we had purchased IFB washing machine front open, , 6 months back, we had set a compliant regarding water is leaking . after 7 days your service people responded and came and seen the washing machine told, Rubber inside the machine had some problem. so we can change it by 2 days, afterwards, , no service people came and rectified until now, , it had been nearly 1 month from the date of service people.. we had lodged a compliant regarding also, , but your people are not responding. if this is happening like that ... there is no other go for me for going consumer forum immediately.If you are unable to provide service what is the use of the people purchasing your product by spending lot of money. Respond immediately.

I understand that IFB has been notified by the website promptly about my case.
My inferences are:
1. IFB doesn't want to honour commitments and terms mentioned in the AMC
2. IFB doesn't care about their existing customers any more
3. Most likely IFB doesn't care about gaining new customers
4. What the above points mean to me is IFB sales and revenues will look southward (or it has started already to slide)
5. I will do what little I can to help myself and any other people form being fooled.
