Our IFB Customer Id 10312919 Washing machine Elite 5KG broke down on March 26th. Service personnel only insisted on taking the AMC for 2400 but couldn't repair the problem till May 20th 2015. Repeated calls to IFB customer care, Bangalore regional manager & expert contact provided has not yeilded results. Eventually, we have exchanged the machine & bought a new one from a different brand.
