I am purchase on 17th june 2019 amazon voucher at idfc instacred. But still iam wait for voucher code i am giving a complaint to idfc at lost 1week before but voucher pending.in case of amount debit in my bank accounts. Who is the responsibility. How many days it taken for sending voucher. If i am not received voucher i am take a legal action.

    idfc bank easy buy card with amazon

    Have used my easy buy card ([protected]) to make purchase of amazon vouchers from their partner instacred and i was promised that i would receive the voucher within three working days from the date of transaction, the transaction took place on 25/06/2019 and till date i. E. 22/07/2019 i have'nt received my vouchers of rs25, 000.00. Capital first cum idfc bank customer care are also useless they just provide me an useless email id of instacred...

    I purchased idfc instacred amazon vouchers but i did not received the voucher i purchased for rs. 50, 000 days ago. But i got the new loan welcome letter with all the loan details and deductions. There is no any customer care number and helpline for help from instacred customer care number. How can i contact your customer care please tell us. If money gets debited from my account then who is to be blamed. Kindly look into this and solve it asap.

      easy buy card

      I had purchased 3 flipkart vouchers using my idfc first easy buy card [protected]. 1 voucher worth rs. 20000 was purchased on 12th july 2019 which was about to receive on 17th july & 1 voucher worth rs.10000 was purchased on 15th july 2019 which was about to receive on 18th july as per email received from flexmoney support team. However status of vouchers is still showing pending. Idfc customer care team saying that its under process. I nned...

      On (14.7.19) i bought instacred of rs.8000 for flipcart...
      But i cant recieved voucher no...
      Now how can i buy from flipcart without voucher no and code...
      It shows that it will be appeared in three days but now i read so many complaints about not receiving voucher and emi also deducted thats why i m in worry...
      Please resolved my problem and give me my voucher coz i want to buy urgently thing which is in offer...

              I have applied for instacred amazon voucher for ₹20000, ₹10000 and ₹10000 seperately on 9th july, 13th july and 15th july. I am supposed to receive the voucher within 3 business days according to instacred. It's been 8 days for my first voucher 3 for my second and 2 for my third application. I haven't received any voucher for any of my application. When contacted instacred through mail at [protected]@flexymoney.in, they replied telling my application is under process from idfc first and to contact them through mail or call. I did both, i mailed them at customer. [protected]@capitalfirst.com to which i did not get any reply. Then i called them at their toll free no. And they said loan is under process and it will take 2 to 3 days which is also over. But my account reflects 2 loans and 40000 from my emi card is already debited and emi's are also scheduled for 2nd august, 2019. There is no option to even cancel or to check anything. Very poor service.

                I bought an ac from bajaj electronics through idfc first bank. They said you will get a cashback of 10% after your 4th emi while buying. But when i contact them they are saying disbursement from stores got late so we are unable to process the cashback. They simply fooling the people saying cashback and providing lame reasons when we ask about it even though mistake is from bank side.. Please don't take loans from idfc in future to avoid false offers

                  I have purchased a voucher of 5000 from amqzon they said it will be delivered in 3 weaks but it didn't it's been 10 days idfc first says wait! For how long should i wait..? I want something to buy from amazon and i thought why not just give a try to instacred you people seriously disappointed me.

                    The loan was passed i was received the message from you but still there is no amazon voucher received and it is still pending i request you to send me the voucher as early as possible. S that i can purchase any thing from the amazon. Please look into this matter early. You sent me the full detail of loan as well as emi i attached the screenshots. I am feel totally frustrated because of this inconvenience from the idfc bank in this case of amazon vouchers was purchased by me on 11th july 2019. Please resolve this matter as early as possible or cancel my loan if you can not send me the vouchers. Your business behavioris not well n good with your customers. Please send me the amazon vouchers as early as possible.

                        I have purchased a voucher from flipkart through instacred idfc on 10 jul.
                        It says the voucher will delivered within 3 business days...till now 'voucher pending' status appearing and i havent got my voucher till now...its 4 days from then.i just want to have my voucher back...

                                Hi, my loan account no is 13988443. I have paid my emi on 5th july through paytm still money got deducted from my account. You guys took around rs 11500 extra from my account. I tried calling your support but didnt got proper response. I want a immediate resolution or else i will go to consumer forum.

                                  I have applied for amazon voucher 6 days back and loan was disbursed 3 days before. First EMI date is also decided as 2nd Aug'19 but I did not receive my vouchers yet.

                                  This is the second time I received this message from Instacred that "due to technical issue the vouchers are not ready yet. We will send you shortly."

                                  Last time for Flipkart voucher this "shortly" word took 5 additional days(In total 12 days from the date of voucher application). Not sure how many days this time.

                                    I purchased idfc instacred amazon voucher but i'm not received voucher i purchased last five days ago. But i'm not received voucher. There is no any customer care number and helpline are mail please give us idfc instacred customer care number. How can contact your customer care please tell us. If money debit in my account who is the responsible.
