi next month.
        I haven't also received anything from the bank
        I hope you will look into it.

        Hi,
        I have purchased flipkart gift voucher on 14/06/2019 it is mentioned that the voucher will be received within 3 working days but till now(29/06/2019) the voucher is not received wrote 5 to 6 mails and called the customer care but they are providing false information.Even called customer care multiple times but still not resolved.

          I applied for the IDFC fast Bank InstaCred Cardless EMI worth 40, 000 for buying a product from 'Flipkart.com'. 4 Vouchers of 10, 000 got delivered to me but didn't got the voucher number and the pin so the vouchers are in pending state and not able to purchase the product. Now I tried to call IDFC Bank Customer Care, they are not willing to help and wrote a mail to them and just got a scripted mail from them. So will I be getting the Voucher Number and pin or How to cancel the vouchers as there is nothing mentioned in the site regards to that. It's a very worst service experience I've ever got. Please help me out

            You have send ecs today amounting to rs. 2678/- and 1419/- on dt 05.07.2019 which has been cleared from my account of icici bank. But it is inform you that i have not taken any loan from you purchase any voucher. So please refund the said emi to my account at the earliest if you have sanction any loan to me against the said emi, please cancell the same without any further delay because i have not received any paymnet from you, any loan schedule, any information regarding this issue.

              It was told that i will receive them in 3 working days but i haven't still received them
              I was hoping you could look into it
              They have already planned the emi tenure.
              It is of 12 months.
              There is also no way of cancellation
              There are also so many complaints about the same

                I have used my easy buy card to make purchase of flipkart vouchers from their partner instacred and i was promised that i would receive the voucher within three working days from the date of transaction, the transaction took place on 26/06/2019 and till date 2/07/2019 i have not received my vouchers of
                Rs 50, 000. Money got deducted from my easybuy buy card. And i have not got any vouchers mail or message till now.

                Please Advice or Else i have file an complaint or fraudulence FIR.

                    Dear sir/madam,
                    I take a auto loan from idfc bank for purchased a new bike, i already submitted 2 time emi mandate form, still today i got massage from idfc that my emi mandate has been rejected. Last month i had communicate with the idfc officials (More than 6 mails) also informed my bank to deduction of my emi.
                    Idfc assured me that fill up the emi mandate this time you no need to fill up it again and thiswill not happen again.
                    Still again they rejected my emi mandate and said that i need to fill up emi mandate form again.
                    This is not the only problem, when i visit the idfc branch they said that emi mandate form can be fill in rajendra palace karol bagh new delhi branch only and i am working in mehrauli area which is 30 km far away from their and i need to take leave from office (Office will deduct my one day salary)

                    You are requested to please intervene in the matter and do the needful.

                      Worst bank ever never trust this bank. They are so irresponsible to make sure my money is in my account. Inspite of calling customer service for 3 times. They give [censored] excuses. I recharged for my phone. But Rs.450 got deducted from my account. But I have clarified with Airtel. IDFC lacks safety & assurance of our money. Fraudulent bank ever.

                      I Have purchased 4 vouchers for 40, 000
                      and the next minute the Voucher is been successful and I have received the Message as well

                      It Describes that EMI calculation starts from the date we purchase and cannot cancel the Purchase

                      But still now I unable to know the exact status
                      Customer care taking too much time to connect and they are unable to speak English

                      I want to know when it will be delivered to me
                      I have purchased an amazon voucher worth rs 10000 on 15.07.2019. My loan account number is 23888525 with EMI of rs 946 for 12 months. My loan is approved but I have not received my voucher yet. The portal is showing "voucher status pending". Please send my voucher as soon as possible so that I can buy on amazon.
                      I was purchase a one amazon vouchers from insta credit idfc bank application.
                      After complete 10 days i'm not reciveing vouchers.
                      Loan application was complete.
                      No response from idfc bank.

                        I'm experiencing a pathetic service from instacred, i purchased a voucher for amazon from idfc first loan account instacred, even the emi has been created but haven't received the voucher yet. I have attached the screenshot for your reference.

                        Very lame service not at all satisfied, no proper customer support, no contact point. I'll never purchase anything from instacred again.

                        Please look into it and do the needful.

Capital first cum idfc bank customer care are also useless they just provide me an useless email id of instacred to mail on ([protected]@flexmoney.in) but these email id is useless i have sent more than 5 emails and hardly they reply and whenever they do they just say the transaction is still on hold and shall be processed shortly its been over 5 days still there is no resolution and to my surprise i saw today even my loan account has been created at capital first portal but still i have'nt received the vouchers. I need my vouchers right now as i am in need of them and even the deadline of 3days was crossed 5 days ago so either issue me the vouchers right now or cancel my loan account and let me use my easy buy card normally. Otherwise i will go to consumer court. My loan no is 23358744. I have attached the screenshot for your reference. Thanks®ards radha

                              Now am trying to use other 2 cards it shows error stating adding someone else used contacted amazon team they informed me to find out gift card ids then they will immediately respond with who used and form which is they give us total information.                               I need gift card ids to sort out solution. Please share gift card ids.

I have attached the screenshot for your reference.

                                Very lame service not at all satisfied, no proper customer support, no contact point. I'll never purchase anything from instacred again.
