This is the message we get auto generated and past one Month 5 service franchise came to see the machine and no one attends the issue and they by pass to other franchise. do they think we are all fools to to take AMC and wait for such long days more than a Month to be fooled by saying silly reasons no spare available and service Engineer available... we are very much fed up with IFB service...very poor and worst service.

    my dish washer is under amc and i have logged a complaint one or two months before. Utensils are not cleaning.engineer has came 2 or 3 times but not able to solve the problem. There always a light on of rinse aid sign and it is not going even after rinse full.even the engineer who came not able to solve the problem and he told us he will come with his senior but till today no body came. I must tell you it is the worst experience. Please do something.

      My washing machine IFB Executive Plus needs repair' Location is Bangalore. It is on AMC. The IFB technician arrived four days after registering the first complaint, assessed the work and said that he would return with the required parts to rectify the problem. It is 10 days after that, but he has not resurfaced. Repeated phone calls are either not responded or every time a false promise is made by him that he'll reach the next day. Two complaints to the customer care number 1860xxx has had no effect. They have effectively palmed off the problem to their franchisee (I guess) Deepa Enterprises. My horrible experience with IFB servicing is not the first time. But then I did not know this when I purchased the washing machine. I have faced similar apathy from the company for my dishwasher too. My advice to those reading this would be - NEVER EVER buy an IFB product. But now, since I have already paid for the AMC, I need them to fix the problem. I am ready to take them to Consumer Court, if I need to.

          I, Mrs. Aarti Kulkarni had launched a compalint towards our machine machine were the dryer is not not working..i launched the complaint on 10th Nove and today is 20th Nov..even after 10 days there is no response from IFB side.. I am really frustrated that we dont get any response from IFB, they just tell us our technical department will call u, but no response.Yesterday customer care dept. provided us the no of Branch Co-ordinator Ms. Priti[protected]..I being a customer spoke with her rudely as we i didnt receive any positive reponse from them..then i followed up with Priti, she is telling my EA that ask Ms. Arti to say sorry to me than only we will look into this matter and she disconnected the phone twice..So again i call in customer care stating i will say sorry to priti but even she has to confirm me that my machice will get repair the same day i.e 19th Nov. But today is 20th Nov and still no reply from IFB.. I would suggest the user if you are going to buy IFB products, please ensure that they dont take care of servicing part atall even though the product is under warranty.

            Dear Sir/Madam, This is Vijay Kumar M C I am residing in Virupakshapura Bangalore 560097 I had a problem with IFB - SENATOR washing machine in the date of[protected] and i went to your IFB point in Kodigehalli Bangalore to launch a complaint against it. The owner of the shop Mr.Satish told us that technician is going to come on next day. The technician came and attended the problem saying Bracket has broken. But the IFB point person gave a bill of Rs.4710.00 we asked about the warranty he said their is no warranty. Herewith we enclose the bill he produced. But after 2 months again the same problem repeated. but as we went to ask regarding this he himself (Mr.Satish) visited and checked the washing machine and again asking for about Rs.7500.00 for the same materials what he has replaced already. Because of this we enquired from your call center that this is happened they said you should get a warranty on the parts what we mentioned. But Keeping IFB Point Name this agency is sending the local Technicians and billing to his wish without giving warranty. From the call centers end an technician came and checked the washing machine saying Bracket, Bearing, Tub got damaged and should be replaced. So, please give us a detailed reason why this happened in writing. So, Please make sure your Servicing is not helping to your customers by this type of agents. Please cancel his IFB Dealership.             Never buy a product from IFB Point, Shop No- 217 2Nd Floor Gip Mall Sec-18 Noida, 201301. They are use to provide refurbish or repaired product. If you will demand for replacement, the owner of the IFB Point will take hell of time and if you will insists for immediate replacement he will abuse you.

            On Saturday 20th May - 18, I purchased IFB Senator Smart Touch 8Kg 1400RPM washing machine from IFB point, Shop No- 217 2Nd Floor Gip Mall Sec-18 Noida, 201301, by paying Rs. 39000/- with exchange, and on 21st May - 18 at 14:00 Hrs it was delivered. When technician visited for installation, after unpacking he found machine is already open from back, drum is opened and lying down. Back panel is rusted at one point.

            Seems It was my wrong decision to be loyal with IFB and purchased IFB machine again. I swear, I will not make same mistake in future and not let others in my friends and relatives. By the way till today I was self appointed brand ambassador of IFB.

            I would not ask my money back, please get this machine back to you immediately, as I am going to purchase some other brand machine by today itself.

            My personal request to team, please forward my mail to highest authority of IFB. Since I loose Rs. 39000/- of my hard earn money, in return there should be a small capital punishment to IFB point owner also.

              Complaint no.14182362 on 3rd November2014 servicemen came to check the machine, but none rectified it. 2nd complaint on 14th November with same ticket a person came and told that drum and fron rubber need to be replace and today 19th November a person came and just replaced a heater and not drum and rubber. I called helpdesk but they dont have any answer to this that why technican came without drum. My clothes are getting torn during washing and IFB has nothing to do with customer service. This is very disappointing...

                IFB technical team is coming to my house and providing temporary fix to the problem and going away. I have more than 15 ticket numbers for the problem since 2013. Now my washing machine is not working since 14th Oct - today is 27th, every day I am getting excuse for problem to resolved/part to be replaced in next 2-3 days. TICKET Number[protected].                   We recently bought a IFB washing machine and getting it installed was a nightmare. The installation happened after we shouted at the IFB call desk and it was at night 10.30. Two weeks after that the machine is broken. Again another complaint[protected] raised and no response for 3 days. We again shout at the call desk after 3 days and a technician comes and says tub needs to be replaced. Its hardly been 3 weeks a new washing machine and tub replacement. But still no-one from the service desk calls up or checks the status. Pathetic guys. I have suffered a lot from purchasing such a crappy product. I am requesting you all to make a wise decision. Go for other products. Bosch and LG are good and they have nice support teams.

                    The above complaint has been submitted more than 20 days. The IFB engineer visited site on logging the complaint and then left stating he would get the spare in 2 days time. The local office in Bangalore from where it is serviced Shubha enterprises office reps initially kept saying that the spare was delayed. The manager Mr. Hemant had assured on 12th November that spares are being received the next day and he would send engineer to resolve issue next day. He has stopped picking up the phone after that. The landline numbers at Shubha enterprises are also not responded to. We have signed up an AMC for the dishwasher and are getting lousy service or no service at all.

                      D/sir, I have registered my complaint regarding my IFB washing machine on 13th october 2014, vide complaint no.14007487. From last 35 days they have not been able to rectify the problem. My machine is under AMC . After repeated calls to customer care and their local service centre i did not get any response. I seems there is no need of customer care, because they are not serious for complaint.

                          I purchased a Dishwasher from IFB three years back. I started leaking water during its working.When I reported to IFB under Complaint No 11863753re they sent a Technician after 5 days who checked the machine and said that the heater inside has got to be replaced.As the AMC is not renewed he advised to renew the AMC . I told him that instead of renewing the AQMC I will pay for the item to be replaced and also the service charges. He said that be renewing the AMC I will be benefited for4 long term including the items replaced and also it will enable the company to replace within 2days. I agreed and and paid Rs 6700 . He never returned and after repeated phone calls I was told that there are no stock of heaters and it should come GOA> after 10 days of repeated reminders two persons from the firm called on my house and took the machine to the firm with the assurance of returning the machine fully repaired. They reported the next day with the assurance that everything is set and asked me to pay Rs 1700 for some part WITHOUT REPLACEMENT OF HEATER. I refusd on the ground that I have renewed the AMC on the assurance that I need not pay any charges, THE MACHINE IS IN THE SAME POSITION LEAKING WATER AND THE COMPANY HAS PLAYED TRICK WITH ME BY COLLECTING AMC CHARGES AND NOT REPAIRING.

                            My order for a floor stand to my IFB Sonata Plus washing machine is not yet materialised. Even after repeated requests over phone, my grievance is not yet settled. In fact, myself and my spouse are public servants and hence, we would be available only during morning upto 10 am and during evening from 5.30 pm. Could you please intervene and instruct your suppliers at Kannur for settling my grievance early? I am staying within 3 km from your service centre in Kannur and it would be easy for delivery. There were queries over phone from your supplier regarding delivery, but we couldn't reconcile and find an common convenient time for delivery. Please do the needful.                               Hi! I have registered my complaint regarding my IFB washing machine on 21st october 2014, complaint no.14072815. From last 26 days they have not been able to rectify the problem. my machine is under AMC . After repeated calls to customer care and their local service centre i finally got a response on 5th nov2014 i.e after 15 days that my complaint has been closed without the machine been functioning. After confronting the supervisor of customer care the response i got was that a fresh complaint needs to be lodged attaching previous complaint. Another complaint was lodged on 5th nov2014 complaint no. 14199746. Again after repeated calls to customer care, area branch manager, local service team a technician came with repaired motor to be fixed in the machine which i refused . Why should the machine be fixed with a repaired motor wherein nowhere in the amc contract it is quoted that under amc machine would be fixed with repaired parts? When asked as to how do they intend to compensate me for days that my machine is not functioning and the laundry bills that i am paying the response i got was that they would increase my amc period by 10 days. It has been 27days and my machine is still not functional. My question to Ifb is how much more time would they take to repair the machine and is this the compensation that you offer to your consumers for harrassment for last 27 days and still counting. I expect a reply from someone who has the authority to tackle local service people.

                              I have a complaint against IFB dishwasher and also regarding they customer service. I raised a concern with them several times but the response which I got was not satisfactory at all. My issue stated since I bought the dish washer few years ago, all have been doing is lodging a complain . The service people come home and they seem totally unexperienced and uninformed and keep on delaying the process finally after several days of complaing they repair my dishwasher and again within a month it breaks down. And I have to call the ifb service guys again. It has become a daily routine now. More over few months ago I Was asked to pay AMC so that for 2years i dont have to worry? I trusted them and have paid Rs 5000 as AMC fee now I dnt understand why did they charge me when i am not been benefitted in any way, still i have to spend extra money on the repair every alternative month, more over the service guys are so slow in they work . After lodging a complain several times only then they seem to come for help. And yet they look confused and unprofessional . not provide the service on time and accurate. I need help. My IFb customer care id is 1870239. I request for help . I trusted this brand and spent so much of money not to buy a Junk Box which only gives me trouble but nit help!!!

                                Complaint no.11836646 on 16th october.3 servicemen came to check the machine, but noone rectified it.2nd complaint on 8th november[protected]no one has yet come to check our problem, but we have received a message that the complaint has been resolved.Being as an AMC customer in IFB and not solving our problem makes us very disappointing.We are not satisfied. please rectify our problem soon.

                                  i have registered a complaint regarding my washing machine repair on september month[protected] but no action wer taken and on october i got a call from the customer care regarding the satisfaction of the service and we reported them that no one had arrived then they said soon they will take action but no one arrived and atlast we filed a complaint on[protected] saturday in Chidambaram[protected] and a service man came on monday to look at the problem and on tuesday he came to repair the machine and he changed a circuit part of that machine and he checked the warranty of the machine and he said that warranty has expired on[protected] we told him that we had registered the complaint on september then he called his superior we also spoke with his superior but he said we cant claim the warranty and the service man said his superior is shouting for not checking the warranty before repairing and his superior asked to remove the new circuit and put back the old one. i told him not to remove it we will confirm it with customer care then if we cant claim we will pay the bill but he was keep on saying he needs the circuit back if not his superior will deduct money from his salary. and we said we will pay the money but he refused and asked for the circuit then we asked him to give a written statement on what he said but he refused that too. finally he agreed to get the money from us. i contacted ifb customer care 4 times but there is no proper response. i need two actions to be taken one is to refund our money back and second is to take action on the that superior for his worst service. pls take action as soon as possible and let me know abt the action take against the Cuddalore franchise.

                                    I own IFB washing m/c-Elite . It is under repair. It doesn't spin . I would have made minimum 10 calls to customer care[protected] for past 10 days . Every time they say "tomorrow we will attend ". I am really fed up with the service . Please attend to it asap.

                                      Hi Team, Just wanted to know you have any value for customer, as per you last mail reply, you said you will look in to my complaints take necessary action . Can I know when that going to happen, When I called 1st of Nov to check when the engineer going to come address the problem, I come to know the my complaint already closed, how your team can close the complaint which out fixing /corrupting the problem . And they them self open one new complaint no:1410361, why this happened, what kind of system dose SLA followed by IFB. And you HELP DESK is very very inferior quality of service, where n number of time I spoke to escalation manger (Praveen, Sushmita, Dhevakar ) but no action has been taken form there end. And When I spoke to Mr.Vigneshwar he said my issue will be resolved with in one day. And now it’s going to happen almost 3 month . On what basis customer go for AMC, when we get this kind of response from IFB call center, Server manager, AMC contract manager . I want some higher management to look in to this and call me back ASAP Suriya [protected]
