I have purchased one 1. 5t ifb ac from sathi electronics forum, 9 b. T. Road, kol - 58 on
12. 02. 2015 & it is installed on last week of feb'15 by ifb technician named rafiqul ali.
Now it is not cooling well and outdoor unit also installed wrong direction in my varandah.
I regret that no technician yet to visit to solve the problem.

    Dear sir / madam, I have ifb washing machine model ' executive elite ' since 10 years. From few days i am facing machine problem so i had gone to the website of ifb and call for the repairing. The mechanical engineer came and first and collected cash rs.450 visiting charge & rs.4200 as an annual contract. (Refuse to accept cheque) Person from' solution services ' named dhanesh shinde came to repaire the machine. He remove some parts from the machine. And my machine was completely dead. Than after he he tried for 2 hours but did not get the solution. After that he told me " machine is ok, i have done the repairing.' But my machine after this is dead. After that he is claiming for amt, he querel with me, given me dhamki, mis behaved in my office in front of my staff, and the same thing at my home also. I request you that if you appoint any company for the servising, pls. Appoint right person who knows how to handle the machine properly & how to behave with ladies. If your company had not done any action against this person than i will complaint to the police station & media regarding the same. Pls. Sent correct representative to repair the machine first.     This is dinesh gautam. My complaint. No is15768798 id no 11011232..my complaint lodge 9on 15 may 2015.today that is 23 may 15 on vaondor. Come done nothing tegarding my problem. I twice speak customer care they gave no.of senior vendor whoes name is mr gagan deep from chandigarh . He misbehaving and talks rudely. Kindly solve my problem regarding my washing machine as soon as posible

      I had earlier written to you regarding the non working of my IFB Washing Machine for which AMC had been taken on 16.02.2015 and despite several follow ups - no service person is attending the call or responding to the complaints. At last now i have been able to obtain a Ticket # Vide Ref # 15766773 dated 16.06.2015. Please once again ensure to follow up the matter with your technical team to attend the complaint immediately. The Executive Mrs Mayuri with Cell # [protected] is not attending the call at all.         My Name is B M Nanda working as general Manager for Dena bank with Contact Cell # [protected]/ 26545625. The washing Drum of my IFB washing Machine is not working & I had taken an AMC through Mr Sushant [protected] of IFB who is also not following up the matter and the complaint is still not resolved despite repeated reminders. He is behaving and replying in a very rude manner. I have several times contacted your Service Centre for help but of no avail.

I got fed up with your service, In future I have decided not to purchase any IFB product also I will never suggest to anyone to purchase your product. There is a number given by you for service concern, but no one attends the call[protected]. After complaining so many times my AC remote was collected for replacement on Jun 06, 2015 but thereafter no feedback I am getting. I wanted to contact the person who has collected remote for service but his phone always I am getting switched off. Kindly take necessary action.

            Still complain is not resolved. They tried to replace remote with old & used inferior quality but I refuse to accept. I want that it should be replaced with similar new remote. Let me see how much more time they will take to resolve the issue. I have already informed to customer care. Without remote AC not working.

                  Dear sir, I had purchase a split air conditioner model-IACSI8AK3TC S.No. 001024 vd 5 KW stablizer on[protected] from M/S KHAJURIA TRADERS, NEW PLOTS JAMMU J&K. it is very sadly further informed that with in a few days of installation its compressor was gone which was replaced after my complaint to you. Since then there is some problem or the other which i have brought many a times to ur notice. now suddenly for the last 12 days my AC is again out of service which i tried to bring to ur notice on ur toll free number which was never responded and every time the answer is u r in q. i brought this to the notice to ur local service centre and one Mr. Pankaj came and i dont know what he did to the AC because he only was concerned vd annual maintance and very cleverly took Rs. 2200/ from me and went away vd d remarks that AC is now ok. immidiately after he left d AC again started giving hot air i at that very movement informed him about d same but till this time he is nowhere. It may not b out of place to mention that i have purchased IFB Washing Machine and Microwave Oven also from d same dealer.but sorry to say i have got very bitter experience about all d IFB products and i would never suggest any body to purchase any of the IFB products. it is further informed in case my AC is not replaced or rectified there vl b no option left for me than to approach CONSUMER COURT for redressal of my case. I would also claim RS 1.00 Lac for the mental agony which i have suffered in last 2 years for no fault of ours.

                      Dear sir/ madam, The order id :[protected] is not delivered. Actual delivery date is 5-6-2015. But today date is:[protected]. If you are not able to deliver then why did you kept online delivery in your website. Even till now I didn't even get the call also saying your product will be delivered soon I got only sms. When I can expect the delivery? Tell me whether you can deliver it or not. So that I can take other alternative.

                      I have ordered a 20 litre microwave oven (20SC2 Convection - 20 litre ) on 1st September 2015. After placing the order I haven't received any confirmation call or SMS from IFB. When I contacted the customer care they have been telling the delivery would be done on 4th Sep, then they said on 5th Sep but no delivery has been done as on 06th September 2015. I am extremely dissatisfied with the way IFB treating its customers. If I have ordered through Flipkart or Amazon, the product would have delivered in 3 days. Please take necessary actions to deliver the product at least by tomorrow.

                        My washing machine model senorita plus is under amc. Customer code is :3018873. I have made a complaint on[protected]Machine trips frequently) the defect was not attended and the ticket no :[protected] was closed without attending the defect stating we were informed to come after a week. Nobody has come to attend the defects so far even though we made complaints many times and the complaints were not registered. Again we made complaint on[protected] and it was registered ticket no is :[protected]. More than a month the machine is unutilised condition because of your poor service.                                 Hi, I have ordered IFB IACS18JCHTC 1.5 ton DC Inverter AC through their Area Manager Mr. Anil Yadav His Mobile No-[protected] on 1st June 2015. He told me that Advance Payment must be submitted and after i have done NEFT for my AC. But that person cheated me by sending different model of AC i.e IACS18LOTC 1.5 ton DC inverter, and when i asked for replace then He replied that you have to wait upto 1 yr. Its my humble request to arrange to replace my ac.Otherwise i will take this matter in media and also take legal action against company.

                                  I am extremely sorry to say that I booked complain no [protected] and a person attended the complain on 03/06/2015, he changed a part & charges Rs 3800/- more over he told not to run machine for 24 hrs, we followed his instruction. but the machine was same problem as before. I contacted him over phone but he told some other problem and he will replace it by 6/06/2015. He did not turn up till date moreover he is not taking the phone also, His ph no is [protected]. I surprise to see your customer care service? The parts he changed was not having any fault & he charges falsely which means it is simply cheating. Now he is receiving the phone also. If he does not come and correct it by tomorrow morning and returned the cheated amount I shall be bound to take action. My contact no [protected]

                                    I've brought a new Microwave oven from IFB official site(http://www.ifbappliances.com/) on 07-April-14. And it stopped working on 26-FEB-15 and I've reported a complaint (No:[protected]) using the provided customer care number. A technician visited my home and informed that some part need to replace and it will take maximum of 10 days to receive it. Since I didn't receive any response from IFB followed by this, I've raised one more complaint(No:[protected]) on 12-MAR-15 and got a promise that responsible person will contact me with in 48 hours. But no one contacted me. I've raised one more complaint(No:[protected]) on 20-MAR-15 and as usual I didn't get any update from IFB. Again I've contacted IFB after couple of days and IFB provided me with the details of a local IFB contact person Ms. Rajeswari[protected]. I've contacted Ms. Rajeswari three times and she also couldn't help me to solve the issue. Every time she'll say that the part will come on Wednesday and service will happen on Thursday. I've raised this issue though IFB web support also many times. Again in 25-April-15 one more technician visited my home, checked my microwave and went back with out providing any solution. Again I've reported the issue through customer care and web support, but so far no solution provided. Today is 09-Jun-15 and the issue reported on 26-Feb-15, no solution even after three and half month. Concerns: --First of all, a product which is less than one year old should not take 10 days to get a part replacement. Look at my case, even after 3 and half months no service provided. --If you can't service it, why don't you replace the product, since this happened under the warrant period. In any way such delay in service is not at all acceptable. --What's the use of a product which is not working and there's no way to service, even under one year warranty period. --Why IFB is closing the complaint with out resolving it. Each time I've provided with a new complaint number mentioning that the old one got closed. --I didn't expect such a bad experience for product directly purchased from IFB site www.ifbappliances.com --Moreover, at any point of time no one contacted from IFB other than the executives visited my home to asking for the route. --If you are going to by any IFB product think twice, there's no after sale service. No service provided even during warranty period.

                                      Details of IFB Washing Machine Model AW65001WB Date of Purchase : 22/5/2015 Date of Information made to IFB : 22/5/2015 and allotted customer No 4070140 and Ticket No [protected] and got a call from your service centre Malappuram stating that your rep will come on next day and give you the demo On 23/5/2015 Your rep/Tech called me to know my exact location I give the details and told we are at this time out of home and will back by 3 O’clock evening. He he will try or will come on Monday (25/5/2015) On 25/5/2015 Your rep/Tech called me and asked make arrange a Steel Tap point and 15 amp Power point nearby through your plumber/electrician to give Demo. So I told him why you don’t tell all these need day before yesterday or its previous day so that I can make all these in time. He replied on those days he doesn’t make any call to me then how he will reply for my questions? On Tuesday evening our electrician came with necessary items. He made a doubt that I never noticed 15 amp power plug to any washing machine so he want to see the machine. He open then case and realized that it has only 6 amp plug why the rep/tech asked so? He give me one adopter to covert the point to 15Amp if needs. On Wednesday I again contact with your service centre and promised me send your rep. Next day on Thursday your Tech. came and gives us the demo while he noticed a leakage of water beneath the machine. He opened the machine and saw a tube has disconnected and he connected it and give us the demonstration. We satisfied with his demo too. Then I told him are you the person rang me on Monday to provide the power point and water point. He replied “No”. Then I told him about the call details he tell us it need only for the voltage cut off system. The system will ensure your machine’s durability. On that day we washed our cloth once also. Next we use the machine after 2 days interval again we notice the leakage. We lodged the complaint your rep come next day he noticed tube disconnected. He fitted it the machine run smoothly. Next day again we noticed the leakage and lodged the complaint again he came on next day this time he fitted it with adhesive and told us not use today. The next day again same leakage noticed again the next day tech came this time he told the pipe is loose one so that it has been changed. If after three of the purchase we couldn’t use the machine properly and we are in waiting for your Tech. every day. So I kindly requesting you please get it cleared early and properly or replace the same by a new one at the earliest.                                         Hi, I have purchased a IFB microwave on 31 may 2015 and the technician called up on Monday . Due to unavailability of any person at home I scheduled his visit on Saturday and he confirmed for this rescheduling i.e on 6 june 2015. Since he did not turn up on the same day I called the dealer and IFB customer care inquiring about the same and then the visit was scheduled for Monday 8Th june 2015 at 6.30p.m The technician again called me at 4.30 for his unavailability at the scheduled time and asked for an appointment at Tuesday 6.30. Now today I get a call that any demo or technician is not available after 5.30 which is a big disappointment of misleading information from all channels .
