It is informed that subject cited washing machine was purchased on 3/8/2011 from m/s amrit electronics, gurgaon. This machine was giving vibration problem during running from start of installation, but the service engr. Informed that these vibration problem will settled down after some time. But unfortunately these vibration problem remained and washing machine started moving during running due to defect in rotor etc.
These issues were brought to the notice of service engr. By complaining no. Of times. The service engr. Tried there best effort but could not attend it being manufacturing defect in the machine. You can refer to our earlier complaint record with reference to our customer id: 2930891.in these connection, please refer to our earlier complaint no[protected], 13440462, 14815194 dt: 31/1/15, 15056014, 14882217 dt: 9/2/15, 15098867 dt: 12/3/15, 15281521, 15359425 etc.
It has been observed that complaint staff are not giving proper attention as they considered that problem is due to model/manufacturing defect in machine and it is required change of complete machine.
Mr. Vikas (Service engr.) mobile no: [protected] has been asked many times to attend the problem. As the machine is in warranty period, which is upto 3/8/2015. The defect should be repaired immediately if it is not possible to repair, please get it replaced the machine as the problem has been faced from the start of installation as the same can be checked from your record please.
We have brought this issue via customer care no-[protected], bu no action has been taken. You are again requested to get the machine repaired or replaced which is still in warranty period.
