Honoured Sir,
I respectfully submit that I am s consumer of IFB washing machine, senorita plus model number. The machine is under AMC. Customer ID No. is 1690248. Last complaint ticket No. is [protected] booked on 19.05.2015. My mobile No. is [protected]. The Machine is not working for more than a fortnight. The IFB customer care & local dealer, Sasi Enterprise, Koothapakkam, Cuddalore-607 002 are reluctant to rectify the defects of the machine. I have been struggling with them. Even the call is not picked up by the Proprietor Mr Subramanian whose mobile No. is [protected]. After the 1st complaint call, they sent one Mr Bala from Jayankondapattinam in Chidambaram Taluk who indulges in unfair play. He is very lethargic, etc.I contacted many staff of IFB customercare centre which did not bear any fruits.
I humbly pray for action and my problem solved please sir.
