Complaint number: 13939524, id number: 10003384. Model no. 012197 ifb555digital, the door got stuck and when a complaint lodged a service man came and charged 750 rs.. The problem is not yet solved. He charged rs.350 as service charge and another rs.350 as extra charge... But till today the problem is not solved after taking so much of money.. The man named ramakrishna behaves rudely also.. I Mr.N.Uma Maheswara rao purchased IFB W/M on 30/02/2013.I had a problem and onformed to service center on 31/03/2016 and was given call no [protected] but there was no responce.Again i raised a complaint on 07/04/2016 and was given call no [protected] but there was no responce.Please look into the issue and solve it as soon as possible .My mobile no is [protected].

We have Elena DX model washing machine served excellently for about 5 years.
But 3 months back it has a big noise and strucking problem.
It was get repaired by replacing MCU by charging 2000/-, and also tàken AMC.
From one month the same problem again repeated, booked online complaint for 3 times but was not resolved at Guntur, A.P.
May I know why! Please rectify immediately otherwise refund AMC& MCU amount
