I had purchased IFB 6kg Front load fully automatic machine 3 months back and since the time of purchasing, it has issue that detergent is not fully melted in water and drained out along with water due to which clothes are not washed properly. We are using Surf Excel matic (Front Load) as suggested by IFB. I have made many complaints to IFB, and two engineer had also inspected the machine and said that there is no issue with the machine, while detergent particles are clearly visible.     Dear manager, Our ifb washing machine (Model executive plus) on amc with customer id -2598426, is unusable since 1st of may 2015. The complain no[protected] made on 1st may, was resolved on 8th may, with machine not working and dysfunctional yet. When contacted same day the ifb technician mr chandan who had resolved the complain with a dysfunctional machine, asked us to give one more complain so that a senior technician can come and help, that we did again with complain no[protected] with ifb service center dated 9th may, but not respite till date. Both the complains are still not resolved and we are in great frustration as even after multiple complains and telephonic conversation with the ifb service center and well as help line, over last several days, the issue is as it is and the machine is still not usable. We are facing a lot of trouble and pain due to this approach by the local service representatives and again repeatedly we have been told that a senior technician will visit and resolve the problem which has still not happened yet. Now the technician says he can not help and we have to escalate the matter to higher level with ifb. Is this email complain ok or do i have to go up further high up with the senior management, please let me know?         So the problem is, that the IFB customer care seems to have been trained only to make phone calls and not resolve issues. Complaint number 15566978 was registered 3 days back. A delayed delivery and then no one for product demo and installation. And then the delivery guy told us to not open it till the installation guy comes. Not sure how such a large company is running without proper customer support. Really frustrated now. Never buy from IFB.

          I have made a complain about my washing m/c not working on16/04/15 bearing ticket no 15341745. The complain was registered again on 23/04/15 vide no 15391468 I had two faults in the m/c one being timer faulty and thermostat and associated wiring burned. The technician has visited again and changed the timer but however could not make the machine operational. On /off switch cum thermostat and cable couldn’t be replaced. The fault has not been rectified and i do not know how the complaint is closed.. Againon 11 may 2015 I have booked a complaint vide ref 15515945. But as on date complaint has not rectified it is almost 20 days. The w/m is not avaiable to since 30 days for use. It is a great concern that such a reputed washing m/c brand has such a bad service support. it is understood that the service/repair has been outsourced, the francised partner is not at all serious in attending the complaints. This makes us feel that the concept of AMC is a waste of money. The service partner is not serious because he has service free of cost. I would suggest that please change your francise partner.           The complaint has not been fully resolved. The Technician visited on 22-23 may 15 and rectified the washing machine but the heater circuit had to be isolated. The heater according to technician needed a change which was not available at that time.

          The machine is doing the washing and rinsing function but the preheat function is not operational.

          The IFB promised to rectify the heater problem in 15 days. But no action taken.

          On 10 June 2015 a complaint was raised no 15729109 the technicain visited but could not do anything.

          It is 22 days past the temporary repair but no action is taken.

            We had launched a complaint in ifb call center 5 days ago. Till date the complaint is not attended by your service provider, chennai. They are not ready to provide proper answer to us. They are talking very rudely. Note: company service manager (Ifb person), chennai also not picking our call. He is giving his mobile to some lady, she is answering he is not available. We are requesting you to get back our service contract money. Then only we will be able to throw the machine and get a new brand (Not ifb)

              Have a look on this issue, u may face this from IFB. hi my name is srinivas, i am from bangalore.I have an IFB washing machine in AMC.I have a given a complaint to the IFB customer care regarding our washing machine number[protected] on 03.4.15. Immediately one of the technician has come and checked . He said that has need some spare parts to repair so he will bring tomorrow.Next day he came and removed the hole tub and repaired some thing for 2 hour, said to use the machine after 3 hr and taken 1220 rs from us . Then i used on that evening, it run properly . But on the next day it stopped washing . i have called the the technician and said about the problem.He said that he will come tommarow. But he didn't come, i go on calling daily no response at all for above 2 weeks not only to the technician we go on call to the customer service also. Daily they r telling that today we will send but no response. Now 3 days back the same technician has com and removed the whole parts machine and said he has to bring shaft bush, so he will bring today it self and repair it.But from 3 day he didn't come nor picking the phone . even if i call to the Service manager after picking the phone when i say my name he is disconnecting the phone. this is the way they r responding to our compliant.

                Hi Team, I own an IFB washing machine top load. I am facing issue with the machine since Feb, 2014. I registered four complaints through customer care number and all were closed without any feedback from us. Till date we were facing issue with the machine. My complaint details are as follows, Feb 20 - [protected] Mar 7 -[protected] Apr 11 - [protected] May 10 - [protected] My sincere suggestion to IFB is please do not give your service to some irresponsible third party franchise and leave your customer in pain. After all thoughts and hope we come to your product and all you give back is such an painful experience.

                  since the day we bought this machine there is some or tge other problem in it.We bought senator 6 kg automic machine on jan 2011 as we had heard that that IFB is the best brand in automatic washing machines, but to our surprise besides small complaints from the starting like heater stopped working after sometime, the knobs came out we had to change everything including motor and internal wiring and all, just when the company warranty was about to finish in jan 2015. Now a couple of days back the tub has stopped working and according to the IFB technician some card has to be replaced worth rs[protected]. I WOULD LIKE TO TELL THAT THE MACHINE THAT I WAS USING BEFORE IFB WAS A LOCAL BRAND WHICH WAS MUCH BETTER THAN IFB AS I HAD USED IT FOR ALMOST 11 YEARS. I am sorry to say but after such a dissapointment i would never suggest this brand to any of my family and friends.

                    I bought a Micro wave oven of IFB with model no: 25BC4 and serial no.[protected] on 04/02/2015. From day one I am experiencing problems with the oven like cooking smell is coming out at the time of cooking and the door panel is vaporizing within 5-10 minutes. After registering the complains technician visited three times. But unfortunately the problems are still unresolved. Whereas some more problems are being noticed during cooking like some time the oven is getting overheated and some time the oven stops completely and restarts after few seconds. After last visiting of technician one more problem has been added i.e. the parts of door are not assembled properly even got some cut marks. Now I am not getting any response from IFB. In this situation, I am getting frustrated with the services and thinking whether my decision of choosing the brand IFB was correct. It may be that the Warranty period will over before the problems be resolved. However, I expect everything will be resolved quickly and it will be proved that I was right to choose the Brand IFB. It would be better if the system get replaced and give me a chance to have good experiences with you the oven. I hope there will be positive response from IFB as soon as receive this complain and set myself free from the problems.

                        My latest ticket no. is 15543901. IFB 's Product Quality, as well as it's service, is a disaster.Despite repeated complaints, smoke and burning smell continues to come out from my Washing Machine.I've been following up on this for almost 6 months but to no avail.I called up their Head office but they are so arrogant that they just would'nt let their customer talk to anyone senior in their company.After recognizing our cell no.their employee refuses to take our call.Their service guys are only interested in selling their anti-scaling powder every time they come to attend the complaint. I have captured a video of the smoke bellowing out of the washing machine.

                          Hello IFG, My Customer ID: 10990674 My microwave went dead and I complained to the customer care center by first week of March. IFB service Compliant number: 15080174 From then on innumerable number of calls to your call center has given to solution. Every time I hear them !!promising falsely!! that with in 24 hours someone will attend to it, but to no avail. This has continued for 2.5 months. This is a serious problem for me at home as I use the oven for multiple purposes in a day. I am so disappointed by this behavior from the company for which I had good regards. This is my last try to get any help from IFB and if I don't get it fixed( just not service guys coming to some lame excuse) by IFB in this week, I will be much more disappointed and will be forced to forget about buying any products from IFB, in my lifetime. Just not that I may find other ways of making the kind of pathetic situation of the quality of service known to consumers in all possible ways and may not limit to that. Does the company not have moral values to provide service for the AMC paid to them?!! Sorry, I think the company should wake up to this, as the service quality has become poorer over a period of time and will loose customers. -Pradeep

                          I understand that IFB has been notified by the website promptly about my case.
                          My inferences are:
                          1. IFB doesn't want to honour commitments and terms mentioned in the AMC
                          2. IFB doesn't care about their existing customers any more
                          3. Most likely IFB doesn't care about gaining new customers
                          4. What the above points mean to me is IFB sales and revenues will look southward (or it has started already to slide)
                          5. I will do what little I can to help myself and any other people form being fooled.

                            All this started with 1)My washing machine not starting up and they said it was an issue with the heater and filter. Replaced them and also dropped nuts and bolts into the body of the machine. Poor technical expertise. 2)The next time we started to try running the machine we get shock all over the body and started getting weird sounds.they said the heater was not fixed properly and miraculously it started working without any shock 3)Third time we tried running the machine worked half way through the process and water started to overflow all over the machine. Called them up as usual and one of them turned up the next day says they do not have the spare with them now and will replace them if you still have the problem. No wonder the same problem came up immediately since "Nothing was done on the machine to rectify the problem" except that they gave their phone number and wanted to call them if we have the same problem. No other go called them up some one else comes up the next day and does nothing to fix but looks into a different part of the machine and says run the machine and call them if we have the same issue. This time a different issue comes up the washing machine is stuck in a loop of taking water in and releasing it out and the knob does not move at all. When we call them up they say someone else would attend to it. Asked for a manager phone number to call but none picks up the call. All this happened from 28 Apr till 18 May. Final Verdict : Is there some one at IFB who knows something about their own product and get this fixed.

                              I had terrible experience with the technicians working in IFB bangalore. Water was not coming thought the water inlet and We registered a complain and some technicians (vijay and Sathish ) had come to see the machine. They did some small things and told us to take AMC contract as these things would be covered under the contract. Even though our prev experience with IFB people were bad we decided to try the annual contract. After taking the contract 1 week later when we on the washing machine, MCB started tripping. Again we registered a complain complain no : 15498028. Again these people came after repeated calls, spoiled the entire drum, gasket etc and said they will come with the parts within 2 days. For past 2 weeks our washing machine is not working. No one cared to come and today when I called customer care they said the ticket was closed saying issue is resolved . I called the area manager Praveen 3 times and the only reply from him was they will call u back. All the managers in IFB are also irresponsible . I spoke to Senthil, Praveen Kumar..not only they did not listen to our issues, they don't take any action against it. We have decided to file a case in the consumer court for this irresponsible behaviour and service. We would never recommend anyone to buy any of the IFB products.

                              IFB team came and repaired after 1 month, maybe they expected us to not change cloths for a month ...but meanwhile we bought a new washing m/c with better customer care..good bye to IFB PRODUCTS..

                                Dear concerned I had purchased an ifb washing machine for their excellent product and service quality, however i am now disappointed at the treatment being given by ifb customer service. Despite registering a complaint with customer care helpline on 14th may 2015 i have been given false assurances of complaint resolution and have not yet being visited or contacted by any service representative. I had talked to mr. Venkatesh, from customer care who assured me the service would be done within time. I had called mr. J p agarwal, who is with the service centre and his phone could not be connected. The complaint has been allocated to a mr. Rohilla who also can not be reached. I believe this is very unprofessional behaviour from ifb and customer harassment. I request you to resolve this complaint at the earliest

                                    I bought a front load executive plus 5 KG washing machine from IFB in march 2006. in 2014, as it was 8 years old so i thought to get AMC for my washing machine on 30 April 2014. for that I paid 2360 Rs. This year in beginning of April i faced a shifting problem in washing machine while washing a bed-sheet so i register a complaint with IFB. A service person came and told me that ball-bearing have problem... i was not convinced but still he tried to open them. He cudn't take old ball-bearing out of the wash-tub so he dismantle whole wash-tub from washing machine without my consent and took it to his service centre. During the process he broke the inlet pipe of wash-tub, to repair that he took 122 rupees from me... thought it was his fault but still i paid as for small money i don’t want to fight. After 4-5 days he brought back the wash-tub and rejoined it. after that he left i saw that washing machine is still shifting... i again registered a complaint.. i called so many times to ifb customer care centre but service person didn’t visit. I talked to senior officials even... my AMC get over on 30 April... after so many call at-last service person came on and changed the shock absorber but still the problem is not resolved... washing machine is still shifting and that even in normal load and making very bad noise... noise problem was not present earlier but after the repair it is in very bad shape.i don’t know what to do... i am tired of calling ifb again and again and explaining my problem to them.                                       The above machine was purchased on 15 Aug 2011. For one year no problem. Entered into AMC for two years and again renewed for two years effective 18Sep 2014. The first time complaint was lodged that the filter is not working. After continuous two days follow up ..no action.. when sent mail to customer care..reply was stock not available in Dombivli. The same thing I personally went to Thane branch and got the same. Now comes the height of the way the customer is treated. After 10 days vacation, called up the toll free no. and requested "Please sent somebody urgently as water tube is leaking and the machine has stopped working.I was given the ticket no 15524123 on 13th may at 1030 hrs. Till now the matter is not only resolved. Through toll free no. I got the no of Ms Koja [protected].., Ms koja's response was WHO HAS GIVEN MY NO... YOU SHOULD CONTACT MS MANJU.. NO [protected]. . THIS LADY WAS ONEUP..TELS ME THE TOKEN NO IS GIVEN.. MAN WILL COME. KEEPS THE PHONE DOWN AND TILL TODAY NOT ALE TO CONTACT HER NEITHER THE ENGINEER BOTHERED TO COME AND SOLVE THE PROBLEM.. TODAY IS 15TH MAY. I get sms on the phone saying Are you satisfied by the service..your problem has been resolved. Nothing more to add.. the moral is KINDLY NEVER BUY THE PRODUCT OF IFB.. IF IT WORKS ..GOD'S MIRACLE OTHERWISE JUST THROW THE ITEM TO THE DUSTBIN... NEVER THINK OF AFTERSERVICE OR AMC. uNFORTNATELY I HAD BOUGHT REFRIGERATOR ..GOD HAS BEEN ON OUR SIDE.. IT STILL WORKS!! I AM A RETIRED AIR INDIA PERSONNEL WHO WAS IN THE MARKETING. IF WITH MY EXPERIENCE AND WISDOM I CAN GET THIS WORK DONE.I WONDER HOW OTHERS ARE MANAGING KRISHNAN [protected]

                                        Hi, this is regarding my complaint on my IFB Senorita VX 6kg Model as I raised the complaint on 13/May/2015 My IFB customer ID: 10043687 Complaint No : 15526177 Stand Request no : 15526176 my concern about the complaint is, I have raised a request on my IFB Senorita VX 6kg on 13th May 2015 Problem: 1.Timer problem 2.need cleaning service of the machine. 3. requested for Stand I have raised a request on 13th May 2015, till now no body has called out .some how I got the service center details from my friend, I contacted them they said they will be coming on 14th May 2015. as I have waited on 14th till end of the day but no body has called and no body has came . and today (15th May 2015) also waited till no no response from them. again I contacted the customer care today morning, as they have raised the High priority Request, but no response, and the customer care people has given branch head of AP Hyderabad number Kalyani : [protected]/7605 tried these two numbers as well, but not reachable. Note: last time also the same story happened when we raised the complaint, the technicians has don't have any technical knowledge about the machine they will just come n go they don't even touched the machine. iam really Disappointed with the service. and the customer care people don't even have the service center contacted details, when I asked they said "contact details are not available". and the chittoor branch they don't even having the IFB service center, as per the customer care people, they said authorized service center " Raju Electronics". my concern is 1. how come the IFB is providing the service to the customers without knowing the technical knowledge of technicians ? 2.and not even having the contact details of the service center ? 3.even if customer support raise the "High Priority" request no response from the support ? please kindly iam asking u people to answer all these my concern's or questions whatever . and atleast try to provide the good service to the customers. and please resolve my problem ASAP.
