Concern, I have purchased ome washing machine on 19-10-11 with 4 year warranty. Since then it's dryer is not working properly. Initially i was not aware with functionity of ifb as i was using this product first time but latter on when i realised it's dryer is not drying clothes properly, i have made 4-5 complaint since then but didn't get satisfactory response from service guy. It is informed that subject cited washing machine was purchased on 3/8/2011 from m/s amrit electronics, gurgaon. This machine was giving vibration problem during running from start of installation, but the service engr. Informed that these vibration problem will settled down after some time. But unfortunately these vibration problem remained and washing machine started moving during running due to defect in rotor etc. These issues were brought to the notice of service engr. By complaining no. Of times. The service engr. Tried there best effort but could not attend it being manufacturing defect in the machine. You can refer to our earlier complaint record with reference to our customer id: 2930891.in these connection, please refer to our earlier complaint no[protected], 13440462, 14815194 dt: 31/1/15, 15056014, 14882217 dt: 9/2/15, 15098867 dt: 12/3/15, 15281521, 15359425 etc. It has been observed that complaint staff are not giving proper attention as they considered that problem is due to model/manufacturing defect in machine and it is required change of complete machine. Mr. Vikas (Service engr.) mobile no: [protected] has been asked many times to attend the problem. As the machine is in warranty period, which is upto 3/8/2015. The defect should be repaired immediately if it is not possible to repair, please get it replaced the machine as the problem has been faced from the start of installation as the same can be checked from your record please. We have brought this issue via customer care no-[protected], bu no action has been taken. You are again requested to get the machine repaired or replaced which is still in warranty period. Dear Sir, It is badly embarrassing that, my IFB washing machine which is break down since 2 weeks time and there is nobody fixing the problem from IFB service center which is situated Chenganoor, Kerala state after repeated request from my end. Kindly take the necessary action to fix the machine as early as possible. This service centre, r k services, goregaon, mumbai, is a cheater's haven. I had lodged a complaint with the centre for my ifb digital 7 lit washing machine for a leaking door gasket. They promised to resolve the problem within a couple of days. However, the technician took away our old gasket and did not return with a new gasket for over 4 days. Then someone called rajen from the service centre (Cell no [protected]) said he would oblige me by fitting an old gasket temporarily and replace it with the new gasket as early as possible. The technician replaced the used gasket and charged us inr 4800/- in advance for the new gasket. The new gasket was not fitted for over a week thereafter. On repeatedly calling rajen and demanding an explanation for the delay, he started giving excuses and would only ask for more time as he said the delay was from the company's side. When i got fed up of calling the service station repeatedly, i insisted that they pay back my money they had fraudulently collected in advance for the new gasket. On this, this rajen got wild and started talking unprofessionally to me. I however insisted that i wanted my money back & would only pay it when i get the new gasket. To this he said he will take the old temporary gasket away and fit my original torn gasket and cancel the order he had placed with the company. His intention, therefore was not to help me out,, but to hold me to ransom by offering to fix the used gasket as a stop gap to extort money from me on the pretext of ordering a new gasket.

Our complaint no. Is 15566121. We complained on 18th may and till now no service has been provided by the company. We r seriously toooo annoyed and have seen seen so carelessness towards a consumer by such a large compmay . there is no use of buying products if we r not getting a good service. Compliant no.15524424 registered on13/5/2015. Service technician attends the call after 2 days and advices to replace control board. Numerous calls after that to Mr. Sridhar, Mr. Vignesh has no effect. Each one promises that it will be fixed the very next day. Till date the problem exists. My elderly parents are going through a lot of trouble because of this. Now they don't attend our calls or they switch off after the the first call. The dishwasher is under AMC.

Hi Team I am appauled to say that inspite of calling the customer care and the manager's directly to get our washing machine fixed nobody has bothered to respond yet. I have spent hours till date calling and everytime I call, either the customer care or the manager tgive a false promise by saying someone will attend today and cut me off. ( Guess they are trained for the same..Good job IFB crew) Yesterday ie 28th May when I called to try my luck and I was told that the complaint is resolved. WOW what a shameful answer I got. I am still doubtful that some action would be taken or even someone would bother to look at the complaint. If so I am happy but I need a response by Monday. If its ignored I have my uncle who is a owner of a mall in bangalore. I have already spoken to him to use the washing machine as trash bin. On top of the washing machine my distress will be shared. Hi, myself nitin from, hyderabad purchase ifb mirooven from reliance electronic, before one year its stop working, i call to customer care, they sent executive & then my suffer start Keep complaints but not solution, every executive comes take some part for replacement they never come back, again new executive comes say new problem take one part & never come back even they taken 1920rs for annual maintenance. I Purchased IFB washing machine 18/7/2013 after only one time 10/7/2014 month your service persons attended, upto till not attended, please send service persons immediately your offer every six months servicing provided but not attended any persons

I have been facing problems with my washing machine since October 2014. It still is not rectified. My warranty period was a waste and my AMC also is going to be a waste looking at your laid-back responses. Great disappointment from a big brand. Pledge never ti use IFB products again.

Hi this is charanjit singh frm mohali, punjab near chandigarh.i had purchased ifb washing machine in 2013, now i am facing some problem wth that and i registered my complaint some 15 days back.but no body is bothering.my cell no. Is [protected].

I have electrical short problem, and door is not properyly closed from last two month, i have contact many time by your technical person, but they are notcapable. Pl arrange to resolve my problem, if my problem not solved with in two three days i will go in court. And if any member will wound by electrical current i f b will be reponsable.

I have lodged a complaint toll free about the leakage. The dish washer is having AMC. I have complained on 19th May 2015. I am residing at Kodambakkam, Chennai-600024. No technician turned up for 3 days. Again I contacted toll free just to know the reason for not attending the complaint. Toll free official gave me Chennai phone number with intimation to contact one Shanthi. I contacted to the number given to two consecutive days. Even then nobody attended or contacted till today I.e. 27th. Again I contacted Toll free but with my surprise I am told by toll free staff that Chennai office closed the complaint. I asked the reason for that. He said he is helpless. He asked me to lodge fresh complaint. I refused. Why I should do it without my mistake. I told toll free to sort out the issue by 28th noon otherwise I have no other alternative to approach Consumer Court to prefer a complaint to claim damage...K. Suyambu, M.A., LL.B.

I have raised a complaint to repair my washing machine on 19th May, and my ticket No.15575045, technician visited the next day and said it's a fault of failed power cord and needed to be replaced, and he said he will come back with the spare part, after an hour he called me and said that the washing machine is not under warranty and suggested me to take AMC, which i refused and asked him to just repair it, he then replied that if you take AMC we will repair it immediately or else you have to wait for few days, since then there's no response from the service center and no response from customer care center either, after repeated calls and SMS', i asked the customer care to connect to higher authority to escalate the problem for which they say the same answer it will be serviced soon, How can they service immediately if i take AMC and why should i wait if i dont take AMC, isn't it called blackmailing to take AMC? why dont customer care follow up even after repeated complaints?

Ever since I bought this machine it has been coming for repair. Several times the board was changed. But still the machine would vibrate like mad. It never functioned properly. I had paid a whopping amount of Rs. 55989/- for the machine. Every time I complained about the machine not working you delayed in sending the service personnel. Later I realized that it was a faulty model machine which you had stopped manufacturing. The machine carries a warranty of 4 years. Last time the sevice personnel turned up after much persuation and told us that all the wires inside the machine snapped off and disconnected because of the vibration. Now I kindly request you to replace the machine with a proper good machine ( washer and drier) at the earliest and oblige. In case you do not respond to this request of mine I will be forced to take necessary action for replacement. Dear Sir, This is with respect to my ongoing complain ticket number 15618678 regarding complain of my 5 kg automatic washing machine purchased and also AMC done for the same vide receipt no 101516/ 002154 dated 03052015. The technician repaired the machine and charged some 3300 for a part and also suggested us to go for AMC during that time. Within a week after the repair was done, the machine went dead again and we had to face a troublesome time. Though we tried to register several complains, your technician is saying that the repairs can happen only after 90 days of AMC which is not what we expect when we pay more than 6000 for repair and AMC done by your technician and it is the fault of your technicain which has resulted in the machine going dead. I urge you to take immidiate action to repair the machine before we burst out with customer forums and other platforms of this non performance. Sir I purchaged One microwave oven through flipkart but the installation of the same was not done by the company rep because item was not purchaged from dealer from Bhiwani.Thanks for patronizing IFB. Above said is my no and after waiting long time and reminding many a times to IFB which was also not a toll free number spent almost 40 rs and result is zero. Further I purchaged this for giving gift but without checking the serviceability of said item due to IFB same was given and pr esently item is at Bwani Kheda in packed condition only.

I would like to notify you that i have been harassed by ifb since i have bought its air conditioner. Installation engineer came on 09.5.2015 for the installation. We launched complaint on 11.05.2015. My ticket no is 15531397. It came out to be a defective product with defective fan motor it didn’t worked properly for even a day after installation. It has been 1.5 months gone and our new split ac is like scrap for us. They just only need money and no responsibility of defective piece. Everytime i called customer care they give excuse “ your problem will be solved today”. My mobile no. Is [protected].ac has become mere a showpiece for us. Please don’t buy any product from ifb. It’s an absolutely fake company.

Dear sir/madam, this is DrGanapathy with IFB service customer ID of 3849849. I have given a complaint regarding my IFB senorita plus washing machine 2 weeks ago. A guy from Nagaraj came from Swayam Solutions Chennai. Somehow he started the machine. he told filter needed to be changed and machine has to be cleaned. Done. He charged Rs 2600. But machine never stopped. It wascontinuesly running. I called him. He never turned back. Then I called Swayam Solutions. They never sent anybody in time. Now I booked fresh complaint after my holidays yesterday morning 11.28am. My ticket number is [protected]. Nobody has turned up till now. I called Swayam Solutions. A girl called Chitra attended the phone. They have given again Nagaraj 's number. Without seeing he is saying some part has to be changed that is not there. So I can't come. Then I called Swayam Solutions for 10 times they are not picking. Please allot somebody else other than Swayam Solutions. They are completely irresponsible and unprofessional. Please please please.
