Sir/Ma'am, I am Bijay Ch. Sarma from Bongaigaon Refinery Township Dhaligaon. I got one message from IFB Industries Ltd.(Phone no. [protected]) for summer special discount of any IFB product. I contact with the number and they promised to give me one IFB washing machine costing Rs. 31, 600 /= (approx.) and discount of Rs. 5000/= in exchange of my old IFB Senorita 5 kg washing machine and for which I will have to pay Rs. 27, 000/=. They will home deliver it to my quarter with free installation. I have been using IFB washing machine during the last 13 years and I have good faith on IFB company. On this faith I believed their promised and accordingly I gave consent. When they delivered it to me I gave a cheque amounting Rs. 27, 000/= but due to transportation problem there was an installation problem. So, the service engineer returned without installing it. At last time I was busy in my duty. So I did not noticed the product specification. The next day we went to Guahati for medical purposes. After returning I noticed that the product they sent it to me was Senorita Vx 6 kg 800 Rpm. I saw in the net that the cost of the product is only Rs. 24, 900/=. I got disappointed and contact with them but to my utter dismay they only promised to install one aqua filter in it. My faith on IFB company has shattered. I am not installing the machine till now. Sir/Ma'am, now I need your help. Instead of giving me discount of Rs. 5, 000/= as per their promise they are giving me a product that is Rs. 3, 000/= less than my payment of Rs. 27, 000/= they cheated me. Now I want to return it to the company or I want a washing machine that costs around Rs. 31, 000/= in the market.     my washing machine not working suddenly stopped it self and the doors are imposible to open at the time i happened to give complint and the service man came and opened and said to me that the door lock and cleaning out going pump which below the machine are damaged and we will bring the two items and instal them, they said but they havnt come yet please send the service man immideatly.

      I would not like to start with the problem I had when I bought the machine because seeing the problem I am facing today its my fault that I didn't return the machine immediately after I bought it and facing the HORRIBLE service then also. I have been complaining about the dryer purchased by us - Maxi dry for the last one week. The technician comes but finds no fault in the machine, says its the fault in the electric line. The electrician has come and given him a separate line as per his request but still the dryer is not working and yet again there is a fault with the electric line. The electrician calls the technician at the same time when he is supposed to come so that they can rectify the problem and not indulge in the blame game, as per the technicians convenient time that is 11.30 am. The electrician comes but not the technician. I am trying the service centers no of Mr. Majumdar [protected] for 2 hours and finally get through to be informed that they have no idea about the problem as it was not reported by the said technician. I was informed that he has gone to another customer and shall finish off there and then attend to my problem. The electrician does not have full day only for my problem so he opens the whole main line box and gives a separate line with a plug for the technician to test his machine when he comes. The electrician charges me and goes at 2.15 pm waiting for more than two and a half hours for the technician. The technician comes at 3.15 pm and tests the machine. He finally agrees that the machine is at fault and repairs it then and there. At 4.30-5.00 he realizes he doesn't know how to repair it and says he has to replace some wire which he will get the next day. The next day comes and he is still not here. Upon calling Mr. Majumdar they say that the said technician does not know what the fault is, it is in the electric line and not the machine so a senior technician will be sent later. Upon asking to speak to the Manager / the person in charge I am told that he will not sit here the whole day so he is out. I ask for the mobile number of the in charge and am not given as we are not allowed to give it. I have to talk to the lady only who is on the other side of the phone. To top it off with an icing every phone call of mine to the company customer number has told me to call back again after sometime as the server is not working and they cannot register my complaint. YOU are a big company not a local store that you should be having a server problem. Once its acceptable but not everyday twice for one whole week. Is this a professional company? If you cannot manage this company in a more professional way then please shut it. It is the WORST company ever that I have seen. I also have appliances of LG, Samsung, Godrej but I have never had a problem with their customer services. It has always been rectified within 24 hours without me calling up to follow on the technician. I WILL STRONGLY SUGGEST TO FRIENDS AND RELATIVES TO NEVER BUY IFB PRODUCTS. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE after sales service.

        Hi All, I have raised a complaint with customer care related to my washing machine water leakage issue on 26th June 2015. Still now, NO TECHNICIAN have addressed the issue, even no one have responded to the complaint. Everyday 2-3 times i have been calling customer care, they say that they will escalate this issue but NO ESCALATION and NO STEP has been taken from their end. They have provided service engineer number [protected] (Manjanna / Karthik), but none responds to the call either in whole day call. I have been using this machine since Feb'10, but i haven't faced such a bad and non-responsive customer service earlier. My Complaint no is 15850327. IFB Elina DX Issue - Water leakage from the drum non-stop. Could some one help me rectify this issue? Let me see whether after complaining here whether someone addressed the complaint.

          Ifb amc is useless!!! My customer id is 3022931, my complaint no.15857630 is not yet solved even after 4 days passed. Service provider at hyderabad ( sk associates) does not bother for amc customer at all even after lot of reminders.Pl c da history of my complaints for last 4-5 yrs.

          Da amc m/c should b attended/serviced/inspected every month without complaints, this has been suggested toifb for last 5 years not implimented. The brand eqti of ifb will be vanished from mkt ifb continue the same treatment to customer particularly amc customers. The service provider call frequently for marketing their products like liquid detergents and stain remover etc. But never call us for asking that how the machine is working. It is shame on the part of ifb.

          Therefore, i give poor rating.

            Even after 4 days passed complaint not solved. It is a shame for u!!! I am an AMC customer & I should b given priority, otherwise what is the use of AMC. AMC customer's m/c should be attended every month without complaint, even u dont ask how my m/c. is working after AMC is taken. The service provider in Hyderabad is following up for AMC even the complaint is open.

                I'm using IFB automatic washing machine, which is not working since 22nd June'15. This machine is under warranty period. We have registered multiple complaints to their service center however no one is rectifying the defect. Their executive visited once, on 24th June and informed that door lock is not working. He assured to come back next day with door lock and ensured to repair the machine by 25th June however since then no one has come back. We have been following up rigorously with their service center in Noida but not getting any schedule from them on machine rectification. We have not been able to wash clothes from more than 1 week and this is total harassment. Need immediate action in this front and unprofessional behavior from IFB service center team.                   We have a AMC with IFB No.23820 dt 03.03.2014 for 2 years.We paid 5562.

                  We have a digital 7kgs serial no.[protected].

                  Kindly lodge a complaint in court and I want to claim damages from IFB.

                    Sir, I have bought IFB top load washing machine model no. AW6501SB, serial no. 17000215 on last 27.10.2014, from National Electronics, Taliparamba, kannur, Kerala and it is not in working condition since last one month . We maid telephonic complaint 3 weeks back, the local office contacted couple of times, but nobody visited or checked the machine. I feel ashamed of myself, purchasing such a product for this kind of inefficient service. My name is ILYAS and i bought it for my relatives house. Now am in Dubai. But the complaint is registered from the phone [protected] and customer name is Nasariyya. I have bought two other ifb machines before, and i got better service, and that is the reason why i bought ifb again. Now i am forced to stop recommending your product any more. Hope you can resolve my problem asap. Otherwise i have to keep your product as bad example of service to the public. More than 3 weeks is ridiculous time frame to attend the case. Your kannur office technician was lazy last time as well. Under warranty period, service is customer's right and not any one's mercy. Just gave them a clear message. Because am very much aware and went through legal way as well.

                      My washing machine IFB Senator 6 kg washing machine stopped functioning on 6th June, 2015. I filed a complaint (Ticket No.[protected]. After 3 weeks of waiting, finally last Saturday i.e. on 27.6.2015, the problem was fixed. On Sunday i.e. on 28.6.2015, again while machine was running suddenly it stopped functioning. This kind o[censored]nreliable, delayed service from IFB is uncalled for. If the problem is not fixed on an urgent basis at the earliest, the brand value and reputation of IFB will be in question. Looking forward to early assistance.

                        My original complaint was on 17.5.2015. Your Franchise Chennai closed complaint without attending. Again I complained in toll free on 27th May 2015 and after several phone calls one technician was deputed but the problem is not solved. On 22.6.2015 I complained that also closed without attending. Such a funny people in Chennai Franchise. Today also I complained one Ms Babitha attended my complaint. I do not know whether your Chennai Franchise people will attend the fault.                           I have an aqua-energie Digital SX 6 kg washing machine which has been making loud noise. My permanent id no: is 2714546. To solve the matter I called up the toll free no: & spoke to an executive and he promised me to send a technician. The technician just calls to confirm that he's on his way but has never come home to check the WM. He comes at his own convenience to check and then later tells us the specific part is missing & that he would return after some time the same day of the following day! Then when I call up he would keep telling some excuse or the other. He was literally compelling me to take an AMC & after I had taken it no response from him!! He literally avoided all my calls! Then I had lodged another complaint after 2-3 complaints in one week another technician had come. He came ran the machine for some time & said there is no problem if the noise persists he asked me to call him up again. I called he said he would come the same evening, I called him up in the evening he said he's stuck u somewhere & that he wud come the next day! When I called him the next day he said he wud come in an hours time, I patiently waited for 4-5 hours & called him up after that he said he's nearby that he wud drop in in 30 minutes. Hours passed by he hadn't called n when I called up today he said he's out of town! This shows the least efficiency of a renowned company! Very bad customer service. Will definitely not recommend IFB to anyone! I feel completely cheated! Hope my problem will be resolved ASAP!

                            very lax attitude of IFB personal towards the complaint filed about my 5 kg digital washing machine. my id id 3086193.i am kept in the dark about the status.every time i make a call i am said within 2 days it would be resolved. they cite unavailability of spare parts. more than 10 days now and no response yet. no regular servicing happening on AMC

                              There's a spark seen in my front loading machine and drum has one of the parts come off. Sparks can be dangerous as it can lead to fire but IFB is totally inconsiderate of this fact and ignoring customer complaints. I have been raising complaints for my IFB, 7KG digital machine from past 2 months and here is the history of these complaints. Complaint numbers: 15462762, 15497617, 15789651, 15660369, IFB keeps giving me new complaint numbers and closes previous one without resolving. I was provided with 2 phone numbers : [protected] (no one picks) and other one ([protected]) which gets picked but they suggest a call back would happen in 5 minutes and then no action post that.

                              IFB contacted me and did a thorough inspection of washing machine. They found motor was at fault and replaced it. Now machine is in running well Thank you for helping out, this is much appreciated.

                                i have purchased IFB washing machine during aug-2014 along with MCB voltage control.Now i am facing some problem while switch on the machine, MCB automatically changed from green to red within 2 min. i tried with some other plug point but same problem occurred.Kindly solve the problem as soon as possible

                                  I have Ifb elite vx 7 kg washing machine still under warranty. There is water leakage problem introduced by Ifb thane service center- Datar service center engineer when he had come to replace PCB . for water leakage I have registered complaint 3 times but still problem is not resolved. Customer care only puts reminder in each new complaint. Executive says no further action can be taken. Executive gave me branch coordinator number named preeti, her phone is continuously busy. Service center is not able to resolve the issue. This is causing frustration to me as I m not able to use machine from past 15 days.

                                    I have purchased one new microwave on 21st June. Your Service enginner Mr Vishal Visited(Mob No-[protected]) for installation at my address and found the grill stick is small. I talked with both dealer and your service enginner for replacement. But no body provided responded. Today I received a call from your IFB co-ordinator named Mr Avdesh ( ph[protected] that is stick which is provided by you correct. This type of attitude of the staff and service is not at all acceptable. I want my money back and don't want to use this product

                                      Our Microwave oven cavity needs to be replaced and we lodged a complaint on 30/4/2015. The complaint no is [protected]. So far no action has been taken. All our phone calls are not getting the expected results. We really did not expect this from an International organization like IFB. Please change the cavity or exchange the oven as it is still under warranty period. Our customer no is 3699929. We purchased the oven on 20/1/2013.

                                        I have taken new washing machine on 05-05-15. Due to my transfer I have not called the demonstrator till[protected]. But I have requested them to come on[protected] to Upper Sileru Project site camp, Andhra pradesh but till now no one has come. Is it the way to deal with the customer. Till now I have not used the IFB WB. Kindly send urgently.
