I have electrical short problem, and door is not properyly closed from last two month, i have contact many time by your technical person, but they are notcapable. Pl arrange to resolve my problem, if my problem not solved with in two three days i will go in court. And if any member will wound by electrical current i f b will be reponsable.

    I have lodged a complaint toll free about the leakage. The dish washer is having AMC. I have complained on 19th May 2015. I am residing at Kodambakkam, Chennai-600024. No technician turned up for 3 days. Again I contacted toll free just to know the reason for not attending the complaint. Toll free official gave me Chennai phone number with intimation to contact one Shanthi. I contacted to the number given to two consecutive days. Even then nobody attended or contacted till today I.e. 27th. Again I contacted Toll free but with my surprise I am told by toll free staff that Chennai office closed the complaint. I asked the reason for that. He said he is helpless. He asked me to lodge fresh complaint. I refused. Why I should do it without my mistake. I told toll free to sort out the issue by 28th noon otherwise I have no other alternative to approach Consumer Court to prefer a complaint to claim damage...K. Suyambu, M.A., LL.B.

      I have raised a complaint to repair my washing machine on 19th May, and my ticket No.15575045, technician visited the next day and said it's a fault of failed power cord and needed to be replaced, and he said he will come back with the spare part, after an hour he called me and said that the washing machine is not under warranty and suggested me to take AMC, which i refused and asked him to just repair it, he then replied that if you take AMC we will repair it immediately or else you have to wait for few days, since then there's no response from the service center and no response from customer care center either, after repeated calls and SMS', i asked the customer care to connect to higher authority to escalate the problem for which they say the same answer it will be serviced soon, How can they service immediately if i take AMC and why should i wait if i dont take AMC, isn't it called blackmailing to take AMC? why dont customer care follow up even after repeated complaints?

        From K.M.Karumbaiah Coorg Trails Main Road Madikeri – 571 201 Kodagu Karnataka Email: [protected]@gmail.com Mr. Karthik Area Sales Manager IFB, Bangalore Sir, Sub: Complaint regarding IFB Front loading washer 9kg and drier 7kg machine model supplied by your company on the 26th of June 2012 This is to bring to your kind notice that I had bought a IFB washing machine cum drier 9kgs Model number[protected] from your showroom in Mysore. Ever since I bought this machine it has been coming for repair. Several times the board was changed. But still the machine would vibrate like mad. It never functioned properly. I had paid a whopping amount of Rs. 55989/- for the machine. Every time I complained about the machine not working you delayed in sending the service personnel. Later I realized that it was a faulty model machine which you had stopped manufacturing. The machine carries a warranty of 4 years. Last time the sevice personnel turned up after much persuation and told us that all the wires inside the machine snapped off and disconnected because of the vibration. Now I kindly request you to replace the machine with a proper good machine ( washer and drier) at the earliest and oblige. In case you do not respond to this request of mine I will be forced to take necessary action for replacement. Herewith I am attaching all the receipts and documents given by you during the time of purchasing the machine. Thank you Yours faithfully Karumbaiah

          Dear Sir, This is with respect to my ongoing complain ticket number 15618678 regarding complain of my 5 kg automatic washing machine purchased and also AMC done for the same vide receipt no 101516/ 002154 dated 03052015. The technician repaired the machine and charged some 3300 for a part and also suggested us to go for AMC during that time. Within a week after the repair was done, the machine went dead again and we had to face a troublesome time. Though we tried to register several complains, your technician is saying that the repairs can happen only after 90 days of AMC which is not what we expect when we pay more than 6000 for repair and AMC done by your technician and it is the fault of your technicain which has resulted in the machine going dead. I urge you to take immidiate action to repair the machine before we burst out with customer forums and other platforms of this non performance.             Sir I purchaged One microwave oven through flipkart but the installation of the same was not done by the company rep because item was not purchaged from dealer from Bhiwani.Thanks for patronizing IFB. Your ticket No. is 15589141. IFB representative will visit shortly. For assistance please call [protected](MTNL/BSNL)/39004321. Above said is my no and after waiting long time and reminding many a times to IFB which was also not a toll free number spent almost 40 rs and result is zero. Further I purchaged this for giving gift but without checking the serviceability of said item due to IFB same was given and pr esently item is at Bwani Kheda in packed condition only.

              I would like to notify you that i have been harassed by ifb since i have bought its air conditioner. Installation engineer came on 09.5.2015 for the installation. We launched complaint on 11.05.2015. My ticket no is 15531397. It came out to be a defective product with defective fan motor it didn’t worked properly for even a day after installation. It has been 1.5 months gone and our new split ac is like scrap for us. They just only need money and no responsibility of defective piece. Everytime i called customer care they give excuse “ your problem will be solved today”. My mobile no. Is [protected].ac has become mere a showpiece for us. Please don’t buy any product from ifb. It’s an absolutely fake company.

                Dear sir/madam, this is DrGanapathy with IFB service customer ID of 3849849. I have given a complaint regarding my IFB senorita plus washing machine 2 weeks ago. A guy from Nagaraj came from Swayam Solutions Chennai. Somehow he started the machine. he told filter needed to be changed and machine has to be cleaned. Done. He charged Rs 2600. But machine never stopped. It wascontinuesly running. I called him. He never turned back. Then I called Swayam Solutions. They never sent anybody in time. Now I booked fresh complaint after my holidays yesterday morning 11.28am. My ticket number is [protected]. Nobody has turned up till now. I called Swayam Solutions. A girl called Chitra attended the phone. They have given again Nagaraj 's number. Without seeing he is saying some part has to be changed that is not there. So I can't come. Then I called Swayam Solutions for 10 times they are not picking. Please allot somebody else other than Swayam Solutions. They are completely irresponsible and unprofessional. Please please please.                   We have purchased Dish Washer make IFB Model No Neptune DX from your Reliance Retail Ltd Store of South Avenue Mall, Naramda Road, Jabalpur vide CIN No UD1100MH1999PLC120563 dtd[protected] through Sales Man ID No.60084946. I would like to notify you that I have been harassed by IFB since I have bought this machine. Installation engineer came on 25.12.2014 for the installation which is protracted for a reputed company like you. At the time of installation the machine was found to be damaged, we didn't showed any grievance at that time and trusted that the machine will be replaced soon. But we were proved wrong and it took 5 long months to replace that. Still as a customer we remained calm and accepted it agreeably. But things didn't end up here and same day the engineer found that the chamber of the machine is cracked. Through out this process we were in direct contact with reliance store and the IFB service engineer and service manager. Further to infuriate, the response to this problem we are getting is to take back the money in place of machine. We refuse to accept this deal and feel cheated. We need a dish washer not money since there is no fault from our side in this mess. You are requested to look after this matter at the earliest.

                    I have made a complaint that my washing machine is not working on 10th may, 2015 (Complain number[protected], a technician came and inspected the it but the issue was not resolved and we never heard from you again. We have been calling customer care endless number of times and you always told us that someone would arrive. On 22nd may, 2015 we made the complaint yet again(Complain number[protected]. You assured us that the issue will be resolved in "24 hours" and yet no one has arrived to fix our washing machine. I kindly request you to do something about this.

                        Honoured Sir, I respectfully submit that I am s consumer of IFB washing machine, senorita plus model number. The machine is under AMC. Customer ID No. is 1690248. Last complaint ticket No. is [protected] booked on 19.05.2015. My mobile No. is [protected]. The Machine is not working for more than a fortnight. The IFB customer care & local dealer, Sasi Enterprise, Koothapakkam, Cuddalore-607 002 are reluctant to rectify the defects of the machine. I have been struggling with them. Even the call is not picked up by the Proprietor Mr Subramanian whose mobile No. is [protected]. After the 1st complaint call, they sent one Mr Bala from Jayankondapattinam in Chidambaram Taluk who indulges in unfair play. He is very lethargic, etc.I contacted many staff of IFB customercare centre which did not bear any fruits. I humbly pray for action and my problem solved please sir.                           Sir, I have complaint regarding my IFB Front Loader Machine at least 15 days ago. Your representative told me that I have attend complaint at your door. When He saw the machine he told me roughly about the repairing. I agree all his condition. He told me you have to first complained on customer care no. then my customer care informed me to take that complained then I come with spare parts which is used for taking that complain on my home. But I wait for your representative but he is not attending the complained till that date. Then I call to the customer care number today again then she told me that my representative come with in 48 hrs. My ID No. 1783982 My complain no. is 15594586 I have nearly 10 years o[censored]sing a IFB items. Please take necessary action as soon as possible and repair my item at reasonable charge of old customers

                            I have registered a complaint on 18th of April, complaint no 15356732 . Almost one month now, none of the technician has visited my house or called me. I am calling the customer care on a daily basis, they promise to fix it soon, but nothing happened . They closed the ticket without solving the issue . I came to know that they closed the ticket and registered a new complaint . Today they closed that too and registered another one . What a pathetic service ?????

                              I gave a complaint 15491140 on May 7th and it is closed without explanation. Again I raised a complaint 15568544 on 18th may which fell on deaf ears. I'm calling customer care everyday and they give me their usual "we regret for the inconvenience" dialog. I'm getting a new contact number everytime and most of them are not reachable or the person does not respond promptly. I'm completely fed up of this ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. My issue is pending for almost 3 weeks and I'm not getting any updates from IFB people. I ADVISE COMMON PEOPLE NOT TO BUY ANY IFB PRODUCT BECAUSE WHEN YOU BUY THEY'LL BE SWEET BUT WHEN YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT, NOBODY WILL CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER PLIGHTS. I'm wasting my time and energy everyday to get this done and IFB is absolutely disgusting when it comes to service.

Every time we are getting excuses that executive will go within 24 hour but they are giving fake status.                                 Nobody is responding and I called 2/3 time today till now.Again there are giving excuses that " we will send the technician by today ... now it's 4:00 pm and they don't even bother to inform us today we are calling again and again ... such a bloody fellows (cuttack branch) and I really want to sue them ... can you please advise how will I do it ???
                                I really don't have any idea that IFB customer service is just a worst service and I want to give a BIG SLAP on the face of that person who is giving such kind of bloody excuses till today .

                                IFB customer service provides service facilities to those who are newly purchasing AC now and they are only prioritized the new customer although the old customer (being 1 year) complaint for the same again and again they are not bother to listen.
                                And when we are trying call them they are put on "Busy Tone " their mobiles.
                                I think I should throw the AC at the branch and will go through legal.

                                I am getting FADE UP with IFB (cuttack branch)

                                Wait wait wait ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! It has not yet resolved completely only the leakage part resolved but the Gas filling has not implemented yet even not checked now as the technician told that It needs to be done but the branch said something else...
                                Anyway they called up me few days back I have given remarks to them that we have to wait for some days for observation as It is not completed ... after I will get back to them I think they have given their remarks that " It has been resolved " which is no true.

                                  It's been 10 days since I filed a compliant in your customer care service. 2 guys showed up, both on different days and checked the washing machine fully and the first guy who came even broke one of the machine part. Both men promised to return in two days but yet so signs of them. Your service sucks and my clothes at home stinks. Every time you send a different man to check the machine and he sends other men after 2 days who has no idea what is wrong with the machine. why can't you guys send same person on time to solve our problem. The second guy who suppose to come in 2 days as not shown his face since 5 days and upon questioning says he is on leave and call the company if i have any problem. what is wrong with you guys, that guy does know I have problem and he should have informed to company to replace the parts of my washing machine.                                     I had purchased IFB 6kg Front load fully automatic machine 3 months back and since the time of purchasing, it has issue that detergent is not fully melted in water and drained out along with water due to which clothes are not washed properly. We are using Surf Excel matic (Front Load) as suggested by IFB. I have made many complaints to IFB, and two engineer had also inspected the machine and said that there is no issue with the machine, while detergent particles are clearly visible.                                       Dear manager, Our ifb washing machine (Model executive plus) on amc with customer id -2598426, is unusable since 1st of may 2015. The complain no[protected] made on 1st may, was resolved on 8th may, with machine not working and dysfunctional yet. When contacted same day the ifb technician mr chandan who had resolved the complain with a dysfunctional machine, asked us to give one more complain so that a senior technician can come and help, that we did again with complain no[protected] with ifb service center dated 9th may, but not respite till date. Both the complains are still not resolved and we are in great frustration as even after multiple complains and telephonic conversation with the ifb service center and well as help line, over last several days, the issue is as it is and the machine is still not usable. We are facing a lot of trouble and pain due to this approach by the local service representatives and again repeatedly we have been told that a senior technician will visit and resolve the problem which has still not happened yet. Now the technician says he can not help and we have to escalate the matter to higher level with ifb. Is this email complain ok or do i have to go up further high up with the senior management, please let me know?
