I have a IFB Elena 5Kg front load machine. My washing machine is in Annual maintenance scheme. My Customer Code is 10697335. In the month of August 28th 2014 I gave a complaint that my machine was malfunctioning. The complaint number is 13665293. Within a day (29/08/2014) One technician (Name-manjunath) came and diagnosed that timer has to be replaced. And he said that I will come tomorrow9Next day) and do the necessary action. He did not turn up for 9days. After 10day I lost my tolerant I heatedly called customer care and they gave me area manger contact number. I called to the area manger Mr. Vignes [protected] he sent one more Technicians (Name- Pradeep) (10/09/2014) and again he diagnosed that timer has to be replaced. After that there is no response for another few days. Again I called customer care and Mr. Vignes [protected] more than 3 time, finally he sent one more senior Technician on 14/09/2014 Mr Ragavendra [protected] also did not fix the problem and again he diagnosed that Timer and one more part Pump has to be replaced and he promised that within 19/09/2014 both parts will be replaced. I was waiting till 19/09/2014 nobody respond even did not bothered to call me. Then I called customer care and Mr. Ragavendra [protected] I remind the problem, he said that the replacement part (Timer and Pump ) both has to be take it out from the machine and surrender faulty part at office then only we will get the new timer and pump for your machine. Now my question is. How come that senior technician did not aware of surrendering faulty part at office to get the replacement and why he did not took the faulty parts when he diagnosed at that time. Its look like he purposefully wastes my time and his time too. Every day I can’t follow IFB service person by calling. I can’t afford for washing clothe at laundry. I want them to rectify them to rectify the defeats immediately. Otherwise I have no choice rather than going to consumer court (For your information I already spoken to National consumer Forum ref. No is 537867)

    My IFB washing machine stopped working and I rang up to IFB customer care.They in turn sent a technician from I.S
    Techno services whom they have outsourced repair on 08 Sep 2014. The job card no is 1115472.
    The technician after examining the machine informed me that motor has got burnt and will require replacement.It is already two weeks but we are still waiting for the repair.Enquiries with IS Techno reveals that motor is yet to arrive.
    We don't expect this sort of service from a reputed company like IFB in a metro city like Hyderabad.
    You are requested to kindly expedite.

      Sir Over the past two months IFB 6 kg digital washing machine which is under AMC has undergone many breakdowns. Each time it is set right we are able to use it only for a max of 1 or 2 washes only. The technician has informed about a week back that he is expecting the spares to arrive after a fortnight. when i rang up the customer cell Mr.Ganesh on 18.9.14, informed that if the spares are not available before 20th, he would arrange for a replacement / spare machine to be placed in our house immediately. Till date no replacement has arrived and the laundry is piling up. This has caused mental agony and discord in our daily routine.         I posted a service requirement from to IFB and was given a ticket no. 13829005 The technician from Service Centre (at Mathura, UP) came and suggested a BELT needs to be changed. However, he replaced the old belt with a belt which appeared to be an OLD & USED one. When the technician was asked to show the package (it is expected that a spare part will come in sealed packet which will be opened in customers presence), the technician could not show any packet. He insisted that IFB spare parts do not come in packaged condition. I was flummoxed by the given explanation and tried to give an e-mail to customer care. However, my mail got rejected due to " insufficient space" at receiving host server. It needed to be mentioned that the washing machine had given flawless duty between[protected]. In 2013, there was some problem with the machine. The machine was taken to local IFB service centre by their technician and the DRUM was replaced. Since then, the sound of machine became abnormal. From this date, the machine needed repair two more times. I need clarification from the IFB representative and a performance appraisal of local Service Center at Mathura UP, as I Feel that I am being taken for a ride by service centre people.

        The IFB Service man has taken the Machine to their workshop. Thanks for the escalation on your part.

        However, now they are asking for some repair - worth Rupees 4000'-. I don't understand the OPERATING PHILOSOPHY of IFB group.

        Earlier, they had replaced the washing drum and said everything is okay. All parts are okay. Then, within 2 two months, the electrical circuit gave away and needed to be replaced with Rs. 2000/- approx. Then after few months, the limiting switch for water intake needed replacement. That cost me Rs. 880/-. Then came the Belt repair, which to my understanding was replaced with a old piece. Now they are asking for Rs. 4000/- worth repair.

        My question is - Don't they check the machine properly ? Then how come problem starts coming after the local repairman checks it ? Do they replace good parts with used part - so that they can get the servicing jobs frequently ?

        I will need detailed reply from your side with some counselling to local service groups. The cost of repairs is getting much more then the original cost. AND yes, with such quality of service, I won't be able to recommend IFB Machine to anybody at Mathura.

          Its been 18 days, after being registering a complaint at IFB customer care. The worst service I have ever experienced in any home appliances. Until now, not even a single day they have deployed a personnel to investigate the problem. After we call the customer care the response would be - sorry for the inconvenience we would send a personnel soon. I have also physically gone to their office and requested to complete the service but its of no use. They are least bothered about consumer forum, they don't even care about consumer forum, if I tell them I would lodge a complaint against them, someone in the background say they can do nothing tell them we will send a personnel and disconnect the phone. This is a worst product. Totally waste of money.

            I brought ifb elina steam washing 2months back it is not installed property. my machine is not connected properly with the water supply .whenever i try to use it the water inlet pipe is disconnected from the tap and machine stopped working. so many tine i registed the complaint in costomer care but i did not get any satisfactory response form the engineer. the engineer came to us but was not completed the job. i was very unsatisfied with the service. i request u to please solve my problem so that i can use my machine . thanks

                  Error showing E1, not working since purchase (date of purchase:09/08/2014), Technician not attending after complaint, if at all coming going back without resolving problem.Ticket No. is 13731649.                     my permanent customer id number is 3354234.
                    My service registration number is 11726506

                    my machine is at karur, tamilnadu. There were water leakages and water in flow to the machine was very low in the machine .
                    So, I booked my complaint.
                    On[protected], persons from SK HOME CARE, KARUR finished the work and received cash rupees 4076-00 from me. On the very next morning when we used the machine, water leakages and low in flow water to the machine persisted and immediately contacted SK HOME CARE and informed the matter. But till time, 9 pm[protected], they did not send any persons to do needful.
                    I received a message in my phone from ifb company on[protected], for which I informed them detailed above report to them. they also did not take any step to rectify the defect.

                      Dear Sir, I am a Central Govt. defence employee, working in DRDO, in Visakhapatanam, Andhra Pradesh. As ur IFB products are very well in performance and most likely products in the modern society. On consultation with my colleagues they suggested me to buy IFB washing M/c for my home, which can give trouble less performance. But when I visited to ur show room in murali nagar branch, visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, they are not giving proper reply about the availability of items. I visited one month back in August month, the sales women told me that, at present there is no stock in this centre, it will take one month time to come new stock. When I visited to the muralinagar branch in this month the same lady told me that stock has come but it will not be sold for CSD personnel and it will take one month to clear the deal with CSD, you come after one month. When I consulted the CSD authorities they told that there is no such thing, you can get IFB washing machine. Again I gone to ur IFB office met with the manager, he told me that only limited stock is there, you bring the letter along with CSD receipt you will get Machine. Once I prepared all the required documents brought to the same gentleman on[protected] he told me that `at present there are no machines are available, they will come with in two days, once I received the stock I will make a phone call. Today[protected] when I made a phone call to ur IFB office the same lady told me that at present there is no stock you will get machine after one month. I paid money handed over the receipt(No.77291, dated[protected], but the reply from ur staff is very irresponsible. I never thought that a big company like IFB Industries will train this type of marketing personnel. What I understood is I did a mistake by selecting ur product which will not available to customers any time. If I choose any other brand I might have taken the machine one month back only... Very sorry.. Being a customer I am not happy with you marketing wing. Thanking you.

                      Dear Sir,
                      After lodging the complaint I have received one damaged washing machine with invoice No. [protected], dated 24.09.2014. The machine was failed working during demo itself. The service engineer was asked me to call your call center No. [protected] and left the machine in my house and went away. I have lodged complaints 3 times in the call centre, every time the reply from your people is that the local (Visakhapatnam ) marketing division will take action and they will give a new machine. Till now there is no response from visakhapatnam marketing division. Please suggest me what I have to do next. This is the situation of one of the IFB customer. You people are playing with a customer, so that much more demand is there in market for your products. Is it correct.

                        My Ticket No is : 13681414 date[protected], The Service Persons came on[protected] and stated the issue is due to Motor. If the stock is available or if the stock comes to the office will call back and will fix the problem. But the problem was not solved and the complaint was closed without my knowledge on 3rd or 5th september stating the reason no stock with the local office, stock is with the head office, this was identified by me on[protected], on the day again one more complaint was registered with ticket no 13804833. I was given assurance by help desk person that technician will call within 24 hrs. Today ie 19/9/2014 i called the customer care and i was told that my complaint will be forwarded to the concerned higher authorities. Even i tried to call the Hyderabad local service center in between but i was told that new stock has arrived and the service people will call up and come to my place to fix the motar. But again i tried to call them from the last week. Either the phone's are always engaged or no one would be lifting on ringing. I never faced this type of service for the last 8-9 years from IFB. The technicians used to give good response or service used to be exellent to the company standards, but now Looks like the company reputation is going down with these type of activities and service. Hopefully action will be taken as soon as possible .. Thanks Ravikiran

                        The Local Service people have called me back on 19th sept 2014 and said they have received the stock and would be fixing it. The Engineer has come on Sept 21st and replaced the problematic motor with the new One. Machine is work fine. No complaints for the last 2 days.                             My Ticket No is : 13588931 date[protected], The problem was not salved and the complaint was closed without our knowledge, this was identified by us on[protected], on the day again 1more complaint was registered, i discussed your call center executives so many times, I discussed higher officials and guntur manager mr.Naga sai also, every day when I called them, they will tell spare is not available, some times on the same day evening they will solve the problem by sending a technician, as on date[protected] no body solved the problem, this type of services we are not expected from IFB(MNC).

                              We are a multy national company situated in CSEZ, Kakkanadu. Our IFB Dryer had some issues with the thermostat control and the complaint have been registered in IFB complaint cell, 3 weeks back. One service person from IFB came on last week to attend the problem and he went back due to no spare with him at that time. The person committed to correct the problem on the very next day.But till now nobody is responding to our phone calls and one Mr. Biju took the phone and every day he is saying the same dialogue - "it will be corrected today". Due to this issue, our lab accreditation had been failed and we have to re appear for the accreditation again. This lead to loss of orders from an international customer and thus by our reputation had gone. While calling these service persons, every day, we are believing their words and end of the day, we fell in to trouble. This type of carelessness and negligence from an international brand like IFB is not advisable and which will lead to damage for your reputation. Need your urgent attention in this matter and to be rectified the issue within tomorrow.                                 Hi, I raised a complaint regarding my Washing machine 45 days back. Complaint number is 13504660. In 45 days, no one from IFB has cared to resolve my issue or respond to my complaint. Every time I call up customer care, they assure me they will ensure someone attends to the complaint, but sadly that is it. No one ever calls up or turns up to attend to the complaint. The last time I called, I was asked to call up Mr. Senthil (Cell No: [protected]) who is supposedly the corodinator at the local service centre (M/S Deepa Enterprises) in my locality in Bangalore. Well, Mr. Senthil never picks up his phone and once he did, he said he was very busy and will call back in 10 minutes. That call never came. And the worst part, IFB keeps insisting that I should renew their AMC every year. And despite renewing, this is how they serve their customers. My Customer ID with them is 1027961. Never again will I purchase an IFB product and will also ensure that all my friends and acquaintances are made aware of IFB's pathetic services.

                                  I neha chhatwal resident of cb 58c ist floor harinagar new delhi . I have purchased ifb fully automatic washing machine model no elena vx 6 kg in the month of oct 2012 .After delivery of the product at my premises &install ation we start using it . After 2 months o[censored]sage it creates problems for washing the cloths our cloths tear off regularly and whole on it . We have complaint for the same to the toll free no so many times no one is coming to resolve it after intervate of anamika ji meet with us in iitf .One person camedto attened the complaint & he told us that we found the problem in the wasing drum bcause of that ur cloths were tear off & we hv to replace the drum we showing all the cloths which is tear off during wasing of worth rs 30000/ .He admitted that the problem with the product after 7 days he again came to our house and replaced the drum & assured that this problem will never come in near future .But the problem persist regularly &we submitted again our complaint to the customer care thsi time again our new cloths were tear off. Again the engineer came to our house and cant understand the problem why our cloths were tear of during wasing.Without any solution is being provided to us .This time 15 cloths were tear off with the value of 50000/ .We are not able to wash our cloths due to this product manufacturing fault.We have registered several complaints to the customer care but
                                  No body is provided the solution of our problem.We r traying to contact to the crm of the co kavita & reeta at delhi okhla office .She told us we r sending our driver to pull the machine for examination at our head offic e okhla . After this examine our problem is still persist and all the senior official changed our washing tub three times but they r not agreed to replace our machine . Due to this manufecturing fault we have lost or damaged our cloths of rs 1.5 lacs ..May i request to the higher authorities of the co kindly look in to this matter and replaced our machine or provided us a compansation of 200000/ rs . Damaged value of our cloths on urgent basis

                                    My complaint no. is 13782608. My washing machine is senorita dx 5.5 front load. it worked fine for 3 years. now recently it started giving so much problem. the technitian is not able to solve. but the ifb service centre is not doing anything. worst service of IFB. i can say don't go with names go with services. after sales service of ifb is worst i say. guyz plz don't buy ifb products

                                      I booked a complaint for my ifb washing machine 7kg digital model as it was not working at all . My complaint was attended on 27/8/14 and the technician told some control panel needs to be changed which costed Rs 3368, he changed the panel and took the old panel with him stating that company demands for the same, which i failed to understand as my machine was not in warranty also. But the problem is that within hardly 15 days of service the machine has stopped working again. I am really upset by the poor service by such a branded company.                                         We had purchased Senorita Aqua SX 6KG 1000RPM machine Adishwar India Ltd Marathahalli Banagalore vide their bill no CRW-57334 dt[protected]. The machine right from start 10574208 complaint no 13758384 a week back the representative Vijay mob no [protected] visited on[protected]. After removal of top cover balancing weight bolt was found loose; further on removal of weight bolt foundation on washing tub was found broken by the mechanic. After this mechanic told that tub shall be replaced shortly no one has turned up since then since after 72 days have gone. This defect was pointed to dealer in very initial stage of purchase but it was deliberately overlooked by dealer with passage of time which exaggerated the defect. You are requested to take serious note of poor after sale service deliberate negligence on part of dealer & insure immediate replacement of washing machine with a new one for the sake of costumer satisfaction & reputation of your brand An early action is anticipated immediately RKMisra for Rishiraj Misra
