i have purchased IFB front loading washing machine EVA AQUA 5.5 kg from croma centre at select city walk saket new delhi.but till now no one has turned up for demonstration till now.rather i have convinced by croma store person that some one has come on dated 24.10.14 .i have experiencing worst service ever by croma and ifb.

The problem is not yet solved. He charged rs.350 as service charge and another rs.350 as extra charge... But till today the problem is not solved after taking so much of money..     I Mr.N.Uma Maheswara rao purchased IFB W/M on 30/02/2013.I had a problem and onformed to service center on 31/03/2016 and was given call no [protected] but there was no responce.Again i raised a complaint on 07/04/2016 and was given call no [protected] but there was no responce.Please look into the issue and solve it as soon as possible .My mobile no is [protected].

    We have Elena DX model washing machine served excellently for about 5 years.
    But 3 months back it has a big noise and strucking problem.
    It was get repaired by replacing MCU by charging 2000/-, and also tàken AMC.
    From one month the same problem again repeated, booked online complaint for 3 times but was not resolved at Guntur, A.P.
    May I know why! Please rectify immediately otherwise refund AMC& MCU amount
    I am suffering because I purchased IFB ac. The ac is in the service center from past 6 monts.

    I have paid 38700/- . Never able to use the account. Don't buy IFB products.

        Fake service center.There are 2 persons name.one name is rohit he call the customer that i have authorized service center in jammu and they gave customer to fake bills, duplicate spare parts, and he asked that he is the ASM of jammu/tallab tillo area incharge.I specially request to IFB that take some serious action abt this type of fraud.These are that kind of people they make customer fool.I am confused that anyone can use email address of ifb and not given the tollfree no.On bill that the fake person gives us mentioned name IFB service center on what kind of job sheet and they gives no.[protected]/[protected]. Its a customer request that take some serious action for welfare of company and customer also.

          I have IFB washing machine of 6 kg. My permanent customer Id number is 1908552. My product is under AMC. I have registered a complaint on 18-October-2014 around 9:00 am with complain ID 14049036. No technician has attended my complaint till 22-October-2014 around 3:00 pm since my so many reminder calls. Every time I got the same answer TECHNICIAN IS SUPPOSE TO VISIT TODAY ONLY AND YOUR COMPLAINT WILL BE GET RESOLVED TODAY ITSELF. Today when technician visited he told there is some motor and barring issue in washing machine. I called his senior for explation but he told this will take more than a week due to Diwali holidays of 5 days. But I know in private service industry it is not possible employees get one week leave. This problem is accured again in my washing machine within a week. Prior to this complaint I have also registered a complaint on 6-October-2014 which was resolved on 11-October-2014 after many reminder calls. That time also barring replacement was done. I really don't understand is there any issue with technician knowledge or their superiors who are not willing to get our complaints resolved as soon as possible. I am fed up of IFB service. Each and every time whenever we have issue in washing machine this thing happens. I will not suggest anyone IFB product due to pathetic after sales services. My request is to solve my complaint as early as possible. As in my joint family it is not possible for us not to operate machine for weeks. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com

            My IFB washing machine is not working. So I took that to IFB authorized service centre at Hill palace road Tripunithura kerala on August this year. Till now they not repaired my machine z when ever I call them they will say next week so now almost two months gone and no resonse from them. I request the IFB authorized personnel to take action.

              Customer id is 0933439 complaint number is[protected] on friday - 17.10.14 around 7 AM I was assured that the complaint ( washing machine 6 kg digital ) would be attended to within 24 hours. it is under AMC. Till date 21.10.14 - no technician has come. Very poor service. What is the use of having a washing machine if it is going to conk off every 20-25 days. this is the umpteenth time that the machine is failing in the last 3-4 months. every time it takes atleast 10 days to set right the problem. No use of purchasing samsung washing machine. even if you have purchased one pl dont opt for AMC as you will be the last person to be attended to, as they already have your money locked up.                 In response to my complaint on 18.09.2014, your technician was came and checked the washing machine on 03.10.2014. They told that a part is not working and the part should be replaced. We agreed to replace that part. Your technician told that the part is available to them and will replace that part within next 5 days. But still your technician didn't come again. This is the 2nd time when we are suffered to repair the washing machine for a long period. Please check our previous complaint also. that complaint was resolved after the 3 months. and now again your technicians are doing the wrong commitments. they told us to come within 5 days and after that they never came. Please tell, Is that comes in the company's Policy for the customers during the warranty period???????? We are the customer of IFB products from the last 10 - 12 years and always tell to our friends to buy the products of IFB. But now we strange on the company's After Sale Service Department. Please tell, the customer have to suffered for 3 months (As per my previous experience) and now from more than 15 days.

                  We have called ifb local office in warangal on 2nd october 2014 and ordered a stand and pipe adapter that connects to tap. After several follow ups, the service boy came after a week with a stand and solved half issue and left. We are following up with him as well customer care office on daily basis, but still we have not yet got the pipe and adapter which can be connected to tap. This shows the negligence of the staff as well as the maintenance department. Could you follow up with the staff and close the issue asap.

                    Hi All, I m Krishna we given our IFB washing machine for service three month back but till date(20/10/14) we are not received. When ever I call Mr. Raghavendar to ask about IFB machine he will say today before 12am we will deliver but he is not deliver the machine till date. I never see like that service. Even till date we are not received the IFB washing machine but Mr. Raghavendar ([protected]) is not given dead date as well. Kindly look in to the service part. Dear Managers.                       IFB cust id: 3106325 Complaint No: 13690732 Complaint No: 13801438 My IFB washing machine is in warranty and I had raised complaint 13690732 to IFB customer care saying the problem of drum not rotating on Aug 26'th 2014. They had told they would need to replace drum. But they had closed the complaint without any intimation to me. I had contacted customer care and again raised complaint 13801438. This compliant was also closed without solving the problem and intimation to me. I had asked them to reopen the case. They had given manager Suraj number [protected] to speak for further assistance. Every time I call them they have been informing drum would be replaced in 2 days. Today Oct 20'th2014 but the problem is still not resolved. My IFB customer ID 3106325. It is shocking to know that they are closing the complaints without resolving the problem. It is extremely poor service by IFB

                        We Purchased a Microwave Oven - IFB:305BCI S No:[protected] on 12. Nov.2011 with Bill No: 225 for Rs. 13700 from the Authorised Dealer, Payal Enterprises, Korba. The Microwave was Installed on 4.Nov 2012 by Sri Naresh Kumar as per the directives of the Authorised Dealer. Since Installation, the microwave has been not been working. It has been 3 years since we bought the microwave but could not utilise the benefits of the machine even for a day since Installation. We lodged several complaints to the authorised dealer and the service engineers came to rectify the problem several times but could not. They could not give us a reason for the issue. Finally we have decided to handover the microwave to the authorised dealer as a token of gift on the eve of Diwali 2014 and lodge a complaint in the Consumer Forum for the readressal of the same.                           I brought recently(15 days back) top load washing machine from IFB. After so many calls (IFB Customer care, service center manager and technician) they installed the washing machine in the home. Following problems found while installing washing machine in the home by technician. 1. Bubble didn't come in the center. 2. Outlet pipe is leaking. I raised compliant on 14th Oct but no one visited home and resolve the problem till now and I'm calling ifb customer care every day. Please don't go for this product. After sale service is very very worst. Complaint number: 14016595

                            I would like to bring to your notice the customer frustration. It is really pathetic service I come across in My life time.My washing machine is not working i filed a complaint 2 months before they responded by complaint after 20 days they send one guy he just saw the fault and informed technical guy will come and fix the problem and the technical guy came to home after 20 days and he told he doesn't have the goods with him and he told he will back tomorrow he is not back for another 10 days again we called up customer care and informed the problem they also not responded or didn't send anyone as usual and after 20 days one guy came and told the same story technical guy will rectify the problem but still no one addressed my problem. Till now i facing the problem i washing my clothes on my own.Going forward I will not buy any of IFB products and also not suggest any of my friends to buy IFB products. Compalints no 11808808 Even it is not addressed after this email I will definitely go to Consumer court.

                              I live in jammu. We bought the dishwasher neptune dx a month ago. When the machine came we found that it had a huge dent on the right side. We complained and they said that they would send a new one soon and they did but this one was old.. It didnt even have a pipe and looked really old. The service tried to fool us by telling us that they had the machine tested before they sent it to us which was totally a lie. Then much to our satisfaction they said that they would send us another one and so they did but again this one has a dent and it doesnt even look new and it has scratches all over. Now we dont want this machine anymore and we want our money back and if we dont we will have to take this complaint further. I hope that we hear back from you soon. A disappointed customer, Prachi

                                Hi, I have raised a complaint regarding my IFB Washing Machine on 07th Oct 2014 (Complaint no:[protected] I have not received any calls from IFB service center. So after a few days again I contacted Customer care, they told that the issue got resolved and the ticket has been closed. I told them to re-open the ticket since nobody contacted or fixed the issue. After a few days "again" I contacted customer care, this time also they told "The issue got resolved and the ticket is closed". But nobody fixed the issue nor contacted me regarding this. I'm bit worried about IFB's service. How come they can close the ticket twice without fixing the issue. The customer care executive provided contact numbers of the Bangalore Service center, I tried both the numbers, but no response. Waiting for some Magic to happen...

                                  Hi, This is regard with the world class service being offered by one of the pioneers. I have been using three washing machines of IFB since 2011 and WAS very happy with the performance of the machines. Recently around 20-25 days back my one of the machine stopped functioning. We registered a complaint : 13804356 and some eng inner visited the site and confirmed that a part went faulty that needs to be replaced. He asked for couple of days to wait as the part was unavailable. That was the day and till today the condition remains same. Machine is not working. My mother and father are not in the age to clean the clothes on their own. I have been trying to reach everybody in IFB but result was that I wasted the time. Every time when I call the service center or service engineer they ask for one more day. This one - day has now become a month. One of the Service head ( probably Mr. Ahmad or I don't remember) told me that the part is in transit from Goa and you will get it by 3-4 Oct'14. It has been dispatched on 26/09/2014.( 21 days passed now) My question is : 1) Did I chose a wrong Indian Brand ? 2) I was never explained the features (non availability of parts may result in inconvenience) before purchasing the machines. 3) Why these engineers are behaving as if I have asked for a favor from them ? 4) There is no support from so called "support centers". 5) When will that machine be repaired ? Unavailability of the part is not a concern of customer rather it is an operational issue. This is some thing internal which needs to be sorted out, not the customer should suffer. I hope I have not asked for more. If I have done so then my apologies are also there but I think its not fair enough. I request you to review the management of IFB, Patna Bihar ( which is 500Kms away from corporate office) If this machine is not going to be repaired then also you may inform me that what next is to done.                                     It has been 3 months now o[censored]s calling IFB washing machine and the technician indicated that the ball bearing of the drum has worn out within the first 2 years o[censored]sing. The 100% warranty for IFB machine is still in place and they just not responding to our calls and are not fixing the issue. this is absolutely unacceptable especially when a commit is provided by IFB. Ticket number is 13373858 logged in on July 18, 2014. not sure of the next steps, but I really need help. this is cheating.

                                      Hi sir We have given complaint 2weeks back but no one respond to it. On 13 of this month they called us nd said tomarrow u vl cum. We waited for 3 days but no one came. Again we called to ur toll free numb they said that ur complaint has cancelled. This is the way ur company is responding to customers.

                                        My dishwasher is having problem. It is on an extended warranty product about 3 year old. Service people came on 30th August 2014 from Sri Sai Home Care Teynampet for asking for maintenance service and ran the machine with Descal. Halfway through that The engineer claimed there was smoke and asked us to log a service call. We had lodged the service call on toll free number. Two people came and then said they do not have a particular spanner and said they will come the next day. Two days later they came and said one board is gone. They will come with the spare. they are yet to come. we are regularly calling the agency every day and nothing is happening. So for the last 7 weeks we are waiting.
