I bought one washing machine and a microwave together from IFB. when they delivered the items at home I was not present at home my wife received the items. We have called ifb local office in warangal on 2nd october 2014 and ordered a stand and pipe adapter that connects to tap. After several follow ups, the service boy came after a week with a stand and solved half issue and left.
