Dear sir/MadamKindly refer to the three tickets generated by you for the same complaint of my washing machine since 09.09.2014 and numerous telephonic calls made by me to your mechanics, gurgaon service station and to your Goa office of which I have a record. As promised by the person who attended my call at Goa office today ( 30.09.2014) around noon and also reconfirmed by Mr rajiv from gurgaon service station that today definitely my complaint will be addressed, no one has visited my house today . in fact someone rang up my house and left a message that next visit will not be before 04.10.2014.Kindly note that I have already lost my patience with you. In the given circumstances it is requested that as you have not been able to resolve the problem in last 22 days my AMC money paid to you may be refunded to me . You can take away the washing machine in as it is condition free of cost. I dont even want scrap value from you.Kindly save me the mental harassment that you have subjected me to for last 22 days .RegardsSP Goel[protected]

      I have been compelled to send this mail at last. Really frustrated with kind of service and response we have been getting from service station. My complain ID is 13827419 that was lodged on 7th Aug 2014 ( very well within maintenance contract) and again reminder were given on 19th and 25th Sept on call center apart from calling every day on service station in Vadodara. I am sorry to say, I wasted my money making calls to service station and all in vain. Daily we are getting false commitment from service station and last commitment was to provide service/repair on last Saturday ( 27th Sept), but no body turned up on that day. Even toady morning we called up service station and the reply was “two man has already left and will reach to my place soon”. Till evening no body turned up and final response was technicians forgot to carrythe spare part. In the process, the situation today is such that, the washing machine has totally stopped working. This is merely because of negligence in attending the problem on time. Today is 29th Sept and complaint was booked on 7th Aug. It really surprised me that it can happen with reputed company like IFB. Now I don’t see any reason why I should not take any further action and will not let it go like this unless my washing machine is repaired to full satisfaction. I don't know if IFB have any system to track if the complain is resolved/attended or not. Would appreciate your quick response on the matter. Regards

          I bought an IFB microwave oven on June 3rd. This stopped working on sep 11th.. Complaint raised on same day. No response received. Again when I called the customer care, received response that my complaint was closed without citing any reason. Registered another complaint on 16th[protected]. After so much follow up technician turned up on 23rd checked the device and told he will be back with the replacement part next day. He came on 26 with replacement part only to find out that something else was faulty. Still my oven is unusable.. Never in my life will go for another fib machine. Pathetic service chain.

              I had purchased an IFB Neptune VX dishwasher which was delivered on 13-September-2014. The technician came for installation on 26-September 2014 after a lot of follow-up. On installation, the entire kitchen floor was flooded with water. The technician checked the appliance and concluded that IFB has supplied a damaged item. There was a dent on the side and possible internal damage. The technician has taken photographs and said he would submit this to IFB along with a report for replacement. I called up the IFB call centre, but they would not register a request for replacement asking me instead to contact the Chennai branch of IFB. I do not know the status, but in the 1st place IFB should completely check the item before packing.What is surprising is that there is no sign of damage in the carton which means IFB has packed a damaged piece without testing or checking. Please advise on how do I file a complaint at the consumer forum.

                Dear Sir/Madam I have purchased Maxidry 550 model on 17/06/2013 Invoice number SR/INV/0287 till this date I haven't got any demo and the complain I have about Clothes getting crushup once it comes out. Its been more then an year now I keep on asking for the service but they just not happy to come and see the problem we have. On 23/09/2014 I called in customer care in which they gave me the contact name Mr Hemal contact number [protected] and am trying to call him since last 3 days but he is not responding. Now I am mentally upset with whatever I am going through so now if the company don't take any actions against this I will take legal actions or else provide me the full refund if I have to use media for this I will use it. NOTE :- During installation time the guy from Rajkot service centre even took those hanging kit for the machine and we even didn't know about it (Mukesh Enterprise). This service centre is worst among all in Gujarat level. They just the worssttttt. Regards Pravin Patel

                  IFB Model : 20SC2 - Microwave Oven - Purchaser Name: Sriram Sambasivam, Contact: D-15, Anushaktinagar, Mumbai 400094 - Tel:[protected], [protected] I lodged a complaint to your customer care centre on 26.08.2014 about the non-functioning of my oven and a mechanic reported on 28-8-14 from Vikhroli Centre. He inspected and said that the magneaton and fuse are to be replaced. I told him that I will call him back. Accordingly I called him directly on his telephone numbers he gave me, four to five times and he reported only on 25.09.2014. Further, the agency officials never contacted me about my availability at home before arrival, which is mandatory. He brought replacement materials. I have doubts about the genuineness of the materials he brought as they were not in sealed packets and have scratches on the body. He replaced the materials from my oven and insisted upon taking the replaced old ones with him. I refused to part with them. The mechanic was bargaining on discounts if I part with the old parts. He also insisted on payment of service charges, though he was paid for the same on his earlier visit. He was insisting on my entering into an AMC. I had to pay Rs. 3021 (Rs.2371 for the magnet and Rs.650 for fuse). He refused to take cheque and insisted only on cash. He has not even provided with guarantee card for the replaced materials. While checking the machine, sparks came from the machine and the mechanic maintained it is due to cockroaches being inside the machine. This is utter lie. Though I insisted on his checking the machine again, he refused to do so. I have genuine doubts on the spare parts fixed in the machine. Being electrical appliance, I have apprehensions that this can lead to electrical accidents. I request that you may depute from your factory an engineer to look in to my machine and certify for the genuineness of the replaced parts, which are in any case not new ones. Purchase details: purchased on 12.5.2012 from M/s. Vijay Sales (Chembur). Sales invoice no. 25-CH05-12SICD-121. Chassis no. 000563. I understand that the machine carries three years warranty, but the Sales Centre maintains that it carries only one year warranty. I need clarification on this point also.

                    I have a IFB Elena 5Kg front load machine. My washing machine is in Annual maintenance scheme. My Customer Code is 10697335.

                    In the month of August 28th 2014 I gave a complaint that mu machine was malfunctioning. The complaint number is 13665293. Within a day (29/08/2014) One technician (Name-manjunath) came and diagnosed that timer has to be replaced. And he said that I will come tomorrow9Next day) and do the necessary action. He did not turn up for 9days. After 10day I lost my tolerant I heatedly called customer care and they gave me area manger contact number. I called to the area manger Mr. Vignes [protected] he sent one more Technicians (Name- Pradeep) (10/09/2014) and again he diagnosed that timer has to be replaced. After that there is no response for another few days. Again I called customer care and Mr. Vignes [protected] more than 3 time, finally he sent one more senior Technician on 14/09/2014 Mr Ragavendra [protected] also did not fix the problem and again he diagnosed that Timer and one more part Pump has to be replaced and he promised that within 19/09/2014 both parts will be replaced. I was waiting till 19/09/2014 nobody respond even did not bothered to call me. Then I called customer care and Mr. Ragavendra [protected] I remind the problem, he said that the replacement part (Timer and Pump ) both has to be take it out from the machine and surrender faulty part at office then only we will get the new timer and pump for your machine.
                    Now my question is. How come that senior technician did not aware of surrendering faulty part at office to get the replacement and why he did not took the faulty parts when he diagnosed at that time. Its look like he purposefully wastes my time and his time too. Every day I can’t follow IFB service person by calling.

                    My complaint number 13665293 was closed on 28/09/2014 without knowing me and without fixing the problem. Now they generated a new ticket number. I wanted to know why it is. Again new complaint registered as id 13894710 on 28/09/14

                    Whenever I call mr.vignes, he is connecting to ragavendra (technician) and that gay giving me falls promise that I will come today before 6pm but he never ever came or neither calls me. Because of ragavendra I have cancelled my program more than 7 times. there is no prepare response from area incharge.

                    I want them to rectify them to rectify the defeats immediately. Other wise give me my money back i will fix problem my self

                        Hello IFB, I am using IFB washing machine Sonorita and it is under AMS. I have logged a call on 3rd September as the washing machine has front panel switch issue. Till today there is no update from anyone from the IFB.Can someone let me know what is happening on this ID. The call was registered on 3rd September for the from panel switch issue and i have called IFB call center 100 times for an update. Each time i am getting passed to different TL or Floor Manager. After speaking multiple times with Floor Manager i got L2 and L3 numbers. L2 - Ravi - [protected] L3 - Bharath - [protected] I have called Ravi and he has confirmed that the front panel spare part is not available and committed that the issue will be fixed before 19th September.I have called L3 Bharath on 19th and he confirmed that he will raise an escalation to fix the issue. From 3rd September day nothing being happened and his cell is not reachable all the time.I have called Ravi again on 24th, he says there is no spare part available and he is helpless. Now can someone take responsibility and let me know where should i go to attend my call and to resolve the problem.After all these above incident, i am really frustrated and lost faith on IFB. If you guys are unable to solve the customer issue why are you selling the products and taking AMCs. If the spare part is not available take back your machine and give me my money back so that i can go for LG or Samung.

                          I had booked online a trolley - 6/7 kg top loading on 14th of Sept 2014. Got a order confirmation mail with delivery date as 17th Sept 2014. But till today I have not got the delivery and the worse part IFB didn't bother to inform me also as to why delivery hasn't been done. Today, after calling the call center I got the update that my order was not booked on 14th but got booked on 22nd. This is completely fooling the customer by taking full amount in advance and giving delivery as and when company feel like

                            1. harassment: ifb does not seem to have the ability to attend to the call within 24 hours. ifb technician not attended the call after more than 24 hours as on till date also lots of pleading to customer care service[protected]/[protected] 2. on 08th aug 2014, ms jyoti ([protected]) committed sending technician today evening or tomorrow morning but nobody came after tried so many times but she didn’t pick the phone till date after we tried to mr. vajpayee ([protected]) and mr. junnaid khan ([protected]) but same didn’t pick the phone till date also as per my information your some technical staff left their assignment from long period, without technical staff this service (repairing) work cannot be completed. after we got the mobile no from other sources of ifb technician mr. chandresh (m) [protected] has committed to come but no results. customer care service ms. mercy, mr. sayyad shah & sr. supervisor above mentioned complaint not resolved properly because issue is persistence till date, only time being the technician repaired that issue as we thought that issue resolved and we sent mail to you i. e. complaint resolved but afterwards machine was not running properly so many times we contacted to technician that he said some problems in part we are going to order the same. thereon this duration pursuing with technician & ms neha again we didn’t get any results. after that again machine stopped working on dtd. 09/09/2014 again we contacted customer care prayed for resolve issue, ms gauri forwarded the complaint to service center indore. 2. whereas on 10th of sept 2014 we contacted ms ranjana singh area service manager on contact no [protected], she committed sending technician today evening or tomorrow morning but nobody came after tried so many times with customer care service mr. prasannjit sarkar, ms. jagjeet kaur, the technician mr. anand (m) [protected] came on 12/09/2014 in the evening at 7:30pm and checked machine told some part damaged, so after he has committed to come with some part but no results. again we contacted to ms ranjana singh on dtd. 15, 17, 20, 24th sept.2014 but till date no results. same with customer care ms. priyanka & sr. supervisor mr. sivaji, mr. vinay & sr. supervisor mr. praveen, mr. durga rao on dtd. 17, 18, 20, 22 & 24th sept. 2014 have been committed so many times and also contacted with ms. aditi das (m) [protected] but progress of work is same and 49 days already been elapsed, whereas we are suffering lot i. e. it seems that you have no control over service stations, customer care, employees and franchisee neither you have taken any action to start the work at your level. please explain why you have not proposed any action against service stations, customer care, employees and franchisee and what action you have taken till now because we are suffering, the company shall be responsible for observance by his service stations, customer care, employees and franchisee of provisions in the company act. it is regretted that even after continuous pursuance by us, no work had been taken up, even after laps of 49 days of valuable work which reflects the gross negligence & poor performance of the company. reviewing the above aspects/ situations, it is well established that service center not at all interested to execute any work further and misleading the facts by putting false statements/ arguments against the factual situations. I expect that by logging my complaint here, after numerous complaints by me in the customer care but no results found. now, after buying an automatic washing machine, we have gone back to the age old practice of manual washing of our clothes. Reviewing the above aspects/ situations, it is well established that service center or franchisee are not at all interested to execute any work further and misleading the facts by putting false statements/ arguments against the factual situations. Prayer: - as above aspects/ situations please take action immediately to resolve the issue or take back the unworkable machine because we did suffer too much.                               I, Mr. R.D.Nautiyal had invested Rs.30, 000 in IFB Finance Ltd. in 1996 IN two Fixed Deposit Schemes: one FD Receipt No. LF/C/96/45271 in my name amounting to Rs. 15, 000, and another one in my wife Mohini Nautiyal's name, whose FD Receipt number is LF/C/96/45267, amounting to Rs. 15, 000. It is now 14 long years since I have been writing to them to get my due payment, but not only has the company not replied, the latest cheques they sent in 1999 had all been dishonoured!! Since I am now a retired man, it has become very difficult for me to chase these people responsible for cheating me and my wife. I would be very grateful if you could ensure that I get back the ampount which is due to me and my wife.

                                Dear sir,

                                I have a problem with my washing machine. The machined is vibrating more during operation.I called up service center 4 months back and the tecniciain attended and confirmed that it is problem with the stand and as per advice I purchased new one. The problem is not solved. Again i raised a complaint on 16.9.14 and the compliant no. is 13808387 after that 3 technician called me to rectify the problem and I need to explain them the problem again and again. One technician promised me that the shock absorbers are out of stock and the part will be available by 20.9.14 and he will rectify the problem by 20.9.14. On 20.9.14 I followed up with the service center and they said it will be rectified. On Monday 22.9.14 another person called me and asked me what is the problem and where is the address.
                                I have given my address and explained the problem. Today 24.09.14 another service person called me what is the problem ? I don't know when this will be resolved.

                                Since last 5 months the problem is not rectified. Also I spent Rs.1450 towards purchasing new stand which is not at all required. The old stand is good enough to support the machine with some repairs, The main problem is with shock absorbers. I don't know when this will be rectified.
                                Also whenever a technician come for inseption they show more Interest in selling therir products rather than attending the problem.

                                I have purchased IFB 28 ltrs on 16 July'2014 from Chandigarh.
                                Along with extended warranty upto 14 July' 2016 by paying extra where i was given assurance that 5 free services will be carried out (6+6+4+4+4 Months).
                                Where as nobody has turned up till date.
                                I have logged a complaint with customer care regarding mal functioning of the microwave on 9th Jan'15 vide complaint/ ticket number 14664439, ID number is 10707349
                                Despite my repeated reminders to the call centre ( Ms. Kirti )no technician has turned up till date.

                                I was given assurance via email on 9th Jan'15 from [protected]@ifbgloal.com that technician will visit shortly & the complaint will be resolved within 24 hrs.
                                Now i am stuck at my home hoping that your so called technician may come at anytime which is a mental torture to me.
                                Both of our IFB micro wave and washing machine model ELENA DX 5.5KG, SR. NO. WT ELN BX B 064389 is out of order. we called the customer service and complained about it twice. we were given complain no. 15523676 on the first day and complain no. 15530760 on the next. each time we were assured that they will call us back on mobile no. [protected] and someone will be sent to fix the problem within 24hrs.Yet it has been 5-6 days and neither any call nor any man has shown up. And it can be seen many people are facing this problem regarding the very poor customer service IFB is providing by not looking to the problems of its customer. Its really sad. Please do look to it.

                                  I requested free service for my IFB 30SC3 Microwave as part of Free Service Camp by IFB on 23.08.14. I registered for this by logging into IFB website. IFB technician visited my place on 26.08.14. He suggested that Microwave door is bit hard to open/close and strongly adviced to replace the door lever. He also insisted me to take 1 year AMC (for Rs 1500 + taxes). I was skeptical about it and went ahead with the technician's suggestion thinking that he is coming from reputed company like IFB and he must be giving proper suggestion. Hence I took the AMC and asked him to replace the door lever. He replaced it and while replacing he broke few clamps. After that Microwave door is not getting closed and as a result Microwave is not even getting started. I got the feedback message, to which I replied as Not Satisfied (The incidence no is - E18238). Then I got a call from IFB next day on 27.08.14. I was promised that some senior technician would visit me within 48 hours. But no one has visited me since then. I called IFB customer care but shockingly they did not have tracking of this incidence (E18238). And said that your previous complaint is closed successfully and opened a new complaint. But since then I am daily following up with IFB Customer care via phone and mails but no one has visited me to fix the microwave. So at the end of the day, the crux of the story is- My Microwave was working perfectly fine. I saw IFB offer of Free Service. fFll in the trap of IFb technician for AMC. I had to give 1685Rs and now my Microwave is in broken condition and not working at all and no one is fixing it since last 1 month

                                  Today your same technician (Mr Srivastava) came. While trying to fix the Microwave, this time he broke the door plastic cover. Now he said some spring needs to be changed. He also short circuited while doing some stuff with screw driver. My home was without power for 3 hours and my refrigerator has stopped working. And I had to call electrician to fix it and shell out Rs300.

                                  How much IFB is going to dent my pocket?

                                  Don't you have competitive staff? Or you do it deliberately?

                                  After 1 month of constant followup and mental stress. IFB technicians took my Microwave to IFB Service Center and returned with this state claiming it is fixed.
                                  I am sure now that IFB people are just playing with me and having fun.

                                    I have a IFB Elena 5Kg front load machine. My washing machine is in Annual maintenance scheme. My Customer Code is 10697335. In the month of August 28th 2014 I gave a complaint that my machine was malfunctioning. The complaint number is 13665293. Within a day (29/08/2014) One technician (Name-manjunath) came and diagnosed that timer has to be replaced. And he said that I will come tomorrow9Next day) and do the necessary action. He did not turn up for 9days. After 10day I lost my tolerant I heatedly called customer care and they gave me area manger contact number. I called to the area manger Mr. Vignes [protected] he sent one more Technicians (Name- Pradeep) (10/09/2014) and again he diagnosed that timer has to be replaced. After that there is no response for another few days. Again I called customer care and Mr. Vignes [protected] more than 3 time, finally he sent one more senior Technician on 14/09/2014 Mr Ragavendra [protected] also did not fix the problem and again he diagnosed that Timer and one more part Pump has to be replaced and he promised that within 19/09/2014 both parts will be replaced. I was waiting till 19/09/2014 nobody respond even did not bothered to call me. Then I called customer care and Mr. Ragavendra [protected] I remind the problem, he said that the replacement part (Timer and Pump ) both has to be take it out from the machine and surrender faulty part at office then only we will get the new timer and pump for your machine. Now my question is. How come that senior technician did not aware of surrendering faulty part at office to get the replacement and why he did not took the faulty parts when he diagnosed at that time. Its look like he purposefully wastes my time and his time too. Every day I can’t follow IFB service person by calling. I can’t afford for washing clothe at laundry. I want them to rectify them to rectify the defeats immediately. Otherwise I have no choice rather than going to consumer court (For your information I already spoken to National consumer Forum ref. No is 537867)

                                      My IFB washing machine stopped working and I rang up to IFB customer care.They in turn sent a technician from I.S
                                      Techno services whom they have outsourced repair on 08 Sep 2014. The job card no is 1115472.
                                      The technician after examining the machine informed me that motor has got burnt and will require replacement.It is already two weeks but we are still waiting for the repair.Enquiries with IS Techno reveals that motor is yet to arrive.
                                      We don't expect this sort of service from a reputed company like IFB in a metro city like Hyderabad.
                                      You are requested to kindly expedite.

                                        Sir Over the past two months IFB 6 kg digital washing machine which is under AMC has undergone many breakdowns. Each time it is set right we are able to use it only for a max of 1 or 2 washes only. The technician has informed about a week back that he is expecting the spares to arrive after a fortnight. when i rang up the customer cell Mr.Ganesh on 18.9.14, informed that if the spares are not available before 20th, he would arrange for a replacement / spare machine to be placed in our house immediately. Till date no replacement has arrived and the laundry is piling up. This has caused mental agony and discord in our daily routine.
