    Dear all responsible concerned, Greetings! Myself a leo arokia dass (Mobile no: [protected]) working in a private reputed concern in coimbatore as an assistant manager for sales & service, mainly your ifb washing machine customer (Customer id no: 3101382) purchased ifb elite dx 5.5kg in bharat electronics & appliances vide their invoice no: cb/1011/cbe/16262 dt.03/11/2010. I profoundly frustrated and diffusing my complaint towards the poor response, pathetic service and recklessness from s. M agencies, coimbatore. Due to a heavy noise, vibration as well as a rotation of 45 degree of my washing machine during a wash i approached s. M agency and they represented mr vijay and he with a continual walk insisted for amc and i paid too. Post payment no one have bother about my complaints, i registered a complaint many times to customer care as well as to s. M. Agencies and received a complaint number. As no response from their end (Frankly to say 0% response) i reported the same to the coimbatore divisional manager mr. Nandha kumar, nearly 4 times and he connected me to s. M. Agencies all the times through teleconference and nothing has happened (Not even 0.1%), he too failed to follow up with the customer. Herewith kindly find the history of my regretful follow ups with s. M. Agencies and coimbatore divisional head mr. Nandhakumar : 1.. I registered acomplaint to your dealer on 25/03/15 and mr. Vijay of m/s. Sm agencies visited and insisted for an amc for a period of 2 years. 2.. Due to various issues in the machine, i accepted to go for an amc for 2 years and paid the amount of 4905.00 (Amc invoice no: 52535 dt. 30/03/2015) 3. Post payment, nobody attend the calls still now. I continuously dialed to mr. Vijay and mr. Shanmugam, md of m/s. Sm agencies, but its dropping a waste in the dustbin. 4. On 10/06/15, i called ifb customer care, and registered a complaint (Ref. No: [protected]), assured that the call will be attended within 24 hrs. 5. No response for my complaint, again on 11/06/15 when i dialed to customer care they told me to contact the service agency and provide me the contact no. [protected]. 6. Once i called service agency (S. M.) no response from their end, again i dialed to the help line on 30/06/15 and verifying the reports, they (Customer care) told that the call was closed, i was shocked hearing this. How come they closed the issue without cross verify with the customer? 7. I registered the complaint again on 30/06/15 (Ref: [protected]) also for further follow up they gave the mobile no., of mr. Nandakumar, coimbatore divisional manager. (Mob: [protected]) 8. As a crm concern, i got very bad experience with mr. Nandakumar. 9. Nearly 4 days i spoke to mr. Nanda (30/06/15, 01/07/15, 02/07/15 &03/07/15), i got a very bitter experience with him every day. Whenever i called him he connected me with s. M. Agency through teleconference and without listening to me he started a scamming shout with the representative of s. M agency during all the 4 days. Still now he have not find out the solution for the problem. 10. As a divisional head, he has to keep track of customer complaints and closing reports after cross check with the customer. 11. I nourished up with this kind of ifb service and stopped contacting mr. Nandhakumar after 03/07/15 and he too forget about the customer complaints and rightly to say he stands in the peak of irresponsibility. 12. I contact coustomer care on 06/07/15 and they again insist me to report to mr. Nandakumar. Sorry to say i cannot register complaint about mr nanda to mr. Nandha, finally i don’t want to again start this loop ……. I feel that both of them (S. M agencies and mr. Nandhakumar) stands / won equally first on the irresponsible track and they are not loyal to their profession. If this regard, how will i expect a reasonable service from your end in future. I am struggling to get the service for the past 3 months. With a heavy hearted hindrance, i am not interested to use any of the ifb product or to recommend the product to any of my known person in further, Please take back your machine and give me the best compensation for the same. Also cancel the amc contract and refund the paid amount of rs. 4905.00 I hope that you understand my situation and expecting positive reply from your end. Thanks and regards, A.       We have registered complaint for micro-oven as it is not working properly. Your engg. Came and visited and he suggested to change some tubes part of oven. He has collected the 1000/- for part on dated 21/06/2015. Till date he is not repling properly. We have complaint more than three- four time to customer care. But still there is no positive reply from your side. I m tried mr. Yogesh from thane in charge but they also ignored the same.
      This is the last chance to you or else i will raise the complaint in grahak manch . The details for complaints are as below for your reference.

          My IFB Washing Machine is out of order. The relevant details are as follows: 1. Annual Maintenance Contract No: 11616, ICR No:16366 dated 17/10/2014 2. Complaint lodged on 05/07/2015. Customer IdD 1097122 and Complaint Ticket Number 15916457. 3. Reminder given on 07/07/2015 & 08/07/2015. 4. Till this date the machine is not repaired. IFB not honouring the AMC and not repairing my washing machine.

            My complaint id 15912173 has been open for 5 days, with no response. The IFB call center ([protected]) is of no use. All they can do is provide telephone numbers of various people like Deepa Enterprises, Service Area Manager, Technician, but refuse to do any follow up themselves. Everybody in the call center is great at providing assurances that the complaint will be resolve today itself, and also great at apologizing the next day when the complaint is not resolved. But that is all what they are great at.

            This complaint got resolved yesterday after repeated follow-ups with the call-center, the dealer who sold us the machine, and the 3rd party company which IFB uses for post-sales service. Thanks for your attention and intervention, but getting post-sales service should not be so difficult for a brand as premier as IFB.

              Dear IFB Team,

              It give me great regret to inform you that your service operations in India turn out to be a complete failure while your team in India is not capable of completing a single service request full fledged.

              I own a IFB Senorita washing machine which is not working from almost a month with a water leaking problem from beneath. Complaints which have been raised are being automatically cancelled by your team Here is the latest ref number of the complaint : 15803185. When contacted the team asks me to call the local dealer and the dealer is not bothered to solve it and always says they do not have a track of the complaint number provided.


              Tried to email your company unfortunately could not find your email ID in your website


              I really feel sorry to by an IFB Product and would not suggest others to buy one in future..

                  My washing machine is under AMC, and the machine was not attended properly. A technician was not willing to check the machine properly, the he himself concluded the problem without checking the machine, after continuously calling the service the technician with a spare parts, saying the same was not available so is the delay. This happened today after 10 days.but even changing the spare the machine is under repair condition. It is not spinning and the water is not draining for this technician suggest me to operate the machine in the morning. This is the plight of fib am.c customers.

                    I have an ifb washing machine - exe plus model. Ever since i purchased the machine, it is under annual maintenace contract and for the period 01/12/2014 to 31/12/2015 also, i have paid rs.2124/- towards amc towards management, maintenace or repair service. My customer id is 106198. Whenever, i call for break down service, your franchise is not prompt in attending the call or deputing mechanic to attend to the repairs.in fact, i had problem with washing machine on 3rd july 2015 and and i made a call on 4th july morning and your tickert no.[protected] and i regret to inform you that your franchise has not resolved the issue till now (Upto 4.50 p m on 7/7/2015) that is ever after four days. I am really fed up with your service and i am seriously thinking of throwing this machine at your frachise office and go in for some other make of washing machine. This is for your information.                       When machine is working it is vibrating & giving out strange sound.
                      We registered our complaint on 1 st july 2015 with complain no. 15843418.
                      No one even visited our house.
                      Even after our continuous calls at the kanpur & lucknow center no one paid any heed to our complaint.

                        Respected sir/mam, Myself soniya arora, i hv an ifb microwave which model no is 30sc4. Whenever i purchased it they told me that you will get demo class for this product but when i call on your customer care number your executive told me that they will arange a free cookrey classes... But still i didn't get any call or response from your side. I called many times on customer care number. This is showing bad impact or image of company infront o[censored]sers.                             We have raised complaint to IFB on 31st of may saying our washing machine is not working.They sent the technician on 2nd of june and this guy told that machine is not working and it has to be replaced. He took the motor along with cheque of 2850+350 as AMC and he promised that replacement will be done in 15-20 days. But when we called back after 20 days that person is not responding for the call and then again we have raised the request on 21st of june but from 21st of june till date we are calling... customer cares and they are giving 100 phone numbers\names who are not picking up the call. Also this customer care number will be busy most of the time and when it gets connected they say server down, call after one hr or 2 hrs. again they will give some person phone number and tell that for sure he will come in the evening but he will not come. still our issue not resolved. complain no:[protected]

                            Yesterday, the customer care guys said i would be getting the technician by Today but still no one came to our house.so i called up customer care again and now they are telling franchisee people are not picking the call.
                            Is it the professional services? why do IFB has some one as Franchaisee who don't respond?

                            If it doestnt get resolved by today i am going to file case against IFB.
                            Every day we are calling for both Customer care and the Franchisee name given by the IFB customer care.
                            Every time the customer care people says your issue is escalated and by today EOD your issue would be reoslved but by the end of the day no one turnsup.what kind of esclation level the company is holding?
                            And the most worst part is the franchisee name and phone number given they doesnt turnp or dont pick the call.If i call some 100 time, one time he picks up and tel will some in 30 min and he never bother to send any one.
                            Why should IFB have such a unprofessional Franachisees? most of the time they says they are in meeting, what kind of meeting they would be into being technical guys?

                            Really very much upset about the IFB as the way they are treating the customer even after paying the money.
                            Please ban that frnahcisee-Srinidihi services, Bangalore.

                            TOday also they have promised, issue would be resolved today, if not i am going to file a complaint in consumer court and would be esclating to the IFB directors.

                                We have logged the complaint on 28-Jun-2015.Your service engineer have attended the machine 2 times and still where unable to replace the machine pump of the washing machine. Also they give huge false promises that the spare would be replaced in day and still we haven't got replaced. We never thought that IFB as such a poor service provider.

                                    Poor Service when the machine is in problem. If the Machine is not in problem they call once in 3 months and service without any issue and try selling IFB washing products only. But when you face a literal issue with your machines they never turn up.

                                      I had purchased a top loading washing machine on 22nd May 2015 but unfortunately haven't been able to use it at least for once. The first machine was replaced because the circuit board was not responding and the machine couldn't be installed by IFB technician. The second machine had manufacturing defect as water was draining out from the bottom of the rat mesh. It was again requested for replacement on 15th June 2015 but this time it didn't got replaced. The machine has been lying with me since then. Since 15th June 2015 I had been frantically calling up the branch office and the Kokata service centre for assistance but I didn't get any positive response. Mr. Joydeep from the Kolkata Branch office didn't even have the courtesy of attending to customers as he had been avoiding my calls on a regular basis. None from the service branch did call me to inform the status of the replacement. It is with utmost dissatisfaction and frustration I am forced to share the sufferings with IFB formally. I have also been paying my EMI regularly without any failure. I would like to understand if a customer can pay the money without any failure then why the company fails in attending customers for service, when it is the moral and professional duty of the company to attend to customers. I would request for necessary actions.                                         I have got error E6 on display, I have logged a compliant[protected] on 20th june, technician visit and said there was no problem but next day the problem again occurs then the engineer visited on 29th then he said the PCB was faulty he will order. I have do the followup but no one take action and now even the zonal guy are not picking calls. please take some action.

                                        Still Problem is not resolved. Still getting false statement from all the guys, even from superwiser that the part is not delivered yet its showing courier not reached, just fed up of these answers, again they are saying wait for 2 more days. The complained is opened on 20th they have closed and reopen on 29th again. Is there any SLA for complained or not. Really please define some SLA and take a serious look into my issue. There is no reason to say every time regret inconvenience caused to you. Its humble request if you can resole this issue asap.
                                        Finally the problem is resolved late but its satisfactory, Escalation team members helped a lot thanks to them.
