Dear sir, As i received a message regarding a free camp on 3rd to 10th sep 2014 since i called and booked on 6th sep at 7.50AM bearing my Reg No:11716731 Customer ID: 2393836 but still now we didn't get any call's or visit from the executive and we called today regarding this issue but they given a bogus reply.     My Ticket No is : 13588931 date[protected], The problem was not salved and the complaint was closed without our knowledge, this was identified by us on[protected], on the day again 1more complaint was registered, i discussed your call center executives so many times, I discussed higher officials and guntur manager mr.Naga sai also, every day when I called them, they will tell spare is not available, some times on the same day evening they will solve the problem by sending a technician, as on date[protected] no body solved the problem, this type of services we are not expected from IFB(MNC).

      We are a multy national company situated in CSEZ, Kakkanadu. Our IFB Dryer had some issues with the thermostat control and the complaint have been registered in IFB complaint cell, 3 weeks back. One service person from IFB came on last week to attend the problem and he went back due to no spare with him at that time. The person committed to correct the problem on the very next day.But till now nobody is responding to our phone calls and one Mr. Biju took the phone and every day he is saying the same dialogue - "it will be corrected today". Due to this issue, our lab accreditation had been failed and we have to re appear for the accreditation again. This lead to loss of orders from an international customer and thus by our reputation had gone. While calling these service persons, every day, we are believing their words and end of the day, we fell in to trouble. This type of carelessness and negligence from an international brand like IFB is not advisable and which will lead to damage for your reputation. Need your urgent attention in this matter and to be rectified the issue within tomorrow.         Hi, I raised a complaint regarding my Washing machine 45 days back. Complaint number is 13504660. In 45 days, no one from IFB has cared to resolve my issue or respond to my complaint. Every time I call up customer care, they assure me they will ensure someone attends to the complaint, but sadly that is it. No one ever calls up or turns up to attend to the complaint. The last time I called, I was asked to call up Mr. Senthil (Cell No: [protected]) who is supposedly the corodinator at the local service centre (M/S Deepa Enterprises) in my locality in Bangalore. Well, Mr. Senthil never picks up his phone and once he did, he said he was very busy and will call back in 10 minutes. That call never came. And the worst part, IFB keeps insisting that I should renew their AMC every year. And despite renewing, this is how they serve their customers. My Customer ID with them is 1027961. Never again will I purchase an IFB product and will also ensure that all my friends and acquaintances are made aware of IFB's pathetic services.

          I neha chhatwal resident of cb 58c ist floor harinagar new delhi . I have purchased ifb fully automatic washing machine model no elena vx 6 kg in the month of oct 2012 .After delivery of the product at my premises &install ation we start using it . After 2 months o[censored]sage it creates problems for washing the cloths our cloths tear off regularly and whole on it . We have complaint for the same to the toll free no so many times no one is coming to resolve it after intervate of anamika ji meet with us in iitf .One person camedto attened the complaint & he told us that we found the problem in the wasing drum bcause of that ur cloths were tear off & we hv to replace the drum we showing all the cloths which is tear off during wasing of worth rs 30000/ .He admitted that the problem with the product after 7 days he again came to our house and replaced the drum & assured that this problem will never come in near future .But the problem persist regularly &we submitted again our complaint to the customer care thsi time again our new cloths were tear off. Again the engineer came to our house and cant understand the problem why our cloths were tear of during wasing.Without any solution is being provided to us .This time 15 cloths were tear off with the value of 50000/ .We are not able to wash our cloths due to this product manufacturing fault.We have registered several complaints to the customer care but
          No body is provided the solution of our problem.We r traying to contact to the crm of the co kavita & reeta at delhi okhla office .She told us we r sending our driver to pull the machine for examination at our head offic e okhla . After this examine our problem is still persist and all the senior official changed our washing tub three times but they r not agreed to replace our machine . Due to this manufecturing fault we have lost or damaged our cloths of rs 1.5 lacs ..May i request to the higher authorities of the co kindly look in to this matter and replaced our machine or provided us a compansation of 200000/ rs . Damaged value of our cloths on urgent basis

          Note i am having all the conversation details of recording with each official of the co which they admitted the fault is from the co with photograph

My washing machine is senorita dx 5.5 front load. it worked fine for 3 years. now recently it started giving so much problem. the technitian is not able to solve. but the ifb service centre is not doing anything. worst service of IFB. i can say don't go with names go with services. after sales service of ifb is worst i say. guyz plz don't buy ifb products

              I booked a complaint for my ifb washing machine 7kg digital model as it was not working at all . My complaint was attended on 27/8/14 and the technician told some control panel needs to be changed which costed Rs 3368, he changed the panel and took the old panel with him stating that company demands for the same, which i failed to understand as my machine was not in warranty also. But the problem is that within hardly 15 days of service the machine has stopped working again. I am really upset by the poor service by such a branded company.                 We had purchased Senorita Aqua SX 6KG 1000RPM machine Adishwar India Ltd Marathahalli Banagalore vide their bill no CRW-57334 dt[protected]. The machine right from start 10574208 complaint no 13758384 a week back the representative Vijay mob no [protected] visited on[protected]. After removal of top cover balancing weight bolt was found loose; further on removal of weight bolt foundation on washing tub was found broken by the mechanic. After this mechanic told that tub shall be replaced shortly no one has turned up since then since after 72 days have gone. This defect was pointed to dealer in very initial stage of purchase but it was deliberately overlooked by dealer with passage of time which exaggerated the defect. You are requested to take serious note of poor after sale service deliberate negligence on part of dealer & insure immediate replacement of washing machine with a new one for the sake of costumer satisfaction & reputation of your brand An early action is anticipated immediately RKMisra for Rishiraj Misra

                  Background : We had purchased one Microwave Model 20PG3S from SURUCHI, Sahid Nagar, Bhubaneswar in 2012. In just 2 months from buying it started showing one after another problem on panel board. Intermittently it was getting switched off. We were asked to change the earthing point and switch board. We had completely replaced with new ones. Subsequently the machine kept on giving some other problems. AMC : Finally one of your Service Engineers (Shrikant) suggested us to take AMC (for 2 years) as the warranty of 2 years was over. We had gone for AMC (2 years) in May, 2014. Complain No : 1364 2707 was lodged on 25th August against non functioning of Touch Panel : Surprisingly without resolving the problem complain was cancelled. As per one Ms Rajshree (Bhubaneswar Service centre) our contact nos were not reachable, hence the complain was cancelled. Strange logic !!! Can't someone visit when your service centre is just 200 meters from my residence ??? Anyway, as suggested by Ms Rajshree we lodged another complain 13693762 dated 01-09-14. We were told one service engineer will visit but in vain. after repeated calls from my end, on 3rd one engineer visited. We were told in 3 - 4 days the parts (Touch Panel) will come but as on date (16th September, 2014) there has not been any concrete response from your end. Hope we have not taken wrong decision by taking IFB products. We are extremely disappointed with the service response time. We have been loyal customer of IFB. At my BBSR residence, my brothers we al have been using IFB Washing machines too. But product and post sales services together need to be of best standard. An immediate response is highly solicited.                       I have IFB washing machine Senorita DX. Since 23 August we have been complaining but no one is responding to our problem. Our complain no is 13681068. We are in Amc. First the tecnician comes and says its door problem then they say its control panel problem. Now no one is answering. I have a heart patient (my father) and a 8 month old kid at my place and your tecnicians very well know about this situation still no responce. We only get to talk to your costomer executive Mrs. Laxmi. Your senior person Mr. Abhishek is not ready to talk to us nor is he picking our calls. I have already called many times and also emailed my complaint 2 times but we only get computerised reply that someone will get in touch with us. I have recommended IFB to many but today I feel sorry for my reccommendatio. Dont know if this will get rectified. Very sad experience with IFB.

                        Dishwasher not working properly

                        Hi, I bought a IFB microwave 30SRC1 and registered for a demo on 2nd Sep 2014, ticket number: 13784760. I recieved the SMS for a demo promptly, but NOT the service engineer. I had to take the first step to call them and ask why the demo is still not happend (3rd/4rd Sep). I tried reaching them for several days ... NO response !! Following are the serious problems that i faced 1) I called up the customer care and they gave me a number belonging to Ms/Mrs Rajeshwari, who they said can help me. **This number is not reachable** 2) Second time when i called they gave an another contact number. I think his name was Mr.Raghavendar .. Equally good for nothing number !!! - Not reachable 3) Third time, i called the customer care and they gave an another contact of Mr.Vignesh, who is said to be the LEvel -II officer for IFB bangalore. He took my call and said that he would respond to me back by sending an engineer immediately. Utter dishonor of Commitment !!! Nobody came nor neither called for an apology for not sending an engineer. Considering all the dragging that IFB has been doing, i have seriously lost interest in your company and want to give you back your product and take back my valued, hard earned money if possible . -Vinod

                          Registered the complaint # 13553971 on 12-Aug-2014 regarding the problem with digital board of the washing machine. Response from service agency was "part not in stock and will take 3-4 days for fixing the issue". After 3-4 days still the part is not available and I was told it will take couple of more days. Finally, after 17 days, the part came and when technician fixed it, it just didn't work. Agency told me that they have to try another spare but the it is not in stock and will get it in 2-3 days but nothing happened. Visited the IFB branch on 5-Sep-14 in Bangalore personally and met the co-ordinator. He spoke to Area Executive and I was promised that issue will be resolved by 9-Sep at any cost. No luck and when tried reaching he told me that it will get it fixed surely by 11-Sep-14. Again, nothing happened. Continued my never ending followup again i was told it will be fixed for sure by 13-Sep-14. Same result and same response. Now, all of them stopped responding to my calls. It is more than a month and still waiting for them to fix the problem.

                            Dear sir, with respect to my complaint no.13741141 dated 08 September 2014. and thrice talked on your paid customer care no. my complaint is yet to be resolved. each time they used to say it will be resolved with in 24 hr.and the most important thing is the person who has install the washing machine given his no. and said he is the authorized person whom i contact on 03 September 2014 said he will come next day and whose next day is yet to come. what is your policy, i am yet to understand. does it is meant to harass the customer or i have done something wrong by purchasing IFB WASHING MACHINE. it will quite better for me if got another one at least i get better service and not to worry about my appliances. if you able to do something from your side, kindly look into the matter its urgent, and at least not defame your reputation.                             I think we have all made mistakes buying IFB though I have been a faithful client since last 18 years. The Call Centre service is pathetic. Whereas the complaint has to be attended to in 48 hrs, the are service centre receives the complaint in 48 hrs. My complaint nr 13785409 dated 13 Sep is nowhere on the Agenda of the Service Centre of the area.

                              My washing machine is under, AMC but from 30.8.2014 inspite of booking a complaint.. The fault has not been rectified. The intention of the service team is only to market their spare parts which does not cme under AMC. Taking customers for a ride.. Complain no. 11353087...a technical person came and he gave estimate for 1640 and he literally threatened us to buy a filter for rs3500. We denied, and complained to reg. sales rep. So he got annoyed and came the next day to change a pipe an said tis is the problem. He asked to on the machine in evening and left. We found that the machine was making huge noise, we called IFB, they sent another person who said the motor has to be replaced... But nothing was done till date.

                                Hi This is Naren form Tambaram Chennai. Regarding IFB washing Machine damage more than couple of times. during washing there was a abnormal sound and machine was moving and went and hit the wall .                                   Hi, I raised a complaint regarding my Washing machine two days before Ref# 11729304. called the customer care 39004321, no improvements. Called the service centre,[protected], no firm answers. I am part of your AMC, I am worried about my decision in buying a product from you guys. Since the day I bough i facing issues.                                     RIJO JOSE [protected]@gmail.com I bought a IFB convwction microwave oven model:20SC2 Microwave Oven, and it is not working now, which is in warranty period. I first complained by calling IFB Care on August 12, 2014 with complaint Ticket No: 11647364They gave me different phone number of different service centers in Calicut. I called the[protected] / 6060123 /[protected] / [protected] number .After calling frequently for more than 7- 10 times an engineer came to home and inspected, but the service was not completed and he told another person will visit on next day for same call. No other person visited .After that incident I have called the customer care center and they have given a service engineer number ([protected]) at Calicut. After calling for 20-30 times frequently he visited on[protected] and told me to carry the oven to Service centre tomorrow.Is this the way you treat the customer. Iam totally fed up with this. For last one month I have been calling customer care, till now it is not been repaired. You may take back this product and pay back my money.                                       Sir, I have logged my complaint on dt[protected].By the name of Girish patidar Mandsaur (M.P.) for my washing machine, and ticket no 13564792 My Mobile no. [protected] is registered no. But, my complaint has not been resolve till now. I have remained many times, but no efforts have been seen. Only false assurance has been given to me. Technician Mr.Raju came after 10 days and Verified and told me to change some part of machine, it take 5 to 7 day, but till date no response from technician he told me we are not received parts.after that all matter is discuss with ranjana singh but only received assurance . Today I call to your store Bhopal on this no.[protected] they said yesterday we received parts requisition. I am very disappointed for bad service.
