The customer complaints at IFB is one of the most pathetic.
I have complained about an E6 error in my Digital washing machine, the complaint number is 15827596, raised on 23-June-2015. Even after more than a week, the so called technician says they will come and fix the issue, but no response. Contacting Area Manager, Mr. Rahul ( Mob# [protected] ) didn't help either, as he knows only one line, "I will call you back in 5 mins", which never happens.
IFB was once a very good quality product, but now a days it's horrible, i believe a local machine would be much better that so called IFB.
This is my experience, and i believe, it's not worth buying any IFB product, i will do that, and would tell my horrible experience with my contacts.
