The technician who came once, after a few minutes said the problem is over and gone. Again the elcb gets dripped when the machine starts rotating Pleas do the necessary.

    Date 8th June 2015. Time 6.35 pm Client No, [protected] Subject call upon the IFB service centre of Mumbai ( Santa Cruz) to complain them that their authorized service vendor (Solution Services, Malad)is not attending to the repeat call, which has been technically mesh up at the initial visit. But the IFB personal was not ready to hear me, rather told me to contact the authorized vendor and banged the phone. Tried to call them again, no one picked up. This what a international brand behaves with their customer. I really felt bad. That particular gentleman could have taken my complain & recalled Solution Services to take the matter fast. BUT NO. I need an explanation what is this number [protected] stands for. Solution Services Invoice No. 3155 dated 15.05.2015 for replacing two pipes & drain moter. The bill value was Rs.5500/- & plus Rs.450 their service charge but no bill. After replacement the machine has stopped functioning properly, hence repeat call to Solution Service, but no proper response. Hence call IFB, but banged on face ...

    I had registered with code number 11127109.
    Your person came yesterday and inspected & I had also signed a 2 year AMC.
    When Your person inspected and was surprised that I had been fooled by Ms Solution Services, plot no.9. motiram wadi, orlem church, Marve road, malad (w) email. [protected]@gmail.com
    Contact Number[protected], Mr Rahul [protected], [protected]

    Mr Rahul has charged Rs.3550/- for the drain pump / motor which happens to be Rs.625 only
    He changed two pipes charging 1950 for both which actually is not more than Rs.400.
    For above, he has produced bill worth Rs.5500 which i had paid.
    Further he charges Rs 450/- as visiting charge & for cleaning Rs 650/-
    I am dubbed by Rs. 5000/- aprox by this fake company & IFB were the team to direct this party to my house.

    I want to get this amount back, when i discussed thru your CS number, they only said SORRY.
    I want you to take this matter to our upper management & see that my money is refunded.
    I had registered a complaint on your company (IFB toll free number) regarding a problem on my refrigerator. One of your person named Jubeer ([protected]) had come and rectify the complaint, but the fridge stop functioning after two days.They give me the receipt with with a contact number :[protected]/[protected]. I had tried many times on your number, but no one is attending the phone.The receipt regards 6 months warranty on my fridge, but no one is attending my phone. Really pity of you on IFB for giving me such a bad service.You people have charged 3500+ 350(service charge) and not even come here. If you try to resolve my complaint within 24 hours, I will register a complaint against you on National Consumer Helpline.

      Dear sir, I have purchased an IFB washing machine on 30/08/2012 from Das Agencies, Palakkad. Invoice no:S003959 ELENA VX 6KG 600RPM SLNO.[protected]. After 6 months long spin dryer not worked properly. We filled a complaint over phone to customer care and they came and rectified. But till date we have that problem continuing. We are fed up with this and need a permanent solution. Either you change this washing machine or remove this unusable thing from my house.         One and half month back one technician from nellore mr.rabbani came and checked and told that the valve is not working. after 3 days he came and fixed another old valve and fixed but it was not working. again he told that it is some wiring problem and took advance of Rs.1000 for new one and went . he did not attend the call and did not bring any new one also. So please go through this issue and rectify our problem

          Ifb machine was purchased not more than a year.. we called for inner drums smells complaints.. while you're engineer visit power was not there. Without checking he told us to replace filter. Machine was brand new how come it happened. Spares to be replaced in company cost. Within a years it getting repair.. poor performance and service engineer too. Not happy with ifb

            Dear Sir, I have purchased one washing machine which is under your AMC of Model No. Elena DX, under sl. no. 15459, having AMC from 28.11.2014 to 27.11.2016. Yesterday, the Machine was not working. So we made a complain No. 15688539. Your Engineer came and opened and found one parts not working properly. We requested him to change the parts but in spite of our request he refused to change the same and told us I will bind the parts with rope and it is not our duty to change it. We again insisted that the machine is under guarantee period and your duty is to change the faulty parts of the machine but he told us this parts is not coming under the guarantee and the company is not liable to change the same. He insisted that we have to run the machine with the parts tide by rope. We again requested him that anything happens by this faulty parts - who will be responsible but he did not responded. This thing happened 2-3 times in past also and the machine was not working. Under the circumstances, I request you to look into the matter and if the faulty parts are not under the guarantee then I will request you to inform me the cost of the parts so that I can arrange for the payment. But I failed to understand why such bad quality of service is provided by your local agent as their only intention is only to sale some goods to the ladies in the family in absence of gents persons such as washing power etc. I hope you can understand and direct them to change the parts urgently because we are unable to use the machine as it is tide with rope and we may face any accident without any fault on our part.                 I Purchased IFB washing machine 1 week before from vijay Electonics Neem Ka thana Dist. Sikar. Till date nobody is visited for the demo of washing machine. If IFB is fells to provide the service today then I have to replace with onother service provider ike LG or Samsung.                     sir I have registered a complaint reg the above machine to [protected]@ifbglobal.com on 21/05/2015 and reply recd on 23/05/2015 from Gilvena vaz that the matter is escalated to higher office.Even after a elapse of nearly 17 days nobody responded. and iwas sending mails reply sorry for the delay.On i have contacted your Branch office Ernakulam on 7 th and the techinician attended on 8th. from kottayam. The problem is that for the past 3 year i am replacing panel board shock absorber and bush etcc. Now your franchise person came and informed that water sensor gone and to be replaced.I got doubt and the matter was reported to your branch . now the findings are that due to shake of the drum timer complaint and made ok by your staff. Due to your companys negligence i have suffered nearly a month for washing my clothes due to lagging the matter attended.proper personnel was not put at franschises and not detecting problems correctly and unnecessary replacement of parts causes huge burden Similar complaints reported nearby from neighbours reg IFB machines matter unattended.                         Dear Concern, I am forced to write this mail as I have been very disappointed by the services meted out by IFB Customer Care. My Washing Machine had developed a fault which was serviced by Customer Care on 02/05/2015. However after about 10 days, water leakage started from the Washing Machine from below. As my wife was undergoing surgery, I did not call up your Customer Care as no one would be at home as we were busy with my wife. I called up IFB Customer Care in their number[protected] on 3 June at 17:54 hours. I got a call from Mr Samir Naskar from his mobile [protected] on 4 June, 2015 at 16:23 hours and 16:24 hours which I could not pick up as I was busy with some other work. I called back Mr Naskar in his mobile at 17:06 hours. Mr Naskar told me that he had come to my area and as I had not picked up the call, he returned back. I told him that he should have rung the door bell if he had come to my area. I also enquired whether he will come again to which he informed that it is not possible. On 5 June, 2015 as I received no call from IFB Office or Mr Naskar, I called up Mr Naskar in his mobile at 15:38 hours. Mr Naskar told me that he has not got Job Sheet of mine today and to call Office. I called up IFB Customer Care at 15:41 hours and Ms Annapurna provided me Kolkata Office numbers[protected] & [protected] and asked me to speak to Mr Kaushik Majumder. The landline number was not functioning and after repeatedly trying in the mobile got through at 16:21 hours. This mobile was repeatedly busy from 15:42 hours to 16:21 hours. Ms Biswas picked up the line but refused to pass on this line to Mr Kaushik Majumder. Kindly let me know the following - (a) If a customer is unable to pick the call of IFB personnel, he will not service him? (b) If a customer who missed the call of service personnel of IFB, calls up later, the IFB service personnel will not visit again that day? (3) If a customer who missed the call of service personnel, will not be called again by IFB Office the next day ? (4) If a customer who missed the call of service personnel yesterday will not be serviced at all by IFB Customer Care till the Customer calls up Office again?                           I had filed a complaint for my ifb washing machine digital 6 kg on[protected]. Their technician came and checked the machine on[protected] and advised us that – card & pipe needs to be changed - he confirmed that as he does not have these parts right now, he will get it the next day and replace it. No one turned up the next day till 3pm after which i called the technician on his mobile number who again confirmed that he will come and replace it. No one came to service the complaint up to day after which i called back the service center number and i was told that my complaint has been escalated to the senior technicians and someone will come and service the w/m soon. Till now no one has even bothered to come and replace those parts. I have taken annual maintenance contract via book no - 379, serial no 18904 dated[protected] at an amount of rs 5, 663.00 for the period[protected] to[protected]. After paying that amount if i get this kind of service then its very shameful. I have been unable to use my washing machine for the last 1 month because of their bad service. So i want full refund of rs 5, 663.00 of amc charges alongwith laundry charges of rs 8, 000/- approx which i have spent for this period or get the machine repaired. If i had known ifb service is so pathetic i would have never opted for this brand. I will definitely advice my friends and family never to opt for ifb.                             My machine is under AMC Vide ID No. 10362601. I lodged a complaint with service center on 02.06.2015. The Ticket No. is 15673019. On dated 04.06.2015 two Technicians had checked the washing machine and asked amount for replacing the defected parts of machine and said that they (Technicians) will replace the same by tomorrow. The said technicians did not give any estimate or list of damaged parts of machine, in writing. When we refused to give the money they returned back without giving any paper w.r.t. maintenance or defective parts. Therefore it is requested to look into matter and arrange to send genuine /suitable technician to repair the machine.

                                For the past 3 days, I have called up the IFB service centre at Shahid Nagar, Bbsr to deliver 'Dishwasher detergent, salt and rinse aid' at my address as they provide service of door delivery. In spite of calling up multiple times daily and specifying my order / requirements, they have not delivered the same. I cannot go to any other centre as they have complete monopoly with only 1 store here. The company needs to pull up its customer service wing. Please tell me how many days it will take to deliver my order???

                                Dear sir,

                                I have Serena washing machine, about six yrs old. Recently, it started making noise while operating. So
                                I lodged a complaint on 15 May 15 vide ticket 15768633 with customer care.
                                After repeated requests finally the machine was repaired only on 23 May 15.I have the following
                                complaints in this regard: -
                                (a) The initial survey was done promptly. The service engineer identified problem with the bearing and possibly the drum. However, it took nearly 8 days to recover the machine that too after repeated reminders to Mr arun of vaishnavi enterprises.
                                (b) Mr Arun insisted that there was problem with the drum that to me did not appear justified. He made a bill of Rs 5362 with details as given
                                (i) Book no 08, Serial No 379 of Vaishnavi Enterprises
                                (ii) It had the following items billed : -
                                (aa) Drum - Rs 3000
                                (ab) Bearing Set - rs 1800
                                (ac) Service Charges-562
                                (c) His service engineer wanted the old drum back. When I told why should the old drum be given back, he asked me to speak to Mr Arun. During discussion with Mr Arun, he reduced the cost of the total bill to rs 4700. This made me suspicious that possibly there was no problem with the drum and it was changed to inflate my bill. And it was being taken back to be used in some other machine.
                                (d) There has to be company notified price list for the spares and service charges so that the customer is sure of the services.
                                (e) I have the pictures of the old drum and can be shown to anybody to confirm if there was any problem with the drum.
                                (f) The reliability of the machine is suspect considering that the costly spares have given way in a mere five to six yrs. i may have to spend money to the tune of 5000 Rs again after 4-5 yrs.

                                Considering this, I expect the company to investigate this and clear my apprehensions.

                                  Hello concern, This is an email reg complaint number 15688977 I have called today morning to relocate my outbox since there was some construction going on earlier in my house and I had to dismantle the outbox ONLY, which I did successful with your guys. My call connected to one of your call centre agent pratibha and I clearly explained that my AC is already fixed just the outbox need to connect again to new location in the same house, so she advised me for complete packing and unpacking we charge 1500 rupees plus service tax applicable and for relocation of outbox will cost 750 rupees plus service tax. I agreed to that and asked to send the technician to fix it. 05 mins later one person naveen called and said he can send the technician today in 1 hr, as he is already In my area and there will be another visiting charge of 550 rupees, I asked him if I am already paying 750 rupees then why I should be paying 550 rupees but I didn't had any idea he said if you want to install your outbox then I have to pay the amount then I still agreed because pity customer doesn't have much choices . Now your technician Sushil kumar came to my house with new story that I will be paying 1500 rupees IFB charges for relocation, 550 rupees for visiting charges and 65 rupees metre wire charges and 600 rupees metre copper wire charges will be charged and apart from that earlier when I dismantled my outbox that technician had taken all of my 4 metre copper wire saying its free when I will be calling for relocation . So this was my tragic story and example of extremely poor services of yours . I again called your call center to confirm the charges and spoke to pradeep he was probably the foolest of all. He started his call without even listening to me and started his scripted answer "technician will be in your house in next 24 hrs" I patiently advised I am not calling for technician I calling to confirm the charges he had no clue of any charges he kept placing my call on hold again and again and had no clue what to say . I asked pradeep to transfer the call to his supervisor he kept me on hold for almost 13 mins and kept checking if I disconnected my call or not so he don't have to transfer ..I kept my cool and waited patiently for supervisor later some sr. agent came to talk but I didn't find anything new he said he will check the call for charges advised to me and guide his agent pratibha .and he also had no clue why I am paying 1500 to IFB and 550 to technicians personally and so many other charges ...finally I asked your technician how much this will cost me. he advised approx amount will cost 8000ruppes just to relocate an outbox .. My concerns Wrong amount advised by pratibha Extra visiting charges by Sushil kumar Amount increased 750 to 1500 w/o any notice Copper wire stolen by technician when called for dismantle Poor knowledge and handling skills of call centre agents Total cost of IFB AC was 25000 and for relocation of outbox cost 8000 I am an honest and loyal customer of IFB I not only bought 2 IFB AC from you but also recommend 1 to my friend deepak Gupta CTC no [protected] If you guys don't revert me back or give me perfect resolution trust me I will sue you guys for this.                                       I m shafin from kottayam, kerala. Sory for this unformal letter. Actually i m angry with the ifb service. We bought a ifb washing machine 3 months ago. It will damaged a month ago. When we contact continously to service centre, they came after 1 week and take the machine to them. After 1 month there is no reply and me very angry to them. Finally they gave me d machine as in the previous stage. That is they didnt do anything to it and say its dry part is damaged so the part will be exported within days. Still there is no reply and contact. What we do. This a situation of an indian consumer. Why they behave like this and what product they made that is damaged within2 months. Please take actions necessary.

                                        In concern with complaint number 15575639 Dear customers never ever think of buying IFB washing machines. My case is as listed ahead; I own an IFB machine of executive plus model which runs on AMC since its warranty period was over. Since past few years almost every year the machine shut down over some problem or the other. This time I complained on the 19th of may and till date no definite solution has shown up. The technician once visited on 21st stating that the tub, bearing etc need complete replacement. Since then we keep calling either the customer care number, or the technician or the coordinator and who not and the response is same. Customer care people do the brilliant task of providing us "ma'am contact this person u will find a solution" and technician or coordinator whosoever the authority is plays a child bluff game " ma'am it will be done today evening" is all you get out of it. A customer is stupid to own a IFB machine and manage the laundry without the machine for 15 days span. Only fake promises and numbers is all you get but not one fruitful service. kindly be prepared to burn your pone hot with incessant calls and waste all your time, energy and phone balance for some all stated above. A mere game for IFB personnel I suppose.
