Dear team

I am DSA channel partner of your IDFC FIRST BANK. I never expected that your bank will be do fraud commitment with me. Worse and worse bank i seen ever.
My issue is

My pending business was for payout as below and payout was booked as below.

Yaman rai- 8.30 lac
Jass dhaliwal- 11 lac
Jagjit gill- 12.22 lac

Total loan - 31.52 lac

Payout slab- 2.35%

Total payout -2.35%
Amount around -74000 rs,

Received amount only 23000 +4219 = total 27219 rs

I get so less of amount. Now nobody giving me reply by your team.
I will be raise this issue social sites and esclation term.

Hi,
Flipkart gave me a Pay Later account which is 29843405 and belongs to IDFC BANK and I don't have any dues in this account but still some of rs. 7245 is occurring outstanding in my Cibil report and it's rapidly killing my Cibil score.
Sincere request to close the account asap and share with me the NOC of the said account.
It's a humble request to take it as priority since my Cibil score is decreasing for this.

Most humbly & Respectfully I state that I am getting disturb and wasting my Valuable time.I have called on their number 50 times, Written complain via App/Website- 5-10 TIMES.

THE COMPLAINS ARE CLOSED AUTOMATICALLY BY IDFC BANK WITHOUT RESOLVING ANY OF THE PROBLEM RAISED BY ME. IVRS System and after transferring the call, the call gets disconnected and when their officers are interacting they neither registered the complain nor share the complain no./ref no.

I have taken all the evidences in the form of screen shots,

Therefore, I request you to support in the same and take legal action against this bank.

Hi this is Latha Subramani last 4 years I getting a loan on your bank but this year they are dealy to providing a loan. Because the personal offence by ignore providing a loan. Very embarrassing. Illegal auto debit.
Already paid manually total bill 4669. Bill generated Amazon pay later 4669 on August months. I pay manually Amazon apps through upi 4669.bank reference id[protected] Pay through airtel payment bank to idfc first bank via Amazon apps. 4669 total bill august which I received mail. Then I paid full amount4669.but 2096 amount updated Amazon pay later section show.2573 not updated. Afterthat IDFC first bank auto debit to my SBI account.my SBI account debit 2573 on 5 august. I am receiving call from IDBC bank regarding providing loan. I have blocked many no. of the call center, stile i am receiving call. pl stop calling i am not interested in loans....

My self dr. Bhavin chande, given forclosure request on 15/07/2021, for my loan account no 29037887, of idfc bank, eventhough so many time ofrequest to them, they still doesnt issue forclosure for my account, that will wasting of my money of interest rate since 25 days,

Dear sir my name is vishesh Kumar, sir i have not credit any loan on idfc first Bank, but Today I have check my civil score then show me 500 rs Loan and total amount 3850 rs and idfc loan account number 27679443, sir I have belong to verry poor family and lost my jobs 8 month ago due to covid and my financial situation is bed so pls help me.

In February 2021, IDFC issued me IDFC FIRST SELECT credit card No. [protected] with a welcome offer of Rs. 500 voucher subject to spend of Rs. 15000 within 60 days of card activation. However I spent more than 15K within 60 days, IDFC has not issued me gift voucher of Rs.500. Customer support is very poor in IDFC.

Someone got a bike and gave my name as a reference number. These people don't cross check with the reference number given before giving loan. If they don't get the EMI paid they are then calling directly to the reference number. I even mentioned them so many times to update the buyer's proper number. He said that and all we can't update. I was explaining him clearly that I am not involved in this at all. He didn't even listened. He was so rude and he swear me with bad words and said you are not able to pay EMIs. His name is Wesley, ISM team. ph no: [protected]. If anyone who is from IDFC sees this take necessary actions. Anyways I am going tomorrow to complaint about him to the branch manager or to the police.

I wanted to recharge my FAST TAG Account. When ever i went to login, i am not able to login as i have forgot my password. multiple times i tried to login after a long gap.

Sir i have a flipkart pay later account with loan acc no 29532487 powered by idfc first account. . you have wrongly reported an outstanding amount of rs 1680 to experian and cibil . due to which my experian score was reduced from 810 to 719 . you should report the right amount to cibil and experian. Whereas my dues in flipkart pay later account is zero. Rectify as soon as possible. It had never happened before.

I have an ongoing IDFC consumer loan . I am getting unwanted calls for the last 6 months regarding home loans, various other products continuously sometimes upto 20 calls a day in my registered mobile number.I have blocked the numbers but the calls still keep on coming from various other random numbers.
Pls note that I am convalescing and need to take rest specially in afternoons but the calls are causing tremendous mental & physical agony. Pls at once stop all calls from IDFC and I don't want any further calls from IDFC. These types of calls are putting IDFC in very poor light.
