    My elena Aqua SX IFB washing machine is not working for whatever reasons that might be.(Bought on date: 17 April 2014). I have complained to Customer Care on 17 June 2015. I was assured that a technician will be calling me within 24 hr time frame. I waited for a day for the call and no one has called which worried me. Since then I have been calling customer care everyday till today( 21 June 2015) and I was being assured the same non sense about technician calling me. The customer support guys gave me some so called coordinators and managers numbers. I have called them both Usha Rani ([protected]) and Vijay([protected]) almost everyday who are very rude and did not give me any date when the technician will be fixing the washing machine. They even gave unacceptable reasons for the same. All these made me develop huge disrespect for your customer care service where the technicians dont respond and managers are equally rude. I was deeply disappointed in your service and have decided never to buy ANY APPLIANCE from IFB in the near future. My Registered Telephone Number: [protected]. Hope this email falls into right hands so that higher management will be notified of the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE provided. Although considering the service I have received till now, I will not be surprised if this email will be ignored and no action will be taken.

    I am also experiencing the same thing. They don't change their service provider and improve the service quality.

    It is better to change the washing machine and avoid buying IFB products in future.

      Hi I Rekha([protected]) took an Ifb washing Machine on 17 November 2013 and it troubled twice I have consulted a mechanic from ifb customer service now again from three days its not working Yesterday again I lodged a complaint. I want either replacement or Refund because when I got this machine the retailer told it is one of the well known machine which gives u a long run.

        Id: 10756321 I had made a request for a service engineer visit with regard to malfunction of inlet hose-tap attachment. I was promised a visit within 24 hrs and a call from the service engineer asap. 24hrs no response.. I called costumer care again They put a reminder 48hrs no response Called customer care again -Remindsr and "escalated" the matter Asked me to call Mr Sai kumar (dept incharge) directly - contacted him, he assures visit today Its 6pm.. No response from Mr Sai nor IFB ! Customer care cant help further.. WASTED 2 WORKING DAYS AND GOT STUCK LAUNDRY!!! Time is everything and IFB DOESNT RESPECT A CUSTOMERS TIME

          On 05.06.2015, I had filed a complaint for repairing purpose as it was giving a lot of noise. The mechanic visited on the next day and checked the machine and informed that motor is to be replaced. I regret to inform that even after a lapse of 15 days and giving frequent reminders to your complaint cell as well as to Mr. Amit(Manager) /Mechanic concerned(Mr Manoj), the complaint has not been attended to and the machine is not in working order.I tried to contact the head in charge of Lucknow over telephone but he does not even care to pick the phone. You are requested to look into the matter and redress the complaint immediately failing which i will have no other alternative but to approach Court Of Law Poonam Dixit complaint no 15698657

              My customer ID is 3425402. My Sinorita SX 6 Kg front loading washing machine stopped working on 9th June 2015. whereupon I filed a complaint with customer care at about 11 AM the same day. after a number of phone calls to various local dealers, a technitian finally condescended to turn up on 11 June 2015 at about 5 PM. He tried and tested the machine, thereafter said that the heating element had gone bad, he removed it and took it away for replacement, saying he would come the next day. Again after a number of calls, he finally turned up on 14 June 2015 with an assistant. They replaced the heating element, but the machine was still not working. They finally removed the electrical panel, saying that it was not working and that they would return the next day and replace it with a new one. The defective electric panel they carried with them. The same evening, hardly half an hour after they left, I was surprised to receive a message from customer care, which stated as follows " Your Complaine No: 15722461 has been resolved. If satisfied - SMS "15722461Y".If not resolved - SMS "15722461N" to [protected]. I sent the not resolved message, and on Sunday14th June 2015, at 1:50 PM I received the following message "Thanks for contacting IFB. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. An incidence E74334 has been generated in our Escalation Channel System." For your further information, the technitian who visited was named Mr RAJU, his mobile number is [protected]. The company where he works has tel No.[protected] Mr Raj Kumar seems to be the chief executive. His mobile number is [protected]. I think there are some sort of games that are being played, which I do not understand. However, one lesson I have learned is the DON'T BYE ANY APPLIANCES MADE BY IFB.

                Hi team, I brought a Ifb ac of 1.5 ton star but it does not work. When I complained the same Ifb technician visited my home and figure it out the ac is Ok but there are some low volatge issue. The voltage was 204 volt which is not proper to run the ac. I complained the same to cese. Cese technician show me the voltage is around 219 which is proper as per their understanding to run ac. Also they have said more than 200 volt is enough to run an ac. So there is some problem with the unit and suggested to compain ifb for further help. In our locality others have ac with different brands which running properly without any issue. Can you please suggest what voltage is required to run Ifb ac. Its been pain and frustrating situation for and feeling cheated. Thanks & Regards, Sumon [protected]

                  Digit 7 Kg (Sr. No :[protected] AMC : 17/Aug/2013 (Job :[protected] We are facing issue with the washing machine since 19/May Complaint Detail 19/May[protected] 31/May[protected] 10/Jun[protected] The machine is out of order for almost 3 weeks now. The major trouble started after (attempted) repair of 31st May issue The junior engineers visiting our site is struggling with the diagnosis, part procurement, replacing parts, trouble shooting. Despite it's being three weeks, we are not seeing any attention from the service centre Each day we need to follow up with them. Each day we need to follow up with engineers. And, at the end, we are at the receiving end of not-so-professional behaviour of service center and engineers Their excuses are - 'there are too many complaints', 'the engineers have already left for other customers', 'too much work load', 'senior engineers have gone to village', etc I am wondering if IFB is not able to handle the number of washing machines they are selling, why don't they stop selling them further before having required infrastructure in place to handle service call and honour AMC. Last year also, we have similar nightmare for almost a month where we were without the availability of washing machine. If I have not reached to the right people, kindly help me with the contact detail of the concern authority.                     12. 02. 2015 & it is installed on last week of feb'15 by ifb technician named rafiqul ali.
                    Now it is not cooling well and outdoor unit also installed wrong direction in my varandah.
                    I regret that no technician yet to visit to solve the problem.

                      Dear sir / madam, I have ifb washing machine model ' executive elite ' since 10 years. From few days i am facing machine problem so i had gone to the website of ifb and call for the repairing. The mechanical engineer came and first and collected cash rs.450 visiting charge & rs.4200 as an annual contract. (Refuse to accept cheque) Person from' solution services ' named dhanesh shinde came to repaire the machine. He remove some parts from the machine. And my machine was completely dead. Than after he he tried for 2 hours but did not get the solution. After that he told me " machine is ok, i have done the repairing.' But my machine after this is dead. After that he is claiming for amt, he querel with me, given me dhamki, mis behaved in my office in front of my staff, and the same thing at my home also. I request you that if you appoint any company for the servising, pls. Appoint right person who knows how to handle the machine properly & how to behave with ladies. If your company had not done any action against this person than i will complaint to the police station & media regarding the same. Pls. Sent correct representative to repair the machine first.                         I had earlier written to you regarding the non working of my IFB Washing Machine for which AMC had been taken on 16.02.2015 and despite several follow ups - no service person is attending the call or responding to the complaints. At last now i have been able to obtain a Ticket # Vide Ref # 15766773 dated 16.06.2015. Please once again ensure to follow up the matter with your technical team to attend the complaint immediately. The washing Drum of my IFB washing Machine is not working & I had taken an AMC through Mr Sushant [protected] of IFB who is also not following up the matter and the complaint is still not resolved despite repeated reminders. He is behaving and replying in a very rude manner. I have several times contacted your Service Centre for help but of no avail.

I got fed up with your service, In future I have decided not to purchase any IFB product also I will never suggest to anyone to purchase your product. There is a number given by you for service concern, but no one attends the call[protected]. After complaining so many times my AC remote was collected for replacement on Jun 06, 2015 but thereafter no feedback I am getting. I wanted to contact the person who has collected remote for service but his phone always I am getting switched off. Kindly take necessary action.

                              Still complain is not resolved. They tried to replace remote with old & used inferior quality but I refuse to accept. I want that it should be replaced with similar new remote. Let me see how much more time they will take to resolve the issue. I have already informed to customer care. Without remote AC not working.

                                  SIR MY COMPLAINT ID is [protected] have called to 30 05 2015 customer care so many times regarding washing meachine proplem.but technisian is not coming. when i call to u u tell ure complaint has been forword my senior officer with in 24 hrs attend the technisian from ure side told ant budy not attend i am 10 days complaint 10 times complaint not use ure servise so bad.pls take action. otherwise i will take strong action against u i told every budy dont buy any ifb product.service is very worst in india.

                                    Dear sir, I had purchase a split air conditioner model-IACSI8AK3TC S.No. 001024 vd 5 KW stablizer on[protected] from M/S KHAJURIA TRADERS, NEW PLOTS JAMMU J&K. it is very sadly further informed that with in a few days of installation its compressor was gone which was replaced after my complaint to you. Since then there is some problem or the other which i have brought many a times to ur notice. now suddenly for the last 12 days my AC is again out of service which i tried to bring to ur notice on ur toll free number which was never responded and every time the answer is u r in q. i brought this to the notice to ur local service centre and one Mr. Pankaj came and i dont know what he did to the AC because he only was concerned vd annual maintance and very cleverly took Rs. 2200/ from me and went away vd d remarks that AC is now ok. immidiately after he left d AC again started giving hot air i at that very movement informed him about d same but till this time he is nowhere. It may not b out of place to mention that i have purchased IFB Washing Machine and Microwave Oven also from d same dealer.but sorry to say i have got very bitter experience about all d IFB products and i would never suggest any body to purchase any of the IFB products. it is further informed in case my AC is not replaced or rectified there vl b no option left for me than to approach CONSUMER COURT for redressal of my case. I would also claim RS 1.00 Lac for the mental agony which i have suffered in last 2 years for no fault of ours.

                                      cust id is 1106c848 i have called to customer care so many times regarding ac coling proplem.but technisian is not coming. when i call to u u tell ure complaint has been canceled from ure side.how can it possible. ure servise so bad.pls take action. otherwise i will take strong action against u like ifb contact no. is [protected]

                                        Dear sir/ madam, The order id :[protected] is not delivered. Actual delivery date is 5-6-2015. But today date is:[protected]. If you are not able to deliver then why did you kept online delivery in your website. Even till now I didn't even get the call also saying your product will be delivered soon I got only sms. When I can expect the delivery? Tell me whether you can deliver it or not. So that I can take other alternative.

                                        I have ordered a 20 litre microwave oven (20SC2 Convection - 20 litre ) on 1st September 2015. After placing the order I haven't received any confirmation call or SMS from IFB. When I contacted the customer care they have been telling the delivery would be done on 4th Sep, then they said on 5th Sep but no delivery has been done as on 06th September 2015. I am extremely dissatisfied with the way IFB treating its customers. If I have ordered through Flipkart or Amazon, the product would have delivered in 3 days. Please take necessary actions to deliver the product at least by tomorrow.
