I have an ifb washing machine - exe plus model. Ever since i purchased the machine, it is under annual maintenace contract and for the period 01/12/2014 to 31/12/2015 also, i have paid rs.2124/- towards amc towards management, maintenace or repair service. My customer id is 106198. Whenever, i call for break down service, your franchise is not prompt in attending the call or deputing mechanic to attend to the repairs.in fact, i had problem with washing machine on 3rd july 2015 and and i made a call on 4th july morning and your tickert no.[protected] and i regret to inform you that your franchise has not resolved the issue till now (Upto 4.50 p m on 7/7/2015) that is ever after four days. I am really fed up with your service and i am seriously thinking of throwing this machine at your frachise office and go in for some other make of washing machine. This is for your information. I have decided not to go in for any ifb products infuture. My mobile no.
