We have logged the complaint on 28-Jun-2015.Your service engineer have attended the machine 2 times and still where unable to replace the drum of the washing machine. Also they give huge false promises that the spare would be replaced in day and still we haven't got replaced. We never thought that IFB as such a poor service provider. To frankly say Siemens and Bosch are far better in service comparing your service.

Poor Service when the machine is in problem. If the Machine is not in problem they call once in 3 months and service without any issue and try selling IFB washing products only. But when you face a literal issue with your machines they never turn up.

    I had purchased a top loading washing machine on 22nd May 2015 but unfortunately haven't been able to use it at least for once. The first machine was replaced because the circuit board was not responding and the machine couldn't be installed by IFB technician. The second machine had manufacturing defect as water was draining out from the bottom of the rat mesh. It was again requested for replacement on 15th June 2015 but this time it didn't got replaced. The machine has been lying with me since then. Since 15th June 2015 I had been frantically calling up the branch office and the Kokata service centre for assistance but I didn't get any positive response. Mr. Joydeep from the Kolkata Branch office didn't even have the courtesy of attending to customers as he had been avoiding my calls on a regular basis. None from the service branch did call me to inform the status of the replacement. It is with utmost dissatisfaction and frustration I am forced to share the sufferings with IFB formally. I have also been paying my EMI regularly without any failure. I would like to understand if a customer can pay the money without any failure then why the company fails in attending customers for service, when it is the moral and professional duty of the company to attend to customers. I would request for necessary actions.       I have got error E6 on display, I have logged a compliant[protected] on 20th june, technician visit and said there was no problem but next day the problem again occurs then the engineer visited on 29th then he said the PCB was faulty he will order. I have do the followup but no one take action and now even the zonal guy are not picking calls. please take some action.

      Still Problem is not resolved. Still getting false statement from all the guys, even from superwiser that the part is not delivered yet its showing courier not reached, just fed up of these answers, again they are saying wait for 2 more days. The complained is opened on 20th they have closed and reopen on 29th again. Is there any SLA for complained or not. Really please define some SLA and take a serious look into my issue. There is no reason to say every time regret inconvenience caused to you. Its humble request if you can resole this issue asap.
      Finally the problem is resolved late but its satisfactory, Escalation team members helped a lot thanks to them.

          Dear sir, we paid 6000 for my ifb washing m/c on 8-5-15, and i log the call on[protected] water not taken, your engineer visit and says water valve blocked need to replace but after 1 month only they replace spare because amc applicable after 1 month only, they close the call. and again we log the call on on 9-6-15 complant no 15721549, still my problem not closed no one attend the call, and toll free people give rajahmundry office phone no and vijayawada office phone no but they not respond, please repair my washing m/c .

            poor service available for IFB washing machine. everytime machine come to repair i think it is defective from the purchase. machine work for 1 week after service but it will not work after that. we made complaint in shop and they reply in after some time, that to in useless manner. i'm tired of this IFB machine really. they took lot of money for changing parts but after a week it will again become useless machine. it was about only 4 years of purchase. i can provide proof of all the charges they made and the poor services they offer. provide refund of the machine. everytime we make compliants they assure to make good service but again poor service.machine come to repair.

              IFB Guwahati dealer(phone no.[protected]) promised me to give one washing machine of Rs 32000.00(aprox) with a summer discount of rs.5000.00 in exchange of my old IFB washing machine.accordingly i paid a cheque of rs.27000.00(dt.22.06.15) .but instead they have sent an old manufactured washing machine that cost only 24000.00(aprox).i have not yet installed it.sir, i need your help.they are cheating me.now i want to return it to the company or i want a washing machine that costs around 32000.00 in the market.hope you will kindly settle it .

                Hello there, I had registered a complaint on 3rd June 2015 as my IFB washing machine had stopped working, since then there was 4 visits by the so called service engineer to resolve the problem, but the problem was not resolved, I have taken an AMC from IFB and its of no use, they local service person (From Lucknow) has stopped picking my calls (Mr. Amit [protected] and Dinesh [protected]) and when I call up the call center they either tell they will follow up or their stupid application is not working to look into the issue. I am unable to wash any clothes from past 1 month, due to these irresponsible IFB service persons. Pls.. Pls..Pls do not buy any IFB products since their service is pathetic... Thanks Ranjit

                  As the IFB Senorita Glass for the door was broken and 1 month was over but still not yet attended any sevice eventhough you will tell that within 24 hours service will be done. And also door glass was not covered in insurance and it got broken by itself without any physical damage. It is companies fault. And spares are also not available with the service people that are telling that it will take 3 days to replace the door glass.

                    The customer complaints at IFB is one of the most pathetic. I have complained about an E6 error in my Digital washing machine, the complaint number is 15827596, raised on 23-June-2015. Even after more than a week, the so called technician says they will come and fix the issue, but no response. Contacting Area Manager, Mr. Rahul ( Mob# [protected] ) didn't help either, as he knows only one line, "I will call you back in 5 mins", which never happens. IFB was once a very good quality product, but now a days it's horrible, i believe a local machine would be much better that so called IFB. This is my experience, and i believe, it's not worth buying any IFB product, i will do that, and would tell my horrible experience with my contacts. Akhtar[protected], Bangalore

                      I had request for general servicing on 25th June 2015. After following up so much a technician has visited my home yesterday (1st July 2015). But during servicing inlet pipe got broke because of technician's mishandling and when I confronted him he started giving excuses like it was already cracked etc. though before starting servicing he neither even informed me regarding the crack nor I had any leaking problem. More-soever instead of solving the issue he left in between saying Its not his fault. To report this issue I had immediately called the Customer care. They had refused to lodge the complain regarding this issue. They had given me Mr Hemanth's contact no (+91 [protected]) but nobody received call from his end though I had called him multiple times. Then I had called on +91 [protected], first my call was received by Mr Anand who said that he will contact the technician and call back to me but he never called back. After some time I had called again this time Mr Nagaraj attended the call, and he promised that he will look into the issue and call me back in 10 mins. But still nobody called me back and neither they attended my call. Right now I am in a situation where I have to do a lot of laundry but I am helpless as machine is not working. This is all because of mishandling o[censored]nskilled technician and careless support. Sorry to say but day by day service provided by IFB is degrading.                         Above washing machine was stopped while on running condition. The matter was brought ur customer care vide docket no.15865049 at 10-30 hours on 28/06/15. It was told that technician will attend the complaint within 24 hours. Who came and said that w.M. Had been made o.K. At 20-00 hours on 29/06/15. Next day when we started w.M for washng urgent clothes, the w.M. Has again stopped after few minutes. Again complained. Same dialogue technician will attend the same.Tec... Came at 20-30 hours on 30/06/2015 and did not taken any action but said that board have to be changed on 01/07/15,
                        Till date no action taken and we are suffering in these rainy days and could not wash any clothes.
                        Where is 24x7 customer care service????

                          Sir/Ma'am, I am Bijay Ch. Sarma from Bongaigaon Refinery Township Dhaligaon. I got one message from IFB Industries Ltd.(Phone no. [protected]) for summer special discount of any IFB product. I contact with the number and they promised to give me one IFB washing machine costing Rs. 31, 600 /= (approx.) and discount of Rs. 5000/= in exchange of my old IFB Senorita 5 kg washing machine and for which I will have to pay Rs. 27, 000/=. They will home deliver it to my quarter with free installation. I have been using IFB washing machine during the last 13 years and I have good faith on IFB company. On this faith I believed their promised and accordingly I gave consent. When they delivered it to me I gave a cheque amounting Rs. 27, 000/= but due to transportation problem there was an installation problem. So, the service engineer returned without installing it. At last time I was busy in my duty. So I did not noticed the product specification. The next day we went to Guahati for medical purposes. After returning I noticed that the product they sent it to me was Senorita Vx 6 kg 800 Rpm. I saw in the net that the cost of the product is only Rs. 24, 900/=. I got disappointed and contact with them but to my utter dismay they only promised to install one aqua filter in it. My faith on IFB company has shattered. I am not installing the machine till now. Sir/Ma'am, now I need your help. Instead of giving me discount of Rs. 5, 000/= as per their promise they are giving me a product that is Rs. 3, 000/= less than my payment of Rs. 27, 000/= they cheated me. Now I want to return it to the company or I want a washing machine that costs around Rs. 31, 000/= in the market.                             my washing machine not working suddenly stopped it self and the doors are imposible to open at the time i happened to give complint and the service man came and opened and said to me that the door lock and cleaning out going pump which below the machine are damaged and we will bring the two items and instal them, they said but they havnt come yet please send the service man immideatly.

                              I would not like to start with the problem I had when I bought the machine because seeing the problem I am facing today its my fault that I didn't return the machine immediately after I bought it and facing the HORRIBLE service then also. I have been complaining about the dryer purchased by us - Maxi dry for the last one week. The technician comes but finds no fault in the machine, says its the fault in the electric line. The electrician has come and given him a separate line as per his request but still the dryer is not working and yet again there is a fault with the electric line. The electrician calls the technician at the same time when he is supposed to come so that they can rectify the problem and not indulge in the blame game, as per the technicians convenient time that is 11.30 am. The electrician comes but not the technician. I am trying the service centers no of Mr. Majumdar [protected] for 2 hours and finally get through to be informed that they have no idea about the problem as it was not reported by the said technician. I was informed that he has gone to another customer and shall finish off there and then attend to my problem. The electrician does not have full day only for my problem so he opens the whole main line box and gives a separate line with a plug for the technician to test his machine when he comes. The electrician charges me and goes at 2.15 pm waiting for more than two and a half hours for the technician. The technician comes at 3.15 pm and tests the machine. He finally agrees that the machine is at fault and repairs it then and there. At 4.30-5.00 he realizes he doesn't know how to repair it and says he has to replace some wire which he will get the next day. The next day comes and he is still not here. Upon calling Mr. Majumdar they say that the said technician does not know what the fault is, it is in the electric line and not the machine so a senior technician will be sent later. Upon asking to speak to the Manager / the person in charge I am told that he will not sit here the whole day so he is out. I ask for the mobile number of the in charge and am not given as we are not allowed to give it. I have to talk to the lady only who is on the other side of the phone. To top it off with an icing every phone call of mine to the company customer number has told me to call back again after sometime as the server is not working and they cannot register my complaint. YOU are a big company not a local store that you should be having a server problem. Once its acceptable but not everyday twice for one whole week. Is this a professional company? If you cannot manage this company in a more professional way then please shut it. It is the WORST company ever that I have seen. I also have appliances of LG, Samsung, Godrej but I have never had a problem with their customer services. It has always been rectified within 24 hours without me calling up to follow on the technician. I WILL STRONGLY SUGGEST TO FRIENDS AND RELATIVES TO NEVER BUY IFB PRODUCTS. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE after sales service.

                                Hi All, I have raised a complaint with customer care related to my washing machine water leakage issue on 26th June 2015. Still now, NO TECHNICIAN have addressed the issue, even no one have responded to the complaint. Everyday 2-3 times i have been calling customer care, they say that they will escalate this issue but NO ESCALATION and NO STEP has been taken from their end. They have provided service engineer number [protected] (Manjanna / Karthik), but none responds to the call either in whole day call. I have been using this machine since Feb'10, but i haven't faced such a bad and non-responsive customer service earlier. My Complaint no is 15850327. IFB Elina DX Issue - Water leakage from the drum non-stop. Could some one help me rectify this issue? Let me see whether after complaining here whether someone addressed the complaint.

                                  Ifb amc is useless!!! My customer id is 3022931, my complaint no.15857630 is not yet solved even after 4 days passed. Service provider at hyderabad ( sk associates) does not bother for amc customer at all even after lot of reminders.Pl c da history of my complaints for last 4-5 yrs.

                                  Da amc m/c should b attended/serviced/inspected every month without complaints, this has been suggested toifb for last 5 years not implimented. The brand eqti of ifb will be vanished from mkt ifb continue the same treatment to customer particularly amc customers. The service provider call frequently for marketing their products like liquid detergents and stain remover etc. But never call us for asking that how the machine is working. It is shame on the part of ifb.

                                  Therefore, i give poor rating.

                                    Even after 4 days passed complaint not solved. It is a shame for u!!! I am an AMC customer & I should b given priority, otherwise what is the use of AMC. AMC customer's m/c should be attended every month without complaint, even u dont ask how my m/c. is working after AMC is taken. The service provider in Hyderabad is following up for AMC even the complaint is open.

                                        I'm using IFB automatic washing machine, which is not working since 22nd June'15. This machine is under warranty period. We have registered multiple complaints to their service center however no one is rectifying the defect. Their executive visited once, on 24th June and informed that door lock is not working. He assured to come back next day with door lock and ensured to repair the machine by 25th June however since then no one has come back. We have been following up rigorously with their service center in Noida but not getting any schedule from them on machine rectification. We have not been able to wash clothes from more than 1 week and this is total harassment. Need immediate action in this front and unprofessional behavior from IFB service center team.
