Dear sir / madam

I have purchased washing machine on 31/07/2011, there was no proper demo done, no proper instructions where given to us, now 4 years warranty is getting lapsed by this month end, your service engineer comes and tell us that we have to call the service person every 6months for servicing which we are not aware.

Service person informs us now that our machine drum there is a sound we have to check, and out water at the bottom which has motor is not working that is to be replaced, still we have time till this month end there is no problem.

If the same happens in the next moth i have to pay for that, who is responsible for that who had not guided the customer properly, you want to take ride of the customer for not educating them on the process.

Now they come with tell us that you have to take amc and the same warranty continues as per earlier.

Please be minded that have lost all the services for last 4years, which not fare at all, advise me how to move forward...

    M banu. M n karur. M searchimg the job in karur for past months. At that time m see the adverrtisement in karur local channels for bank exam in karur.

    M seen that consultancy name r2e (Right to education) . They told me we are taking agency from ifbi for private banks in karur itself. So we will recruit the candidates through the written exam and after that the ifbi shortlised the candidates from written exam then we ll place candidates to axis, hdfc, ing vysya and hindustan bank. . . In karur itesel[censored] have been placed. They told me question paper and and answer sheet correction are done by ifbi only.

    They told me u got the result from ifbi on 10. 07. 2015 but still we didnt get the result. We paid rs. 450 for that written exam
    Exam was conducted on the school name as meenakshi school i think nearly 300 members attend this exam.

    I think it is fake because when the students ask the result to that head he just called to ifbi trichy and reply to students sorry yiiu didnt pass in the exam.

    We applied through the website as www.Karurbankjobs.com

    They misuse ifbi name i called the ifbi and confirm that thats the fake.

      I made a complaint on 10.07.15 to send someone to get my washing machine fixed. There was no response s and then i called customer care again on 14.07.15 and asked them to send someone. I was assured that someone would come but so far nothing has happened. Before i made a formal complaint through customer care, i spoke to one of the agents for ifb here in chennai and they kept insisting that i should go in for an amc although i am not interested and i just want my machine to be fixed.If this is the response from a brand like them what are customers like me supposed to do? I want this matter resolved as soon as possible.

            I have IFB washing machine. As I was booked complaint in respect of inflow of water into the machine, service engineer has come attended the fault. Ticket no is [protected]. But, after the service engineer gone, when the washing machine is in off condition, water is automatically inflowing into the machine. In this connection, I made complaint on 12.7.2015. So far, no one is attend the fault. I request you to kindly arrange to send the service engineer to attend my complaint, immediately.             I am D.Ravichandran, residing at Pallavaram, Chennai-600117. I have IFB washing machine. As some problem occurred, service engineer has come and attended the fault. But unfortunately, after he went, water has automatically inflow into the machine when the machine in off mode. Hence, I again made complaint against the said problem to the customer care. My ticker number is [protected]. I am very sorry to say that even today (16.7.15) no person has come to service my washing machine. It is very shameful to your esteemed concern. Kindly arrange to send the service engineer (Ganapathi service center contact no.[protected]) to attend the said fault immediately.               my name is renjith am from trivandrum.i brought a ifb ac one year back.the ac cannot be cooled its turn off automatically .i called ifb customer care for 5 times same complaint is happened..once they come their service charge is 500 and parts etc 3 time they came they ask there is no complant and they told me 500 is the coming charge.today[protected] they come and fill ac gas and do some work they give me a bill of rs 2000 after i turn on ac its works after 2 hrs the same complant happened

                Microwave oven 30SC not working complaint registered on 03/06/2015, Complaint no 15698948. Not attended and resolved till date. Repeat complaint register on 30/06/2015, Complaint No. 15880310. Still no one has attended and resolved the complaint. Machine is under AMC and the receipt no. of AMC is 28687 dt 24/03/2015. As per the no's given by IFB, contacted repeatedly Bangalore Customer Manager Mr. Ravi - [protected], But he is not helping and is not doing anything to resolve the complaint. Kindly do the needful to resolve the complaint and make my Microwave oven serviceable.

                    I have already filed many complaints about my Split Air Conditioner but the concerned authorities are not taking the matter seriously.Previously... Some engineers came to my house and instead of replacing it... They repaired it and told me that the problem is solved and the AC won't bother me again. But just after a month...                       My washing machine is not working properly and it had spoiled my clothes. 4 of my clothes got bad scratches and got torned (Damaged with holes and long cuts) badly and became useless for us. I have registered a complain regarding the same on 28th may, 2015. Complain number is: 15640993 and another complaint number is: 15798979, which i registered on 19th june. Following are my washing machine details: Model: senotor dx 6kg. Date of purchase: 2010 Bought from: total mall, bangalore Customer permanent id: 2285339 Technician (Kiran kumar, mobile: [protected]) called me on 29th may and then he came to my house on 30th/31st may and inspected the machine and the torned clothes. After inspection, he told me that digital board is gone and it is generating too much heat, which in turn in causing damage to clothes. He gave me two options to proceed: 1. I can go for paid service, which will cost me 4k+ and digital board can be replaced with newer one in next 4-5 days. 2. I can go for amc, which will cost me 3.5k+ and digital board will be replaced by him with next 4-5 days, and max 7 days. Obviously i went for second option and paid him the money for amc and got receipt from him. After that i kept calling this technician every now and then, but he either doesn’t pickup my call or simply say that he is busy with his personal work and he will send somebody else. Another technician came to my house 2 weeks back and collected the digital board and even he never returned back. His name is vinod and his contact number is: +91-[protected] It has been more than 41 days after paying money to technician kiran and he didn’t turned up. My washing machine is still down and needs repair. So in short, i have lost 3.5k+ money and still waiting to get my machine repaired and technician is not at all responding. I even sent mail to [protected]@ifbglobal.com and even nobody is replying from here. I talked to anand (Manager of kiran and vinod and his contact number is: +91- [protected]) and even he is not helping me out here. Please help.                         I have complained for IFB dryer on wednesday 8th July for the IFB dryer not working which we have jsu bought ard 15 days back. Till date we have not received any calls for the same. From yesterday i.e.friday 10th July morning I have been calling on the no. [protected] over there I gave my ticket number and they gave me a number[protected]/ [protected] to contact hemlata. I called hemlata she confirmed and told the person will visit, after then no call was received nor anyone has visited us. Again I called she said there was a pin code error n it has been diverted, again i called the no. [protected] they said there was pin code error and gave other no. of Michel[protected]/68, i called over there n was no reply, again called hemlata but she was not interested in helping. today saturday 11th july i called to michel he was not available and talked to another guy gave him my ticket number he said the complain is not with him I shouted at him and said I need your customer complain email he said he doesnt have . Very sorry to say but a very poor service by IFB, it might be a big company world wide but they are not interested for any complains.

                          I had purchased a refrigerator of IFB model REFT446EDWDLS from a dealer in delhi on 4th March 2015. The Cooling has been less from the day one. Also the size of the tray which came along does not fit properly.. The complaints have been regularly lodged with IFB but till date no one has responded properly. It seems that they have withdrawn the Product i.e. the refrigerator from there list of products. I would request you to help me in the same.

                                Dear all responsible concerned, Greetings! Myself a leo arokia dass (Mobile no: [protected]) working in a private reputed concern in coimbatore as an assistant manager for sales & service, mainly your ifb washing machine customer (Customer id no: 3101382) purchased ifb elite dx 5.5kg in bharat electronics & appliances vide their invoice no: cb/1011/cbe/16262 dt.03/11/2010. I profoundly frustrated and diffusing my complaint towards the poor response, pathetic service and recklessness from s. M agencies, coimbatore. Due to a heavy noise, vibration as well as a rotation of 45 degree of my washing machine during a wash i approached s. M agency and they represented mr vijay and he with a continual walk insisted for amc and i paid too. Post payment no one have bother about my complaints, i registered a complaint many times to customer care as well as to s. M. Agencies and received a complaint number. As no response from their end (Frankly to say 0% response) i reported the same to the coimbatore divisional manager mr. Nandha kumar, nearly 4 times and he connected me to s. M. Agencies all the times through teleconference and nothing has happened (Not even 0.1%), he too failed to follow up with the customer. Herewith kindly find the history of my regretful follow ups with s. M. Agencies and coimbatore divisional head mr. Nandhakumar : 1.. I registered acomplaint to your dealer on 25/03/15 and mr. Vijay of m/s. Sm agencies visited and insisted for an amc for a period of 2 years. 2.. Due to various issues in the machine, i accepted to go for an amc for 2 years and paid the amount of 4905.00 (Amc invoice no: 52535 dt. 30/03/2015) 3. Post payment, nobody attend the calls still now. I continuously dialed to mr. Vijay and mr. Shanmugam, md of m/s. Sm agencies, but its dropping a waste in the dustbin. 4. On 10/06/15, i called ifb customer care, and registered a complaint (Ref. No: [protected]), assured that the call will be attended within 24 hrs. 5. No response for my complaint, again on 11/06/15 when i dialed to customer care they told me to contact the service agency and provide me the contact no. [protected]. 6. Once i called service agency (S. M.) no response from their end, again i dialed to the help line on 30/06/15 and verifying the reports, they (Customer care) told that the call was closed, i was shocked hearing this. How come they closed the issue without cross verify with the customer? 7. I registered the complaint again on 30/06/15 (Ref: [protected]) also for further follow up they gave the mobile no., of mr. Nandakumar, coimbatore divisional manager. (Mob: [protected]) 8. As a crm concern, i got very bad experience with mr. Nandakumar. 9. Nearly 4 days i spoke to mr. Nanda (30/06/15, 01/07/15, 02/07/15 &03/07/15), i got a very bitter experience with him every day. Whenever i called him he connected me with s. M. Agency through teleconference and without listening to me he started a scamming shout with the representative of s. M agency during all the 4 days. Still now he have not find out the solution for the problem. 10. As a divisional head, he has to keep track of customer complaints and closing reports after cross check with the customer. 11. I nourished up with this kind of ifb service and stopped contacting mr. Nandhakumar after 03/07/15 and he too forget about the customer complaints and rightly to say he stands in the peak of irresponsibility. 12. I contact coustomer care on 06/07/15 and they again insist me to report to mr. Nandakumar. Sorry to say i cannot register complaint about mr nanda to mr. Nandha, finally i don’t want to again start this loop ……. I feel that both of them (S. M agencies and mr. Nandhakumar) stands / won equally first on the irresponsible track and they are not loyal to their profession. If this regard, how will i expect a reasonable service from your end in future. I am struggling to get the service for the past 3 months. With a heavy hearted hindrance, i am not interested to use any of the ifb product or to recommend the product to any of my known person in further, Please take back your machine and give me the best compensation for the same. Also cancel the amc contract and refund the paid amount of rs. 4905.00 I hope that you understand my situation and expecting positive reply from your end. Thanks and regards, A.                                   We have registered complaint for micro-oven as it is not working properly. Your engg. Came and visited and he suggested to change some tubes part of oven. He has collected the 1000/- for part on dated 21/06/2015. Till date he is not repling properly. We have complaint more than three- four time to customer care. But still there is no positive reply from your side. I m tried mr. Yogesh from thane in charge but they also ignored the same.
                                  This is the last chance to you or else i will raise the complaint in grahak manch . The details for complaints are as below for your reference.

                                      My IFB Washing Machine is out of order. The relevant details are as follows: 1. Annual Maintenance Contract No: 11616, ICR No:16366 dated 17/10/2014 2. Complaint lodged on 05/07/2015. Customer IdD 1097122 and Complaint Ticket Number 15916457. 3. Reminder given on 07/07/2015 & 08/07/2015. 4. Till this date the machine is not repaired. IFB not honouring the AMC and not repairing my washing machine.

                                        My complaint id 15912173 has been open for 5 days, with no response. The IFB call center ([protected]) is of no use. All they can do is provide telephone numbers of various people like Deepa Enterprises, Service Area Manager, Technician, but refuse to do any follow up themselves. Everybody in the call center is great at providing assurances that the complaint will be resolve today itself, and also great at apologizing the next day when the complaint is not resolved. But that is all what they are great at.

                                        This complaint got resolved yesterday after repeated follow-ups with the call-center, the dealer who sold us the machine, and the 3rd party company which IFB uses for post-sales service. Thanks for your attention and intervention, but getting post-sales service should not be so difficult for a brand as premier as IFB.
