Till money deduct from my account i was not aware there is a bank as idfc, it
S very surprised for me how can you deduct money from my hdfc account without my notice, yes last month it happened on 26th refer june 600/-,[protected] or mir[protected] & again 23rd july[protected] amount 600/-, without my sign on any documents how can they do. Why should i waste my time and brake my head for this type fraud thing's.

    I have applied for the Amazon Voucher Code of worth 50000/- from IDFC First Bank-instacred portal on 10th July'19. But till date i haven't received my vouchers. I have already written a mail regarding this to [protected]@flexmoney.in ( as per the instructions from Customer Care Executive) but from there also didn't received any response.

    What a pathetic service from IDFC/insta cred.
    Everytime when i call customer care, they say only onething, sir u will reveive your vouchers soon.

    I Get Flipkart Voucher From Instacred But I Didn't Get It so far. BUt The loan is started in my capital first account.

      receiving fake messages from idfc bank

      Hello,

      I am not getting point that if i don't have any account with IDFC bank then how can i receive text messages stating that there is a loan account number with overdue of Rs 400. Daily basis i am receiving 6 to 10 times what kind of Scam you guys are doing. Please note it in a serious way or else it will be a big trouble for IDFC bank, i am gonna sue IDFC bank....

      It's been more 4 days and still no word from instacred & i'm still waiting to receive the amazon vouchers. Kindly give me a proper reply as to i'm being kept in the dark. This is becoming really frustrating...
      From 4 days the loan application is in process where as the website assures that within "three days" we receive the vouchers.
      My faith in idfc has started declining.
      It's my humble request to you please solve this matter asap.

        The loan was passed i was received the message from you but still there is no amazon voucher received and it is still pending i request you to send me the voucher as early as possible. S that i can purchase any thing from the amazon. Please look into this matter early. You sent me the full detail of loan as well as emi i attached the screenshots. I am feel totally frustrated because of this inconvenience from the idfc bank in this case of amazon vouchers was purchased by me on 18 july 2019.         My bank account in bank of baroda bt i was debiting Rs- 5000 from IDFC micro atm bt at that time transetion was showing failed then after 2 or 3 hour balance detected from my account no.[protected] on 30 june TID -00APCN1761 and ref no. Is[protected] then i complaint then bt they are saying no. Transection here .
        Not good bank and customer service is very bad

          Hello i purchased a i idfc bank instacred voucher but it's still showing pending, account is showing debited and even got a message that emi is going to start soon. Please look into it. This is not good that you debit the customers account and also you start the emi but don't give the voucher. There is no helpline for this or any email address. This is not good service.

            I have applied for a amazon voucher and i didn't get it till now i contacted to idfc first they say wait! And insta cred people say it's on hold what is this? It's been 15 days.. They will never reply properly they always say wait they said that it will be delivered in 3 working day for how long should i wait...?? You people ruined my plan. Why are they playing with people with fake assurances and they will never resolve a problem they just pass the time and whenever we call they over and over say the same thing!

              I'm experiencing a pathetic service from instacred, i purchased a voucher for flipkart from instacred. my loan emi date also received the details but still am not received the voucher code. my idfc first loan account, even the emi has been created but haven't received the voucher yet.               Very worst service not at all satisfied, no proper customer support, no contact point. I'll never purchase anything from instacred again.

              I have purchased Amazon instacred voucher of Rs. 20000/- but they are showing voucher status pending so far even it has been already 4 days. It's a very pathetic service which they are providing us. they don't have any customer support where I can express my grievance. I am attaching pics as proof.even they have sent a message for EMI deduction.

                  Have used my easy buy card ([protected]) to make purchase of amazon vouchers from their partner instacred and i was promised that i would receive the voucher within three working days from the date of transaction, the transaction took place on 25/06/2019 and till date i. E. 22/07/2019 i have'nt received my vouchers of rs25, 000.00. Capital first cum idfc bank customer care are also useless they just provide me an useless email id of instacred...

                            I have applied for instacred amazon voucher for ₹20000, ₹10000 and ₹10000 seperately on 9th july, 13th july and 15th july. I am supposed to receive the voucher within 3 business days according to instacred. It's been 8 days for my first voucher 3 for my second and 2 for my third application. I haven't received any voucher for any of my application. When contacted instacred through mail at [protected]@flexymoney.in, they replied telling my application is under process from idfc first and to contact them through mail or call. I did both, i mailed them at customer. [protected]@capitalfirst.com to which i did not get any reply. Then i called them at their toll free no. And they said loan is under process and it will take 2 to 3 days which is also over. But my account reflects 2 loans and 40000 from my emi card is already debited and emi's are also scheduled for 2nd august, 2019. There is no option to even cancel or to check anything. Very poor service.

                              I bought an ac from bajaj electronics through idfc first bank. They said you will get a cashback of 10% after your 4th emi while buying. But when i contact them they are saying disbursement from stores got late so we are unable to process the cashback. They simply fooling the people saying cashback and providing lame reasons when we ask about it even though mistake is from bank side.. Please don't take loans from idfc in future to avoid false offers

                              same thing happend to me .I bought LG oled tv on festival season 2010 in bajaj electronics nijampet under 15% cash back . please do't take any loans .Yes They simply fooling the people saying cashback.Please resolve the issue. i update more information shortly.

                                I have purchased a voucher of 5000 from amqzon they said it will be delivered in 3 weaks but it didn't it's been 10 days idfc first says wait! For how long should i wait..? I want something to buy from amazon and i thought why not just give a try to instacred you people seriously disappointed me.
                                They are saying that they can't cancel the loan too

                                  The loan was passed i was received the message from you but still there is no amazon voucher received and it is still pending i request you to send me the voucher as early as possible. S that i can purchase any thing from the amazon. Please look into this matter early. You sent me the full detail of loan as well as emi i attached the screenshots. I am feel totally frustrated because of this inconvenience from the idfc bank in this case of amazon vouchers was purchased by me on 11th july 2019. Please resolve this matter as early as possible or cancel my loan if you can not send me the vouchers. Your business behavioris not well n good with your customers. Please send me the amazon vouchers as early as possible.
