Just wanted to know you have any value for customer, as per you last mail reply, you said you will look in to my complaints take necessary action .
Can I know when that going to happen, When I called 1st of Nov to check when the engineer going to come address the problem, I come to know the my complaint already closed, how your team can close the complaint which out fixing /corrupting the problem .
And they them self open one new complaint no:1410361, why this happened, what kind of system dose SLA followed by IFB.
And you HELP DESK is very very inferior quality of service, where n number of time I spoke to escalation manger (Praveen, Sushmita, Dhevakar ) but no action has been taken form there end.
And When I spoke to Mr.Vigneshwar he said my issue will be resolved with in one day. And now it’s going to happen almost 3 month .
On what basis customer go for AMC, when we get this kind of response from IFB call center, Server manager, AMC contract manager .
I want some higher management to look in to this and call me back ASAP

On Saturday 20th May - 18, I purchased IFB Senator Smart Touch 8Kg 1400RPM washing machine from IFB point, Shop No- 217 2Nd Floor Gip Mall Sec-18 Noida, 201301, by paying Rs. 39000/- with exchange, and on 21st May - 18 at 14:00 Hrs it was delivered. When technician visited for installation, after unpacking he found machine is already open from back, drum is opened and lying down. Back panel is rusted at one point.
Seems It was my wrong decision to be loyal with IFB and purchased IFB machine again. I swear, I will not make same mistake in future and not let others in my friends and relatives. By the way till today I was self appointed brand ambassador of IFB.
I would not ask my money back, please get this machine back to you immediately, as I am going to purchase some other brand machine by today itself.
My personal request to team, please forward my mail to highest authority of IFB. Since I loose Rs. 39000/- of my hard earn money, in return there should be a small capital punishment to IFB point owner also.
