Hi all, do not ever make 2 mistakes: 1. Do not buy ifb products. 2. Do not take amc for ifb products, specially from matha bangalore. They will never listen or respond to you. You call them everyday but they will ignore you so easily. Even their manager and regional manager will take you for granted as if you are asking something from their pocket. I made a mistake, you please be careful.

    Sir, I have registered a complaint on 4th May 2015 as I have some problem in my senator Waching machine though not completely off. I have been waiting for the technician to come but in vain. Everytime I call customer care, I have been provided with differenct phone numbers to contact. I have spoken to Mr B Suresh(floor leader) but I m not getting any resolution. Today I have got one more number Mr Santosh (area manager) I have informed him my story... He just said he will look into this. I want to know after taking AMC. Do I need to followup for 11 days to get my machine serviced ? I am too tired to deal with these people. My complaint number 15470436

      we had purchased IFB washing machine front open, , 6 months back, we had set a compliant regarding water is leaking . after 7 days your service people responded and came and seen the washing machine told, Rubber inside the machine had some problem. so we can change it by 2 days, afterwards, , no service people came and rectified until now, , it had been nearly 1 month from the date of service people.. we had lodged a compliant regarding also, , but your people are not responding. if this is happening like that ... there is no other go for me for going consumer forum immediately.If you are unable to provide service what is the use of the people purchasing your product by spending lot of money.         I am using Angular washing machine, i have complained many times regarding service but till now no response . Previously in jan 2015 month i had problem of water leakage from machine. it took 25 days to solve. Almost 4 technicians had visited every time a technician come he opens it and check it but he did not understand what was the problem exactly. one person solved it but next day itself there was a problem with door lock, which was not fixed properly again a new tech came he fixed it. Same day again the rubber at the door of washing machine got problem. Now again i have problem with heavy sound in washing machine, I have raised a complaint but again same technician came to my home who damaged it before, I request IFB to change my service centre and send a senior technician who has experience in repairing ANGULAR WASHING MACHINE. My complaint was on 11 may 2015, today is 15 may 2015 NO response from customer service.

            Hi team, Please note i am having an ifb washing machine and which is still under warranty. (Customer id[protected] Currently this is having an issue and raised a complaint with the customer care. Compliant number:[protected]. As of now no one had turned up for servicing the same Is this the way you guys work. Its more than one week and still no response. The prodcut is under warrenty and we may to take it legally if the response still remains the same.

              I had lodged complaint to IFB customer care toll free no on 10th May and since then spoken to same toll free no, Delhi Service contact person Mr Senthil (mobile no given by call center), local service center at[protected]Mr Deepak) & also their Area Manager Neena Dobal today. Inspite so much follow up, no technician has called till now neither visited for repairing. This is not the 1st time. Earlier experiences are also same. IFB takes AMC charges in advance on time but when it comes to service, face too much challenges. Is there any team looking on customer grievances ?

                Ticket # 15467284 without resolving changed status as resolved This ticket was raised on 5/May/2015 Monday and after several calls to your service provider and customer care a person came on Saturday 10/May/2015, and informed me that a part need to be replaced and will be done by Monday 11/May/2015. Mr Ragavendra carrying mobile [protected] attended this. And he told his manager is Dhanjaya with mobile # [protected]. Miss Rajewswari of KBS was service provided. As no on came on 11/May/2015, I called customer care and they gave me Mr. Vignesh number [protected]. When I called, he promised the person will come on Tuesday 12/May/2015. Tuesday evening I called Mr. Vignesh again and he promised me service guy will come with in one hour and resolve it. As no one came till Wednesday evening I called him up and he promised to send person in 10 minutes. After waiting for 2 hours I called customer care again. Mr Mahesh was the agent who spoke to me at 8:30 pm 13/May/2015. He told me the ticket is already in resolved status as on 11/May/2015. If you can please let me know how you change status of ticket without even visiting my place.

                  Respected sir, One of your worker during free service seminar has cheated us very badly. He asked us to bring a glass of water and during that time he replaced the original belt with worn out belt in washing machine. He asked us to pay 300 for that belt. We told that uptill now that belt was working properly. We request you to take strict action against him.                         I have an Elena washing machine, for which I have AMC. The machine is not drying the clothes at all; washing also incomplete. For the last three months, I have been complaining to customer care and some body or other visits and says that he will bring his senior and it never happens. Latest complaint ticket no is 15496225 lodged on 9th May 2015. One young chap came and said that he does not know how to rectify. He said that he will bring motor, pump, controller and belt and try.He has not comeback again and the service centre head Mr Srivastava in Delhi listens every time, promises and nothing happens ultimately. Is there no Service Manager of IFB to look into and manage the service of machines under AMC warranty? I think this callous attitude of IFB is very appalling. It prompts me to take kit up in consumer court for breach of AMC contract. Pl dont buy IFB washing machines and dont enter into AMC with them. It is a racket and they fit reconditioned parts causing machine to fail again and again V Thyagarajan

                                Our IFB Customer Id 10312919 Washing machine Elite 5KG broke down on March 26th. Service personnel only insisted on taking the AMC for 2400 but couldn't repair the problem till May 20th 2015. Repeated calls to IFB customer care, Bangalore regional manager & expert contact provided has not yeilded results. Eventually, we have exchanged the machine & bought a new one from a different brand. Request IFB to refund AMC as period of AMC was April 26 2015 to April 25 2016. Will never ever buy an IFB again. Need help with refund which company is not willing to provide.

                                  Water floing from machine. Complaint done . Prson from datar services comes does some thing ..problem persists . Again calld asks to replace rubber cushion and asks to take stabilizer ...done as told ... But problem persists...again called ...some person send who des not know address comeson 8th my 2015 and during talk calls his office says we r killing him...when shown that house has cameras installed takes back statement . Persnally spoken to main in charge person from mobile of this arrogant service person.was assured of compliance by 9th may 2015.called again and was told person would come by 6.30m ..but again no one arrived . Sir /madam we hae not been able to wash clothes since last few days. Please let me about my service...machie under AMC.

                                    From p. Madhuvani Contact no. [protected]. Guntur, ap [protected]@yahoo.com My washing machine is not working for the past six months. I made a complaint in the month of october 2014 and attended the sevice immediately. Changed the motor, charging an amount of rs7200/- on 11.10.14 but the problem not rectified. Since then i am trying to contact ifb service persons but nobody is not responded. No reply or switch off on toll free numbers. Finally what i have to do to get repair my mechine.

                                      Hi, This is with reference to the complainy number : 15397022. I raised this complain on 24- Apr and till now no proper solution was provided.                                         i have raised the complaint overphone through customer care no. my ticket no.15429868, it is past 2 weeks. one of the service person had come saying this has to be looked into by other person & has detached some of the parts & till date nobody it responding to this. i have insurance procured & the AMC no. 7654
