I have applied for instacred amazon voucher for ₹20000, ₹10000 and ₹10000 seperately on 9th july, 13th july and 15th july. I am supposed to receive the voucher within 3 business days according to instacred. It's been 8 days for my first voucher 3 for my second and 2 for my third application. I haven't received any voucher for any of my application. When contacted instacred through mail at [protected]@flexymoney.in, they replied telling my application is under process from idfc first and to contact them through mail or call. I did both, i mailed them at customer. [protected]@capitalfirst.com to which i did not get any reply. Then i called them at their toll free no. And they said loan is under process and it will take 2 to 3 days which is also over. But my account reflects 2 loans and 40000 from my emi card is already debited and emi's are also scheduled for 2nd august, 2019. There is no option to even cancel or to check anything. Very poor service.

I am not able to withdraw or send money from my account since today morning. I need money on urgent basis but I can't withdraw my cash.
