Dear sir/madam,
I take a auto loan from idfc bank for purchased a new bike, i already submitted 2 time emi mandate form, still today i got massage from idfc that my emi mandate has been rejected. Last month i had communicate with the idfc officials (More than 6 mails) also informed my bank to deduction of my emi.
Idfc assured me that fill up the emi mandate this time you no need to fill up it again and thiswill not happen again.
Still again they rejected my emi mandate and said that i need to fill up emi mandate form again.
This is not the only problem, when i visit the idfc branch they said that emi mandate form can be fill in rajendra palace karol bagh new delhi branch only and i am working in mehrauli area which is 30 km far away from their and i need to take leave from office (Office will deduct my one day salary)
You are requested to please intervene in the matter and do the needful.
