I am owner of IFB washing machine. Model ELENA SX 6kg 800 RPM . SERIEL NO :[protected]There was some problem with the MCV. Logged a complain and the service engineer visited my home. And told the MCV to be replaced and taken RS. 1340 to bring a new one. Since last 7 days I am following no answer. All the numbers given to follow up not responding. Please help. On this issue I lodged a complain with number 14073273. Last option left to put a FIR in police station and consumer court.. Hope it will be resolved.

    I am a IFB washing machine customer. Our customer ID is 254679 and lodged complaint on 16/10/2014 (Complaint Id :[protected] after daily follow up on 22/10/2014 technician came and said that "Door was rusted" so it has to be replaced . . After that there was no any response when it should be replaced. We were taking follow up daily from 25/10/2014 till date to customer care different persons we giving different answers and franchies people are ver arrogant and non responsible they not receiving our call . And General Manager IFB Indore Ms. Jyoti Katiyaar ([protected]) her mobile was switched off since 18/10/2014 and Area service Executive Ms. Ranjana Singh is not receiving call after 23/10/2014 . 0n 20/10/201 warranty got elapsed and till date your service personal are not responding properly. Today Mr Pravin your customer care service executive also gave us diplomatic reply. This Washing machine users are my mother and her age is 70 yr . And they live alone at home .. They are facing problem in washing clothes .The Company is mainly interested in making money from the Service The Service Personal are very arrogant, not at all customer friendly, i am calling IFB people regularly since 16/10/2014 to till date . And, this is not the first time that this has happened. I have faced the same kind of problem twice or thrice with IFB. Now we are feeling mentally harassed and cheated. Please I request on behalf on my parents (As they are senior Citizens) solve the problem and resolve our complaint. As Soon as possible.       Ifb mfrs/ifb existing customers.. We've given a compliant regarding problem on automatic function of ifb aw 6563 (Sr. No.[protected] top loading w/mc to ifb customer care, based on that local franchise visited and checked told that existing control panel (Pcb) to be replaced cost rs.3912 + 281 (Service charge) which i've payed to them, based on their recommendation we told them to repace with new spare, later after installating the new spare the technician who installed tested the machine with test procedure (Short cut keys) found ok, later when we checked with the machine's built-in program modes, it is not taking the water inlet, without water intake the machine starts running, again final spin indicates 'e4' display so we're totally disappointed with this again informed the ifb customer care/local ifb franchise (Tirumalai enterprises) to check once, they too came told the the supplied spare from ifb is faulty... Which occurs in rare cases... (Who knows).. As told by the franchise service men) also they told they will replace new one with free of cost a new spare. On 20/10/14 the first visit by technician done based on ifb customer care direction, also pcb changed. We informed to the ifb customer care, filed the second compliant (Id no.[protected] still issue not resloved, again days are getting over... (Nearly 2 weeks) still there is no immediate replacement action done by the local franchise (Turumalai enterprises-pondicherry), again i went directly to the service centre spoke to the manager/incharge he told soon they weill resolve the issue also committed a date 31/10/14 again today they are telling they've receieved a wrong spare pcb/sr. No. Because of this irresponsible people i got disappointed even talked to ifb customer care about their franchsie works happening around. My question is... Can't they procure a right spare for their business with relevant model/sr. No. With proper follow-ups. Are they physically competent for work or getting money only from customers is their only motto. Also why can't ifb sending to their franchises/customers faulty spares because of that their franchises later to end customer are affected because of these rubbish works. Really i'm disappointed with these ifb service chain team.in future i'll not recomment any ifb products to any of my nearbys. Do take necessary action on these irregular agencies/irresponbile ifb customer cares. - murugan. R

        The subject machine was purchased on 20.01.2012. During Nov, 2013 the machine was not working and when complaint was lodged, service engineer came and informed that control panel was defective and changed the same during warranty period . Also informed that a filter needs to be installed for better performance of the machine, for which he charged Rs.1960/-. Not even one year is over, now the machine has created problem and is not working often indicating error message. So lodged complaint on 29.10.2014 and service engineer has come today (31.10.2014). After inspecting the machine, informed that due to sensor problem machine is not working properly. To replace the sensor he has asked us to pay Rs.1900/- (approximaterly) towards cost of sensor. Alternatively he has informed us to opt for AMC for two years for which Rs. 4350/- (approximately) is to be paid. One thing what was observed from day one of purchase is the engineers who come for installation or servicing is keen in selling their products and the machine doesn't work properly and we have to incur repair expense to the extent of Rs.2000/- approximately ever year that too within short period of less than 3 years from the date of purchase. We are afraid whether this machine will put us in huge financial burden during subsequent years. We have purchased IFB machine on the belief that it will work properly. But to our surprise the situation is otherwise and we feel hurt for having purchased this brand. My ticket number for the complaint with IFb is 11877276. Request for suitable remedy.         IFB service team attended the problem and the machine is working now properly. IFB team, Goa has called vide cell 09345656701 on 05th and 06th of Nov, 14 and checked about the working of machine, similarly IFB team from Chennai has also enquired vide cell 9345656701 on 05th and 06th of Nov, 14 about the working of machine. I was also advised by IFB Goa team to get in touch with Chennai IFB team, in case of any problem, after registering complaint with customer support. My sincere thanks to the forum for all the help.           my customer id is10791732.my washing machine is not working since more than 3 weeks now.made several complaints to the customer care n to the service center.even talked several times to the manager .every time a new person comes on the phone n just keeps passing the buck.they say the parts are coming from the company.they are all big liars.they dont want to do any work.either they are overworked or very lazy guys at the service center.if the company dosent take immediate action the constomers will have to take strict actions against the company.cos we have invested thousands of our hard earned money in your appliances and i[censored] cannot provide service to us u should take responsibility of it. a very very very dis satisfied customer.

            I have registered a complaint with complaint No.[protected]Customer ID. 3787943) on Oct 14th, 2014, for solving the issue with my IFB EXE PUUS washing machine. The issue with the machine is the tearing of the door rubber washer, and unable to lock the door. The machine is under AMC. After a day one person came and inspect the machine and he told the material is not with them and want to come. 2days later another one came and he told that the material arrived is not suiting with the machine. Like that 2-3 time different service persons came and uninstall one by one part from the machine. Now majority of the parts are out of the machine, till now complaint is not closed. I have contacted the customer care and also the service centre people and one Mr. Vipin. But the case still exists. A company like IFB, having a service persons and service centres like that one in Calicut is shame. Please take necessary action to solve this. Please note that I have registered the complaint on 14/10/2014 and present date is 30/10/2014.

              My machine stopped working on 11th october, post which i registered a complaint and requested a service check. A person was sent to analyse the issue and i was told the control panel had burnt out and required replacement. This is the third instance ive called for a service. My machine has been giving me issues from the time it was purchased. Its a Senator Dx 6 Kg machine. For one, its meant to be silent, Its far from it. Now, post the last service check, there has been no follow up on the repair of the same. They say the spare parts for this machine are unavailable. I have waited for over two weeks now, and there is no sign of anyone taking any interest in servicing this machine. its disappointing to see how lax their service team is, and is constantly disinterested in helping out their own consumers. Our machine is well under warranty. If they cannot replace the part, might as well replace the machine.

                I have opened a ticket with IFB[protected] on Oct 21st for getting the issue with IFB 100% dryer rectified, however no one from service dept has attended or reached me on this. I am daily calling the customer care for the last 3 days and they provides some contact number that is always not reachable. I am irritated with the service.

                    My Customer id:1157624.I had registered a complaint on 19.10.2014 on the IFB Service Helpline [protected], regarding door problem in my IFB Washing Machine(Front Load-Digital 6kgs).Service team dint attend the complaint till 27.10.2014.Further more on 27.10.2014, a technician visited & informed that, he will again visit my premises on 28.10.2014 with a spare "Door Lock Assembly". Technician has not contacted/visited the premises nor solved the issue.In spite of my frequent efforts in reaching the technician on his cell phone from noon till 07.30PM haven't been fruitful, nor did he have the basic courtesy to return the call. The response is highly disappointing/poor & is not expected out of a reputed brand like IFB. Please note, after sale service is much more sensitive area.                       I bought ifb elite aqua sx on 20/10/2014 and same day i requested for demo. I called more than 6 times in next few days for demo and finally technician visited on 25/10/2014 for demo. Due to Electricity problem, I could not start machine on that day. On 27/10/2014 we started the machine first time and came to know that the machine is defective and taking water continuously and i requested for service request. Customer care person given me number of Technical Person Mr Gurdeep and I contacted him and explained him the situation and he promised me to solve the problem. After that I waited for service persons and tried to contact Mr Gurdeep but he is not responding my phone calls now.

                        I had submitted my experience before about a microwave i purchased from IFB. They were not coming - neither to give a demo of product nor to rectify the problem in my microwave despite many complaints. When i added my feedback here, IFB guys were very quick in telling that somebody will visit me. Instead of being quick in providing actual service, they were quick on social media. (refer my complaint - http://www.consumercomplaints.in/ifb-ifb-microwave-bad-product-and-worst-service... ) After somebody visited my place from IFB (after 6-7 months of purchase and upon my complaint here), and told that there is an inherent problem with my magnetron and it is supposed to be replaced and he will get back once the new magnetron will be available. When i asked how much time it will take he said he cannot tell as it depends upon the inventory, blah blah blah. Till now (28 October), since first week of July, it has become almost 4 months, the person has not reverted. IFB is so prompt in responding in customer forums like this while in reality, they do a pathetic job.In my case, my microwave oven was never fine and i managed to get somebody visit my place after almost 6-7 months. Now, it has been 4 more months. My warranty is going to expire due to end of 1 year period. After this, they will tell me that warranty is over and they cannot anything. They have really troubled me a lot and i really regret buying product from such company.

                              Dear IFB, I am Vivek from Chennai, I was bought IFB front load 8kg washing machine 4 months before but while purchase from Nerkundram IFB point and sales person said 3 month once free service with out spending even single rupee from customer end so I am ready to choose IFB from my end, now I am getting bad smell from tub so I was raised complaint request to IFB, Another couple of days service person came and tried to run 15 min wash and drain (these thing I can do by myself) asked me to buy 5 pack of tub cleaner each cost 160 RS so total 800 Rs I am shocked to hear this from IFB executive( is this sales executive or IFB executive?). So 3 month once I need to spend 800 Rs so at the end of the 4 year 12800 Rs for only service? Even not cleaning filter and IFB executive only concentrating on selling the tub cleaning powder and washing liquid, filters etc.After 3 days I got call from IFB executive so I was explained all the situation but while speaking to him simply he said to send again executive and disconnected the call (well behaviour from IFB Customer service). Almost 2 weeks gone no one is came? IFB needs only customer money but not customers. This is the my first and lost business from IFB, Sure I wont recommend this to anyone. Over all 37000 Rs Machine+1350 rs Stand + 1300 cut out=39650+ 12800(service)=52450 rs for 4 members? Even within warranty your service is worst, then after warranty period???                                 We Bought a Washing Machine Dated on[protected] Of IFB Company and Model Name is "Angular(ERGO-6512 R)" still it is in warranty Period and warranty will expired on[protected]. But Now a Days we are facing Water leakage and Drum problem as we file complaint regarding the same on following numbers of IFB Toll Free for complaint Solving -[protected], Anand Service center of IFB -[protected]...and manager of Nadiad branch -[protected] Mr. patel...as we called many time but we got different...different answers from each person as we called on toll free customer care number they replied technician will visit us with in 24 hours but now it is more than 25 days no one is visit us for same problem moreover when I called to manager they replied production of this washing machine is closed by company and they "File request for replacement of washing machine with another model but still they didn't replied us properly more over I called him many times for reminding our case but he replied his DM is on leave for their Personal Reason and answering same n same as they are also waiting for approval for replacing washing machine .I thought They are doing just time pass because expire Date of Washing Machine is near..I have all the complaint number with dates... as they are providing Very Very poor services to their present customers...Please Do Needful And Give them Strict Warrning For solving This Problem As fast as Possible Before Warranty will get expired

                                As We Mentioned our Issue Of Replacement of Washing Machine And I called Nadiad Branch Manager at -[protected] For Status of Approval They Told us Approval Is approved and they are ready to replace our Washing machine with value of 17964 how is this possible totally half value of bill price.Total Use Of Washing Machine is 2 Years And 4 Months As Depreciation Value Is 25% per Year So Presently The Value Of machine Is 17964 Rs. Totally Half Value OF bill Price as branch manager is suggest us to buy any model as we like but company pay only 17965 rs. only what type of condition is this ... we don't want to replace our machine at this price IFB Company Must refund our whole amount or Replace Machine with same model or Replace Machine With Same Price Model..Please Take this issue as serious Let Us Contact As soon As fast...

                                  IFB technical team is coming to my house and providing temporary fix to the problem and going away. I have more than 15 ticket numbers for the problem since 2013. Now my washing machine is not working since 14th Oct - today is 27th, every day I am getting excuse for problem to resolved/part to be replaced in next 2-3 days. TICKET Number[protected]. I have contacted customer care many times, ensuring best/quick service all the time, but waste of time.                                   Team, get this rectified permanently, even the board which was replaced 2 days back is skipping time and hanging for 10 mins. If we restart the washing machine it start working. Problem is not closed for latest ticket number 14020466

                                    I purchased an IFB AC on23/8/14. It stopped functioning and raised a complaint on 16/10/2014. Till now the issue is not resolved. Called today to the IFB customer care. The operator informed that he can see the complaint is open and will be resolved at the earliest. IFB will not give any resolution time. Better avoid this brand

                                      CUSTOMER ID NO: 10327739 facing error problem since April 2014. Complaint no (1)In all washing programmes when it comes to rinse mode it dos not take water hence resulting error (E 4). Complaint no(2) : input water leakage of water.. When . Washing takes water it leaks from the drum backside water. These complaints have been done 6 to 7 times but all the technicians will come in hurry try to resolve temper early it gets solve from the next day we will be facing the same problem. We are fed up with IFB service. Earlier we have used SAMSUNG washing machine for 15 years their service was very timely and good service. We have called only 3 to 4 times to Samsung in 15 years. But in IFB in single year we had to call 6 times for same problem but no result. Now I demand a Replacement with new machine. Or refund with original purchase amount of Rs. 14000 plus interest and our losses with demarcates and Mental Agony of Rs. 10000 total of Rs. 24000 total amount.. M S NAGARAJ RAO. CALL. [protected]

                                        I bought one washing machine and a microwave together from IFB. when they delivered the items at home I was not present at home my wife received the items. While delivering they told her installation guy will come and install the product and give demo. so she didnt opened the packings. after 2 days for wasing machine one guy came and he did the installation when she asked about microwave he told some other guy will come. once he left nobody showed up. after 30 days when I reached home and opened the microwave packing I found it was damaged . they supplied me a damaged piece. so I called IFB they sent one technician he checked he aggreed and took photos of microwave and also took bill copy and told he will get it replaced. and since then last 2 months I am following up and they are telling it is approved and delivered to your home next week. I called 100's of time to their area sales maagers Mr. Prasad and Mr. Rajendra, they will always promise next week. so many time they told now I am sending but they never sent it. I called to their customer care also so many time always they will tell we will make it priority list and then no action. I am just fed up of following up these guys so I am writing to you.
