We purchased a Elena Aqua SX 6KG 1000 RPM washing machine on 24/09/2014 and its not working. A new machine was purchased and after demo it failed to work and IFB had replaced it with a new and now the new machine after replacement also not working. The complaint number is 11799947, 48 hrs completed and issue till now not attended. Hope this complaint will help me in resolving the issue.

    Hi Team, I need the compensation on my AMC contract with IFB, where I have not getting any proper support on all reported problem almost one end half month back issue reported, still solution has been given. as per the SLA for AMC contract, two working day's to address the issue, but when problem reported with call center, problem looked after 40 day's, which is not acceptable . when you not have time to address the all the customer call in time, please don't get the AMC signed with customer till now I was interacting with Praveen (Floor supervisor ) who committed many time to me saying issue has been escalated to branch manger and it will be address ASAP, But I not see any sign for ASAP, not understanding what does he mean with ASAP, until my AMC get over ? Following are complaint number for customer ID:10546640 [protected] close with out addressing the reported problem [protected] while spinning washing machine making noise (where we asked engineer to check the drum baring, but first he reported saying that is not as issue and replaced some other part, and very next day when we used the machine same problem still present and his next visit engineer replaced drum baring, and we notice engineer not having full equipment's while visiting the site to address the issue ) [protected] while spinning washing machine making noise (after one end half month back engineer visit our house and report drum is having issue and whole drum needs to be replaced now) what is the quality service given by IFB service center . for addressing one issue, creating the some new and major issue by engineer while addressing the issue

      I am having a 5 Kg. front loading washing machine which was working good till 29.09.2014 . The next day while I loaded the machine and switched on, suddenly the trip off switch went off. The problem continues still. I am staying in the staff quarters B 1/2, Christian Institute of Health Sciences and Research(CIHSR), 4th Mile, Dimapur, Nagaland. I was trying to locate the service station or company authorized repairers at Dimapur and I couldn't find any. Our electrical department people checked the electrical line and said that there is no fault in the electrical line of the house. Hence, I request you to kindly help me to correct the problem without further delay.

        my customer id is 10767283 and demo no is 13855076, which was which was given to me on 23/09/2014. my demo no of 13785750 was given ten days before this date around 13/09/2014.so it has been around 20-25 days since i have been given demo no but was not attended. even when i call customer care, they are not giving any satisfactory answer. so request to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

          I am in AMC, but the service of your franchise service are poor and damaged the good condition machine. They want to make money to sell their consumable items and not rectifying the main machine problems. Every service thre is an new problems in main parts of the machine and we could've not use machine which is idle now even after paying AMC amount of respect.4205/-. We don't know whom to contact and who is responsible ?

            I have been facing a very bad customer service experience with the IFB Microwave . My Oven has an heating problem since the food items are not getting heated . I called the customer service on August 22nd and book a complaint about this [Request #11676057] issue and they offered me a speedy resolution, i took their word and on week one guy from the IFB local support[Trivandrum] called me and then he came to my home to see/find the issue with the Oven.He informed me that the magnet should be replaced and he made sure me that he will get this done in two days time and he gave his mobile number as well . But after two days i called him and he said he will call me back and that never happened and i have been trying to reach him several times but he never picked up the phone . Later i called the Customer service and i informed about this issue and they said my earlier ticket was cancelled without solving the issue . I asked about the reason again they said they will raise a new request and will get this fixed asap . I felt very bad about the service since they didnt provide me a resolution and they closed the ticket . I spoke their manager PRAVEEN and he assured me that he will look in to this case and will provide a resolution in maximum of one week time . But that too a False promise to me and i was again called them and they raise a new complaint [Request #11750964] on Sept 17th . They shared a Trivandrum IFB Care, Jagathy Kochar Road number .I called them and spoke to Anjana from the desk and she said she will inform their marketing manager Suresh Kumar and he will call me back . But that also a False promise . No one called me back and the issue remained unsolved . Again i called the Customer care and i was irate and then spoke to Shiva [Sr. Tech] from the desk and he informed me that on or before Sept 30, 2014 the issue will get fixed . Again a False promise . Nobody called me back . I again called them today and spoke to Antony and he also repeating the same part as it will get fixed soon ... so no clarity on When or who and about the time, nothing is specified Here i have lost my money and as well as my time for calling this guys to get an issue fixed i had make lot of phone calls for the same but nothing happend . Nobody called me back and no update .. Is this the way that an customer be treated .. Felt very bad and down with the pathetic service of these guys ... Hence iam raising this as a complaint against the service for IFB and i would like to know what would be the action that i can take against these people Thanks Madhu Madhavan

            Very Bad Service
            But as I informed to the local branch team that I will back on Tuesday[21-10-14] but nobody reached me . I called the service person several time but he didn't respond . Finally I called local breach, they said it will get it done by today itself but nothing happened .


            I didn't get any helping hand in this issue, tell me How Can you Help Me ????

            Is that you mean by your So called Customer Service !!!???

                IFB service is absolutely ridiculous. I stupidly purchased this company washing machine and my machine is 6 month old . A part of it is not working. Technician came and told me it is to be replaced which will be done by the same day or the next day, but now they r saying the part is not available. We have to import it from Goa but still they can't get hold of it, as if Goa is not in India but in some foreign country. It's been several days since first I lodged my complaint. My complaint id is 13877428 Every time I call them I am given some other number to make my complain. And I call them they say the part is still pending it will come and the day never comes. If you guys don't have the part why are you selling the model. IFB is a pathetic company that can't render its customers

                  I have registered complaint about my washing machine more than 20 days back. Technician has come and checked the machine. He opened compete machine and identified the faulty part and told that he will come with new part next day. Post that he has never come back nor he called about the update. I have called your customer care many times but they always said they will call me back with the update but i have never got the call, they gave me various numbers to get my complaint resolved but those people have not resolved it till now. I have called technician may times where he always says that he will come and repair the machine. Every time he gives different time but does not comes. I have spoken to Raghavendra the area manager he never picks the call nor calls back if he picks then he also promises some time which is never done. Similarly other number which i have got from customer care are also useless as they always commit that work will be done next day but never happens.

                  I have again called area manager Raghavendra today morning. He promised that the machine will be rectified today at any cost. Yesterday he promised that work will be done today morning by 10 . I called Raghavendra at 10 to check what time he will come, he promised by afternoon work will be done. Then at 2:15 some one will come in 40 minutes. Post that I kept calling him but he did not picked call nor any body turned up.
                  Tomorrow again I will have to follow up with IFB but I am sure no body will turn up.

                    Sir/madam I am a consumer for ifb dishwasher purchased in 2011. This complaint is in regards to irregular supply of its consumables (Salt, detergent and rinse aid) since the year of purchase. Presently i had placed an order on 16th september but as usual no supply has been delivered till date despite repeated reminders. As promised by the person who attended my call at Goa office today ( 30.09.2014) around noon and also reconfirmed by Mr rajiv from gurgaon service station that today definitely my complaint will be addressed, no one has visited my house today . in fact someone rang up my house and left a message that next visit will not be before 04.10.2014.Kindly note that I have already lost my patience with you.                             I have been compelled to send this mail at last. Really frustrated with kind of service and response we have been getting from service station. My complain ID is 13827419 that was lodged on 7th Aug 2014 ( very well within maintenance contract) and again reminder were given on 19th and 25th Sept on call center apart from calling every day on service station in Vadodara. I am sorry to say, I wasted my money making calls to service station and all in vain. Daily we are getting false commitment from service station and last commitment was to provide service/repair on last Saturday ( 27th Sept), but no body turned up on that day. Even toady morning we called up service station and the reply was “two man has already left and will reach to my place soon”. Till evening no body turned up and final response was technicians forgot to carrythe spare part. In the process, the situation today is such that, the washing machine has totally stopped working. This is merely because of negligence in attending the problem on time. Today is 29th Sept and complaint was booked on 7th Aug. It really surprised me that it can happen with reputed company like IFB. Now I don’t see any reason why I should not take any further action and will not let it go like this unless my washing machine is repaired to full satisfaction. I don't know if IFB have any system to track if the complain is resolved/attended or not. Would appreciate your quick response on the matter. Regards

                                I bought an IFB microwave oven on June 3rd. This stopped working on sep 11th.. Complaint raised on same day. No response received. Again when I called the customer care, received response that my complaint was closed without citing any reason. Registered another complaint on 16th[protected]. After so much follow up technician turned up on 23rd checked the device and told he will be back with the replacement part next day. He came on 26 with replacement part only to find out that something else was faulty. Still my oven is unusable.. Never in my life will go for another fib machine. Pathetic service chain.

                                    I had purchased an IFB Neptune VX dishwasher which was delivered on 13-September-2014. The technician came for installation on 26-September 2014 after a lot of follow-up. On installation, the entire kitchen floor was flooded with water. The technician checked the appliance and concluded that IFB has supplied a damaged item. There was a dent on the side and possible internal damage. The technician has taken photographs and said he would submit this to IFB along with a report for replacement. I called up the IFB call centre, but they would not register a request for replacement asking me instead to contact the Chennai branch of IFB. I do not know the status, but in the 1st place IFB should completely check the item before packing.What is surprising is that there is no sign of damage in the carton which means IFB has packed a damaged piece without testing or checking. Please advise on how do I file a complaint at the consumer forum.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam I have purchased Maxidry 550 model on 17/06/2013 Invoice number SR/INV/0287 till this date I haven't got any demo and the complain I have about Clothes getting crushup once it comes out. Its been more then an year now I keep on asking for the service but they just not happy to come and see the problem we have. On 23/09/2014 I called in customer care in which they gave me the contact name Mr Hemal contact number [protected] and am trying to call him since last 3 days but he is not responding. Now I am mentally upset with whatever I am going through so now if the company don't take any actions against this I will take legal actions or else provide me the full refund if I have to use media for this I will use it. NOTE :- During installation time the guy from Rajkot service centre even took those hanging kit for the machine and we even didn't know about it (Mukesh Enterprise). This service centre is worst among all in Gujarat level. They just the worssttttt. Regards Pravin Patel

                                        IFB Model : 20SC2 - Microwave Oven - Purchaser Name: Sriram Sambasivam, Contact: D-15, Anushaktinagar, Mumbai 400094 - Tel:[protected], [protected] I lodged a complaint to your customer care centre on 26.08.2014 about the non-functioning of my oven and a mechanic reported on 28-8-14 from Vikhroli Centre. He inspected and said that the magneaton and fuse are to be replaced. I told him that I will call him back. Accordingly I called him directly on his telephone numbers he gave me, four to five times and he reported only on 25.09.2014. Further, the agency officials never contacted me about my availability at home before arrival, which is mandatory. He brought replacement materials. I have doubts about the genuineness of the materials he brought as they were not in sealed packets and have scratches on the body. He replaced the materials from my oven and insisted upon taking the replaced old ones with him. I refused to part with them. The mechanic was bargaining on discounts if I part with the old parts. He also insisted on payment of service charges, though he was paid for the same on his earlier visit. He was insisting on my entering into an AMC. I had to pay Rs. 3021 (Rs.2371 for the magnet and Rs.650 for fuse). He refused to take cheque and insisted only on cash. He has not even provided with guarantee card for the replaced materials. While checking the machine, sparks came from the machine and the mechanic maintained it is due to cockroaches being inside the machine. This is utter lie. Though I insisted on his checking the machine again, he refused to do so. I have genuine doubts on the spare parts fixed in the machine. Being electrical appliance, I have apprehensions that this can lead to electrical accidents. I request that you may depute from your factory an engineer to look in to my machine and certify for the genuineness of the replaced parts, which are in any case not new ones. Purchase details: purchased on 12.5.2012 from M/s. Vijay Sales (Chembur). Sales invoice no. 25-CH05-12SICD-121. Chassis no. 000563. I understand that the machine carries three years warranty, but the Sales Centre maintains that it carries only one year warranty. I need clarification on this point also.
